单位球Bn上复数λ阶的g-星形映射

本文引入单位球Bⁿ?Cⁿ上复数λ阶的g-星形映射族,统一了复数λ阶的殆星映射和g-星形映射.应用Loewner链方法,建立了该映射族的增长定理,给出了k次齐次多项式P_k的数量特征,证明了Bⁿ上扰动的Roper-Suffridge算子Φ_Pk(f)(z)=(f(z₁)+P_k(z₀)f’(z₁),[f’(z₁)]^1/kz₀)^T保持复数入阶的g-星形性.本文结果不仅推广了Bⁿ上不同星形映射子族的增长定理,而且给出了扰动项P_k更为简洁的几何特征.

设$\mu$是$[0,1)$上的正规函数, 给出了${\bf C}^{\it n}$中单位球$B$上$\mu$-Bloch空间$\beta_{\mu}$中函数的几种刻画. 证明了下列条件是等价的: (1) $f\in \beta_{\mu}$; \ (2) $f\in H(B)$且函数$\mu(|z|)(1-|z|^{2})^{\gamma-1}R^{\alpha,\gamma}f(z)$ 在$B$上有界; (3) $f\in H(B)$ 且函数${\mu(|z|)(1-|z|^{2})^{M_{1}-1}\frac{\partial^{M_{1}} f}{\partial z^{m}}(z)}$ 在$B$上有界, 其中$|m|=M_{1}$; (4) $f\in H(B)$ 且函数${\mu(|z|)(1-|z|^{2})^{M_{2}-1}R^{(M_{2})}f(z)}$ 在$B$上有界.

Discrete $$RP$$ Groups with a Parabolic Generator

We deal with the two-generator subgroups of PSL(2, ?) with real traces of both generators and their commutator. We give discreteness criteria for these groups when at least one of the generators is parabolic. We also present a list of the corresponding orbifolds.     

Fuchsian Groups, Quasiconformal Groups, and Conical Limit Sets

We construct examples showing that the normalized Lebesgue measure of the conical limit set of a uniformly quasiconformal group acting discontinuously on the disc may take any value between zero and one. This is in contrast to the cases of Fuchsian groups acting on the disc, conformal groups acting discontinuously on the ball in dimension three or higher, uniformly quasiconformal groups acting discontinuously on the ball in dimension three or higher, and discrete groups of biholomorphic mappings acting on the ball in several complex dimensions. In these cases the normalized Lebesgue measure is either zero or one.

     

A Uniformly Quasiconformal Group Not Isomorphic to a Mobius Group

We explicitly give a group not isomorphic to any group of Mobius transformations of the three-dimensional sphere and acting quasiconformally on the three-dimensional sphere.

Compactifications of Discrete Quantum Groups

Given a discrete quantum group we construct a Hopf -algebra which is a unital -subalgebra of the multiplier algebra of . The structure maps for are inherited from and thus the construction yields a compactification of which is analogous to the Bohr compactification of a locally compact group. This algebra has the expected universal property with respect to homomorphisms from multiplier Hopf algebras of compact type (and is therefore unique). This provides an easy proof of the fact that for a discrete quantum group with an infinite dimensional algebra the multiplier algebra is never a Hopf algebra.Partially supported by Komitet Badań Naukowych grants 2P03A04022 & 2P03A01324, the Foundation for Polish Science and Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft.
