中药质量控制是保证中药现代化、产业化以及国际化的核心问题。与其它分析方法相比,电化学分析法具有灵敏度高、检测速度快和成本低等优点,是中药质量控制的重要手段,具有广阔的发展前景。本文综述了近年来电化学方法在中药质量控制方面的研究进展,介绍了电化学指纹图谱技术在中药鉴别方面的研究概况,着重归纳了电化学技术在分析中药有效成分和有害物质中的应用,包括黄酮类、生物碱类、醌类、苷类、重金属和农药残留等,并展望了电化学方法在中药质量控制领域的发展前景。 相似文献

中药组方就是将单味中药按照一定的规律配伍成方,因剂量配伍差异会导致组方理化性质的改变,从而导致组方功效强弱、性质方面发生变化,甚至产生新的化学成分。中药组方鉴别与质量控制一直是困扰中药工作者的一个难题。指纹图谱技术具有宏观、准确、稳定等优点,已被广泛用于中药领域。中药组方指纹图谱是解决中药合理组方配伍的最有效手段,其对中药质量控制已经得到普遍关注和重视。由于指纹图谱具有整体定量功能和特征性鉴别作用,对于成分复杂的中药组方能够全面地定性与定量评价。本文就中药组方指纹图谱的研究意义与目的进行了综述,并详细阐述了组方指纹图谱的研究方法与思路,以此为中药及其组方指纹图谱研究提供参考。 相似文献

目前中药制剂生产过程中缺乏全过程参数检测和质量控制技术手段,不同生产批次药品化学成分差异较大、质量不够稳定、临床使用疗效和安全性不理想,因此,建立其完善的质量评价体系及其准确快速的质量评价方法,成为中药质量控制的重中之重.通过对刺五加注射液近红外(near infrared,NIR)含量预测模型的谱段选择规律和消除溶剂干扰方法的探讨,发现采用表征混合物结构差异的结构相关谱段结合含量相关谱段作为NIR组分预测模型谱段,用基于水为参比光谱的样本光谱建立含量预测模型,并利用水作为参比光谱识别和提取待分析组分的光谱信息,可以得到较理想的NIR含量预测结果.通过对刺五加注射液中绿原酸、紫丁香苷和刺五加苷E组分的近红外光谱结构相关谱段和含量相关谱段的归属,分别建立了绿原酸、紫丁香苷和刺五加苷E组分的含量预测模型,可用于快速分析刺五加注射液中不同组分的含量. 相似文献

Quality control methods of current traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) preparation is time-consuming and difficult to assess in terms of overall efficiency of the drug. A non-destructive rapid near-infrared spectroscopy detection system for key chemical components and biological activity of Lanqin oral solution (LOS), one of the best-selling TCM formulations, was established for comprehensive quality evaluation. Near infrared spectral scanning was carried out on 101 batches of commercial LOS under the penetrated vial state and traditional state. RAW 264.7 cells were cultured to detect the anti-inflammatory ability of LOS, and the reference concentrations of epigoitrin, geniposide, and baicalin were obtained by HPLC. The quantitative models were optimized by three kinds of variable selection methods. The correlation coefficients of prediction value of the models were greater than 0.94. The system also passed the external validation. The performance of the non-invasive models was similar to the traditional models. The established non-destructive system can be applied to the rapid quality inspection of LOS to avoid unqualified drugs from entering the market and ensure drug effectiveness. The biological activity index of LOS was introduced and predicted by NIRs for the first time, which provides a new idea about the quality control of TCM formulations. 相似文献

The classical traditional Chinese formulation LiuweiDihuang, shown to have clinical efficacy for “nourishing kidney‐yin” in traditional Chinese medicine, has been used for thousands of years in China. Little attention, however, has been paid to quality control methods for this formulation. Hence, a rapid and sensitive analytical technique is urgently needed for the evaluation of LiuweiDihuang preparations to assess its quality and pharmacological functionality. In this study, an ultra high performance liquid chromatography dual‐wavelength method was developed to simultaneously determine 11 constituents in LiuweiDihuang preparations. This robust approach provided a fast and comprehensive quantitative determination of the major bioactive markers within LiuweiDihuang preparations. To distinguish four dosage forms of LiuweiDihuang preparations, a random forest technique was applied on the spectrometric fingerprint data obtained. This combination approach of chromatographic techniques and data analyses might serve as a rapid and efficient tool to ensure the quality of LiuweiDihuang preparations and other Chinese medicinal formulations and can support quality control and scientific research into the pharmacological potential for these formulations. 相似文献

为分析我院医用数字X射线摄影系统(DR)设备质量控制状态及机房放射防护现状,本研究选取截止2019年6月我院安装完毕并已验收检测合格投入使用的5台DR设备作为研究对象,依据WS 521-2017《医用数字X射线摄影(DR)系统质量控制检测规范》的检测要求和技术指标,对DR设备质量控制状态进行评价,根据GBZ 130-2013《医用X射线诊断放射防护要求》的检测要求和技术指标对机房放射防护情况进行评价。质量控制检测结果显示,5台DR设备中有2台DR设备各有1项检测项目不符合国家标准要求,总合格率为60.0%。各项检测指标中,管电压指示的偏离、光野与照射野四边的偏离不合格各有1台,合格率为80.0%;有用线束半值层、输出量重复性、有用线束垂直度偏离、光野与照射野中心、输出量线性、曝光时间指示的偏离合格率均为100.0%。机房放射防护检测结果显示,5台DR设备机房58个检测点的周围剂量当量率检测中有6个检测点发生泄露,泄露发生率为10.3%。结果表明,我院DR设备质量控制检测不合格率较高,DR机房泄漏风险也较高,需加强DR设备的质量控制,完善机房辐射安全管理,以保证影像辅助诊断的质量,以及放射工作人员和公众在放射诊疗过程中免受一切不必要的电离辐射。 相似文献

Chromatographic profiles of Rhizoma et Radix Notoperygii (RRN, “Qianghuo” in Chinese), a complex traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), were collected by high-performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection (HPLC-DAD) at 330 nm. These data profiles were used as fingerprints to investigate quality control classification modeling of the RRN samples. In contrast to the classical methods for discrimination of TCMs, that is, just using common HPLC peaks, all chromatographic profile data were pre-processed by the correlation optimized warping method and polynomial functions; then, these data were submitted as fingerprints (variables) for classification on the basis of sample origin. Chemometrics methods used for calibration modeling and subsequent sample classification-least square support vector machine (LS-SVM), artificial neural network (ANN), and partial least square discriminant analysis (PLS-DA); all produced satisfactory calibrations as well as classification results. 相似文献

The potentialities of computerized pyrolysis mass spectrometry (m.s.) are discussed for applications in process monitoring and quality assurance involving nonvolatile materials such as polymers. The traditional obstacles to more widespread acceptance of pyrolysis m.s. for industrial applications are reviewed in the light of recent developments which provide a major reduction in the cost, size and complexity of the equipment. Rapid advances in computerized data reduction, evaluation and interpretation methods for complex mass-spectral patterns are also transforming the classical “fingerprinting” concept of pyrolysis m.s. into a much more detailed compositional and structural characterization approach. These new developments are illustrated by means of several practial examples ranging from quality control of clinically important polyurethanes to monitoring of wood pulping processes and of growth phenomena in microbial cultures. 相似文献

The application of chromatography, a modern technology, for highly efficient separation and analysis in the research of therapeutic basis matter and quality control of traditional Chinese medicines (TCM), is summarized. A new strategy with metabonomics is put forth to achieve integral study on the therapeutic basis matter and the action mechanism of TCM and to reveal and control the comprehensive quality of TCM. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is the key to unlock treasures of Chinese civilization. TCM and its compound play a beneficial role in medical activities to cure diseases, especially in major public health events such as novel coronavirus epidemics across the globe. The chemical composition in Chinese medicine formula is complex and diverse, but their effective substances resemble “mystery boxes”. Revealing their active ingredients and their mechanisms of action has become focal point and difficulty of research for herbalists. Although the existing research methods are numerous and constantly updated iteratively, there is remain a lack of prospective reviews. Hence, this paper provides a comprehensive account of existing new approaches and technologies based on previous studies with an in vitro to in vivo perspective. In addition, the bottlenecks of studies on Chinese medicine formula effective substances are also revealed. Especially, we look ahead to new perspectives, technologies and applications for its future development. This work reviews based on new perspectives to open horizons for the future research. Consequently, herbal compounding pharmaceutical substances study should carry on the essence of TCM while pursuing innovations in the field. 相似文献
