The structure of modern electromagnetic theory imposes a fundamental constraint on the constitutive relations which describe linear material media. 采用沉淀法以Al(NO3)3.9H2O和NH3.H2O为原料制备了Al(OH)3干凝胶,经过高温煅烧合成纳米级的α-Al2O3粉末,分析了在制备过程中氧化铝粉末产生团聚的机理,推测了硬团聚的机理模型,并提出了几种消除硬团聚的方法,制备出的α-Al2O3粉末,粒径分布均匀,且无明显团聚,近似球形,平均粒径为70nm。 相似文献

This paper provides an example in which regional business cycles may synchronize via producers’ expectations, even though there is no interregional trade, by means of a system of globally coupled, noninvertible maps. We concentrate on the dependence of the dynamics on a parameter η which denotes the inverse of price elasticity of demand. Simulation results show that several phases (the short transient, the complete asynchronous, the long transient and the intermediate transient) appear one after another as η increases. In the long transient phase, the intermittent clustering process with a long chaotic transient appears repeatedly. 相似文献

Development of efficient business process models and determination of their characteristic properties are subject of intense interdisciplinary research. Here, we consider a business process model as a directed graph. Its nodes correspond to the units identified by the modeler and the link direction indicates the causal dependencies between units. It is of primary interest to obtain the stationary flow on such a directed graph, which corresponds to the steady-state of a firm during the business process. Following the ideas developed recently for the World Wide Web, we construct the Google matrix for our business process model and analyze its spectral properties. The importance of nodes is characterized by PageRank and recently proposed CheiRank and 2DRank, respectively. The results show that this two-dimensional ranking gives a significant information about the influence and communication properties of business model units. We argue that the Google matrix method, described here, provides a new efficient tool helping companies to make their decisions on how to evolve in the exceedingly dynamic global market. 相似文献

Stock exchanges have a diversity of so-called business groups and much evidence has been presented by covariance matrix analysis (Laloux et al. (1999) [6], Plerou et al. (2002) [7], Plerou et al. (1999) [8], Mantegna (1999) [9], Utsugi et al. (2004) [21] and Lim et al. (2009) [26]). A market-wide effect plays a crucial role in shifting the correlation structure from random to non-random. In this work, we study the structural properties of stocks related to the mining industry, especially rare earth minerals, listed on two exchanges, namely the TSX (Toronto stock exchange) and the TSX-V (Toronto stock exchange-ventures). In general, raw-material businesses are sensitively affected by the global economy while each firm has its own cycle. We prove that the global crisis during 2006–2009 affected the mineral market considerably. These two aspects compete to control price fluctuations. We show that the internal cycle overwhelms the global economic environment in terms of random matrix theory and overlapping matrices. However, during the period of 2006–2009, the effect of the global economic environment emerges. This result is well explained by the recent global financial/economic crisis. For comparison, we analyze the time stability of business clusters of the KOSPI, that is, the electric/electronic business, using an overlapping matrix. A clear difference in behavior is confirmed. Consequently, rare earth minerals in the raw-material business should be classified not by standard business classifications but by the internal cycle of business. 相似文献

Wave processes in chemically active multicomponent media: liquid — gas bubbles — liquid drops have been studied experimentally.
Existence of detonation waves in multicomponent (bubble-drop) media has been proved. Structure of detonation waves in bubble-drop
and bubble media is qualitatively identical: detonation waves are solitary waves with pulsation profile the pressure behind
which is close in value to the one in unperturbed medium. Propagation velocity of detonation waves in bubble and bubble-drop
media drops with the increase in medium gas phase concentration and with the decrease in carrier liquid viscosity. Presence
of liquid drops decreases detonation wave velocity compared with bubble medium that does not contain liquid drops. Detonation
wave propagation in multicomponent media causes gas bubbles fragmentation as well as fragmentation of individual liquid drops.

Shingled recording on continuous and bit patterned media (BPM) is compared. From a recording viewpoint, continuous media have the advantage due to the lack of a need to synchronise writing with dot position. For BPM the write windows at 4 Tbit/in2 are only a couple of nm across, requiring extremely tight manufacturing tolerances. In readback, BPM have the higher SNR over a wide range of areal densities due to the absence of transition noise and erase bands. Significant increases in areal density could be achieved using BPM, provided dot uniformity could be maintained. 相似文献

Two distinct and general definitions of ellipsometry and polarimetry are stated ab initio that account for the existing duality in usage of both terms. Ellipsometers and polarimeters are next defined accordingly. The definitions contrast these commonly used similar terms against one another. Viewed within the framework established by these general definitions, optical ellipsometry of interfaces and films (the main topic of this conference) is recognized as a narrow particularization of a broad scheme. Examples of ellipsometry (polarimetry) in different regions of the electromagnetic spectrum provide important perspective on the considerable extent of the field. Another perspective (in a different dimension) is gained when the application of ellipsometry (polarimetry) to different samples is considered. This relates ellipsometry of interfaces and films to polarimetry of bulk anisotropic samples and light scattering by systems of particles. Three individual procedures (namely, polarization measurement, application of electromagnetic theory, and computation) are identified as essential to the complete utilization of ellipsometry (polarimetry). 相似文献

Models for radiation transport through stochastic binary media are tested in two and three dimensions. Theoretical models for stochastic media transport usually assume Markovian processes and exponential chord length statistics that are not fully realizable in multi-dimensions. Therefore, the previous validation studies done using one-dimensional (1D) transport are not necessarily applicable to multi-dimensions. The work presented here analyzes pure radiation transport and radiation when it is coupled to material energy balance. The sensitivity to chord length statistics is found to be different for these two cases. The assumptions made to linearize the transport equation are discussed and results for both linear and nonlinear transport are shown. For the coupled radiation and material problem in 2D and 3D, the mean radiation field differs significantly from previous analyses done in 1D. The differences between 1D and multi-dimensions are discussed. Modeling of the mean radiation field in the parameter range explored can be achieved with a simple formula for the mean opacity when the opacities are constant in space and time. Temperature-dependent opacities in stochastic media require different formulas for the effective opacity. 相似文献
