We construct automorphisms of C n which map certain discrete sequences one onto another with prescribed finite jet at each point, thus solving a general Mittag-Leffler interpolation problem for automorphisms. Under certain circumstances, this can be done while also approximating a given automorphism on a compact set.  相似文献

We prove the parametric homotopy principle for holomorphic immersions of Stein manifolds into Euclidean space and the homotopy principle with approximation on holomorphically convex sets. Let n > 1 and let C n denote the complex n-dimensional Euclidean space. We prove several jet-interpolation results for nowhere degenerate entire mappings F:C nC n and for holomorphic automorphisms of C n on discrete subsets of C n.We also prove an interpolation theorem for proper holomorphic embeddings of Stein manifolds into C n.For each closed complex submanifold (or subvariety) M ⊂ C n of complex dimension m < n we construct a domain ΩC n containing M and a biholomorphic map F: Ω → C n onto C n with J F ≡ 1such that F(M) intersects the image of any nondegenerate entire map G:C n−mC n at infinitely many points. If m = n − 1, we construct F as above such that C nF(M) is hyperbolic. In particular, for each m ≥ 1we construct proper holomorphic embeddings F:C mC m−1 such that the complement C m+1F(C m )is hyperbolic.  相似文献

We investigate iterations of fixed-point free holomorphic self-maps on a Lie ball of any dimension, where a Lie ball is a bounded symmetric domain and the open unit ball of a spin factor which can be infinite dimensional. We describe the invariant domains of a holomorphic self-map f on a Lie ball D when f   is fixed-point free and compact, and show that each limit function of the iterates (fn)(fn) has values in a one-dimensional disc on the boundary of D  . We show that the Möbius transformation gaga induced by a nonzero element a in D may fail the Denjoy–Wolff-type theorem, even in finite dimension. We determine those which satisfy the theorem.  相似文献

This paper presents a method of determining joint distributions by known conditional distributions. A generalization of the Factorization Theorem is proposed. The generalized theorem is proved under the assumption that the support of unknown joint distribution may be divided into a countable number of sets, which all satisfy the relative weak positivity condition. This condition is defined in the paper and it generalizes the positivity condition introduced by Hammersley and Clifford. The theorem is illustrated with three examples. In the first example we determine a joint density in the case when the support of an unknown density is a continuous nonproduct set from Euclidean space . In the second example we seek the joint probability for the number of trials and the number of successes in Bernoulli's scheme. We also examine a simple example given by Kaiser and Cressie (J. Multivariate Anal. 73 (2000) 199).  相似文献

Let be the weighted Bergman space on a bounded symmetric domain D=G/K. It has analytic continuation in the weight ν and for ν in the so-called Wallach set still forms unitary irreducible (projective) representations of G. We give the irreducible decomposition of the tensor product of the representations for any two unitary weights ν and we find the highest weight vectors of the irreducible components. We find also certain bilinear differential intertwining operators realizing the decomposition, and they generalize the classical transvectants in invariant theory of . As applications, we find a generalization of the Bol's lemma and we characterize the multiplication operators by the coordinate functions on the quotient space of the tensor product modulo the subspace of functions vanishing of certain degree on the diagonal.  相似文献

We prove that any proper holomorphic mapping from to is necessarily a totally geodesic isometric embedding with respect to their Bergman metrics and therefore is the standard linear embedding up to their automorphisms. The proof of the main result in this paper will be achieved by a differential-geometric study of a special class of complex geodesic curves on the bounded symmetric domains with respect to their Bergman metrics. Let w be a complex symmetric matrix of order r, and Δ 1(w), . . . , Δ r (w) the principal minors of w. If w belongs to the Siegel right half-space, then it is known that Re (Δ k (w)/Δ k-1(w)) > 0 for k = 1, . . . , r. In this paper we study this property in three directions. First we show that this holds for general symmetric right half-spaces. Second we present a series of non-symmetric right half-spaces with this property. We note that case-by-case verifications up to dimension 10 tell us that there is only one such irreducible non-symmetric tube domain. The proof of the property reduces to two lemmas. One is entirely generalized to non-symmetric cases as we prove in this paper. This is the third direction. As a byproduct of our study, we show that the basic relative invariants associated to a homogeneous regular open convex cone Ω studied earlier by the first author are characterized as the irreducible factors of the determinant of right multiplication operators in the complexification of the clan associated to Ω.  相似文献

Extremal holomorphic diffusion processes are studied. We formulate a stochastic control problem for the extremal function of a set. We then characterize the extremal holomorphic diffusion processes as the optimal diffusion processes of the problem. By making use of SDE representation for the processes, we show that they move on an integral submanifold of the coefficients vector fields of the SDE passing through the starting point.  相似文献
