We shall give the existence of a capacity solution to a nonlinear elliptic coupled system, whose unknowns are the temperature inside a semiconductor material, u, and the electric potential, $$\varphi $$, the model problem we refer to is $$\begin{aligned} \left\{ \begin{array}{l} \Delta _p u+g(x,u)= \rho (u)|\nabla \varphi |^2 \quad \mathrm{in} \quad \Omega ,\\ {{\,\mathrm{div}\,}}(\rho (u)\nabla \varphi ) =0 \quad \mathrm{in} \quad \Omega ,\\ \varphi =\varphi _0 \quad \text{ on } \quad {\partial \Omega },\\ u=0 \quad \mathrm{on} \quad {\partial \Omega }, \end{array} \right. \end{aligned}$$where $$\Omega \subset \mathbb {R}^N$$, $$N\ge 2$$ and $$\Delta _p u=-{\text {div}}\left( |\nabla u|^{p-2} \nabla u\right) $$ is the so-called p-Laplacian operator, and g a nonlinearity which satisfies the sign condition but without any restriction on its growth. In this paper, we have considered the generalized bi-axially symmetric Schr\"{o}dinger equation $$\frac{\partial^2\varphi}{\partial x^2}+\frac{\partial^2\varphi}{\partial y^2} + \frac{2\nu} {x}\frac{\partial \varphi} {\partial x} + \frac{2\mu} {y}\frac{\partial \varphi} {\partial y} + \{K^2-V(r)\} \varphi=0,$$ where $\mu,\nu\ge 0$, and $rV(r)$ is an entire function of $r=+(x^2+y^2)^{1/2}$ corresponding to a scattering potential $V(r)$. Growth parameters of entire function solutions in terms of their expansion coefficients, which are analogous to the formulas for order and type occurring in classical function theory, have been obtained. Our results are applicable for the scattering of particles in quantum mechanics.  相似文献

We study localization operators within the framework of ultradistributions. More precisely, given a symbol a and two windows φ1, φ2, we investigate the multilinear mapping from to the localization operator Results are formulated in terms of modulation spaces with weights which may have exponential growth. We give sufficient and necessary conditions for a to be bounded or to belong to a Schatten class. By means of the supersolution and subsolution method and monotone iteration technique, the following nonlinear elliptic boundary problem with the nonlocal boundary conditions is considerd. The sufficient conditions which ensure at least one solution are given.
