Lewis acid-catalyzed reactions of dialkyl 2-arylcyclopropane-1,1-dicarboxylates with 2,5-dimethylfuran were found to give products of [3+2]-cycloaddition to C(2)-C(3) bond, which contain reactive vinyl ether moiety. These adducts can be further transformed into various products depending on the Lewis acid, the nucleophilicity of aryl group in starting cyclopropane and the ratio of reagents. The vinyl ether moiety can attack the appropriate nucleophilic center in intramolecular or intermolecular mode or can undergo cycloaddition to the second equivalent of donor-acceptor cyclopropane. Alternatively, 2,5-diphenylfuran formed Friedel-Crafts products only when reacted with donor-acceptor cyclopropanes.  相似文献

The effect of bases, acids, and water as additives in proline-catalyzed ketone–aldehyde aldol reactions has been studied. While the reaction appears to be relatively tolerant to small amounts of tertiary amine bases or weak acids, it stops completely with strong acids. The use of water as an additive had a highly beneficial effect on reactions that were conducted with a stoichiometric ratio of ketone to aldehyde, especially with cyclic ketones. This allows the efficient use of more precious ketones such as 4-thianone as donors in the direct enantioselective aldol and facilitates purification.  相似文献

A novel chiral 1,2-diaminocyclohexane derivative, (1R,2R)-N1-n-pentyl, N1-benzyl-1,2-cyclohexanediamine, was designed, synthesized and applied as a catalyst in a number of aldol reactions between ketones and aryl aldehydes. Reactions between acetone and aryl aldehydes gave aldol products with moderate to good yields and with excellent enantioselectivity (up to yield 85%, ee 98%), while reactions between cyclohexanone and aryl aldehydes provided anti-β-hydroxyketone products with excellent yields, diastereoselectivity and with enantioselectivity (up to 82% yield, anti/syn ratio 99:1, ee 99%). The aldol reactions between acetone and isatins were investigated, which afforded excellent yields and enantioselectivity (up to 95% yield, 98% ee). The (R)- and (S)-isomers of convolutamydine A were obtained with 95% yield and 96% ee, and 95% yield and 94% ee, respectively.  相似文献

The reaction of isothiocyanates with in situ generated carbanions of α,β‐unsaturated ketones yielded α,β‐unsaturated keto thioamides which in the reaction with acids or bases cyclized to give 2,6‐disubstituted thiopyran‐4‐ones and in the reaction with α‐bromoesters gave thiazolidin‐4‐one derivatives. The thiopyran‐4‐ones reacted with α,β‐unsaturated aldehydes to yield tetrahydrothiopyran[2,3‐b]pyridin‐4‐ones, while thioanilides were formed in the reaction with phenyl isothiocyanate.  相似文献

从2-叔丁基-4,5-二氯哒嗪酮出发,以两种方法合成了中间体2-叔丁基-4-氯-5-(4-溴甲基苯氧)哒嗪酮(3)。3与肟反应合成了含哒嗪酮的苄基肟醚类化合物4a~4l。在相转移催化条件下,3与芳香醛肟反应得到单一的产物4,与芳香酮肟反应则生成4和5的混合物。文中讨论了反应物的空间效应、亲核试剂对该反应区域选择性的影响,并论证了产物的构型。  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A new catalytic method for direct alpha-selenenylation reactions of aldehydes and ketones has been developed. The results of exploratory studies have demonstrated that L-prolinamide is an effective catalyst for alpha-selenenylation reactions of aldehydes, whereas pyrrolidine trifluoromethanesulfonamide efficiently promotes reactions of ketones. Under optimized reaction conditions, using N-(phenylseleno)phthalimide as the selenenylation reagent in CH2Cl2 in the presence of L-prolinamide (2 mol %) or pyrrolidine trifluoromethanesulfonamide (10 mol %), a variety of aldehydes and ketones undergo this process to generate alpha-selenenylation products in high yields. Mechanistic insight into the L-proline and L-prolinamide catalyzed alpha-selenenylation reactions of aldehydes with N-(phenylseleno)phthalimide has come from theoretical studies employing ab initio methods and density functional theory. The results reveal that (1) the rate-limiting step of the process involves attack of the enamine intermediate at selenium in N-(phenylseleno)phthalimide and (2) the energy of the transition state for the reaction catalyzed by prolinamide is lower than that promoted by proline. This result is consistent with experimental observations. The role of hydrogen bond interactions in stabilizing the transition states for this process is also discussed.  相似文献

The action of aluminium halides upon polystyrene was studied as a function of the nature of the reaction medium and of the concentration of catalyst. It was demonstrated that polystyrene undergoes crosslinking, the extent of which is particularly important in chlorinated aliphatic solvents and at high catalyst concentrations. In additions, phenyl rings of the polymer are alkylated and halogenated by the solvent or catalyst. Infrared spectroscopic investigation of the structure of the products indicated that in most cases crosslinking was connected with the formation of 1,4-disubstituted, and eventually 1,2,4-trisubstituted benzenes. In carbon tetrachloride medium, meta substitution was also detected. In products obtained when polystyrene was treated with high amounts of the Lewis acid in CCl4 medium degrees of substitution even higher than three were probable.  相似文献

Organic synthetic methodology in the 21st century aims to conform to the principles of green sustainable chemistry (GSC) and we may expect that in the future, the realization of GSC will be an important objective for chemical industries. An important aim of synthetic organic chemistry is to implement waste-free and environmentally-benign industrial processes using Lewis acids as versatile as aluminum chloride. A key technological objective of our work in this area has been to achieve a "catalyst recycling system that utilizes the high activity and structural features of fluorous Lewis acid catalysts". Thus, we have developed a series of novel fluorous Lewis acid catalysts, namely the ytterbium(III), scandium(III), tin(IV) or hafnium(IV) bis(perfluoroalkanesulfonyl)amides or tris(perfluoro- alkanesulfonyl)methides. Our catalysts are recyclable and effective for acylations of alcohols and aromatics, Baeyer-Villiger reactions, direct esterifications and transesterifications in a fluorous biphasic system (FBS), in supercritical carbon dioxide and on fluorous silica gel supports.  相似文献

An effective chiral Lewis acid-catalyzed asymmetric Baylis-Hillman reaction is described. Good to high enantioselectivities were obtained using 3 mol % chiral catalyst. Novel camphor-derived dimerized ligands were prepared from the condensation of (+)-ketopinic acid with the corresponding diamines and hydrazine under acidic conditions. When alpha-naphthyl acrylate was used as a Michael acceptor, the reaction is complete within 20 min with high stereoselectivity and in reasonable chemical yields.  相似文献

The first Lewis acid-catalyzed trifluoromethylation reactions of aldehydes with Me3SiCF3 under TiF4/DMF, Ti(O iPr)4/DMF and Cu(OAc)2/dppp/toluene conditions are described. We have successfully applied this methodology to the difluoromethylation of aldehydes using Me3SiCF2SePh, Me3SiCF2P(O)OEt2 and Me3SiCF2SPh.  相似文献

We report on experimentally determined and computationally predicted diastereoselectivities of (a) multicomponent crotylation (MCC) reactions of simple aliphatic aldehydes and ketones and (b) of acetal substitution (AS) reactions of aldehyde dimethyl acetals with E- and Z-configurated crotyl trimethylsilane to give homoallylic methyl ethers bearing two newly formed stereogenic centers. We found that corresponding MCC and AS reactions give nearly equal syn/anti ratios. While the crotylations of acetaldehyde and propionaldehyde mainly result in the syn product for E-configurated silane and in the anti product for Z-configurated silane, the syn product is found as main product for the crotylation of pivaldehyde regardless of substrate double bond geometry. Using butanone as substrate, the anti product is found as main product in both cases. By computational investigation employing the B3LYP/6-31+G(d) level of theory in dichloromethane solution (PCM/UAKS), we found that the attack of O-methyl-substituted carboxenium ions by crotyl silane explains the experimentally observed selectivities, indicating that these crotylations in fact proceed in an S(N)1-type reaction via this ionic intermediate. Comparison of relevant open transition-state structures leads to a rationalization of the observed selectivities. For all systems studied, three transition-state conformations are necessary and sufficient to determine the selectivity. This has been confirmed by studying the MCC reactions of isobutyraldehyde. Activation energies for the stereogenic step have been determined by calculation of the transition state and substrate structures in dichloromethane solution at the B3LYP/6-311+G(2d,p)//B3LYP/6-31+G(d) level of theory in dichloromethane solution. The possibility to predict simple diastereoselectivity in general Lewis acid-mediated crotylations of aldehydes and ketones is discussed.  相似文献

The formation of a new chiral center in the reactions of ketone 4-MeOC6H4CH(Et)C(O)Et with planar-chiral 2-lithio-1-methyl- and 1-chloro-2-lithioferrocenes proceeded stereoselectively to give two diastereomers in a ratio of 3 : 2 or a single diastereomer, respectively, out of four possible diastereomeric 4-aryl-3-ferrocenylhexan-3-ols. The replacement of the hydroxy group in the resulting compounds by hydrogen under the conditions of ionic hydrogenation was studied. The configurations of the reaction products were established by X-ray diffraction analysis and 1H NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Polyoxometalates (POMs) have conducive properties such as controlled Brønsted and Lewis acidity, high thermal stability, nontoxic nature, tunable solubility, and less corrosiveness. POMs have been extensively applied in catalytic organic reactions and have an exciting prospect for industrial applications. This review summarized recent progress in the application of POMs as acid catalysts for various organic reactions including CC bond formation, CN bond formation, CO bond formation, heterocyclic synthesis reactions, cyanosilylation and hydrolysis reactions. Various POMs catalysts including heteropoly acids (HPAs) and cationic functionalized HPAs with Brønsted acidity, HPAs supported on non-precious metal support with Brønsted acidity (or both Brønsted and Lewis acidity), transition metal substituted POMs with Lewis acidity were applied in above reactions. This review attempts to provide up-to-date information about POMs acid-catalyzed organic reactions and propose future prospects.  相似文献

Several cembrane diterpenes were treated by various acids under different experimental conditions. All tested compounds were found to be acid sensitive, leading either to local chemical transformations (e.g. opening of epoxides), to transannular reactions and/or to unidentified mixtures. Sarcophine (7), the principal cembrane tested, was found to afford either all types of possible epoxide opening products (11–22), or, by a transannular reaction, when treated with SnCl4, two tetrahydrooxepine derivatives (23 and 24). The structure determination of the various derivatives of sarcophine was based mainly on the 1H and 13C-NMR spectra and also on several chemical transformations.Flaccidoxide (8), another cembranoid examined, was found to yield, with Zn/Cu couple, the expected deoxygenation product (sarcophytol-B, 32) together with an unexpected transannular reaction product (33). The structure, including the stereochemistry, of the latter THF-derivative of 8 (33) was elucidated by NMR and chemical reactions.  相似文献

A palladium--phosphinous acid-catalyzed Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction that proceeds in water under air atmosphere in the absence of organic co-solvents has been developed. Disubstituted alkynes have been prepared in up to 91% yield by POPd-catalyzed coupling of various aryl halides including chlorides in the presence of tetrabutylammonium bromide and pyrrolidine or NaOH.  相似文献

A one-step procedure for the preparation of 2,5-disubstituted tetrahydrofurans from donor-acceptor cyclopropanes and aldehydes has been developed. In the presence of a catalytic amount of Sn(OTf)(2), cyclopropanes bearing an aryl or conjugated donor substituent vicinal to a malonyl diester group undergo cycloadditions with diverse conjugated aldehydes furnishing tetrahydrofurans with high cis diastereoselectivity. This method is useful for the preparation of regiodefined tetrahydrofurans.  相似文献
