The adsorption of pyrimidine (PM) on natural montmorillonite and sepiolite from Turkey was investigated by FT-IR spectroscopy. The intercalation of PM within montmorillonite has been shown by X-ray diffraction to increase the interlayer spacing. The spectroscopic results indicate that PM molecules adsorbed on sepiolite are coordinated to Lewis acidic centers or surface hydroxyls by H-bonding interaction through one of the pyrimidine ring nitrogen lone pairs. Moreover, some of the adsorbed PM molecules may enter the interior channels of the sepiolite structure and replace zeolitic water. The intercalated PM molecules within montmorillonite are coordinated to exchangeable cations directly or indirectly through water bridges. 相似文献

Adsorption of Promethazine hydrochloride (PHCl) onto KSF Montmorillonite from aqueous solution has been investigated. Experiments
were conducted at various pH values, ionic backgrounds and solution temperatures. The pseudo-second-order equation successfully
predicted the adsorption among the tried kinetics models (pseudo-first-order, pseudo-second-order and intraparticle diffusion).
Langmuir, Freundlich and DR adsorption models were used to describe equilibrium isotherms and the isotherm constants were
obtained. The increase in solution temperature caused a decrease in the adsorption capacity values found from Freundlich and
DR isotherm. The adsorption type can be explained by combined ion exchange and physisorption. Thermodynamic parameters of
adsorption of Promethazine hydrochloride (PHCl) onto KSF were also evaluated. The surface morphologies of KSF and PHCl loaded
KSF were examined using a scanning electron microscope (SEM). FTIR measurements of samples were also conducted. 相似文献

ABSTRACT Adsorption of Methylene Blue ( MB) on Na-, Fe- and Al-montmorillonite suspensions at 298.15 K were studied. The effect of different exchangeable cation on the adsorption amount of MB was determined. The results show that methylene blue cations( MB+ ) replace Na? more easily than they do Fe3+ and Al3 + The adsorption isotherms on the three montraorillonites were all of Langmuir type, except that the isouHerm of MB on Na-montmorillonite presents nonmonotonic curve at low surface coverage. The specific surface areas in suspension were calculated by( MB 3 + )method, and Na? is more effective to determine the specific surface area by MB method in suspension than Fe3 + and A3 + The discrepancy of the specific surface area measured by MB and BET method was discussed. 相似文献

The adsorption isotherms of aminoalkylated polyacrylamide on palygorskite and montmorillonite are measured at various concentrations of mineral in a suspension. It was shown that the dispersion intensely flocculates during the adsorption of a polymer. The quantity of the polymer adsorbed per unit mass of the mineral depends on the initial concentration of the mineral in the solution. A mathematical model of the adsorption process that adequately describes the experimental data is proposed. Based on this model, some ratios of the process rate constants are calculated. 相似文献

In this work,the use of sepiolite for the removal of carbon dioxide from a carbon diox- ide/methane mixture by a pressure swing adsorption(PSA)process has been researched.Adsorption equilibrium and kinetics have been measured in a fixed-bed,and the adsorption equilibrium parameters of carbon dioxide and methane on sepiolite have been obtained.A model based on the LDF approxima- tion has been employed to simulate the fixed-bed kinetics,using the Langmuir equation to describe the adsorption equilibrium isotherm.The functioning of a PSA cycle for separating carbon dioxide/methane mixtures using sepiolite as adsorbent has also been studied.The experimental results were compared with the ones predicted by the model adapted to a PSA system.Methane with purity higher than 97% can be obtained from feeds containing carbon dioxide with concentrations ranging from 34% to 56% with the proposed PSA cycle.These results suggest that sepiolite is an adsorbent with good properties for its employment in a PSA cycle for carbon dioxide removal from landfill gases. 相似文献

建立了褪色分光光度法测定红霉素肠溶片中红霉素含量的方法。用二次石英蒸馏水为溶剂,甲基绿和红霉素在40℃下可以反应形成稳定的离子缔合物,以试剂空白做参比测定离子缔合物溶液的吸光度,离子缔合物的生成导致吸收光谱发生变化,且在一定范围内吸光度变化值ΔA与红霉素的浓度成正比,红霉素的浓度在0.000 60.105 0mg/mL范围内服从Beer定律,在635nm处测得ε=4.23×104 L/(mol·cm)-1,方法检出限达到0.26μg/mL。方法简便快捷,重现性和选择性好,可用于红霉素肠溶片中红霉素含量的测定。 相似文献

Boron Removal from Aqueous Solutions by Adsorption on Waste Sepiolite and Activated Waste Sepiolite Using Full Factorial Design 总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3
In the present paper, boron removal from aqueous solution by adsorption was investigated and 23 full factorial design was applied. Non activated waste sepiolite (NAWS) and HCl activated waste sepiolite (AWS) were used as adsorbents. Regression equation formulated for boron adsorption was represented as a function of response variables. The results obtained from the study on parameters showed that as pH increased and temperature decreased boron removal by adsorption increased. Adsorbed boron amount on AWS was higher than that of NAWS. Maximum boron removal was obtained at pH 10 and 20°C for both adsorbents. Adsorption data obtained from batch adsorption experiments carried out with NAWS and AWS fitted to the Langmuir equation. The batch adsorption capacities were found in mg/g: 96.15 and 178.57 for NAWS and AWS, respectively. The capacity value for column study was obtained by graphical integration as 219.01 mg/g for AWS. The Thomas and the Yoon-Nelson models were applied to experimental data to predict the breakthrough curves and to determine the characteristic parameters of the column useful for process design. 相似文献

Changes in the surface properties and porous structure of montmorillonite resulted from the substitution of polyhydroxyaluminum cations for exchangeable Na+ cations are studied. Preliminary thermal treatment in vacuum is found to markedly affect the adsorption behavior of polyhydroxyaluminum montmorillonite with respect to toluene. The transformation of polyhydroxycations in aluminum oxide clusters at temperatures above 600 K somewhat decreases the pore volume of the sorbent and reduces the heat of toluene adsorption. 相似文献

在pH8.7~9.5的弱碱性介质中,维生素K3(VK3)能使甲基绿发生褪色反应,其最大褪色波长为630nm,并在紫外区出现两个新的吸收峰,其褪色程度(ΔA)与VK3浓度在0·11~2·40mg/L的范围呈正比,可用于VK3的分光光度测定。方法具有很高的灵敏度,其表观摩尔吸光系数ε630=2·13×105L·mol-1·cm-1;对VK3的检出限(3σ)为32·0μg/L。方法有较好的选择性,可用于某些药物制剂及血药中VK3含量的测定。 相似文献

从有机阳离子与蒙脱土离子交换吸附原理出发,推导出吸附等温式和表面二维状态方程理论关系,给出了热失重确定吸附量的数据处理方法.选择具有光致变色功能、整个分子共轭的有机阳离子GTL作为插层剂,成功制备了一系列插层纳米复合物.GTL阳离子交换吸附实验数据符合推导出的吸附等温式,插层复合物界面压强π随其含水量增大而线性减小,在较低π下,层间GTL以平行于蒙脱土片层表面的单分子层形态排列;随着π增大,层间GTL以倾斜于蒙脱土片层表面的头尾交指型团聚体形态排列;在更大的π下,层间GTL倾向垂直于蒙脱土片层表面成双分子层排列,其尾端重叠自组装形成超分子共轭纳米结构,层间GTL热稳定性大幅度提高。 相似文献

在硫酸介质中,Fe(Ⅲ)对过氧化氢氧化甲基橙和亮绿褪色反应具有强烈的催化作用,通过测定510 nm和640 nm波长下催化体系和非催化体系的吸光度,建立了双波长双指示剂催化动力学光度法测定痕量Fe(Ⅲ)的新方法。最佳实验条件下,测定的线性范围为8.0~200μg/L,检出限为1.12×10-10g/L。对20.0μg/L Fe(Ⅲ)进行12次平行测定的相对标准偏差为0.067%。该方法灵敏度高,体系稳定,具有较好的选择性,用于茶叶中痕量铁的测定,结果满意。 相似文献
