近年来铁基超导材料的发现掀起了又一轮新型超导材料研究的热潮,各种配方的铁基超导材料不断被制备出来,转变温度也不断提高,中国科学家在该领域取得了十分突出的成果,制备出了多种铁基超导材料,但对其交流损耗特性研究鲜有报道,而实际应用中交流损耗的特性又十分重要,因此搭建了一套采用探测线圈法的交流损耗测量平台,测试了一种中国科学院电工研究所采用PIT工艺制作的单芯铁基超导带材的交流损耗。该文介绍了采用探测线圈法测量超导材料交流损耗的一种测量平台的搭建与标定,以及采用标定过的测量平台在液氦温度下测量的一种采用PIT工艺制作的单芯铁基超导带材的交流损耗;并与计算得到的铁基带材超导芯的磁滞损耗和包套的涡流损耗进行了比较分析,得出了其交流损耗与背景磁场频率成正比,其涡流损耗可以忽略的结论。  相似文献

Editorial     
Many excellent articles and textbooks on superconductivity have been published. However, concise and easily-handled data books written for scientists and engineers who work in the field of superconducting materials are very few. This article aims to collect and outline basic properties of superconducting materials and to provide such people with a database. The properties listed include crystal and electronic structures, equilibrium phase diagram, superconducting critical temperature, critical magnetic fields, critical current density, pinning force, specific heat coefficient, Debye temperature, penetration depth, coherence length, GL parameter, energy gap, electronic density of states at the Fermi level, electron-phonon coupling constant, Coulomb pseudopotential, and others. Emphasis is on the materials used in superconductive applications. Structural phase transitions such as martensitic transformations and transitions to the charge-density-wave state in superconducting materials are also reviewed. The properties of superconducting oxides will be summarized in the next article of this series.  相似文献

超导体的发现距今已有近110年了,高温超导体的发现也已经有30多年了.超导材料的电子学应用在最近一二十年取得了突破性进展.高温超导微波器件显示了比传统微波器件更优越的性能,已经在移动通信、雷达和一些特殊通信系统中取得了规模化应用.超导量子干涉器件以其磁场和电流测量的超高灵敏度,成为地质勘探、磁共振成像和生物磁成像等领域不可替代的手段.包括超导隧道结混频器、超导热电子混频器、超导转变沿探测器及超导单光子探测器等在内的超导传感器/探测器可以探测全波段的电磁波及各种宇宙辐射,具有接近量子极限的超高灵敏度,在地球物理、天体物理、量子信息技术、材料科学及生物医学等众多前沿领域发挥越来越重要的作用.超导参量放大器已经成为实现超导量子计算的关键器件.超导集成电路技术已被列入国际器件与系统技术路线图,成为后摩尔时代微电子领域的前沿阵地之一.在计量科学中,超导约瑟夫森效应及约瑟夫森结阵器件被广泛应用于量子电压基准和国际单位制基本单位的重新定义中.在当前的量子信息技术热潮中,超导电子学扮演重要角色,同时量子热潮也大力推动了超导电子学的发展.本文主要对近几年我国超导电子学研究和应用的现状与进展进行概括总结.  相似文献

The critical current density J c is one of the most important parameters of high temperature superconducting films in superconducting applications,such as superconducting filter and superconducting Josephson devices.This paper presents a new model to describe inhomogeneous current distribution throughout the thickness of superconducting films applying magnetic field by solving the differential equation derived from Maxwell equation and the second London equation.Using this model,it accurately calculates the inductive third-harmonic voltage when the film applying magnetic field with the inductive measurement for J c.The theoretic curve is consistent with the experimental results about measuring superconducting film,especially when the third-harmonic voltage just exceeds zero.The J c value of superconducting films determined by the inductive method is also compared with results measured by four-probe transport method.The agreements between inductive method and transport method are very good.  相似文献

Radiation detectors based on superconducting phenomena are becoming increasingly important for observational astronomy. Recent developments in this important field, together with relevant background, are described here. After a general introduction to superconductivity and the field of superconductor-based radiation sensors, the main detector types are examined with regard to their physical form, operating principles and principal advantages. All major forms of superconducting detectors used in contemporary research such as tunnelling detectors, mixers, hot-electron bolometers and transition edge sensitive devices are discussed with an emphasis on how more recent developments are overcoming the shortcomings of the previous device generations. Also, discussed are new ideas in superconducting detector technology that may find applications in the coming years.  相似文献

饱和铁心型超导限流器具有限流功能可靠、输电稳态损耗小、限流恢复时间短等优异特性。根据其工作原理,一方面,用于直流励磁的超导绕组自身不承受短路电流冲击,这避免了其它类型超导限流器中由于超导绕组失超所带来的诸多技术难题;另一方面,其主体电抗器可以借鉴成熟的铁心电抗器技术。因此,饱和铁心型超导限流器的以其优异的性能特性和成熟的工程实现技术,成为迄今为止人们研究的各类超导限流器中的最具实用价值的一种。在电网容量不断扩大,智能化水平不断提高的今天,饱和铁心型超导限流器有非常广阔的应用前景。文中将叙述饱和铁心型超导限流器的基本原理、结构形式、功能特性,并对已在云南普吉变电站挂网运行的35kV/90MVA超导限流器进行简要介绍。  相似文献

For many decades R&D on superconducting quantum infererence devices (SQUIDs) has resulted in numerous and very diverse applications. However the commercial success of these applications is still marginal. This contribution analyses the reasons and discusses possible measures to improve this situation particularly for the application of multichannel SQUID systems for magnetoencephalography (MEG) and magnetocardiograpphy (MCG). The possible impact of combining low field magnetresonance imaging (lfMRI) with MEG and/or MCG is considered as well.  相似文献

Superconductors are typically fragile, and their superconducting properties are reduced under strain. Moreover, superconductor wires operate under large mechanical loads in most applications. Thus, a careful mechanical analysis is essential when designing superconducting applications. So far, plenty of experimental and computational studies concerning stress and strain in, e.g. Bi-2223/Ag tapes have been carried out. However, Bi-2223 tapes contain several properties that vary between different tapes and are often unknown when designing a specific application. The largest uncertainties are related to the creep at high temperatures, stiffness and anisotropy of filaments and the yield strength of silver. In this paper, the influence of uncertainties on the local stress and strain in Bi-2223/Ag tapes is studied computationally to determine efficient strategies to reduce inaccuracy of the results. The results suggest that the filaments can be described as an isotropic material and the filament stiffness is the most important input parameter to estimate the total stiffness of the tape.  相似文献

Investigations of the magnetic properties of high temperature superconductors (HTSs) have revealed the existence of striking new vortex phenomena due, in part, to their strong crystalline anisotropy, very short coherence lengths and the much larger thermal energies available at high temperatures. Some of these phenomena, for example vortex lattice 'melting', pose serious problems for technological applications of the most anisotropic HTS materials and a fuller understanding of them is of considerable importance. The most direct information regarding vortex structures and dynamics is obtained through local measurement of the magnetic field within or at the surface of a superconducting sample. A detailed review of such local magnetic probes is presented here including Lorentz microscopy, magnetic force microscopy, Bitter decoration, scanning Hall probe microscopy, magneto-optical imaging, and scanning superconducting quantum interference device microscopy. In each case the principles underpinning the technique are described together with the factors that limit the magnetic field and the spatial and temporal resolution. A range of examples will be given, emphasizing applications in the area of HTSs. In addition the ways in which the existing techniques can be expected to develop over the next few years will be discussed and new approaches that seem likely to be successful described.  相似文献

In order to achieve a high resolution in the spectroscopy of low energy X-rays, detectors based on superconducting tunnel junctions as sensors are presently investigated. The knowledge of the processes affecting the signal generation in such sensors is essential for the interpretation of the detector response. Starting from a diffusion model including decay and tunneling of excess quasiparticles in the metal layers of a superconducting tunnel junction detector, the detector response is determined as a function of absorption position and of rate constants. Model predictions agree very well with experimental data. The advantages of a detector employing quasiparticle trapping are pointed out and the parameters determining the signal gain are deduced. The linearity of the detector signal is much more affected by pair recombination of the quasiparticles during their tunneling rather than during their diffusive propagation into the tunneling region.  相似文献

Rhenium is a superconductor with a relatively weak tendency to oxidize, which is advantageous in superconducting quantum circuit and qubit applications. In this work, Re/A1-A1Ox/Re Josephson tunnel junctions were fabricated using a selective film-etching process similar to that developed in Nb trilayer technology. The Re films had a superconducting transition temperature of 4.8 K and a transition width of 0.2 K. The junctions were found to be highly reproducible using the fabrication process and their characteristics had good quality with a low leakage current and showed a superconducting gap of 0.55 meV.  相似文献

Numerical modelings of superconducting wires for AC loss calculations   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
Superconducting properties of superconducting wires as well as the influence of their composite structure and twisting should be taken into account for their numerical modeling for AC loss calculations. Furthermore, complicated electromagnetic conditions in electrical apparatuses under which superconducting wires are used influence their AC loss properties; superconducting wires carry their transport current and are exposed to the external magnetic field whose direction and magnitude vary spatially. A series of numerical models of superconducting tapes based on the finite element method has been developed. In each model, some of the above-mentioned factors that could influence the AC loss properties are taken into account. The models are formulated with the current vector potential and the scalar magnetic potential (TΩ method). Superconducting property is given by the EJ characteristic represented by a power law. The current distributions in non-twisted and twisted superconducting tapes carrying their transport current and/or exposed to the external magnetic field are calculated with these models to estimate their AC loss. The current distribution in a short piece of superconducting tape exposed to AC magnetic field is also calculated.  相似文献

We report on high quality local tunnel spectroscopy measurements in superconductors using in-situ fabricated superconducting tips as counterelectrode. The experiments were made at very low temperatures using a dilution refrigerator and a 3He cryostat. Spectra obtained with superconducting tip and sample of Al show that the spectroscopic resolution of our set-up is of 15 eV. Following the observation of Josephson current in tunnelling regime (with tips of Pb and of Al), we discuss the feasibility of Scanning Josephson Spectroscopy with atomic size resolution.
