In this paper, we are concerned with global efficiency in multiobjective optimization. After exposing a property of a cone-subconvexlike function, we prove that a local weakly efficient solution, a local efficient solution and a local properly efficient solution are respectively a global weakly efficient solution, a global efficient solution and a global properly efficient solution of a multiobjective programming problem if cone- subconvexlikeness or cone-pre-invexity is assumed  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the separations and optimality conditions for the optimal solution defined by the improvement set of a constrained multiobjective optimization problem. We introduce a vector-valued regular weak separation function and a scalar weak separation function via a nonlinear scalarization function defined in terms of an improvement set. The nonlinear separation between the image of the multiobjective optimization problem and an improvement set in the image space is established by the scalar weak separation function. Saddle point type optimality conditions for the optimal solution of the multiobjective optimization problem are established, respectively, by the nonlinear and linear separation methods. We also obtain the relationships between the optimal solution and approximate efficient solution of the multiobjective optimization problem. Finally, sufficient and necessary conditions for the (regular) linear separation between the approximate image of the multiobjective optimization problem and a convex cone are also presented.  相似文献

In this paper the Pareto efficiency of a uniformly convergent multiobjective optimization sequence is studied. We obtain some relation between the Pareto efficient solutions of a given multiobjective optimization problem and those of its uniformly convergent optimization sequence and also some relation between the weak Pareto efficient solutions of the same optimization problem and those of its uniformly convergent optimization sequence. Besides, under a compact convex assumption for constraints set and a certain convex assumption for both objective and constraint functions, we also get some sufficient and necessary conditions that the limit of solutions of a uniformly convergent multiobjective optimization sequence is the solution of a given multiobjective optimization problem.  相似文献

A solution concept for fuzzy multiobjective programming problems based on ordering cones (convex cones) is proposed in this paper. The notions of ordering cones and partial orderings on a vector space are essentially equivalent. Therefore, the optimality notions in a real vector space can be elicited naturally by invoking a concept similar to that of the Pareto-optimal solution in vector optimization problems. We introduce a corresponding multiobjective programming problem and a weighting problem of the original fuzzy multiobjective programming problem using linear functionals so that the optimal solution of its corresponding weighting problem is also the Pareto-optimal solution of the original fuzzy multiobjective programming problem.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a unified approach for studying convex composite multiobjective optimization problems via asymptotic analysis. We characterize the nonemptiness and compactness of the weak Pareto optimal solution sets for a convex composite multiobjective optimization problem. Then, we employ the obtained results to propose a class of proximal-type methods for solving the convex composite multiobjective optimization problem, and carry out their convergence analysis under some mild conditions.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider an extend-valued nonsmooth multiobjective optimization problem of finding weak Pareto optimal solutions. We propose a class of vector-valued generalized viscosity approximation method for solving the problem. Under some conditions, we prove that any sequence generated by this method converges to a weak Pareto optimal solution of the multiobjective optimization problem.  相似文献

In this paper, we introduce a vector-valued Tikhonov-type regularization algorithm for an extended-valued multiobjective optimization problem. Under some mild conditions, we prove that any sequence generated by this algorithm converges to a weak Pareto optimal solution of the multiobjective optimization problem. Multiobjective optimization is a useful mathematical model in order to investigate real-world problems with conflicting objectives, arising from economics, engineering, and human decision making. In this paper, a convex composite multiobjective optimization problem, subject to a closed convex constraint set, is studied. New first-order optimality conditions for a weakly efficient solution of the convex composite multiobjective optimization problem are established via scalarization. This short paper addresses both researchers in multiobjective optimization as well as industrial practitioners and decision makers in need of solving optimization and decision problems with multiple criteria. To enhance the solution and decision process, a multiobjective decomposition-coordination framework is presented that initially decomposes the original problem into a collection of smaller-sized subproblems that can be solved for their individual solution sets. A common solution for all decomposed and, thus, the original problem is then achieved through a subsequent coordination mechanism that uses the concept of epsilon-efficiency to integrate decisions on the desired tradeoffs between these individual solutions. An application to a problem from vehicle configuration design is selected for further illustration of the results in this paper and suggests that the proposed method is an effective and promising new solution technique for multicriteria decision making and optimization. In this paper, nonconvex multiobjective optimization problems are studied. New characterizations of a properly efficient solution in the sense of Geoffrion's are established in terms of the stability of one scalar optimization problem and the existence of an exact penalty function of a scalar constrained program, respectively. In this paper, we use generalized asymptotic functions and second-order asymptotic cones to develop a general existence result for the nonemptiness of the proper efficient solution set and a sufficient condition for the domination property in nonconvex multiobjective optimization problems. A new necessary condition for a point to be efficient or weakly efficient solution is given without any convexity assumption. We also provide a finer outer estimate for the asymptotic cone of the weakly efficient solution set in the quasiconvex case. This paper deals with multiobjective optimization programs in which the objective functions are ordered by their degree of priority. A number of approaches have been proposed (and several implemented) for the solution of lexicographic (preemptive priority) multiobjective optimization programs. These approaches may be divided into two classes. The first encompasses the development of algorithms specifically designed to deal directly with the initial model. Considered only for linear multiobjective programs and multiobjective programs with a finite discrete feasible region, the second one attempts to transform, efficiently, the lexicographic multiobjective model into an equvivalent model, i.e. a single objective programming problem. In this paper, we deal with the second approach for lexicographic nonlinear multiobjective programs.  相似文献

Scalarization of fuzzy multiobjective programming problems using the embedding theorem and the concept of convex cone (ordering cone) is proposed in this paper. Since the set of all fuzzy numbers can be embedded into a normed space, this motivation naturally inspires us to invoke the scalarization techniques in vector optimization problems to evaluate the a multiobjective programming problem. In this paper, we introduce fuzzy mathematical programming (FMP) for decision-making related to software creation by selecting optimal commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) products in a modular software system. Each module in such software systems have different alternatives with variations in their properties, for example, quality, reliability, execution time, size and cost. Due to these variations, component-based software developers generally deals with the problem of selecting appropriate COTS products. The development of COTS-based systems largely depends on the success of the selection process. Various crisp optimization models of COTS products selection have been proposed in literature. However, in real COTS products selection problem, it is difficult to estimate precisely the values of various model parameters due to lack of sufficient data and also because of measurement errors. Hence, instead of crisp optimization model, if we use flexible optimization model then we might obtain results which are more preferred by the decision maker. In this study, we use multiple methodologies such as quality model, analytical hierarchy process and FMP to develop fuzzy multiobjective optimization model of the COTS products selection. To determine a preferred compromise solution for the multiobjective optimization problem, an interactive fuzzy approach is used.  相似文献
