利用过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠氧化还原引发体系制备了固含量为55%的丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸甲酯的共聚物种子乳液;以上述乳液为种子,十二烷基硫酸钠和辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚为乳化剂、碳酸氢钠为缓冲剂,过硫酸钾为引发剂80℃下制备固含量在70%~74%的高固含量、低黏度稳定乳液。种子乳液呈现多元分布、乳胶粒粒径约为150~300nm,增长后高固含量乳液仍保持宽分布、平均粒径大小在350~600nm,黏度在剪切速率20s-1时为600~900mPa·s。此乳液做成的密封胶固化时间短,收缩率小,强度大。  相似文献

先利用半连续种子乳液聚合法制备固含量为50%,粒径480nm的单分散甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)与丙烯酸(AA)的共聚物种子乳液;然后以上述种子乳液为介质,十二烷基硫酸钠为乳化剂,碳酸氢钠为缓冲剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂制备固含量72%,乳胶粒具有二元分布特征的高固含量、低粘度稳定乳液:其中大乳胶粒径500~600nm,小乳胶粒径约80nm.所得乳液中乳化剂总含量为聚合物质量的2.1%;粘度在剪切速率为21s-1时为400mPa·s.另外,相对于常规乳液,所制备高固含量乳液胶膜具有更好的光泽度.  相似文献

近二十多年来,如何提高乳胶产品固含量一直是乳液制备工作所追求的重要目标之一。相对于传统乳液而言,高固含量具有更大的分散相体积分数,甚至达到70%(wt)以上。因此,高分散相体积分数状态下的流变性能一直成为高固含量乳液制备过程中的瓶颈。粒子尺寸及其分布在粘度控制过程中起着至关重要的作用。本文从单分散体系、多元分散体系和宽粒径分布体系三个方面,详细评述了近几年高固含量乳液流变研究领域的数学建模和实验研究。并对高固含量乳液流变性能研究的发展进行了展望。  相似文献

以自制的聚酯多元醇(PPMBA)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)合成聚氨酯预聚体,再用丙烯酸酯类单体代替有机溶剂对预聚体降黏,封端预聚体后中和分散乳化得包含丙烯酸酯类单体的聚氨酯乳液.向乳液中加入引发剂引发自由基聚合得到复合乳液,最后再加入乙烯基类单体及引发剂合成三层核壳结构的聚丙烯酸酯/聚氨酯复合乳液.研究表明,二异氰酸酯的-NCO与聚酯多元醇中的-OH的物质的量之比(R值)为1.6~4之间时,随R值增加,乳液稳定性增强;DMPA含量在4%~7%的范围内,随DMPA含量的降低,乳胶膜的耐水性提高.通过红外光谱对所合成聚酯多元醇及复合乳液结构进行表征.  相似文献

以过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂、十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为乳化剂,利用正相乳液聚合制备(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-co-丙烯酸)共聚物(P(MMA-co-AA))乳液.通过测定聚合转化率和观察聚合过程稳定性,探讨了AA与MMA不同质量比时制备稳定的共聚物乳液的工艺条件;通过黏度法测定了乳液在不同pH时的相对黏度η,利用粒度分析仪分析了乳胶粒子在不同pH时的平均粒径和粒径分布.结果表明:AA含量较高时,控制聚合时间是得到稳定聚合物乳液的关键,当m(AA)/m(MMA)=12.5/100,65 ℃下反应120 min时,所制得的乳液稳定性最好.随着pH增大,乳液黏度先增大后降低;随着m(AA)/m(MMA)增加,制得的乳液pH敏感性增大;随着乳液从酸性(pH=5.17)变到碱性(pH=8.61),聚合物乳胶粒子平均粒径减小,粒径分布变窄.  相似文献

为了提高聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯聚合物的耐水性和耐溶剂性, 将N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)扩链的交联聚氨酯丙酮溶液作为反应介质, 以苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、含氟丙烯酸酯(FA)为单体, 过氧化苯甲酰为引发剂, 通过溶液聚合相转化法制得新型阳离子聚氨酯-含氟丙烯酸酯复合乳液. 研究了MDEA对聚合物水分散液的乳胶粒径、Zeta电位以及乳胶膜表面性能的影响, 并用FTIR, TEM对聚合物的结构和乳胶粒形态进行了表征. 结果表明, MDEA的添加利于降低乳胶粒径, 但对乳胶膜的疏水性能有不利影响, 当MDEA的质量分数为13.15%时, FPUA乳胶粒的形态呈球形, 粒径约为253 nm, 乳胶膜的表面自由能低于25.1 mJ/m2, 接触角衰减速率约为0.38 (º)/min. 另外, 乳胶膜的高温处理能够使表面自由能降低11.5%以上.  相似文献

以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚醚二醇(N-210)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、一缩二乙二醇(DEG)、三羟甲基丙烷(TMP)及纳米氧化锡锑(ATO)浆料为主要原料,制备了稳定的纳米ATO改性水性聚氨酯(APU)乳液。 粒径测试及透射电子显微镜(TEM)观察显示,纳米ATO在水性聚氨酯中分散较好,乳液粒径均小于100 nm; FTIR分析表明,纳米ATO粒子与水性聚氨酯(WPU)间可能存在化学键; 热重分析(TGA)测试显示,随纳米ATO添加量的增加,胶膜最大热分解温度逐渐提高,最大提高了约20 ℃;紫外-可见-近红外吸收及保温性能测试表明,随着纳米ATO添加量的提高,胶膜在800~2500 nm的透过率逐渐降低,但涂层在可见光区透过率均超过70%,热阻率由1.34×10-2 m2·℃/W提高至3.17×10-2 m2·℃/W。  相似文献

采用两步法,先以六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)、聚醚二元醇(N210)、端羟丙基硅油(HPMS)、端羟基丙烯酸树脂(PA-OH)为主要原料,合成了含硅聚氨酯-丙烯酸酯(Si PUA)种子乳液,然后在Si PUA乳胶粒内引入甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA),通过原位自由基共聚合,构筑了以Si PUA为壳,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为多核的"Salami"结构乳胶粒(PMMA/Si PUA).FTIR和DSC测试表明,聚氨酯、有机硅与丙烯酸酯发生反应,并确认了PMMA的生成;TEM结果显示,PMMA/Si PUA乳胶粒子具有"Salami"结构;随着Si PUA中HPMS含量的增加,PMMA/Si PUA乳胶粒子的粒径先增加后减小,粒径分布则从单峰窄分布变化到双峰宽分布,其乳液涂膜的水接触角呈现先增加后减小的趋势,但膜的吸水率则逐渐减小;与Si PUA相比,PMMA/Si PUA涂膜的透明性有一定下降,相分离程度增加;动态流变测试显示,PMMA/Si PUA涂膜中PMMA的存在,提高了其模量和黏度.当Si PUA中HPMS含量为10 wt%,核/壳质量比m(PMMA)/m(Si PUA)=0.5时,PMMA/Si PUA乳液的粒径较小,且为单峰分布,其涂膜的耐水性和耐高温性能较好.  相似文献

以甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚碳酸酯二醇(PCDL)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和二乙醇胺(DEOA)为原料,采用A2+bB2共聚合路线合成了具有超支化结构的水性聚氨酯(HBAPU)乳液。采用红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振(13C NMR)对产物结构进行了表征,证实了超支化聚氨酯的支化度随 n(NCO)/n(OH)比值的增大而增大。用PCS、TG、电子拉力机对产物的性能进行了测试,同时也对胶膜的耐水性进行了测试,发现在DMPA含量为0.4 mmol/g时,HBAPU的粒径仅有20.57 nm,而线性水性聚氨酯粒径有130.91 nm,并且HBAPU具有良好的耐水性、热稳定性和较高的拉伸强度。  相似文献

The vinyl group terminated water-borne polyurethanes (WPU) with different DMPA content were prepared. Subsequently the core-shell polyurethane/polyacrylate (PUA) composite emulsions were synthesized by soap-free emulsion copolymerization. The WPU as sole surfactant was used in copolymerization, and the lowest surface tension could be achieved to 38.8?mN m?1. Furthermore, the final conversion of acrylic monomer was reached to 98% in the case of WPU reactive seed. The FTIR-ATR indirectly confirmed the core-shell structure of PUA, simultaneously combined with DSC results found that the compatibility of WPU and PA was enhanced by growing grafting efficiency. The TEM results further indicated that the amount of DMPA in WPU had a great significant role in polymerization and final morphology structure. The PUA composite particles changed from scattered structure, core-shell structure to multi-core structure with increasing DMPA content. Correspondingly, the reinforcing and toughening effects were also found in PUA films with the increase content of DMPA by tensile testing.  相似文献

本文合成了离子 非离子复合型亲水单体 (K6 0 0 ) ,并以K6 0 0、IPDI、聚酯二元醇为原料制备了自乳化聚氨酯乳液 .考察了K6 0 0对乳液外观、粒径、粘度、冻融稳定性、高温稳定性、抗电解质能力、pH值稳定性等性质的影响 .结果显示 ,以K6 0 0制得的乳液具有优异的综合稳定性 ,- 2 0℃ ,18h冻融 5次以上仍然稳定 ;可以耐受 80℃的长期高温 ;可与 10 %NaCl溶液以任意比例混合 ;可在pH =1~ 14的范围内性质稳定 ,说明离子 非离子复合型亲水单体对体系的综合稳定性具有很大的作用  相似文献

Shape memory polyurethanes (SMPUs) were prepared from polycaprolactone diol 4000 (PCL 4000), 1,4-butanediol (BDO), chitin, dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA), triethylamine (TEA) and 4,4′-diphenylmethane diisocyanate (MDI), and the structures of the synthesized materials were verified by infrared spectroscopy. The effects of chitin and DMPA contents in the polyurethane formulation on surface properties were investigated. DMPA provides function of making hydrophilic polyurethanes. The crystalline structure of chitin enhanced the hydrophobicity of the synthesized materials. Contact angle, water absorption, surface free energy, work of water adhesion and swelling behavior of the synthesized polyurethanes were affected by varying the DMPA and chitin contents. The interactions of the PU films with solvents on the surface were clearly related to the contents of DMPA and chitin in the final polyurethane formulation.  相似文献

以聚己内酯二元醇(CAPA)为软段,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)为硬段,环氧树脂E-44为大分子交联剂,经相转化法合成了一系列环氧树脂改性负离子水性聚氨酯(EPPU)自乳化乳液,并制备了改性水性聚氨酯的固化膜.通过FTIR、TGA及接触角、力学性能测试对聚合物结构及其膜性能进行了研究.通过原子力显微镜(AFM)观察膜表面形态和表面粗糙度.乳液粒径及粒径分布通过动态激光光散射法(DLLS)测定.FTIR分析表明环氧树脂的羟基和环氧基都参与了发应.TGA表明,环氧树脂的加入可以提高聚氨酯的热稳定性.随着w(E-44)增大,改性聚氨酯膜的拉伸强度得到改善,断裂伸长率减小.随着w(E-44)增大,乳液粒径增大,薄膜的接触角增大,改性后的PU膜表面光滑度下降,拒水性增强.  相似文献

In this study, a fluoro-diol, trifluoroethyl-2-methylpropanoate-β-dihydroxy ethylamine (TFMDA), was successfully synthesized by Michael Addition reaction between trifluoroethyl-2-methacrylate (TFEMA) and diethanolamine (DEA). The chemical structures were characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR methods. And then by the reaction of dicyclohexylmethylmethane-4,4′- diisocyanate (HMDI), poly(propylene glycol) (PPG), 2,2-dimethylolbutanoic acid (DMBA), diethylene glycol (DEG) and trifluoroethyl-2-methylpropanoate-β-dihydroxyethylamine (TFMDA), fluorinated waterborne polyurethane emulsions with different content of COOH and TFMDA were successfully prepared. It was demonstrated that all the polyurethane emulsions exhibited enhanced storage stability and all the polyurethane films possessed high elongation at break and exceeded 1000%. Addition of organic fluorine obviously improved the water-resistance property of the waterborne polyurethane films.  相似文献

以水性聚氨酯分散液为种子采用无皂乳液聚合新技术合成出了具有核壳结构的聚氨酯/聚丙烯酸酯(PU/PA)复合聚合物乳液。采用界面张力简化计算方法计算了聚合物与聚合物之间以及聚合物和水之间的界面张力,通过界面自由能变化最小的热力学判据对合成的复合乳液粒子的热力学平衡形态进行了预测。并利用透射电子显微镜观察和用接触角法测定的膜的表面极性对其进行了证实。结果表明:界面自由能变化的最小判据可以推广到PU/PA 体系,本文给出的界面张力的简化计算方法是可行的。  相似文献

合成了含羟基的丙烯酸酯树脂,并与甲苯二异氰酸酯反应制备预聚体Ⅰ,Ⅰ与扩链剂二羟甲基丙酸反应得到含羧基的预聚体Ⅱ,最后用1,4-丁二醇交联,制得水性丙烯酸酯聚氨酯涂料,讨论了合成过程中影响乳液稳定性和涂膜性能的因素。测试结果表明:涂膜的强度、光泽、硬度等性能均优于传统的同类树脂。  相似文献

Waterborne polyurethane coatings were prepared by a polyaddition reaction using toluene diisocyanate (TDI), 2,2-di(hydroxy-methyl) propionic acid, soy-based polyols with different hydroxyl values, plus 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) as chain termination agent, triethylamine as neutralization agent, and DBTDL as catalyst. Six soybean oil-based polyols were used in this study with hydroxyl values of 100, 115, 128, 140, 155, and 164 mg KOH g−1, respectively. The molar ratio of polyol hydroxyl to DMPA was varied from 1.6 to 2.6. The storage stability of the waterborne polyurethane coatings was greater than 6 months. The thermal properties of the coating films were investigated by TG and DCS. The results show that the soy-based polyurethane films decomposed in three stages. The glass transition temperatures, T g, of the soy-based polyurethane films increased with the hydroxyl number of the soy-based polyol.  相似文献

Aqueous acrylic‐polyurethane (AC–PU) hybrid emulsions were prepared by semibatch emulsion polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) in the presence of four polyurethane (PU) dispersions. The PU dispersions were synthesized with isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI), 1000 and 2000 molecular weight (MW) poly(neopentyl) adipate, 1000 MW polytetramethyleneetherglycol, butanediol (BD), and dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA). MMA was added in the monomer emulsion feed. We studied the effect of the use of different PU seed particles on the rate of polymerization, the particle size and distribution, the number of particles, and the average number of radicals per particle. The PU rigidity was controlled by varying the polyol chemical structure, the polyol MW (Mn), and by adding BD. The monomer feed rate was varied to study its influence on the process. It was observed that the PU particles that had been prepared with a higher MW polyol swelled better with MMA before the monomer‐starved conditions occurred. There seemed to be no significant discrepancies between the series with different PU seeds in the monomer‐starved conditions. The overall conversion depended on the monomer addition rate, and the polymerization rate acquired a constant value that was comparable to the value of the monomer addition rate. The instantaneous conversion increased slightly. The average particle size increased, and the total particle number in the reactor was constant and similar to the number of PU particles in the initial charge. The average number of radicals per particle increased. The differences between the system with a constant particle number and average number of radicals per particle and the system with a fixed radical concentration are discussed. The semibatch emulsion polymerization of MMA in the presence of PU particles studied was better compared to the system with a fixed radical concentration. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
