在X射线医学成象和无损检测方面,非晶硒现在被认为是最有前途的探测材料之一,其我流子特性对应用至关重要。本文描述了非晶硒(掺砷)合金材料的制备和合金膜的真空蒸镀制备方法,并用滚越时间方法测量了载流于的漂移迁移率和寿命。讨论了一些对非晶硒合金膜性能有重要影响的因素。实验表明,制备方法对非晶硒合金膜的性能有显着影响。可以看到,在低电场下被陷讲捕获的我流子形成的空间电荷对测量我流永寿命和对光的敏感度有很大影响.实验得到了良好的结果,在10v/μm场强下,空穴迁移长度约1500μm,电子迁移长度约1200μm.该结果表明,可以用几百微米厚的非晶硒合金膜作为X射线探测或成象的光电导接受器。  相似文献

在本文中用Haga研究极化子时提出的微扰法讨论晶格振动对激子运动的影响。把作者过去的工作推广到电子和空穴质量不相等的普遍情形。在忽略反冲效应中不同波矢的声子之间的相互作用时,导出了激子的基态能量、有效质量、约化质量和内部势能。指出:激子的有效质量和电子、空穴与声子的相互作用有关;激子的约化质量不仅和电子、空穴与声子的相互作用有关,而且还和电子空穴质量比有关;激子形成自陷态的条件并非由电子、空穴与声子相互作用的大小,而是由电子、空穴质量比决定。形成激子自陷的条件是电子、空穴质量比0.261<μeh<3.83。在μeh<0.261或μeh>3.83的情形,激子极化晶体中并不形成自陷态。 关键词:  相似文献

We report on the (magneto-) optical study of many-body effects in spatially separated electron and hole layers in GaAs/AlxGa1?x As coupled quantum wells (CQWs) at low temperatures (T = 1.4 K) for a broad range of electron-hole (e-h) densities. Coulomb effects were found to result in an enhancement of the indirect (interwell) photoluminescence (PL) energy with increasing the e-h density both for a zero magnetic field and at high fields for all Landau level transitions; this is in contrast to the electron-hole systems in single QWs where the main features are explained by the band-gap renormalization resulting in a reduction of the PL energy. The observed enhancement of the ground state energy of the system of the spatially separated electron and hole layers with increasing the e-h density indicates that the real space condensation to droplets is energetically unfavorable. At high densities of separated electrons and holes, a new direct (intrawell) PL line has been observed: its relative intensity increased both in PL and in absorption (measured by indirect PL excitation) with increasing density; its energy separation from the direct exciton line fits well to the X ? and X + binding energies previously measured in single QWs. The line is therefore attributed to direct multiparticle complexes.  相似文献

An electron conduction emitter of Al-AlN granular films was proposed for surface conduction electron emission device in this paper. The Al-AlN granular films with thickness of 30 nm were prepared between two co-planar electrodes with gap of 10 μm by magnetron sputtering. After electroforming the Al-AlN granular films, the films’ structure could be recovered by applying the periodic device voltage (Vf). Stable and uniform electron emission was observed with turn-on voltage of 5.3 V and threshold voltage of 9 V. The emitter emission current (Ie) of 4.84 μA for 36 cells was obtained with the anode voltage of 2.5 kV and the device voltage of 12 V. In addition, Fowler-Nordheim plots for Ie-Vf properties showed that the electron emission mechanism should be field emission.  相似文献

A preliminary study of the CO/CO2 carburization of (111) Ni at 217°C and 1 × 10?6 Torr total pressure by Auger electron spectroscopy was undertaken. It was found that electron beam (~20 μA, ~2500 μA/cm2, 3 kV) induced effects were significant for CO and CO2 adsorbed on the nickel surface; these effects could be factored out by using delayed beam techniques. The electron-induced reactions were similar in both cases and plots of normalized carbon peak height versus time could be characterized by the equation C = A(1-e?tτ) were τCO = 32.0 min , ACO = 206.2, τCO2 = 39.8 min, ACO2 = 176.2. Observed oxygen peaks were smaller than expected. The evidence of several researchers suggests electron beam induced dissociation of CO and CO2 followed by electron beam induced desorption of the resulting oxygen. Reactant gas interaction with the electron gun cathode was significant with resulting beam movements causing scatter in AES peak height measurements.  相似文献

We report on two sensitive tests of lepton universality carried out by the 4 LEP experiments at the Z0 pole. From measurements of the τ polarization in e+ e?τ + τ ?, the ratios of the vector and axial vector coupling constants of the electron and the tau lepton to the weak neutral current are obtained to beg v e /g a e =0.066±0.015 andg V τ /g A τ =0.070±0.009 respectively. From measurement of the τ lifetime and the τ leptonic branching ratios, the ratio of the coupling constants describing weak leptonic decays of the τ and the μ is measured to beG τ /G μ =0.996±0.008.  相似文献

The cross sections for e+e? → e+(μ+ + non showering track + any photons have been measured for cm energies between 3.1 GeV and 5.2 GeV. We observe τ-pair production below the thresholdfor charm production and determine the τ mass to be 1.807 ± 0.020 GeV from a fit to the energy dependence of the cross section. The ration of the leptonic branching ratios Bμ/Be = 0.92 ± 0.32 is consistent with eμ-universality. The following branching ratios are determined for a V-A coupling: B(τ → ντeν) = B(τ → ντμν) = 0.182 + 0.028. B(τντ + charged hadron + any photons) = 0.29 ± 0.11, B(τντ + three or more charged hadrons + any photons) = 0.35 ± 0.11.  相似文献

The partial width of the τe - v e v τ can be calculated from the tau mass, lifetime and branching ratio. The increasing precision on these measurements is making the partial width sensitive to the mass of the tau neutrino. We present the tau neutrino mass dependence on the partial width and show that this leads to a limit of m r < 71 MeV at the 95% confidence level. We show that the limit is determined by the uncertainty in the tau lifetime and τ → e?v e v τ branching ratio. Additional measurements of these values are expected in the next few years and we show that the limit could become competitive with the direct measurements.  相似文献

If a new hypothetical particle induces a lepton-number violating process, it could also affect the reactions e+e→μ+μ and e+e→τ+τ through the t-channel exchange of the particle. A fit of the cross sections and forward-backward asymmetries measured by experiments at PEP and PETRA yields the 90% confidence level limits on the coupling of the partile: G < 0.119GF and G < 0.085GF, where GF is the Fermi coupling constant. These limits exclude certain regions of couplings allowed by other lepton-number violating searches.  相似文献

The experimental consequences of neutrino mixing and decay are analyzed. Existing neutrino beam experiments are consistent with a finite but small mixing angle unless |mνμ2?mνe2| ? (3.0 eV)2. A finite νμ lifetime in the range τ/mνμc2 ? 7 × 103 sec/MeV is shown to be consistent with experimental data.  相似文献

Thermal annealing and light irradiation effects on hole and electron drift mobilities were studied for amorphous Se93.5As6.5 and Se94.3Ge5.7 films by means of a time-of-flight technique. The electron drift mobility and its activation energy show a drastic increase after the heat and light treatments, while the hole drift mobility remains almost unchanged. The change of electron transport is attributed to a relaxation of local structural distortion, which is correlated with relatively shallow localized states. The present experimental results are inconsistent with the prior proposal that electron transport in amorphous selenides is correlated with Se8 ring molecules.  相似文献

Zinc oxide carbon nanotube (ZnO-CNTs) thin films were prepared by a chemical bath deposition (CBD) method and immersed in N719 dye for 24 h. The structure and surface morphology of the samples was captured by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field effect scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) unit, respectively. The photovoltaic properties of ZnO- and ZnO-CNT-based dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) were measured by considering the power conversion efficiency (η), photocurrent density (J sc), open-circuit voltage (V oc), and fill factor (FF). The cell's efficiency doped with single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) and multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) reached 0.65 and 0.28 %, respectively. ZnO-based DSSC generated only η?=?0.003 %. The electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) unit was employed to investigate the electron transport properties such as effective electron lifetime (τ eff), effective electron chemical diffusion coefficient (D eff), and effective electron diffusion length (L n ). The addition of CNTs has enhanced the photovoltaic properties of the DSSCs and reduced the recombination effect inside the solar cell.  相似文献

以导电聚苯胺为空穴传输材料,制备了固态染料敏化太阳电池(DSC).利用强度调制光电流谱(IMPS)和强度调制光电压谱(IMVS)研究了TiO2多孔膜内的电子输运及复合过程.通过TiO2多孔膜内电子的平均传输时间(τd)和电子寿命(τn)及对IMPS实验数据的拟合,获得电子在TiO2膜内的有效扩散系数(Dn)和扩散长度(Ln).这些聚苯胺基电池中的τn值为相应的液体型电池的1/10倍左右,表明在该固体电池中存在严重的光生电子的复合过程,这很可能主要是与氧化态染料分子和导电电子间的复合有关.随着TiO2膜厚的增加,τnτd均变小,但DnLn随之增加,只有在合适的膜厚范围内才能获得较高的光伏性能. 关键词: 聚苯胺 染料敏化太阳电池 IMPS IMVS  相似文献

Anatase titanium dioxide nanowire arrays were prepared by hydrothermally oxidizing titanium foils in aqueous alkali and transferred onto fluorinated tin oxide(FTO)glass for use as the photoanodes of front side illuminated dye-sensitized solar cells(DSCs).Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS)measurement was applied to compare the electron transport and recombination properties of DSCs using TiO2nanowire films and TiO2nanoparticle films as photoanodes.It was found that the nanowire array films possess smaller electron transport resistance(Rt)and larger electron diffusion length(Le)in the photoanodes,suggesting that the nanowire arrays can enhance the electron transport rate and have a potential to improve the charge collection efficiency of DSCs.  相似文献

We present in detail a grand unified model based on SO(10) which naturally reproduces known fermion mass relations and mixing angles. It predicts mνe ? mνμ, mντ, and predominant νμ-ντ oscillations. Several other features of the model are analyzed in detail: construction of the Higgs potential, predictions for τp and sin2θw in a temporarily free model and a relation between the mass of the t-quark and the lifetime of the B meson.  相似文献

We have fully analysed all events with a single electron obtained in an exposure of BEBC to the 350 GeV wide-band neutrino beam at CERN. The data agrees well with expectations based on the calculated νe flux and assuming μ?e universality. Using both the rate and the kinematic distributions, improved limits are set on νeνX, νμνe, νμντ mixing.  相似文献

In the SKAT bubble chamber neutrino experiment production of a short-living neutral particle with mass (1.4?m?2.5) GeV/c2 and lifetime τ≈6×10?12 s has been detected. The event may be interpreted as production and decay of the heavy lepton M0μ?+e++νe with mass (1.4?mM0?2.1) GeV/c2. It might also be the production of a charmed particle D0→e++τ?+νe (D0→e++π?+νe) with mass 1.4?mD0?2.5) GeV/c2 in a non-diagonal neutral current. The understanding of the physics of exciton, bi-exciton, tri-exciton and the subsequent insight into controlling the properties of mesoscopic systems holds the key to various exotic optical, electrical and magnetic phenomena like superconductivity, Mott insulation, Quantum Hall effect etc. Many of exciton properties are similar to atomic hydrogen that attracts researchers to explore electronic structure of exciton in quantum dots, but nontriviality arises due to coulombic interactions among electrons and holes. We propose an exact integral of coulomb (exchange) correlation in terms of finitely summed Lauricella functions to examine 3-D exciton of harmonic dots confined in zero and non-zero arbitrary magnetic field. The highlight of our work is the use of exact variational solution for coloumbic interaction between the hole and the electron and evaluation of the cross terms arising out of the coupling among centre-of-mass and relative coordinates. We also have extended the size of the system to generalized N-body problem with N=3,4 for tri-exciton (e-e-h/e-h-h)
and biexciton (e-h-e-h) (e-h-e-h)
respectively by multipole expansions. As a probe we have examined level spacing statistics, energy spectra, specific heat (Cv), magnetization and chemical potential (μ) at low temperatures.  相似文献
