The ligand exchange rate constants for the reactions [Pt(bph)(SR2)2] + 2*SR2 --> [Pt(bph)(*SR2)2] + 2SR2 (bph = 2,2'-biphenyl dianion; R = Me and Et) and cis-[PtPh2(SMe2)2] + 2*SMe2 --> cis-[PtPh2(*SMe2)2] + 2SMe2 have been determined in CDCl3 as a function of ligand concentration and temperature, by 1H NMR isotopic labeling and magnetization transfer experiments. The rates of exchange show no dependence on ligand concentration and the kinetics are characterized by largely positive entropies of activation. The kinetics of displacement of the thioethers from [Pt(bph)(SR2)2] with the dinitrogen ligands 2,2'-bipyridine and 1,10-phenanthroline (N-N) to yield [Pt(bph)(N-N)], carried out in the presence of sufficient excess of thioether and N-N to ensure pseudo-first-order conditions, follow a nonlinear rate law k(obsd) = a[N-N]/(b[SR2] + [N-N]). The general pattern of behavior indicates that the rate-determining step for substitution is the dissociation of a thioether ligand and the formation of a three-coordinated [Pt(bph)(SR2)] intermediate. The value of the parameter a, which measures the rate of ligand dissociation, is constant and independent of the nature of N-N, and it is in reasonable agreement with the value of the rate of ligand exchange at the same temperature. Theoretical ab initio calculations were performed for both [Pt(bph)(SMe2)2] and cis-[PtPh2(SMe2)2], and for their three-coordinated derivatives upon the loss of one SMe2 ligand. The latter optimize in a T-shaped structure. Calculations were performed in the HF approximation (LANL2DZ basis set) and refined by introducing the correlation terms (Becke3LYP model). The activation enthalpies from the optimized vacuum-phase geometries are 52.3 and 72.2 kJ moll compared to the experimental values in CDCl3 solution, 80 +/- 1 and 93 +/- 1 kJ mol(-1) for [Pt(bph)(SMe2)2] and cis-[PtPh2(SMe2)2], respectively. The electrostatic potential maps of both parent compounds show a remarkable concentration of negative charge over the platinum atom which exerts a repulsion force on an axially incoming nucleophile. On the other hand, the strength of the organic carbanions trans to the leaving group and the stabilization of the T-shaped intermediate in the singlet ground state may also rationalize the preference for the dissociative mechanism. All of the kinetic and theoretical data support the latter hypothesis and indicate, in particular, that dissociation from the complex containing the planar 2,2'-biphenyl dianion is easier than from its analogue with single aryl ligands. Electron back-donation from filled d orbitals of the metal to empty pi* of the in-plane cyclometalated rings is weak or absent and is not operative in promoting an associative mode of activation.  相似文献

A new family of heterometallic compounds 3-6 containing ferrocenyl and platinum(II) centers has been synthesized by reaction of 1-β-aminoethylferrocene (1) and 1,1'-bis(β-aminoethyl)ferrocene (2) with Pt(II) precursors. Using K(2)[PtCl(4)] as the Pt(II) source, the cis-square-planar neutral compounds [Fe{η(5)-C(5)H(4)(CH(2))(2)NH(2)}(2)PtCl(2)] (3) and [{Fe(η(5)-C(5)H(4)(CH(2))(2)NH(2))(η(5)-C(5)H(5))}(2)PtCl(2)] (5) were obtained. Reaction of cis-[PtCl(2)(dmso)(2)] with 1 and 2 resulted in the displacement of dmso and chloride ligands from the platinum coordination sphere, affording the cationic and neutral compounds [Fe{η(5)-C(5)H(4)(CH(2))(2)NH(2)}(2)Pt(dmso)Cl]Cl (4) and [Fe(η(5)-C(5)H(4)(CH(2))(2)NH(2))(η(5)-C(5)H(5))Pt(dmso)Cl(2)] (6). Compounds 3-6 were thoroughly characterized using multinuclear ((1)H, (13)C, (195)Pt) NMR, IR spectroscopy, ESI mass spectrometry and elemental analysis. Single-crystal X-ray analysis of heterometallic 6 confirmed the cis geometry of the molecule and revealed that the platinum atom is held in a perfect square-planar geometry. The electrochemical behaviour of the heterometallic compounds 3-6, which has been examined by cyclic (CV) and square wave (SWV) voltammetries in dichloromethane and dmso solution, is characterized by the reversible one-electron oxidation of the ferrocene moieties. The results of the biological activity studies revealed that the organometallic complex 5 is active against all cell lines with GI(50) values in the range 1.7-2.3 μM. When compared to the standard anticancer drug cisplatin, heterotrimetallic 5, possessing two aminoethylferrocenyl units coordinated to the Pt(II) center, showed a greater activity profile in the colon cancer cell line. Cell cycle studies revealed that the new mixed compound exhibits a mechanism of action different to cisplatin.  相似文献

Complex formation of monomeric thallium(III) species with 2,2'-bipyridine (bipy) in dimethyl sulfoxide (dmso) and acetonitrile solutions was studied by means of multinuclear ((1)H, (13)C, and (205)Tl) NMR spectroscopy. For the first time, NMR signals of the individual species [Tl(bipy)(m)(solv)](3+) (m = 1-3) were observed despite intensive ligand and solvent exchange processes. The tris(bipy) complex was crystallized as [Tl(bipy)(3)(dmso)](ClO(4))(3)(dmso)(2) (1), and its crystal structure determined. In this compound, thallium is seven-coordinated; it is bonded to six nitrogen atoms of the three bipy molecules and to an oxygen atom of dmso. Metal-metal bonded binuclear complexes [(NC)(5)Pt-Tl(CN)(n)(solv)](n)(-) (n = 0-3) have been modified by attaching bipy molecules to the thallium atom. A reaction between [(NC)(5)Pt-Tl(dmso)(4)](s) and 2,2'-bipyridine in dimethyl sulfoxide solution results in the formation of a new complex, [(NC)(5)Pt-Tl(bipy)(solv)]. The presence of a direct Pt-Tl bond in the complex is convincingly confirmed by a very strong one-bond (195)Pt-(205)Tl spin-spin coupling ((1)J((195)Pt-(205)Tl) = 64.9 kHz) detected in both (195)Pt and (205)Tl NMR spectra. In solutions containing free cyanide, coordination of CN(-) to the thallium atom occurs, and the complex [(NC)(5)Pt-Tl(bipy)(CN)(solv)](-) ((1)J((195)Pt-(205)Tl) = 50.1 kHz) is formed as well. Two metal-metal bonded compounds containing bipy as a ligand were crystallized and their structures determined by X-ray diffractometry: [(NC)(5)Pt-Tl(bipy)(dmso)(3)] (2) and [(NC)(5)Pt-Tl(bipy)(2)] (3). The Pt-Tl bonding distances in the compounds, 2.6187(7) and 2.6117(5) A, respectively, are among the shortest reported separations between these two metals. The corresponding force constants in the molecules, 1.38 and 1.68 N/cm, respectively, were calculated using Raman stretching frequencies of the Pt-Tl vibrations and are characteristic for a single metal-metal bond. Electronic absorption spectra were recorded for the [(NC)(5)Pt-Tl(bipy)(m)(solv)] compounds, and the optical transition was attributed to the metal-metal bond assigned.  相似文献

New Pt complexes of chelating bisguanidines and guanidinate ligands were synthesized and characterized. 1,2-Bis(N,N,N',N'-tetramethylguanidino)benzene (btmgb) was used as a neutral chelating bisguanidine ligand, and 1,3,4,6,7,8-hexahydro-2H-pyrimido[1,2-a]pyrimidinate (hpp(-)) as a guanidinate ligand. The salts [btmgbH](+)[HOB(C(6)F(5))(3)](-) and [btmgbH(2)]Cl(2) and the complexes [(btmgb)PtCl(2)], [(btmgb)PtCl(dmso)](+)[PtCl(3)(dmso)](-), and [(btmgb)PtCl(dmso)](+)[Cl(-)] were synthesized and characterized. In the [btmgbH](+) cation the proton is bound to only one N atom. In the other complexes, both imine N atoms are coordinated to the Pt(II), thus adopting a eta(2)-coordinational mode. The hpp(-) anion, which usually prefers a bridging binding mode in dinuclear complexes, is eta(2)-coordinated in the Pt(IV) complex [(eta(2)-hpp)(hppH)PtCl(2){N(H)C(O)CH(3)}], which is formed (in low yield) by reaction between cis-[(hppH)(2)PtCl(2)] and H(2)O(2) in CH(3)CN.  相似文献

We have developed and optimized a well-controlled and refined methodology for the synthesis of substituted π-conjugated 4,4'-styryl-2,2'-bipyridine ligands and also adapted the tris(heteroleptic) synthetic approach developed by Mann and co-workers to produce two new representative Ru(II)-based complexes bearing the metal oxide surface-anchoring precursor 4,4'-bis[E-(p-methylcarboxy-styryl)]-2,2'-bipyridine. The two targeted Ru(II) complexes, (4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine)(4,4'-di-tert-butyl-2,2'-bipyridine)(4,4'-bis[E-(p-methylcarboxy-styryl)]-2,2'-bipyridine) ruthenium(II) hexafluorophosphate, [Ru(dmbpy)(dtbbpy)(p-COOMe-styryl-bpy)](PF(6))(2) (1) and (4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine)(4,4'-dinonyl-2,2'-bipyridine)(4,4'-bis[E-(p-methylcarboxy-styryl)]-2,2'-bipyridine) ruthenium(II) hexafluorophosphate, [Ru(dmbpy)(dnbpy)(p-COOMe-styryl-bpy)](PF(6))(2) (2) were obtained as analytically pure compounds in high overall yields (>50% after 5 steps) and were isolated without significant purification effort. In these tris(heteroleptic) molecules, NMR-based structural characterization became nontrivial as the coordinated ligand sets each sense profoundly distinct magnetic environments greatly complicating traditional 1D spectra. However, rational two-dimensional approaches based on both homo- and heteronuclear couplings were readily applied to these structures producing quite definitive analytical characterization and the associated methodology is described in detail. Preliminary photoluminescence and photochemical characterization of 1 and 2 strongly suggests that both molecules are energetically and kinetically suitable to serve as sensitizers in energy-relevant applications.  相似文献

The reactions of [Ag(NH=CMe2)2]ClO4 with cis-[PtCl2L2] in a 1:1 molar ratio give cis-[PtCl(NH=CMe2)(PPh3)2]ClO4 (1cis) or cis-[PtCl(NH=CMe2)2(dmso)]ClO4 (2), and in 2:1 molar ratio, they produce [Pt(NH=CMe2)2L2](ClO4)2 [L = PPh3 (3), L2= tbbpy = 4,4'-di-tert-butyl-2,2'-dipyridyl (4)]. Complex 2 reacts with PPh3 (1:2) to give trans-[PtCl(NH=CMe2)(PPh3)2]ClO(4) (1trans). The two-step reaction of cis-[PtCl2(dmso)2], [Au(NH=CMe2)(PPh3)]ClO4, and PPh3 (1:1:1) gives [SP-4-3]-[PtCl(NH=CMe2)(dmso)(PPh3)]ClO4 (5). The reactions of complexes 2 and 4 with PhICl2 give the Pt(IV) derivatives [OC-6-13]-[PtCl3(NH=CMe2)(2)(dmso)]ClO4 (6) and [OC-6-13]-[PtCl2(NH=CMe2)2(dtbbpy)](ClO4)2 (7), respectively. Complexes 1cis and 1trans react with NaH and [AuCl(PPh3)] (1:10:1.2) to give cis- and trans-[PtCl{mu-N(AuPPh3)=CMe2}(PPh3)2]ClO4 (8cis and 8trans), respectively. The crystal structures of 4.0.5Et2O.0.5Me2CO and 6 have been determined; both exhibit pseudosymmetry.  相似文献

Reactions of [Pt(PEt(3))(3)] (1) with the silanes HSiPh(3), HSiPh(2)Me and HSi(OEt)(3) led to the products of oxidative addition, cis-[Pt(H)(SiPh(3))(PEt(3))(2)] (2), cis-[Pt(H)(SiPh(2)Me)(PEt(3))(2)] (3), cis-[Pt(H){Si(OEt)(3)}(PEt(3))(2)] (cis-4) and trans-[Pt(H){Si(OEt)(3)}(PEt(3))(2)] (trans-4). The complexes cis-4 and trans-4 can also be generated by hydrogenolysis of (EtO)(3)SiSi(OEt)(3) in the presence of 1. Furthermore, the silyl compounds cis-4 and trans-4 react with B(C(6)F(5))(3) and CH(3)CN by hydride abstraction to give the cationic silyl complex trans-[Pt{Si(OEt)(3)}(NCCH(3))(PEt(3))(2)][HB(C(6)F(5))(3)] (8). In addition, the reactivity of the complexes cis-4, trans-4 and 8 towards alkenes and CO was studied using NMR experiments.  相似文献

The cytostatic compounds cis-[Pt(A9pyp)(dmso)Cl(2)] (1) and [Pt(A9pyp)(dmso)(cbdca)] (2) (A9pyp=(E)-[1-(9-anthryl)-3-(2-pyridyl)-2-propenone) as carrier ligand; cbdca=cyclobutane dicarboxylate) have been found to add water across the enone C==C bond of the ligand A9pyp. The water addition occurs in the presence of carbonate buffer, and has been followed in detail using NMR and ESI-MS spectroscopy. The spectroscopic data clearly indicate that the platinum(II) ion, the carbonate species, and the proximity of the enone C==C bond to the metal ion, are all required for this unusual hydration. A difference in kinetics is observed between chloride and cbdca, showing that the Pt-ligand dissociation plays an important role in the hydration kinetics.  相似文献

The half-sandwich complexes [(eta5-C5H5)RuCl(DPEphos)] (1) and [{(eta6-p-cymene)RuCl2}2(mu-DPEphos)] (2) were synthesized by the reaction of bis(2-(diphenylphosphino)phenyl) ether (DPEphos) with a mixture of ruthenium trichloride trihydrate and cyclopentadiene and with [(eta6-p-cymene)RuCl2]2, respectively. Treatment of DPEphos with cis-[RuCl2(dmso)4] afforded fac-[RuCl2(kappa3-P,O,P-DPEphos)(dmso)] (3). The dmso ligand in 3 can be substituted by pyridine, 2,2'-bipyridine, 4,4'-bipyridine, and PPh3 to yield trans,cis-[RuCl2(DPEphos)(C5H5N)2] (4), cis,cis-[RuCl2(DPEphos)(2,2'-bipyridine)] (5), trans,cis-[RuCl2(DPEphos)(mu-4,4'-bipyridine)]n (6), and mer,trans-[RuCl2(kappa3-P,P,O-DPEphos)(PPh3)] (7), respectively. Refluxing [(eta6-p-cymene)RuCl2]2 with DPEphos in moist acetonitrile leads to the elimination of the p-cymene group and the formation of the octahedral complex cis,cis-[RuCl2(DPEphos)(H2O)(CH3CN)] (8). The structures of the complexes 1-5, 7, and 8 are confirmed by X-ray crystallography. The catalytic activity of these complexes for the hydrogenation of styrene is studied.  相似文献

Condensation of Ph(2)PH and paraformaldehyde with 2-amino-7-methyl-1,8-naphthyridine gave the new flexible tridentate ligand 2-[N-(diphenylphosphino)methyl]amino-7-methyl-1,8-naphthyridine (L). Reaction of L with [Cu(CH(3)CN)(4)]BF(4) and/or different ancillary ligands in dichloromethane afforded N,P chelating or bridging luminescent complexes [(L)(2)Cu(2)](BF(4))(2), [(micro-L)(2)Cu(2)(PPh(3))(2)](BF(4))(2) and [(L)Cu(CNN)]BF(4) (CNN = 6-phenyl-2,2'-bipyridine), respectively. Complexes [(L)(2)Pt]Cl(2), [(L)(2)Pt](ClO(4))(2) and [(L)Pt(CNC)]Cl (CNC = 2,6-biphenylpyridine) were obtained from the reactions of Pt(SMe(2))(2)Cl(2) or (CNC)Pt(DMSO)Cl with L. The crystal structures and photophysical properties of the complexes are presented.  相似文献

An N-Alkyl bipyridinium having a polymethylene chain and a bulky aryl group at the end, [4,4'-bpy-N-(CH2)10OC6H(3)-3,5-tBu2]Cl (Cl), reacts with K[PtCl3(dmso)] to produce the Pt complex with the N-alkyl bipyridinium ligand [Cl2(dmso)Pt{4,4'-bpy-N-(CH2)10OC6H(3)-3,5-tBu2}][PtCl3(dmso)] as a 6:1 mixture of trans and cis isomers ([trans-][PtCl3(dmso)] and [cis-][PtCl3(dmso)]). Addition of alpha-cyclodextrin (alpha-CD) to a solution of Cl in dmso-d6/D2O (3:1) forms [2]pseudorotaxane [{4,4'-bpy-N-(CH2)10OC6H(3)-3,5-tBu2}.(alpha-CD)]Cl (Cl) which is equilibrated with Cl and alpha-CD in solution. The reaction of K[PtCl3(dmso)] with Cl affords the [2]rotaxane [trans-Cl2(dmso)Pt{4,4'-bpy-N-(CH2)10OC6H(3)-3,5-tBu2}.(alpha-CD)][PtCl3(dmso)] ([trans-][PtCl3(dmso)]) which contains alpha-CD and [trans-][PtCl3(dmso)] as the cyclic and axis components, respectively. Dissolution of a mixture of [trans-][PtCl3(dmso)], [cis-][PtCl3(dmso)] and alpha-CD in dmso-d6/D2O (3:1) forms a mixture of the rotaxanes containing [trans--d6][PtCl3(dmso)] and [cis--d6][PtCl3(dmso)]. The reaction involves partial dissociation of the bipyridinium from Pt of [trans-][PtCl3(dmso)] or [cis-][PtCl3(dmso)] to yield [PtCl3(dmso)] and formation of pseudorotaxane with alpha-CD, followed by recoordination of the bipyridinium to the Pt. The reversible formation of the Pt-N coordination bond is studied in a dmso solution of the N-butyl compounds [trans-Cl2(dmso)Pt{4,4'-bpy-N-nBu}][PtCl3(dmso)] ([trans-][PtCl3(dmso)]).  相似文献

Reaction of [V(IV)OCl(2)(THF)(2)] in aqueous solution with 2 equiv of AgBF(4) or AgSbF(6) and then with 2 equiv of 2,2'-bipyridine (bipy), 4,4'-di-tert-butyl-2,2'-bipyridine (4,4'-dtbipy), or 4,4'-di-methyl-2,2'-bipyridine (4,4'-dmbipy) affords compounds of the general formula cis-[V(IV)O(OH)(L(NN))(2)]Y [where L(NN) = bipy, Y = BF(4)(-) (1), L(NN) = 4,4'-dtbipy, Y = BF(4)(-) (2.1.2H(2)O), L(NN) = 4,4'-dmbipy, Y = BF(4)(-) (3.2H(2)O), and L(NN) = 4,4'-dtbipy, Y = SbF(6)(-) (4)]. Sequential addition of 1 equiv of Ba(ClO(4))(2) and then of 2 equiv of bipy to an aqueous solution containing 1 equiv of V(IV)OSO(4).5H(2)O yields cis-[V(IV)O(OH)(bipy)(2)]ClO(4) (5). The monomeric compounds 1-5 contain the cis-[V(IV)O(OH)](+) structural unit. Reaction of 1 equiv of V(IV)OSO(4).5H(2)O in water and of 1 equiv of [V(IV)OCl(2)(THF)(2)] in ethanol with 2 equiv of bipy gives the compounds cis-[V(IV)O(OSO(3))(bipy)(2)].CH(3)OH.1.5H(2)O (6.CH(3)OH.1.5H(2)O) and cis-[V(IV)OCl(bipy)(2)]Cl (7), respectively, while reaction of 1 equiv of [V(IV)OCl(2)(THF)(2)] in CH(2)Cl(2) with 2 equiv of 4,4'-dtbipy gives the compound cis-[V(IV)OCl(4,4'-dtbipy)(2)]Cl.0.5CH(2)Cl(2) (8.0.5CH(2)Cl(2)). Compounds cis-[V(IV)O(BF(4))(4,4'-dtbipy)(2)]BF(4) (9), cis-[V(IV)O(BF(4))(4,4'-dmbipy)(2)]BF(4) (10), and cis-[V(IV)O(SbF(6))(4,4'-dtbipy)(2)]SbF(6) (11) were synthesized by sequential addition of 2 equiv of 4,4'-dtbipy or 4,4'-dmbipy and 2 equiv of AgBF(4) or AgSbF(6) to a dichloromethane solution containing 1 equiv of [V(IV)OCl(2)(THF)(2)]. The crystal structures of 2.1.2H(2)O, 6.CH(3)OH.1.5H(2)O, and 8.0.5CH(2)Cl(2) were demonstrated by X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystal data are as follows: Compound 2.1.2H(2)O crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pbca with (at 298 K) a = 21.62(1) A, b = 13.33(1) A, c = 27.25(2) A, V = 7851(2) A(3), Z = 8. Compound 6.CH(3)OH.1.5H(2)O crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/a with (at 298 K) a = 12.581(4) A, b = 14.204(5) A, c = 14.613(6) A, beta = 114.88(1) degrees, V = 2369(1), Z = 4. Compound 8.0.5CH(2)Cl(2) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pca2(1) with (at 298 K) a = 23.072(2) A, b = 24.176(2) A, c = 13.676(1) A, V = 7628(2) A(3), Z = 8 with two crystallographically independent molecules per asymmetric unit. In addition to the synthesis and crystallographic studies, we report the optical, infrared, magnetic, conductivity, and CW EPR properties of these oxovanadium(IV) compounds as well as theoretical studies on [V(IV)O(bipy)(2)](2+) and [V(IV)OX(bipy)(2)](+/0) species (X = OH(-), SO(4)(2)(-), Cl(-)).  相似文献

The reactions between cis-[M(C(6)F(5))(2)(PPh(2)CtriplebondCR)(2)] (M=Pt, Pd; R=Ph, tBu, Tol 2, 3) or cis-[Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(PPh(2)CtriplebondCR)(PPh(2)CtriplebondCtBu)] (R=Ph 4, Tol 5) and cis-[Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(thf)(2)] 1 have been investigated. Whereas [M](PPh(2)CtriplebondCtBu)(2) ([M]=cis-M(C(6)F(5))(2)) is inert towards 1, the analogous reactions starting from [M](PPh(2)CtriplebondCR)(2) or [Pt](PPh(2)CtriplebondCR)(PPh(2)CtriplebondCtBu) (R=Ph, Tol) afford unusual binuclear species [Pt(C(6)F(5))(S)mu-[C(R')dbondC(PPh(2))C(PPh(2))doublebondC(R)(C(6)F(5))]M(C(6)F(5))(2)] (R=R'=Ph, Tol, M=Pt 6 a,c, M=Pd 7 a,c; M=Pt, R'=tBu, R=Ph 8, Tol 9) containing a bis(diphenylphosphanyl)butadienyl bridging ligand formed by an unprecedented sequential insertion reaction of two P-coordinated PPh(2)CtriplebondCR ligands into a PtbondC(6)F(5) bond. Although in solution the presence of coordinated solvent S (S=(thf)(x)(H(2)O)(y)) in 6, 7 is suggested by NMR spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction analyses of different crystals of the mixed complex [Pt(C(6)F(5))mu-[C(tBu)doublebondC(PPh(2))C(PPh(2))doublebondC(Tol)(C(6)F(5))]Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)] 9 unequivocally establish that in the solid state the steric crowding of the new diphenylbutadienyl ligand formed stabilizes an unusual coordinatively unsaturated T-shaped 3-coordinated platinum(II) center. Structure determinations of the mononuclear precursors cis-[Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(PPh(2)CtriplebondCR)(2)] (R=Ph, tBu, Tol) have been carried out to evaluate the factors affecting the insertion processes. The reactions of the platinum complexes 6 towards neutral ligands (L=CO, py, PPh(2)H, CNtBu) in a 1:1 molar ratio afford related diplatinum derivatives 10-13, whereas treatment with CNtBu (1:2 molar ratio) or 2,2'-bipy (1:1 molar ratio) results in the opening of the chelating ring to give cis,cis-[Pt(C(6)F(5))(L)(2)mu-[1-kappaC(1):2-kappaPP'-C(R)doublebondC(PPh(2))C(PPh(2))doublebondC(R)(C(6)F(5))]Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)] (14, 15). The unsaturated or solvento complexes are unstable in solution evolving firstly, through an unexpected formal 4-1 R (Ph, Tol) migration, to the intermediate diphosphanylbutadienyl isomer derivatives [Pt(C(6)F(5))(S)mu-[C(C(6)F(5))doublebondC(PPh(2))C(PPh(2))doublebondC(R)(2)]M(C(6)F(5))(2)] (16, 18) (X-ray, R=Ph, M=Pt) and, finally, to 1-pentafluorophenyl-2,3-bis(diphenylphosphanyl)naphthalene mononuclear complexes (17, 19) by annulation of a phenyl or tolyl group.  相似文献

The reaction of dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) with [Pt(SiHPh(2))(2)(PMe(3))(2)] produces cis-[Pt(CZ=CZ-SiHPh(2))(SiHPh(2))(PMe(3))(2)] (cis-1, Z = COOMe) and [Pt(CZ=CZ-SiPh(2))(PMe(3))(2)] (2) depending on the reaction conditions. cis-1 and 2 are equilibrated in solution at room temperature, and they are isolated by recrystallization of the mixtures. cis-1 is converted slowly in solution into trans-[Pt(CZ=CZ-SiHPh(2))(SiHPh(2))(PMe(3))(2)] (trans-1) via intermediate 2 followed by reaction with H(2)SiPh(2). DMAD also reacts with [Pt(SiHPh(2))(2)(dmpe)] (dmpe = 1,2-bis(dimethylphosphino)ethane) to afford [Pt(CZ=CZ-SiHPh(2))(SiHPh(2))(dmpe)] (3). Conversion of 3 into 4-sila-3-platinacyclobutene [Pt(CZ=CZ-SiPh(2))(dmpe)] (4) takes place, accompanied by formation of H(2)SiPh(2), to give an equilibrated mixture of the two complexes. Crystallographic and spectroscopic data of cis-1, trans-1, and 3 suggest the presence of an intramolecular interaction between the Si-H group of the 3-sila-1-propenyl ligand and Pt via an Si-H-Pt three-center-four-electron bond in the solid state and in solution. DMAD reacts with 2 to give 5-sila-2-platina-1,4-cyclohexadiene with pi-coordinated DMAD, [Pt(CZ=CZ-SiPh(2)-CZ=CZ)(DMAD)(PMe(3))(2)] (5), which is also obtained from the reaction of excess DMAD with [Pt(SiHPh(2))(2)(PMe(3))(2)]. Unsymmetrical six-membered silaplatinacycles without pi-coordinated alkyne, [Pt(CZ=CZ-SiPh(2)-CH=CX)(PMe(3))(2)] (6: X = COOMe; 7: X = Ph), are prepared analogously from the respective reactions of phenyl acetylene and of methyl acetylene carboxylate with 2. Methyl 2-butynolate reacts with 2 at 50 degrees C to form a mixture of the regioisomers [Pt(CZ=CZ-SiPh(2)-CMe=CZ)(PMe(3))(2)] (8) and [Pt(CZ=CZ-SiPh(2)-CZ=CMe)(PMe(3))(2)] (9).  相似文献

Three 2,2'-bipyridine (2,2'-bpy) complexes of Pt(IV) have been synthesized, characterized by X-ray crystallography, and their solution behavior in D(2)O studied by (1)H NMR spectroscopic analysis: mer-[PtCl(3)(2,2'-bpy)(MeNH(2))]ClH(2)O (4), trans-[PtCl(2)(2,2'-bpy)(MeNH(2))(2)]Cl(2) (5), and trans-[Pt (2,2'-bpy)(MeNH(2))(2)(OH)(2)]Cl(2) (6; MeNH(2)=methylamine). Complexes 4 and 5 undergo hydrolysis of the Cl(-) ions, both in the dark and daylight, as evident from a drop in the pH value. Two solvolysis products were detected in the case of 4, which is indicative of species with equatorial and axial OH(-) groups. The hydrolysis reaction of 5 implies that an axial Cl(-) group is replaced by an OH(-) moiety; in contrast, 6 remains virtually unaffected. Ordinary daylight, in particular irradiation with a 50-W halogen lamp, initially causes ligand-isomerization processes, which are followed by the reduction of 4 and 5 to Pt(II) species. This reduction of 4 and 5 is accompanied by the formation of hypochlorous acid, as demonstrated qualitatively in the decoloration test of indigo, and loss of MeNH(2), which is particularly pronounced in the case of 5. The formation of Pt(II) compounds is established on the basis of the J coupling constants of (195)Pt with selected (1)H NMR resonances. The results obtained herein are possibly also relevant to the chemistry of Cl-containing Pt(IV) antitumor agents and their reactions with DNA.  相似文献

2,2'-Bipyrazine (2,2'-bpz) reacts with cis-(NH(3))(2)Pt(II) in water to give a variety of products, several of which were isolated and characterized by X-ray analysis: cis-[Pt(NH(3))(2)(2,2'-bpz-N4)(2)](NO(3))(2)·3H(2)O (1), [{cis-Pt(NH(3))(2)(2,2'-bpz-N4,N4')}(3)]-(PF(6))(5)NO(3)·7H(2)O (2a), [{cis-Pt(NH(3))(2)(2,2'-bpz-N4,N4')}(3)](BF(4))(2)-(SiF(6))(2)·15H(2)O (2b), and [{cis-Pt(NH(3))(2)(2,2'-bpz-N4,N4')}(4)]-(SO(4))(4)·22H(2)O (3). In 1, 2b, and 3 the 2,2'-bpz ligands adopt approximately C(2h) symmetries, hence the two pyrazine halves are in trans orientation, whereas in 2a all three 2,2'-bpz bridges are approximately C(2v) symmetric, with the pyrazine halves cis to each other. The topologies of the two triangular complexes 2a and 2b are consequently distinctly different, but nevertheless both cations act as hosts for anions. In 2a a PF(6)(-) and a NO(3)(-) anion are associated simultaneously with the +6 cation, whereas in 2b it is a BF(4)(-) anion and a water molecule, which are trapped in its cavity. There is no anion inclusion in case of the metallasquare 3. In principle, 3 can exist in a large number of stereoisomers, depending on the rotational states of the bridging 2,2'-bpz ligands. Isolation of a single rotamer form of 3 with C(2h) symmetric 2,2'-bpz ligands and an overall meso form is proposed to be a consequence of a highly efficient self-assembly process that starts from the precursor 1 and reaction with two cis-(NH(3))(2)Pt(II) units. This process leads to the isolated rotamer of 3 regardless of whether two cations 1 in head-head form react with two cis-(NH(3))(2)Pt(II), or whether the Δ enantiomer of the chiral head-tail form of 1 combines with its Λ enantiomer through two cis-(NH(3))(2)Pt(II) entities.  相似文献

Complexes [Pt(mu-N,S-8-TT)(PPh(3))(2)](2) (1), [Pt(mu-S,N-8-TT)(PTA)(2)](2) (2), [Pt(8-TTH)(terpy)]BF(4) (3), cis-[PtCl(8-MTT)(PPh(3))(2)] (4), cis-[Pt(8-MTT)(2)(PPh(3))(2)] (5), cis-[Pt(8-MTT)(8-TTH)(PPh(3))(2)] (6), cis-[PtCl(8-MTT)(PTA)(2)] (7), cis-[Pt(8-MTT)(2)(PTA)(2)] (8), and trans-[Pt(8-MTT)(2)(py)(2)] (9) (8-TTH(2) = 8-thiotheophylline; 8-MTTH = 8-(methylthio)theophylline; PTA = 1,3,5-triaza-7-phosphaadamantane) are presented and studied by IR and multinuclear ((1)H, (31)P[(1)H]) NMR spectroscopy. The solid-state structure of 4 and 9 has been authenticated by X-ray crystallography. Growth inhibition of the cancer cells T2 and SKOV3 induced by the above new thiopurine platinum complexes has been investigated. The activity shown by complexes 4 and 9 was comparable with cisplatin on T2. Remarkably, 4 and 9 displayed also a valuable activity on cisplatin-resistant SKOV3 cancer cells.  相似文献

Aromatic ring amination reactions in the ruthenium complex of 2-(phenylazo)pyridine is described. The substitutionally inert cationic brown complex [Ru(pap)(3)](ClO(4))(2) (1) (pap = 2-(phenylazo)pyridine) reacts smoothly with aromatic amines neat and in the presence of air to produce cationic and intense blue complexes [Ru(HL(2))(3)](ClO(4))(2) (2) (HL(2) = 2-[(4-(arylamino)phenyl)azo]pyridine). These were purified on a preparative TLC plate. The X-ray structure of the new and representative complex 2c has been solved to characterize them. The results are compared with those of the starting complex, [Ru(pap)(3)](ClO(4))(2) (1). The transformation 1 --> 2 involves aromatic ring amination at the para carbon (with respect to the diazo function) of the pendant phenyl rings of all three coordinated pap ligands in 1. The transformation is stereoretentive, and the amination reaction is regioselective. The extended ligand HL(2) coordinates as a bidentate ligand and chelates to ruthenium(II) through the pyridine and one of the azo nitrogens. The amine nitrogen of this bears a hydrogen atom and remains uncoordinated. Similarly, the amination reaction on the mixed-ligand complex [Ru(pap)(bpy)(2)](ClO(4))(2) produces the blue complex [Ru(HL(2))(bpy)(2)](ClO(4))(2) (3) as anticipated. The reactions of [RuCl(2)(dmso)(4)] and [Ru(S)(2)(L)(2)](2+) (dmso = dimethyl sulfoxide, S = labile coordinated solvent, L = 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) and pap) with the preformed HL(2) ligand have been explored. The structure of the representative complex [RuCl(2)(HL(2a))(2)] (5a) is reported. It has the chlorides in trans configuration while the pyridine as well as azo nitrogens are in cis geometry. Optical spectra and redox properties of the newly synthesized complexes are reported. All the ruthenium complexes of HL(2) are characterized by their intense blue solution colors. The lowest energy transitions in these complexes appear near 600 nm, which have been attributed to intraligand charge-transfer transitions. For example, the lowest energy visible range transition in [Ru(HL(2b))(3)](2+) appears at 602 nm and its intensity is 65 510 M(-1) cm(-1). All the tris chelates show multiple-step electron-transfer processes. In [Ru(HL(2))(3)](2+), six reductions waves constitute the complete electron-transfer series. The electrons are believed to be added successively to the three azo functions. In the mixed-ligand chelates [Ru(HL(2))(pap)(2)](2+) and [Ru(HL(2))(bpy)(2)](2+) the reductions due to HL(2), pap, and bpy are observed.  相似文献

Palladium and platinum complexes with HmtpO (where HmtpO=4,7-dihydro-5-methyl-7-oxo[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine, an analogue of the natural occurring nucleobase hypoxanthine) of the types [M(dmba)(PPh3)(HmtpO)]ClO4[dmba=N,C-chelating 2-(dimethylaminomethyl)phenyl; M=Pd or Pt], [Pd(N-N)(C6F5)(HmtpO)]ClO4[N-N=2,2'-bipyridine (bpy), 4,4'-dimethyl-2,2'-bipyridine (Me2bpy), or N, N, N', N'-tetramethylethylenediamine (tmeda)] and cis-[M(C6F5)2(HmtpO)2] (M=Pd or Pt) (head-to-head atropisomer in the solid state) have been obtained. Pd(II) and Pt(II) complexes with the anion of HmtpO of the types [Pd(tmeda)(C6F5)(mtpO)], [Pd(dmba)(micro-mtpO)] 2, and [NBu4]2[M(C6F5)2(micro-mtpO)]2(M=Pd or Pt) have been prepared starting from the corresponding hydroxometal complexes. Complexes containing simultaneously both the neutral HmtpO ligand and the anionic mtpO of the type [NBu4][M(C6F5)2(HmtpO)(mtpO)] (M=Pd or Pt) have been also obtained. In these mtpO-HmtpO metal complexes, for the first time, prototropic exchange is observed between the two heterocyclic ligands. The crystal structures of [Pd(dmba)(PPh 3)(HmtpO)]+, cis-[Pt(C6F5)2(HmtpO)2].acetone, [Pd(C6F5)(tmeda)(mtpO)].2H2O, [Pd(dmba)(micro-mtpO)]2, [NBu4]2[Pd(C6F5)2(micro-mtpO)]2.CH2Cl2.toluene, [NBu4]2[Pt(C6F5)2(micro-mtpO)](2).0.5(toluene), and [NBu4][Pt(C6F5)2(mtpO)(HmtpO)] have been established by X-ray diffraction. Values of IC50 were calculated for the new platinum complexes cis-[Pt(C6F5)2(HmtpO)2] and [Pt(dmba)(PPh3)(HmtpO)]ClO4 against a panel of human tumor cell lines representative of ovarian (A2780 and A2780 cisR), lung (NCI-H460), and breast cancers (T47D). At 48 h incubation time, both complexes were about 8-fold more active than cisplatin in T47D and show very low resistance factors against an A2780 cell line, which has acquired resistance to cisplatin. The DNA adduct formation of cis-[Pt(C6F5)2(HmtpO)2] and [Pt(dmba)(PPh3)(HmtpO)]ClO4 was followed by circular dichroism and electrophoretic mobility. Atomic force microscopy images of the modifications caused by these platinum complexes on plasmid DNA pB R322 were also obtained.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of a series of mononuclear d(8) complexes with at least two P-coordinated alkynylphosphine ligands and their reactivity toward cis-[Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(THF)(2)] are reported. The cationic [Pt(C(6)F(5))(PPh(2)C triple-bond CPh)(3)](CF(3)SO(3)), 1, [M(COD)(PPh(2)C triple-bond CPh)(2)](ClO(4)) (M = Rh, 2, and Ir, 3), and neutral [Pt(o-C(6)H(4)E(2))(PPh(2)C triple-bond CPh)(2)] (E = O, 6, and S, 7) complexes have been prepared, and the crystal structures of 1, 2, and 7.CH(3)COCH(3) have been determined by X-ray crystallography. The course of the reactions of the mononuclear complexes 1-3, 6, and 7 with cis-[Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(THF)(2)] is strongly influenced by the metal and the ligands. Thus, treatment of 1 with 1 equiv of cis-[Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(THF)(2)] gives the double inserted cationic product [Pt(C(6)F(5))(S)mu-(C(Ph)=C(PPh(2))C(PPh(2))=C(Ph)(C(6)F(5)))Pt(C(6)F(5))(PPh(2)C triple-bond CPh)](CF(3)SO(3)) (S = THF, H(2)O), 8 (S = H(2)O, X-ray), which evolves in solution to the mononuclear complex [(C(6)F(5))(PPh(2)C triple-bond CPh)Pt(C(10)H(4)-1-C(6)F(5)-4-Ph-2,3-kappaPP'(PPh(2))(2))](CF(3) SO(3)), 9 (X-ray), containing a 1-pentafluorophenyl-2,3-bis(diphenylphosphine)-4-phenylnaphthalene ligand, formed by annulation of a phenyl group and loss of the Pt(C(6)F(5)) unit. However, analogous reactions using 2 or 3 as precursors afford mixtures of complexes, from which we have characterized by X-ray crystallography the alkynylphosphine oxide compound [(C(6)F(5))(2)Pt(mu-kappaO:eta(2)-PPh(2)(O)C triple-bond CPh)](2), 10, in the reaction with the iridium complex (3). Complexes 6 and 7, which contain additional potential bridging donor atoms (O, S), react with cis-[Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)(THF)(2)] in the appropriate molar ratio (1:1 or 1:2) to give homo- bi- or trinuclear [Pt(PPh(2)C triple-bond CPh)(mu-kappaE-o-C(6)H(4)E(2))(mu-kappaP:eta(2)-PPh(2)C triple-bond CPh)Pt(C(6)F(5))(2)] (E = O, 11, and S, 12) and [(Pt(mu(3)-kappa(2)EE'-o-C(6)H(4)E(2))(mu-kappaP:eta(2)-PPh(2)C triple-bond CPh)(2))(Pt(C(6)F(5))(2))(2)] (E = O, 13, and S, 14) complexes. The molecular structure of 14 has been confirmed by X-ray diffraction, and the cyclic voltammetric behavior of precursor complexes 6 and 7 and polymetallic derivatives 11-14 has been examined.  相似文献
