Sparins A–C ( 1 – 3 , resp.), three new flavonoids, were isolated from the CHCl3 subfraction of the EtOH extract of the whole plant of Spiraea brahuica, along with 3′,7‐di‐O‐methylquercetin ( 4 ) and luteolin 7‐β‐D ‐glucopyranoside ( 5 ), reported for the first time from this species. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by spectroscopic techniques including MS and 2D‐NMR spectroscopy. 相似文献

Phytochemical investigation on the ethanol extract from the stems of Spiraea formosana has resulted in the isolation of four new neolignans, named spiraformin-A, -B, -C and -D (1-4), together with thirty five known compounds. Their structures were established primarily on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectral and chemical transformation methods. 相似文献

The ethanol extract of the stems of Spiraea formosana has been shown to contain triterpenes: friedelin (II), glutinol (III). β-amyrin (IV); 10-nonacosanol (I) and a mixture of sitosterol and campesterol. They were identified by chemical reactions, spectral data and compared with authentic samples (except 10-nonacosanol). 相似文献

Three new atisane diterpenoids, spiratisanins A – C ( 1 – 3 , resp.), featuring a phenylacryloxyl substituted ent‐atisane skeleton, were isolated from Spiraea japonica together with two known atisine diterpene alkaloids, spiramine A ( 4 ) and spiradine F ( 5 ). The structures of these new compounds were elucidated as (5β,7α,8α,9β,10α,12α,16β)‐16‐hydroxyatisan‐7‐yl (2E)‐3‐phenylprop‐2‐enoate ( 1 ), (5β,7α,8α,9β,10α,12α,16α)‐16‐hydroxyatisan‐7‐yl (2E)‐3‐phenylprop‐2‐enoate ( 2 ), and (5β,8α,9β,10α,12α,16β)‐16‐hydroxyatisan‐20‐yl (2E)‐3‐phenylprop‐2‐enoate ( 3 ) on the basis of spectroscopic analysis. 相似文献

The genus Salvia (Lamiaceae) contains more than 50 shrub species in Iran, and Salvia limbata C.A. Meyer grows widely in the north and central parts of the country. Six flavones and rosmarinic acid were isolated from the ethyl acetate and methanol extracts of the flowered aerial parts of S. limbata collected from Semnan province. The separation process was carried out using several chromatographic methods. Structural elucidation was based on NMR data, in comparison with those reported in the literature. The isolated compounds were identified as ladanein (1), salvigenin (2), luteolin 7-methyl ether (3), cirsiliol (4), eupatorin (5), luteolin 7-O-glucoside (6) and rosmarinic acid (7). Some of these flavonoids have been reported to show antibacterial and cytotoxic activities. 相似文献

A novel ent‐atisane lactone, spiramilactone E ( 1 ), was isolated from Spiraea japonica var. acuta Yu . Its structure was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses, and unequivocally confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction (Fig. 2). Compound 1 contains a γ‐lactone moiety between the 6‐OH function and C(20), and β‐configuration for the 7‐OH group, in contrast to known related diterpenes previously isolated from the S. japonica complex. 相似文献

In the investigation of the chemical constituents of Spireae japonica L. f. var. ovalifolia (Rosaceae), a shrub originated in Songming, Yunnan, five new diterpenoid alkaloids, 19-O-deethylspiramine N (1), deacetylspiramine S (2), spiramidine A (3), spiramidine B (4) and deacetylspiramine F (5), were isolated from aerial parts of the plant and structurally elucidated. Compound 1, a white amorphous powder with [(]+17.99 (c, 0.26, MeOH ), was determined to have the molecular formula of C20H… 相似文献
