关于有限维数猜想的一些新进展

在Artin代数的表示理论中,有一个著名的有限维数猜想：任意给定一个Artin代数,它的有限维数都是有限的．这个猜想已有45年的历史,至今悬而未决．本文主要综述它的一些历史发展情况,并介绍关于有限维数猜想的一些最新进展．     

Graph representation of projective resolutions

We generalize the concept — dimension tree and the related results for monomial algebras to a more general case — relations algebras Λ by bringing Gröbner basis into play. More precisely, we will describe the minimal projective resolution of a left Λ-module M as a rooted ‘weighted’ diagraph to be called the minimal resolution graph for M. Algorithms for computing such diagraphs and applications as well will be presented.

本文研究单项代数上模的同调性质.应用Huisgen-Zimmermann的著名结果,分别给出了由一条道路生存的投射模及好模存在的充分条件.     

MoranFractals的推广及其多重分形分解

本文给出Ｍｏｒａｎｆｒａｃｔａｌｓ的一个推广并且研究了其多重分形分解问题。     

关于测度的Hausdorff维数的局部化

主要研究测度的豪斯道夫维数的局部化.通过定义一个测度μx,ε,从而给出dim·Hμ在点x的局部化维数dim·Hμ(x).进而得到局部化维数dim·Hμ(x)与dim·Hμ之间的关系,并得到了一个等式关系.     

强Prüfer环的同调刻画

设R是环,R的小finitistic维数定义为fPD(R)=sup{pd_RM|M∈FPR}.本文证明了:若R是连通的强Prüfer环,则fPD(R)≤1.也证明了若R是强Prufer环,M∈FPR,且M是Q-挠模,则pd_RM≤1.     

The residue field as a high syzygy

In this paper, we study commutative local rings whose residue field is a high syzygy. We are able to characterize such rings with embedding dimension at most 3 as those that are Artinian and Gorenstein.     

Syzygies of Veronese Embeddings

We prove that the Veronese embedding _O ⁿ (d): ^{n N} with n2, d3 does not satisfy property N _p (according to Green and Lazarsfeld) if p3d–2. We make the conjecture that also the converse holds. This is true for n=2 and for n=d=3.     

Dimensions of level sets related to tangential dimensions

For level sets related to the tangential dimensions of Bernoulli measures, the Hausdorff and packing dimensions are determined. Our results extend some classical work of Besicovitch and Eggleston.     

First Fundamental Theorem for Covariants of Classical Groups

Let U(G) be a maximal unipotent subgroup of one of the classical groups G=GL(V), O(V), Sp(V). Let W be a direct sum of copies of V and its dual V*. For the natural action U(G) : W, we describe a minimal system of homogeneous generators for the algebra of U(G)-invariant regular functions on W. For G=O(V), Sp(V), this result is connected with a construction for the irreducible representations of G due to H. Weyl.     

Trees with non-regular fractal boundary

For any given 0 〈α 〈 β 〈 ∞, we construct a tree such that under tree metric, the Hausdorff dimension of the corresponding boundary is α, but both the Packing dimension and the boxing dimension are β. Applying the connection between tree and iterated functions system, non- regular fractal sets on real line are constructed. Moreover, the method adopted in our paper is different from those which have been used before for constructing non-regular fractal set in general metric space.
