Well-defined 16-electron chiral Ru amido complexes, Ru[(R,R)-diamine](η6-arene), efficiently catalyze asymmetric Michael additions of Michael donors to cyclic enones to give adducts in high yields and with excellent ee’s. β-Ketoesters or nitroacetate as Michael donors react with 2-cyclopentenone in toluene or t-butyl alcohol containing the Ru amido catalyst (S/C=50) to afford the Michael adduct in 99% yield and with up to 92% ee. The outcome of the reaction was delicately influenced by the structures of the diamine and arene ligands as well as reaction conditions.  相似文献

Different Michael addition reactions catalyzed by solid base K2O/γ-Al2O3 and KF/γ-Al2O3, MgO/γ-Al2O3 prepared by microwave irradiation method were reported in this paper. For the K2O/γ-Al2O3, not only good yield was attained but also made the reaction of Acetonitrile that usually is regarded as inactive carbonion and α, β-unsatumted compound to carry out. The yield of Michael reaction of Ethyl acetoacetate and Crotonaldehyde catalyzed by KF/γ-Al2O3, MgO/γ-Al2O3, MgO/NaY all could reach to 80% and the latter could reach to 90%. At the same time, the catalysts of different content(the ratio of load) of MgO were also applied in this reaction, and it was found that the best content of MgO was 20% ~ 25%。  相似文献

A mechanistic study was carried out for the asymmetric Michael addition reaction of malonates to enones catalyzed by a primary amino acid lithium salt to elucidate the origin of the asymmetric induction. A primary β-amino acid salt catalyst, O-TBDPS β-homoserine lithium salt, exhibited much higher enantioselectivity than that achieved with the corresponding catalysts derived from α- and γ-amino acids for this reaction. Detailed studies of the transition states with DFT calculations revealed that the lithium cation and carboxylate group of the β-amino acid salt catalyst have important roles in achieving high enantioselectivity in the Michael addition reaction of malonates to enones.  相似文献

Domino Michael reactions of oxophorone and its derivatives 4 with Michael partners 3 have been effected to give bicyclo[2.2.2]octane-2,5-dione derivatives 7 by a catalytic amount of a Brønsted base (NMAP-Li) generated from N-methylaminopropylated silica gel (NMAP) and n-BuLi. Heterogeneous Sonogashira coupling of terminal alkynes with aryl halides was studied over a polymer-supported macrocyclic Schiff base palladium complex. The cross-coupling reaction proceeded smoothly by adding a piperidine in water medium. The catalyst exhibited effective catalytic activities to afford the corresponding products in good to excellent yields under copper-free conditions. Several novel chiral thiazoline catalysts containing thiazoline, thiourea and proline were efficiently synthesized from commercially available L-cysteine. These ligands were subsequently applied to the asymmetric Michael reaction between cyclohexanone and various β-nitrostyrene. The result shows that the optimal catalyst for this reaction is ligand 18d, the organocatalyst with thiazoline, thiourea and chiral proline motif, which efficiently promotes the enantioselective conjugate addition of cyclohexanone to various nitroalkenes to yield the corresponding addition products in high to excellent yields with enantiomeric excess(e.e.) up to 95% and diastereoselectivity ratio(dr.) up to 99:1.  相似文献

A novel upper-rim functionalized calix[4]squaramide organocatalyst bearing bis-squaramide and cyclohexanediamine scaffolds was designed and prepared to catalyse a serial of asymmetric Michael addition of 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds to α,β-unsaturated carbonyl compounds in high yields (up to 99 %) and good to excellent enantiomeric excesses (up to 99% ee). The comparative experiments indicated that the cooperative effect between calixarenes cavitives and chiral catalytic centers on this calix[4]squaramide catalyst could promote these reactions. Moreover, this strategy also provides valuable and easy access to chiral chromene, naphthoquinone and acetylacetone derivatives, which are important skeletons in biological and pharmaceutical compounds.  相似文献

A highly efficient enantioselective Michael reaction of 2-oxindole-3-carboxylate esters with N-maleimides catalyzed by commercially available cinchonidine was described. The desired adducts, containing a quaternary center at the C3-position and a vicinal tertiary center, were obtained in excellent yields (up to 99%), good enantioselectivities (up to 85% ee), and diastereoselectivities (dr>90:10) in the presence of 0.05–5 mol % catalyst loading.  相似文献

Catalytic asymmetric Michael reactions of a malonate to acyclic α,β-unsaturated N-acylpyrroles as ester equivalent acceptors are described. A La(O-iPr)3/(S,S)-linked-BINOL complex, which is suitable for Michael addition to cyclic enones, is not suitable for acyclic α,β-unsaturated N-acylpyrroles. A new (S,S)-Ph-linked-BINOL chiral ligand was developed to improve enantioselectivity, and a La(O-iPr)3/(S,S)-Ph-linked-BINOL complex with the addition of HFIP afforded Michael adducts in good yield and enantioselectivity (up to 96% ee).  相似文献
