A new base-discriminating fluorescent nucleoside, NPP, that can sharply distinguish between A and G bases opposite NPP is described. The hybridization of an ODN probe containing NPP with a target DNA facilitates the judgment of the type of purine base located at a specific site on the target DNA.  相似文献

The design of a new class of fluorophores is presented. Some push-pull chromophores (D-pi-A) containing polyphenylethynyl units and a phosphane oxide moiety were efficiently prepared from common intermediates. Straightforward syntheses gave novel one-armed, rod-shaped and three-armed, star-shaped fluorophores. The optical properties of the resulting star-shaped derivatives were evaluated, showed high fluorescence quantum yields, and their excitation induces very efficient charge redistribution. Moreover, thanks to their push-pull character, the molecules exhibited significant second-order NLO properties with good transparency, up to 67x10(-30) esu at 1907 nm, with an absorption lambdamax at 369 nm. The effect of the donor group and of the number of phenylethynyl arms have been studied in this work.  相似文献

A series of novel chiral 1,2-diaminocyclohexane derivatives bearing heterocyclic units were synthesized via improved methods under ultrasonic irradiation. The photophysical properties of compounds were studied in ethanol, methanol, and chloroform. The sensitivity of these amines toward Cu2+, Cd2+, and Ni2+ was studied by the UV–vis and fluorescent methods. The π-electron structure of thiophene and bithiophene containing sensors is the most active toward all above mentioned metal ions and is highly selective for Ni2+ and Cd2+.  相似文献

In this study, two novel dual-switch fluorescent chemosensors based on rhodamine-peryleneiimide have been designed and synthesized. The dual-switching behaviors of the sensors were based on the structural transformations of rhodamine and an intramolecular photoinduced electron transfer (PET) process from rhodamine to perylenediimide. These probes exhibited excellent sensitivity to protons with enhanced fluorescence emission from 500 nm to 580 nm. The fluorescence changes of probes were reversible within a wide range of pH values from 2.0 to 11.0. Moreover, the sensors exhibited high selectivity, short response time, and long lifetime toward protons. The possible mechanism was investigated by the DFT calculation and 1 H NMR. According to the experiment of confocal laser scanning microscopy, these probes could be used to detect the acidic pH variations in living cells.  相似文献

Benzo[a]phenoxazinium salts were synthesised by reacting 5-alkylamino-2-nitrosophenol hydrochloride with N-alkylated-naphthylamine in good to excellent yields. Photophysical properties of these fluorophores with emphasis in solvent effects were studied. Remarkable shifts in the absorption and emission maximum have been observed as a function of polarity and proton accepting capability of the solvents. A novel kind of fluorescent surfactant having 7-hydroxylcoumarin group in the long alkyl chain was synthesized. The critical micelle concentration (CMC), surface tension (γcmc) at CMC and absorption, fluorescence properties of this product were determined. From the variations of fluorescence spectra in different solvents, it is observed that the polarity and dielectric constant of the solvents play important roles in the maximum fluorescence intensity and wavelength. Moreover, the surprised exhibition of two fluorescence bands in neutral and alkaline solutions has been attributed to the superexciplex formation of the product molecules. Also, the lower product concentration measuring the fluorescence properties as well as the supposed configuration of hydrogen bond of the product indicate that the larger aggregations cannot exist in alkaline solutions. The superexciplex is a possibility with two or more polar excited molecules together to form an excited state association.  相似文献

Three novel rhodamine-based Hg~(2+) fluorescent sensors were designed and synthesized. The sensors could work in semi-aqueous solutions with nearly neutral p H and showed high selectivity and sensitivity to Hg~(2+) with remarkable fluorescence enhancement. For these three sensors, the linear working range broadened(0–80, 0–100 and 0–140 μmol/L, respectively) and the sensitivity increased(7.7, 15.5 and 17.6 folds of the fluorescence enhancement and 512, 66.2 and 37.6 ppb of the detection limit) with the rising of the thiourea-unit numbers. Furthermore the sensors exhibited excellent interference immunity to multiple environmentally and biologically relevant metal ions. Pond and tap water assay showed good practicability of the sensors. The number of the bound Hg~(2+) equaling to that of the thiourea units and the irreversible recognition process implied a new interaction way between Hg~(2+) and the sensor.  相似文献

A number of benzothiazolylthienothiophenes have been synthesized. Spectral studies have revealed that all these compounds have fluorescent properties that depend on their structure. Dependence of absorption and fluorescence bands positions on the nature of substituents have been established. Increase of the electron-withdrawing nature of substituents led to bathochromic shift of the absorption and fluorescence bands as well as to decrease of the fluorescence intensity.  相似文献

Synthesis of a new coumarin-triazole-based dye and its photophysical parameters such as absorption, fluorescence emission, and fluorescence quantum yield were investigated. Studies have shown that the present dye has symmetry with a mirror image, especially in the ethanol solvent, with respect to the absorption and fluorescence spectra. As a result of the UV-vis and fluorescence spectroscopy techniques used, it was determined that absorption and emission spectra were shifted to the red with increasing solvent polarity. In addition, the spectral data of the synthesized compound exhibited that the stokes shifts are small, usually less than 50 nm, and the quantum yields are significantly high. In accordance with the results obtained, it can be stated that this novel dye synthesized here can offer an insight into application in sensor applications as analytical or biosensors, optoelectronic devices, and medicine industry.  相似文献

A novel fluorescent ionophore derived from calix[4]arene and pyrazoline was designed and synthesized. Its molecular structure was confirmed by 1H NMR and element analysis. The resulting material shows specific fluorescent behavior toward the Zn2+ ion among the other divalent metal ions, such as Co2+, Ni2+, Cu2+. The primary results indicate this ionophore material is a potential material for developing efficient fluorescent Zn2+ chemosensors.  相似文献

A pair of novel fluorescent molecular clips was synthesized from diethoxycarbonal glycoluril cyclic ether and 1,2-dihydro-indazol-3-one. Their structures and conformations were confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction and chemosensory properties were studied by fluorescent spectroscope.
