Three new isoflavone C‐glycosides, along with two known isoflavone O‐glycosides, were isolated from the roots of Pueraria lobata (Willd .) Ohwi . The structures of the new compounds were elucidated as 4′,7‐dihydroxy‐3′‐methoxyisoflavone 8‐C‐[β‐d‐ glucopyranosyl‐(1→6)]‐β‐d‐ glucopyranoside ( 1 ), 4′,7‐dihydroxy‐3′‐methoxyisoflavone 8‐C‐[β‐d‐ apiofuranosyl‐(1→6)]‐β‐d‐ glucopyranoside ( 2 ), and 8‐Cβ‐d‐ glucopyranosyl‐4′,7‐dihydroxy‐3′‐methoxyisoflavone 4′‐Oβ‐d‐ glucopyranoside ( 3 ) on the basis of spectroscopic methods, especially 2D‐NMR and MS analyses. The known compounds isolated were identified by comparison of their physical and spectroscopic data with those reported in the literature.  相似文献

Two new xanthone glycosides and six known compounds were isolated from the roots of Pteris multifida. Based on spectroscopic and chemical methods, the structures of the new compounds were elucidated as 1‐hydroxy‐4,7‐dimethoxy‐8‐(3‐methyl‐2‐butenyl)‐6‐O‐α‐L‐rhamnopyranosyl‐(1→2)‐[β‐D‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→3)]‐β‐D‐glucopyranosylxanthone ( 1 ), and 1,3‐dihydroxy‐7‐methoxy‐8‐(3‐methyl‐2‐butenyl)‐6‐O‐α‐L‐rhamnopyranosyl‐(1 →2)‐[β‐D‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→3)]‐β‐D‐glucopyranosylxanthone ( 2 ), respectively.  相似文献

A phytochemical investigation of the BuOH‐soluble fraction of the EtOH extract from the stems of Glycosmis pentaphylla resulted in the isolation of three new phenolic glycosides, glycopentosides D–F ( 1 – 3 , resp.). Six new polyhydroxypregnane glycosides, namely cynotophyllosides A–F ( 1 – 6 ), together with five known steroids, were isolated from the roots of Cynanchum otophyllum. Their structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods (especially 2D‐NMR techniques) and acid‐catalyzed hydrolysis. Furthermore, high field 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR experiments were employed to elucidate the structure of 8 previously deduced only on the basis of LC/MS data.  相似文献

Baeckea frutescens is an aromatic shrub used as ornamentals and as food flavor spices in the southern part of P. R. China. Two novel C‐methylated biflavonoids named baeckeins J ( 1 ) and K ( 2 ) were isolated from the roots of B. frutescens, which possessed the unique carbon skeleton conjugated of a flavonol and one isoflavanonol molecule via the linkages of C(2)–C(8*) and C(3)–O–C(7*). The structures of compounds 1 and 2 were elucidated by analysis of 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR, and HR‐ESI‐MS spectral data, and the absolute configuration for chiral C‐atoms C(2) and C(3) were assigned by CD spectrometry combined with quantum chemical calculations. In the bioassay, baeckeins J and K exhibited strong cytoprotective effects on H2O2‐induced oxidative cell death in PC12 cells.  相似文献

Guided by in vitro immunological tests, three immunomodulating steroidal glycosides, stemucronatosides A ( 1 ), B ( 2 ), and C ( 3 ), were isolated from the roots of Stephanotis mucronata. On the basis of chemical evidence and extensive spectroscopic methods including 1D and 2D NMR, their structures were determined as 12‐O‐deacetylmetaplexigenin 3‐[O‐6‐deoxy‐3‐O‐methyl‐β‐D ‐allopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐Oβ‐D ‐cymaropyranosyl‐(1→4)‐β‐D ‐cymaropyranoside], 12‐O‐deacetylmetaplexigenin 3‐[Oβ‐D ‐thevetopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐Oβ‐D ‐cymaropyranosyl‐(1→4)‐β‐D ‐cymaropyranoside], and metaplexigenin 3‐[Oβ‐D ‐glucopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐O‐6‐deoxy‐3‐O‐methyl‐β‐D ‐allopyranosyl‐(1→4)‐Oβ‐D ‐cymaropyranosyl‐(1→4)‐β‐D ‐cymaropyranoside], respectively. These compounds showed immunomodulating activities in vitro.  相似文献

An efficient approach for the synthesis of a variety of C‐aryl and spiro‐C‐aryl glycosides is described. This diversity‐oriented strategy employed here relies on a sequential enyne metathesis to generate the 1,3‐diene moiety and Diels–Alder reaction with different dienophiles followed by aromatisation. Whereas cross‐enyne metathesis with ethylene gas is used to install the 1,3‐diene moiety at the anomeric centre for the synthesis of C‐aryl glycosides, an intramolecular enyne metathesis on the sugar enyne is performed to generate the 1,3‐diene moiety for the synthesis of spiro‐C‐aryl glycosides. Efforts to extend this strategy to the synthesis of the core structure of natural C‐aryl glycoside gilvocarcin are also described. A combination of both C‐aryl and spiro‐C‐aryl glycosides in the same moiety to combine the features thereof has also been accomplished. A tandem enyne metathesis/Diels–Alder reaction/aromatisation has also been attempted to directly access the C‐aryl glycosides in one pot albeit in low yield.  相似文献

Five new triterpenoid saponins, oleiferosides I–M ( 1 – 5 , resp.) were isolated from the roots of Camellia oleifera Abel . Their structures were elucidated by a combination of 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, and chemical methods. All the compounds were identified as oleanane‐type saponins with sugar moieties linked to C(3) of the aglycone. In addition, cytotoxic activities of these saponins were evaluated against four human tumor cell lines (A549, B16, BEL‐7402, and MCF‐7) by using the 3‐(4,5‐dimethylthiazol‐2‐yl)‐2,5‐diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) in vitro assay. All of the compounds showed significant cytotoxic activities against the tested cell lines.  相似文献

A library of novel quinazoline scaffolds endowed with semicarbazide/oxadiazole thiol motif synthesized via an efficient and sustainable copper catalyzed C–N/C–S coupling is reported, making the presented methodology extremely valuable from economic and environmental point of view. Among the all synthesized compounds screened for in vitro antibacterial, antifungal, and anti‐TB activity, 7b , 7c , 7f , 9b , 9c , 9i , and 9j showed excellent inhibitory effect on particular strain of bacteria, fungi, and M. tuberculosis H37Rv as well. All the newly synthesized derivatives were well characterized by their IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, mass spectroscopy as well as elemental analysis.  相似文献
