The first catalytic intra- and intermolecular [2+2+1] cocyclization reactions of allenes and carbon monoxide have been developed. In the Co(2)Rh(2) heterobimetallic nanoparticle-catalyzed carbonylative [2+2+1] cycloaddition of allenes and carbon monoxide, the allenes formally serve both as an excellent alkene- and alkyne-like moiety within a Pauson-Khand-type process.  相似文献

Heterobimetallic Ru/Co nanoparticles, immobilized on charcoal, were synthesized and used as catalysts in the Pauson-Khand-type reaction in the presence of pyridylmethyl formate instead of carbon monoxide; the catalysts were effective for intra- and intermolecular reactions and easily reused without loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

The reaction of a 1,6-enyne with a hydrosilane catalyzed by Rh(acac)(CO)(2), Rh(4)(CO)(12), or Rh(2)Co(2)(CO)(12) under ambient CO atmosphere or N(2) gives 2-methyl-1-silylmethylidene-2-cyclopentane or its heteroatom congener in excellent yield through silylcarbocycization (SiCaC) process. The same reaction, but in the presence of a phosphite such as P(OEt)(3) and P(OPh)(3) under 20 atm of CO, affords the corresponding 2-formylmethyl-1-silylmethylidene-2-cyclopentane or its heteroatom congener with excellent selectivity through carbonylative silylcarbocycization (CO-SiCaC) process. The SiCaC reaction has also been applied to a 1,6-enyne bearing a cyclohexenyl group as the alkene moiety and a 1,7-enyne system. The functionalized five- and six-membered ring systems obtained by these novel cyclization reactions serve as useful and versatile intermediates for the syntheses of natural and unnatural heterocyclic and carbocyclic compounds. Possible mechanisms for the SiCaC and CO-SiCaC reactions as well as unique features of these processes are discussed.  相似文献

NMR and kinetic investigations of the cyclocarbonylation of 1,6-enynes with cationic rhodium(i) catalysts, modified with atropisomeric diphosphines, disprove the involvement of carbonyl species for 1,6-enyne activation; low-temperature catalysis, with molecular sieves as the carbon monoxide reservoir, is highly enantioselective (ee up to 97%).  相似文献

The intramolecular cycloisomerization of 1,6-enynes in 95-99% ee is reported using an immobilized Rh catalyst-organic framework synthesized from alternating ring-opening metathesis polymerization (altROMP) assembly. The framework was reused up to seven times, and it was used in high turnover number (TON) batch reactions. The catalyst provided the highest TONs to date (up to 890) for the cycloisomerizations, with catalyst loadings ranging from 0.2 to 0.06 mol %.  相似文献

A PdCl(2)-catalyzed cis-chloropalladation-cyclization reaction of various 1,6-enyne substrates was developed. This Pd-catalyzed enyne cyclization reaction represents a new route for the synthesis of stereodefined alpha-halomethylene-gamma-butyrolactones, lactams, tetrahydrofurans, and cyclopentanes. A mechanism involving a neighboring coordination group is proposed to explain the experiment results.  相似文献

An efficient Au(I) catalytic system is described for the hydroamination/cycloisomerization reaction of functionalized 1,6-enynes. The reaction leads to carbo- and heterocyclic amino derivatives in good to excellent yields. The cyclizations were conducted in the presence of PPh(3)AuCl/AgSbF(6) catalyst in THF or dioxane at room temperature. The use of allyloxycarbonyl carbamate has allowed the formation of free amino derivatives via sequential Au- and Pd-catalyzed reactions.  相似文献

The palladium-catalyzed, hydroxyl-directed cyclization reactions of 1,6-enynes provide a highly diastereoselective process for the syntheses of stereochemically defined cyclopentanes. Consistently high levels of cis-selectivity are possible using homopropargyl alcohols in contrast to the corresponding propargyl alcohols. Hydroborylative enyne cyclizations coupled with this directing group effect provide a useful method for the syntheses of multifaceted compounds bearing all carbon quaternary centers.  相似文献
