It is reported that efficient continuous-wave (CW) self-frequency-doubling red laser at 666 nm performed with a diode-pumped Nd3+:YCa4O(BO3)3 (Nd:YCOB) laser. With a diode pump power of 14.3 W, TEM00 mode red laser at 666 nm of 570 mW is obtained. At the output power level of 570 mW, the output stability is better than 3.5%. The beam quality M2 value is about 1.25. To the best of our knowledge, this is the highest power laser at 666 nm generated by self-frequency doubling of a diode pumped Nd:YCOB laser.  相似文献

It is reported that efficient continuous-wave (CW) green laser generation at 540 nm in a KTP crystal at type-II phase matching direction performed with a diode-pumped Nd:CaYAlO4 laser. With incident pump power of 18.2 W, output power of 324 mW at 540 nm has been obtained using a 5 mm-long KTP crystal. At the output power level of 324 mW, the output stability is better than 2.8%. The beam quality M 2 values were equal to 1.34 and 1.22 in X and Y directions, respectively.  相似文献

It is reported that efficient continuous-wave (CW) blue-green laser generation at 500 nm in a LBO crystal at type-I phase matching direction performed with a Ti:sapphire laser-pumped Yb:KYW laser. With incident pump power of 8.7 W, output power of 138 mW at 500 nm has been obtained using a 10 mm-long LBO crystal. At the output power level of 138 mW, the blue-green output stability is better than 2.8%. The blue-green beam quality M 2 values were equal to 1.25 and 1.18 in X and Y directions, respectively.  相似文献

We report a diode-pumped Pr3+:YAlO3 laser emitting at 747 nm. A power of 232 mW at 747 nm has been achieved in continuous-wave operation with a diode emitting 2 W at 448 nm. Furthermore, intracavity second-harmonic generation in continuous-wave mode has also been demonstrated with a power of 52 mW at 374 nm by using a LBO nonlinear crystal. The fluctuation of the violet output power was better than 2.3%. The beam quality M 2 value is 2.2.  相似文献

A dual-wavelength continuous-wave (CW) diode end-pumped gadolinium scandium aluminum garnet (Nd:GSAG) laser that generates simultaneous laser action at the wavelengths 1061 and 942 nm is demonstrated. A total output power of 589 mW (476 mW at 1061 nm and 113 mW at 942 nm) for the dual-wave-length was achieved at the incident pump power of 18.2 W. The M 2 values for 942 and 1061 nm lights were found to be around 1.18 and 1.37, respectively.  相似文献

We describe the output performances of the 1116 nm 4 F 3/2-4 I 11/2 transition (generally used for a 1064 nm transition) in Nd:YAG under in-band pumping with diode laser at the 809 nm wavelength. An end-pumped Nd:YAG crystal yielded 680 mW of continuous-wave (CW) output power for 18.2 W of incident pump power. Moreover, intracavity second-harmonic generation (SHG) has also been achieved with a power of 97 mW at 558 nm by using a LiB3O5 (LBO) nonlinear crystal. The yellow-green beam quality factor M 2 was less than 1.21. The yellow-green power stability was less 2.5% in 4 h.  相似文献

We describe the output performances of the 1073 nm 4 F 3/24 I 11/2 transition (generally used for a 1064 nm transition) in Nd3+:YAlO3 (Nd:YAP) under in-band pumping with diode laser at the 803 nm wavelength. An end-pumped Nd:YAP crystal yielded 390 mW of continuous-wave (CW) output power for 17.8 W of incident pump power. Moreover, intracavity second-harmonic generation has also been achieved with a power of 38 mW at 536 nm by using a LiB3O5 (LBO) nonlinear crystal. The green beam quality factor M 2 was less than 1.33. The blue power stability was less 3.5% in 4 h.  相似文献

We report for the first time a coherent red radiation at 689 nm by intracavity sum-frequency generation of the 1319- and 1444-nm laser-lines of two Nd:YAG lasers. Using type-II critical phase matching KTP crystal, 689-nm red laser was obtained by 1444- and 1319-nm intra-cavity sum-frequency mixing, and output power of 156 mW was obtained. At the output power level of 156 mW, the output power stability is better than 5.0% and laser beam quality M 2 factor is 1.23.  相似文献

Using type-I critical phase-matching LBO crystal, a blue-green laser at 497 nm is obtained by 1061 and 935 nm intracavity sum-frequency mixing. The maximum laser output power of 232 mW is obtained when an incident pump laser of 18.2 W is used. At the output power level of 232 mW, the output stability is better than 3.67%. Using type-I critical phase-matching (CPM) LBO crystal, a blue laser at 493 nm is obtained by 1066 and 916 nm intracavity sum-frequency mixing. The maximum laser output power of 520 mW is obtained when an incident pump laser of 18.2 W is used. At the output power level of 520 mW, the output stability is better than 2.8%. 报道了一台LD端面抽运Nd:YAG晶体内腔三倍频355 nm激光高效率、高峰值功率准连续输出的全固态紫外激光器.激光腔采用紧凑型平平直腔,腔长仅106 mm.当注入抽运功率为5.73 W、重复频率为9 kHz时,获得163 mW的355 nm激光准连续输出,光光转换效率达到最高2.84%.当注入抽运功率为6.7 W重复频率为5 kHz时,获得最高174 mW的355 nm激光准连续输出,输出功率短期不稳定性为5%,光束质量因子M2为3.79.当注入抽运功率为5.73 W、重复频率为2 kHz时,获得112 mW的355 nm激光准连续输出,峰值功率最高达到9.15 kW.通过采用内腔倍频技术和设计合理的腔结构,实现了中小功率准连续输出的全固态紫外激光器的小型化、便携化,进一步拓宽了紫外激光器的应用领域. 关键词: LD端面抽运 内腔三倍频 Q')" href="#">声光调Q 紫外激光  相似文献

We describe the output performances of the 928 nm 4 F 3/24 I 9/2 transition in Nd:CLNGG under diode-laser pumping. An end-pumped Nd:CLNGG crystal yielded 1.3 W of continuous-wave output power for 17.8 W of absorbed pump power. The slope efficiency with respect to the absorbed pump power was 11.2%. Furthermore, with 17.8 W of diode pump power and the frequency-doubling crystal LiB3O5 (LBO), a maximum output power of 260 mW in the blue spectral range at 464 nm has been achieved. The blue output power stability over 4 h is better than 3.2%.  相似文献

We report for the first time a continuous-wave (CW) coherent radiation at 500.5 nm by intracavity sum-frequency generation of 1063 nm Nd:GdVO4 laser and 946 nm Nd:YAG laser. Blue-green laser is obtained by using a doubly cavity, type-II critical phase matching KTiOPO4 (KTP) crystal sum-frequency mixing. With total pump power of 27.8 W, TEM00 mode blue-green laser at 500.5 nm of 421 mW is obtained. We report a red laser at 670.5 nm generation by intracavity frequency doubling of a continuous wave (CW) laser operation of a 1341 nm Nd:GdVO4 laser under in-band diode pumping at 912 nm. An LBO crystal, cut for critical type I phase matching is used for second harmonic generation of the laser. At an incident pump power of 8.9 W, as high as 347 mW of CW output power at 670.5 nm is achieved. The fluctuation of the red output power was better than 3.7% in the given 30 min, and the beam quality factor M 2 is 1.65.  相似文献

We report a continuous-wave (CW) self-frequency-doubling blue laser at 468 nm by a diodepumped Nd3+:YCa4O(BO3)3 (Nd:YCOB) laser. With 14.3 W of diode pump power, a maximum output power of 211 mW in the blue spectral range at 468 nm has been achieved. The beam quality M2 values were equal to 1.16 and 1.23 in X and Y directions, respectively. The output power stability over 30 min is better than 5%. To the best of our knowledge, this is the highest power laser at 468 nm generated by self-frequency doubling of a diode pumped Nd:YCOB laser.  相似文献

We report on the efficient continuous-wave (CW) dual-wavelength operation of a Nd:LuVO4 laser at 916 and 1343 nm. An output power of 2.15 W for the dual-wavelength was achieved at the incident pump power of 18.2 W. Intracavity sum-frequency mixing at 916 and 1343 nm was then realized in a LBO crystal to reach the yellow-green range. A maximum output power of 523 mW in the yellow-green spectral range at 545 nm has been achieved. The yellow-green output stability is better than 3.5%. The yellow-green beam quality M 2 value are about 1.31 and 1.18 in both horizontal and vertical dimensions, respectively.  相似文献

We report for the first time, to the best of our knowledge, a Yb:YAG laser operating in a CW on the three-level laser at 968 nm, based on the 2 F 5/2-2 F 7/2 transition, generally used for a 1030 nm emission. The use of a pump module with 16 passes through the crystal allowed the realization of a Yb:YAG thin-disk laser with 507 mW of continuous wave (CW) output power at 968 nm. Moreover, intracavity second-harmonic generation (SHG) has also been achieved with a power of 58 mW at 484 nm by using a BiB3O6 (BIBO) non-linear crystal.  相似文献

A continuous-wave laser oscillation was demonstrated with a Yb-doped fluorapatite (FAP) crystal pumped with a 905 nm Ti:sapphire laser. The output characteristics for different output couplers were investigated. A maximum power of 67mW at a 1043nm wavelength was obtained with 10% output coupler, pumped by a Ti:sapphire laser with 910mW power. This corresponds to a slope efficiency of 26.5%.  相似文献
