制备了一种新型的单壁碳纳米管复合聚对氨基吡啶(SWNTs POAP)修饰电极。研究了酪氨酸(Tyr)在该电极上的电化学行为。SWNTs POAP修饰电极对Tyr具有良好的电催化作用,氧化峰电流分别与Tyr的浓度在1.0×10-7~5.0×10-6mol L和6.0×10-6~6.0×10-5mol L范围内呈良好线性关系,检出限为5.0×10-8mol L。该电极具有良好的灵敏度、选择性和稳定性,可用于Tyr的测定。  相似文献

In this work, a multi-wall carbon nanotube (MWNT) film-modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was constructed for the determination of 8-hydroxydesoxyguanosine (8-OHdG). The electrochemical behaviors of 8-OHdG were examined using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and linear sweep voltammetry (LSV), suggesting that MWNT film facilitates the electron transfer of 8-OHdG and then significantly enhances the oxidation peak current of 8-OHdG. Finally, a sensitive and simple electrochemical method with a good linear relationship in the range of 8.0 × 10−8 ∼ 5.0 × 10−6 mol 1−1, was developed for the determination of 8-OHdG. The detection limit is 9.0 × 10−9 mol 1−1 for 6-min accumulation. This newly-proposed method was successfully used to detect 8-OHdG in urine samples. Single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNT) were dispersed into water in the presence of dicetyl phosphate (DCP), and then a SWNT-DCP film-coated glassy carbon electrode (GCE) was constructed. The electrochemical behavior of acetaminophen at bare GCE and SWNT-DCP modified GCE were compared, suggesting that the SWNT-DCP-modified GCE significantly enhances the oxidation peak current of acetaminophen. A sensitive and simple electrochemical method with a good linear relationship in the range of 1.0 × 10−7–2.0 × 10−5 mol L−1, was developed for the determination of acetaminophen. The detection limit is 4.0 × 10−8 mol L−1 for 3-min accumulation. This method was successfully demonstrated with tablets.  相似文献

以多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs)修饰玻碳电极为工作电极,采用阳极溶出线性扫描法研究了铜离子的电化学测定方法。探讨了MWCNTs修饰层数、富集电位、富集时间、溶液pH、支持电解质对峰电流的影响。实验表明,铜离子浓度在1.0×10-8~1.0×10-5mol·L-1范围内与峰电流呈良好的线性关系,检测限为2.0×10-9mol·L-1,且该电极具有良好的稳定性和抗干扰能力。  相似文献

A multi-wall carbon nanotube (MWNT) film-modified electrode is described for the determination of malachite green (MG). The electrochemical profile of MG was examined using cyclic voltammetry (CV) and differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), suggesting that the MWNT film facilitates the electron transfer of MG in terms of a potential shift and then significantly enhances the oxidation peak current of MG. The experimental parameters, such as supporting electrolyte, thickness of MWNT film, scan rate and accumulation time, were optimized. Consequently, a sensitive and convenient electrochemical method is proposed for the determination of MG. The oxidation peak current is proportional to the concentration of MG over the range from 5.0 × 10−8 to 8.0 × 10−6 mol L−1 obeying the following equation: ip = 0.09 + 1.19 × 107 C (r = 0.995, ip in μA, C in mol L−1). The detection limit is 6.0 × 10−9 mol L−1 (signal to noise = 3) after 5 min of accumulation. Moreover, this method possesses good reproducibility (RSD is 5.6%, n = 8) as well as long-term stability. 研究了胡椒碱在碳纳米管修饰电极上的电化学行为,在pH为6.4的磷酸盐缓冲溶液中,胡椒碱在-1.12V(vs.SCE)处有一灵敏的还原峰.与裸电极相比,还原峰电位明显正移,峰电流显著增加,表明该修饰电极对胡椒碱的还原反应具有明显的催化作用.峰电流与胡椒碱的浓度在10-6~10-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.995),检出限为2.0×10-7mol/L.同时,计算了电荷转移数和扩散系数,考查了修饰电极的重现性,7次平行测量的RSD为4.96%.  相似文献

运用循环伏安法与线性扫描伏安法研究了阿奇霉素在多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为,建立了一种直接测定阿奇霉素的电化学分析方法。结果表明,与裸玻碳电极相比,多壁碳纳米管修饰电极能显著提高阿奇霉素的氧化峰电流,阿奇霉素的电极过程完全不可逆,存在典型的吸附特性。在优化的实验条件下,氧化峰电流与阿奇霉素浓度在3.0×10-7~2.5×10-5 mol/L和2.5×10-5~5.0×10-4 mol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,检出限为1.0×10-7 mol/L。  相似文献

报道了水合肼在碳纳米管修饰电极上的电化学行为以及水合肼测定的新方法。与裸玻碳电极相比,多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极使水合肼的氧化峰电流显著提高,同时氧化过电位降低,测定灵敏度大为提高。优化了底液、pH、修饰剂量等测定条件。在最佳条件下,该修饰电极测定水合肼的线性范围为2.9×10-8~9.8×10-4mol/L,线性相关系数为-0.9945,检出限为1.0×10-9mol/L。对1.0×10-4mol/L的水合肼平行测定10次的相对标准偏差为4.4%。此方法已用于模拟水样中水合肼的测定。  相似文献

The electrochemical behaviors of ferulic acid were investigated at the glassy carbon electrode modified with multi-walled carbon nanotube. In pH 5.5, 0.1 mol l−1 HAc-NaAc buffer solution, ferulic acid exhibited a pair of stable and sensitive redox signals at the modified electrode. The reaction mechanism was explored. Through the cyclic voltammetry, trace amount of ferulic acid was detected quantitatively. In the range of 1 × 10−5 to 5 × 10−3 mol l−1, the oxidation peak currents of ferulic acid have a linear relationship to the concentrations, the limit of detection was estimated to be 1 × 10−7 mol l−1 (S/N = 3). The influences of substrate, pH and interference of coexisting substances were investigated for response properties of the electrode. Actual Xiao Yao Pill samples were analyzed and satisfactory results were obtained, which meant that the method could be used to detect the trace amount of ferulic acid in medicament. 采用循环伏安法研究去甲肾上腺素(NE)和抗坏血酸(AA)在4-(2-吡啶偶氮)间苯二酚(PAR)导电聚合膜修饰电极上的电化学行为;以差示脉冲伏安法(DPV)对二者进行测定,发现PAR修饰电极对NE和AA有很强电催化作用,明显增强了电极反应的可逆性及峰电流。在pH 6.0磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)中,NE氧化峰电流与其浓度在6.25×10-7~6.25×10-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,AA氧化峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10-6~3.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限分别为5.0×10-8mol/L和5.0×10-7mol/L。该PAR膜修饰电极可对NE和AA进行单独或同时的测定,并用于实际样品重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素针剂和维生素C针剂的检测。  相似文献

A multi-walled carbon nanotube paste electrode (MWCPE) is prepared as an electrochemical sensor with high sensitivity and selectivity in responding to isoniazid. The electrochemical oxidation of isoniazid is investigated in buffered solution by cyclic and differential pulse voltammetry. The electrode is shown to be very effective for the detection of isoniazid in the presence of other biological reductant compounds. The electrochemical oxidation of cysteine, due to the high overvoltage, is completely stopped at the surface of MWCPE. The electrode exhibits a very good resolution between the voltammetric peak of isoniazid and the peaks of ascorbic acid (AA) and dopamine (DA). A resolution of more than 450 mV between the anodic peak potentials makes the MWCPE suitable for simultaneous detection of isoniazid in the presence of AA or DA in clinical and pharmaceutical preparations. Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) is applied as a sensitive method for the determination of isoniazid. The linear range in these determinations is 1 × 10−6–1 × 10−3 M for isoniazid and the detection limit is 5 × 10−7 M. The electrode was applied to the simultaneous determinations in isoniazid and AA mixtures and also, isoniazid and DA mixture over a wide concentration range. The slope variation for the calibration curves of isoniazid (RSD) was less than 4.5% (based on ten measurements over a period of three months).  相似文献

聚吡咯/多壁碳纳米管修饰电极对多巴胺的测定   总被引:5,自引:3,他引:5  
制备了聚吡咯/多壁碳纳米管(PPy/MWNT)复合膜修饰电极。研究了神经递质多巴胺(DA)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为。实验表明,PPy/MWNT复合膜修饰电极对DA的电催化作用优于PPy修饰电极。在pH=4.10的0.2mol/L醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲溶液中,DA在该修饰电极上的CV曲线于0.31V和0.28V处出现一对灵敏的氧化还原峰,峰电位差△Ep比裸玻碳电极降低58mV,比PPy修饰电极降低28mV,峰电流显著增加。氧化峰电流ipa与DA浓度在1.0×10-4~7.8×10-8mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性回归方程为ip(μA)=0.2512 1.2300C(×10-5mol/L),相关系数r=0.9992,检出限为3.9×10-8mol/L。常见物质对DA的检测无干扰,DA注射液样品检测回收率为94%~104%。  相似文献

The voltammetric behavior of uric acid (UA) was studied with an Au electrode modified with single-wall carbon nanotubes (SWNTs). In 0.1 M HAc-NaAc buffer solution (pH 5.0), the SWNT-modified electrode shows high electrocatalytic activity toward UA oxidation. The electro-oxidation of UA is an irreversible diffusion-controlled process with a diffusion coefficient (D) of 8.85×10−6 cm2 s−1. The peak current increases linearly with the concentration of UA in the range of 4.0×10−6-7.0×10−4 M. The detection limit is 1.0×10−6 M. The SWNT was characterized with scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Furthermore, the SWNT-modified electrode has favorable electrocatalytic activity toward dopamine and norepinephrine. This SWNT-modified electrode can also separate the electrochemical responses of uric acid, norepinephrine and ascorbic acid.  相似文献

A new modified carbon paste electrode based on multi-walled carbon nanotube and Alizarin Red S acts as a chelating agent for tellurium(IV) ions, is described. The electrochemical responses were found to be analytically suitable to develop a method for the determination of tellurium at low concentration levels. Under optimised operational conditions, the sensor exhibited linear behaviour in the range of 2.0–300 ng mL?1 (correlation coefficient: 0.9982) with a detection limit of 0.45 ng mL?1. The results indicate that the sensor is sensitive and effective for the determination of tellurium in water samples and certified reference materials.  相似文献

碳纳米管具有导电性和完整的表面结构,因而它可用作一种良好的电极材料。核黄素(维生素B2,RF)是黄素单核苷酸(FMN)和黄素腺嘌呤二核苷酸(FAD)的组成部分。而FMN和FAD是生命体中重要的辅酶,也是多种重要脱氢酶的辅酶,在线粒体呼吸链中起着传递电子和质子的作用。FMN和FAD分子中传递电子的功能部分与核黄素相同,均为异吡咯嗪环。本文用电化学方法研究了核黄素的电化学性质。  相似文献

研究了羟胺在碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(CNT/GC)上的电化学行为。研究结果表明,碳纳米管对羟胺的电化学行为有良好的电催化作用,在-0.62 V有一还原峰,是羟胺获得2个电子还原为铵所形成,同时测定了该电化学过程的动力学参数:电子转移数n为2,电子转移系数α为0.287,电极反应速率常数k为1.35×10-3cm/s。  相似文献

利用碳纳米管、二氧化钛两种纳米材料制成碳纳米管-TiO2复合膜修饰电极,进行了维生素K3电化学行为的研究。维生素K3在碳纳米管-TiO2复合膜修饰电极的电化学响应优于碳纳米管修饰电极,表明前者具有更好的催化作用。通过条件实验的优化,结果表明维生素K3在pH=9.42的氨水-NH4Cl底液中,富集时间为10s,富集电位于-0.60V,扫描速度为0.1V/s时有稳定的灵敏的氧化还原峰。峰电流与维生素K3浓度在3.0×10-6~8.0×10-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为5.0×10-7 mol/L。考查了修饰电极的重现性,5次平行测量的RSD为1.78%。该方法用于片剂药品中维生素K3含量的测定,回收率在97.5%~102%之间。  相似文献
