Methods for the synthesis of compounds combining in the molecule fragments of known antioxidants with reactive vinyloxy and vinylthio groups have been developed. Transesterification of methyl 3-[3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl]propionate with 2-(vinyloxy)- or 2-(vinylthio)-ethanol furnished the high yields of 2-(vinyloxy)- and 2-(vinylthio)ethyl 3-[3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl]propionates. The reaction of 2-[(vinyloxy)ethoxymethyl]- and 2-[(vinylthio)-ethoxymethyl]oxiranes with 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin-4-ol and 4-aminodiphenylamine proceeds with the oxirane ring opening and leads to the corresponding vinyloxy and vinylthio derivatives of 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidin-4-ol and mono- and bisvinyloxy and -vinyl- thio derivatives of 4-aminodiphenylamine at the primary amino group.  相似文献

Six new phenol derivatized hexahydropyrimidines (1,3-bis-(2-hydroxy-3,5-di(X)benzyl) hexahydropyrimidine and 5,5′-dimethyl-1,3-bis-(2-hydroxy-3,5-di(X)benzyl) hexahydropyrimidine where X = Me, t-Bu, and Cl) were synthesized in one-pot in 33-79% yield using Mannich condensations.  相似文献

A porphyrin with a lipophilic hydrocarbon substituent, 5-(4-palmitoyloxyphenyl)-10,15,20-tris[3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl]porphine, was synthesized for the first time by acylation of 5-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-10,15,20-tris[3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl]porphine. Oxidation of these compounds with PbO2 in toluene leads to the corresponding phenoxyl radicals. Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. 1-Substituted 4-benzylidene-2-{-[3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl]vinyl}-4-benzylidene-2-imidazolin-5-ones have been synthesized by the interaction of azomethines and N-acylhydrazones (derivatives of 3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde) with 4-benzylidene-2-methyloxazol-5-one. The acylation of 1,2-bis[3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxybenzylideneamino]ethane with acid chlorides in acetonitrile in the presence of triethylamine leads to 1,3-diacyl-2-[3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl]imidazolidine.  相似文献

Microbial metabolism of the cancer chemopreventive agent, curcumin [(1E,6E)-1,7-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)hepta-1,6-diene-3,5-dione] (1) with Pichia anomala (ATCC 20170) yielded four major metabolites, 5-hydroxy-1,7-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)heptan-3-one (2), 5-hydroxy-7-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)heptan-3-one (3), 1,7-bis(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)heptan-3,5-diol (4), 5-hydroxy-1,7-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)heptane-3-one (5) and two minor products, 1-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-7-(4-hydroxyphenyl)heptane-3,5-diol (6) and 1,7-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)heptane-3,5-diol (7). The structures of compounds 2-5 were established on the basis of spectroscopic data. Compounds 6 and 7 were assigned tentative structures.  相似文献

The synthesis is reported of nine unsymmetrical, meso-substituted porphyrins. Among the compounds prepared are the following 5-(R)-10,15,20-tri-p-tolylporphyrins; R = 2,6-dinitrophenyl, 4-hydroxy-3-ethoxy-phenyl, 4-hydroxy-3-methoxy-5-nitrophenyl, 5-hydroxy-2-nitrophenyl and 4-hydroxy-3-nitrophenyl. Other porphyrins reported include 5-(2-(1-butoxy)phenyl)-15-(2-nitrophenyl)-10-15-di-p-tolylporphyrin and the two 5-(R)-10-15,20-tripropylporphyrins in which R = 2-nitrophenyl and 2-hydroxyphenyl. The disubstituted porphyrins offer a rational route to the synthesis of difunctional “tailed-porphyrins”.  相似文献

Five new cyclophane host molecules (corrals) are prepared by linking together two α,α′-di(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1,4-diisopropylbenzene or α,α′-di(3,5-dimethyl-4-hydroxyphenyl)-1,4-diisopropylbenzene units with two permethylene spacers. Three small cyclophane hosts (boxes) are synthesized by cyclization of α,α′-di(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1,4-diisopropylbenzene with di(bromomethyl)benzene compounds. The reaction of 3,4-diaminocoumarin with thionyl chloride gave 4H-[1]benzopyrano[3,4-c][1,2,5]thiadiazol-4-one (II), which was cleaved by the action of nucleophilic agents to the corresponding 4-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-1,2,5-thiadiazole-3-carboxylic acid derivatives. Three new diarylheptanoids,i.e.,sodium(5S,2E)-1,7-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-hydroxy-2-hepten-5-sulfonate(1), sodium(5R,2E)-1,7-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-hydroxy-2-hepten-5-sulfonate (2) and 3,5-diacetoxy-1-(3-methoxy-4,5-dihydroxy- phenyl)-7-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)heptane (3) were isolated from the rhizomes of Zingiber officinale.The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic methods.The antioxidant activities of 3 were assayed by in vitro models involving DPPH free radicals and superoxide anion radicals.  相似文献

The conjugated 3,3′,5,5′-tetra(p-X-phenylethynyl)biphenyl derivatives were efficiently obtained by homocoupling of 1-bromo-3,5-di(p-X-phenylethynyl)benzene mediated by zero-valent nickel complexes.The 1-bromo-3,5-di(p-X-phenylethynyl)benzene was previously prepared by heterocoupling between 1-bromo-3,5-di(ethynyl)benzene and p-X-iodobenzene (X: NMe2; OMe) catalysed by the palladium/copper system in good yield. The necessary 1-bromo-3,5-di(ethynyl)benzene was obtained by heterocoupling between 1,3,5-tribromobenzene and 2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol catalysed by palladium and successive treatment with sodium hydroxide in dry toluene, in good yield.The same 3,3′,5,5′-tetra(p-X-phenylethynyl)biphenyl (X: NMe2; OMe) derivatives were alternatively synthesised in highest yield by heterocoupling between 3,3′,5,5′-tetra(ethynyl)biphenyl and p-X-bromobenzene (X: NMe2; OMe) catalysed by palladium in excellent yields. Previously, 3,3′,5,5′-tetra(ethynyl)biphenyl was obtained in practically quantitative yield by homocoupling of 1-bromo-3,5-di[4-(2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol)] benzene mediated by the zero-valent nickel complex to the 3,3′,5,5′-tetra{di[4-(2-methyl-3-butyn-2-ol)]}biphenyl followed the treatment with sodium hydroxide.  相似文献

Proton-ligand dissociation constants of five biologically important pyrazole derivatives, viz. [5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-(pyridin-3-yl)-4-benzoyl]-pyrazol (HPPBP), [5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-(3-nitrophenyl)-4-(3-pyridinoyl)]-pyrazol (HPNPPP), [5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-(3-nitrophenyl)-4-benzoyl]-pyrazol (HPNPBP), [5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-phenyl-4-(3-pyridinoyl)]-pyrazol (HPPPP), and [5-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-(3-nitrophenyl)-4-(2-furoyl) pyrazol (HPNPFP) and metal ligand stability constants of their Ni(II) complexes in 70% (v/v) dioxane-water and 0.1 M KNO3 were determined at 298.15, 303.15, and 308.15 K by potentiometric method. Thermodynamic functions, such as, free energy change (ΔG ), enthalpy change (ΔH ) and entropy (ΔS ) change for dissociation and complex formation have been estimated form temperature dependence of proton-ligand and metal-ligand stability constants and interpreted in terms of feasibility of these processes.  相似文献

Products of the reactions of 4- and 2-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-butyl-benzaldehydes with malonic acid, diethyl malonate, and acetic anhydride in the presence of weak bases were isolated and identified. The reactions of 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde with malonic acid and acetic anhydride in the presence of sodium acetate and piperidine gave 3,5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxycinnamic acid. The reaction of its 2-hydroxy isomer with acetic anhydride stopped at the stage of formation of the corresponding O-acetyl derivative, while in the reaction with malonic acid the corresponding substituted cinnamic acid and its lactone (coumarin derivative) were formed as intermediate products in a transformation sequence finally leading to 3-(3,5-di-tertbutyl-2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-piperidinopropionic acid and 6,8-di-tert-butyl-2-oxo-3,4-dihydro-2H-chromen-4-ylacetic acid. Analogous differences were typical of reactions of isomeric 4- and 2-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-butylbenzaldehydes with diethyl malonate. The transformations of the 2-hydroxy isomer were accompanied by hydrolysis and formation of an adduct of intermediate coumarin derivative with diethyl malonate and piperidine.  相似文献

A series of 2-substituted and 2,3-disubstituted quinazolin-4-ones containing a 3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxyphenyl group has been synthesized. They were prepared by the condensation of carboxylic acid imino ester hydrochlorides containing the indicated fragment with ethyl anthranilate and also by the reaction of azomethines, N-acylhydrazones, or the 4-phenylthiosemicarbazone of 3,5-di(tert-butyl)-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde with 2-methyl-4H-2,1-benzoxazin-4-one.  相似文献

采用2-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚和丙烯酸甲酯为原料,通过迈克尔加成反应合成半受阻酚类抗氧剂中间体β-(3-甲基-5-叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯.条件优化实验确定该抗氧剂中间体的最佳合成工艺条件为:2-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚与丙烯酸甲酯物质的量之比为1∶1.1,催化剂KOH与2-甲基-6-叔丁基苯酚的物质的量比为1∶10,丙烯酸甲酯滴加温度为90℃,丙烯酸甲酯滴加时间为30 min,反应温度为130℃,反应时间为5 h.在此条件下,半受阻酚类抗氧剂中间体β-(3-甲基-5-叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯的收率大于70%,熔程41.6℃~44.0℃.IR和1H NMR证实所合成目标产物的化学结构与其理论结构相一致.DPPH法测定半受阻酚类抗氧剂中间体清除自由基的性能,并与全受阻酚类抗氧剂中间体β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯进行对比.结果表明,由于邻位取代基的不对称效应,使得空间位阻较小的不对称抗氧剂中间体β-(3-甲基-5-叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸甲酯清除DPPH·的活性高于邻位取代基空间位阻较大的对称抗氧剂中间体清除DPPH·的活性.  相似文献

Treatment of 5-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)vinyl]benzene-1,3-diol (resveratrol) with an equimolar amount of silver(I) acetate in dry MeOH at 50 degrees C for 1 h followed by chromatographic purification with a short silica gel column allowed the isolation of its (E)-dehydrodimer, 5-[5-[2-(3,5-dihydroxyphenyl)vinyl]-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-3-yl]benzene-1,3-diol, as a racemic mixture in high yield. The present method was applicable to the oxidative dimerization of 4-hydroxystilbenes such as trans-styrylphenol and 5-[6-hydroxy-2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-4-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)vinyl]-2,3-dihydrobenzofuran-3-yl]benzene-1,3-diol (epsilon-viniferin) leading to the corresponding 2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-2,3-dihydrobenzofurans possessing various types of biological activities.  相似文献

Heat-induced transformations of N-[2,6-diisopropylphenyl]-3,5-di(tert-butyl)-, N-[2,6-diethylphenyl]-3,5-di(tert-butyl)-, and N-[2-methyl-6-ethylphenyl]-3,5-di(tert-butyl)-o-benzoquinonimines in nonane follow the first-order rate equation, whereas that of N-[2,5-di(tert-butyl)phenyl]-3,5-di(tert-butyl-o-benzoquinonimine obey the second-order rate equation. Kinetic parameters of these reactions have been determined. 4aH-Phenoxazine derivatives of quinonimines are intermediates of the heat-induced transformations following the first-order kinetics; under the irradiation with 405 nm light they undergo the ring opening to give the starting compounds with quantum yield close to unity.  相似文献

Summary. A one-pot synthesis of novel 2-arylquinolines and 2-aryl-4-hydroxyquinolines was developed from the intramolecular reductive coupling reactions of 2-nitrochalcones and 3-hydroxy-1-phenyl-3-(2-nitrophenyl)-2-propen-1-ones. Depending on the reduction method and on the presence of electron donating substituents on the A ring of 2-nitrochalcones one can modulate the formation of 2-arylquinolines, their N-oxides, and of 2-aminochalcones. The reduction of 3-hydroxy-1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-3-(2-nitrophenyl)-2-propen-1-ones with stannous chloride in hydrochloric acid gave 2′-aminoflavones and with ammonium formate and Pd/C yielded 2-(2-hydroxyaryl)-4-hydroxyquinolines.  相似文献

Triethylphosphite induced reductive cyclisation of 1-(2-nitrophenyl)-3,5-di(2-thienyl)pyrazole 6 afforded the expected 1,3-di(2-thienyl)pyrazolo[1,2-a]benzotriazole 7 (14%) together with an unexpected product which was shown to be a 2-(2-thienyl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrrolo[2,1-c]quinoxaline 8 derivative (27%). A mechanism for the extrusion of sulfur during the transformation of heterocycle 6 into product 8 is proposed.  相似文献
