In this paper,we investigate a new perturbation theorem for the Moore-Penrose metric generalized inverses of a bounded linear operator in Banach space. The main tool in this paper is "the generalized Neumann lemma" which is quite different from the method in [12] where "the generalized Banach lemma" was used. By the method of the perturbation analysis of bounded linear operators,we obtain an explicit perturbation theorem and three inequalities about error estimates for the Moore-Penrose metric generalized inverse of bounded linear operator under the generalized Neumann lemma and the concept of stable perturbations in Banach spaces.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigate the perturbation problem for the Moore–Penrose bounded quasi-linear projection generalized inverses of a closed linear operaters in Banach space. By the method of the perturbation analysis of bounded quasi-linear operators, we obtain an explicit perturbation theorem and error estimates for the Moore–Penrose bounded quasi-linear generalized inverse of closed linear operator under the T-bounded perturbation, which not only extend some known results on the perturbation of the oblique projection generalized inverse of closed linear operators, but also extend some known results on the perturbation of the Moore–Penrose metric generalized inverse of bounded linear operators in Banach spaces.  相似文献

It is our purpose in this paper to show that some results obtained in uniformly convex real Banach space with uniformly G?ateaux differentiable norm are extendable to more general reflexive and strictly convex real Banach space with uniformly G?ateaux differentiable norm. Demicompactness condition imposed in such results is dispensed with. Furthermore,Applications of our theorems to approximation of common fixed point of countable infinite family of continuous pseudocontractive mappings and approximation of common solution of countable infinite family of generalized mixed equilibrium problems are also discussed. Our theorems improve, generalize, unify and extend several recently announced results.  相似文献

Using the cone and partial ordering theory and mixed monotone operator theory, the existence and uniqueness of solutions for some classes of systems of nonlinear two binary operator equations in a Banach space with a partial ordering are discussed. And the error estimates that the iterative sequences converge to solutions are also given. In this paper, we mainly consider proximal subdifferentials of lower semicontinuous functions defined on real Hilbert space and Clarke's subdifferentials of locally Lipschitzian functions defined on Banach space respectively, and obtain the generalized Euler identity of homogenous functions. In this study, we use inexact Newton-like methods to find solutions of nonlinear operator equations on Banach spaces with a convergence structure. Our technique involves the introduction of a generalized norm as an operator from a linear space into a partially ordered Banach space. In this way the metric properties of the examined problem can be analyzed more precisely. Moreover, this approach allows us to derive from the same theorem, on the one hand, semi-local results of Kantorovich-type, and on the other hand, global results based on monotonicity considerations. By imposing very general Lipschitz-like conditions on the operators involved, on the one hand, we cover a wider range of problems, and on the other hand, by choosing our operators appropriately we can find sharper error bounds on the distances involved than before. Furthermore, we show that special cases of our results reduce to the corresponding ones already in the literature. Finally, our results are used to solve integral equations that cannot be solved with existing methods.  相似文献

We derive pointwise error estimates for a generalized Oseen when it is approximated by a low order Taylor‐Hood finite element scheme in two dimensions. The analysis is based on estimates for regularized Green's functions associated with a generalized Oseen problem on weighted Sobolev spaces and weighted interpolation results. We apply the maximum norm results to obtain convergence in an optimal control problem governed by a generalized Oseen equation and present a numerical example that allows us to show the behavior of the error.  相似文献

1.引 言 广义差分法作为处理偏微分方程的离散技术,能够保持质量,动量,能量等物理量的守恒.广义差分法(有些文献称为box method[3];finite volume element method[4],[5],[6])利用在对偶剖分体积单元积分原始方程,并将近似解限制于某一有限元空间而得到离散方程.因此,它在局部区域保持了原始方程的物理守恒性和其他重要特性.从而被广泛地应用于数值求解数学物理方程,特别是计算流体力学和热传导问题[11]. 对广义差分法的研究已有许多文献,专著[10]有详细的介绍.早期的工作主要考虑标准的重心对偶剖分.近年来Cai et,al[4],[5],[6],在某些假定下对较一般的对偶剖分给出了能量模误差估计,Huang and Xi[9]去掉了文献[6]中的这些限制.Chou,Li[8]和Li,  相似文献

Using the game approach to fragmentability, we give new and simpler proofs of the following known results: (a) If the Banach space admits an equivalent Kadec norm, then its weak topology is fragmented by a metric which is stronger than the norm topology. (b) If the Banach space admits an equivalent rotund norm, then its weak topology is fragmented by a metric. In this article, a completion theorem for cone metric spaces and a completion theorem for cone normed spaces are proved. The completion spaces are constructed by means of an equivalence relation defined via an ordered cone norm on the Banach space E whose cone is strongly minihedral and ordered closed. This order norm has to satisfy the generalized absolute value property. In particular, if E is a Dedekind complete Banach lattice, then, together with its absolute value norm, satisfy the desired properties.  相似文献

We present some applications of the geometry of Banach spaces in the approximation theory and in the theory of generalized inverses. We also give some new results, on Orlicz sequence spaces, related to the fixed point theory. After a short introduction, in Section 2 we consider the best approximation projection from a Banach space $X$ onto its non-empty subset and proximinality of the subspaces of order continuous elements in various classes of Köthe spaces. We present formulas for the distance to these subspaces of the elements from the outside of them. In Section 3 we recall some results and definitions concerning generalized inverses of operators (metric generalized inverses and Moore-Penrose generalized inverses). We also recall some results on the perturbation analysis of generalized inverses in Banach spaces. The last part of this section concerns generalized inverses of multivalued linear operators (their definitions and representations). The last section starts with a formula for modulus of nearly uniform smoothness of Orlicz sequence spaces $\ell^\Phi$equipped with the Amemiya-Orlicz norm. From this result a criterion for nearly uniform smoothness of these spaces is deduced. A formula for the Domínguez-Benavides coefficient $R(a,l_\Phi)$ is also presented, whence a sufficient condition for the weak fixed point property of the space $\ell^\Phi$is obtained.  相似文献

Recently, Balaji and Xu studied the consistency of stationary points, in the sense of the Clarke generalized gradient, for the sample average approximations to a one-stage stochastic optimization problem in a separable Banach space with separable dual. We present an alternative approach, showing that the restrictive assumptions that the dual space is separable and the Clarke generalized gradient is a (norm) upper semicontinuous and compact-valued multifunction can be dropped. For that purpose, we use two results having independent interest: a strong law of large numbers and a multivalued Komlós theorem in the dual to a separable Banach space, and a result on the weak* closedness of the expectation of a random weak* compact convex set.  相似文献

We present a weaker convergence analysis of Newton’s method than in Kantorovich and Akilov (1964), Meyer (1987), Potra and Ptak (1984), Rheinboldt (1978), Traub (1964) on a generalized Banach space setting to approximate a locally unique zero of an operator. This way we extend the applicability of Newton’s method. Moreover, we obtain under the same conditions in the semilocal case weaker sufficient convergence criteria; tighter error bounds on the distances involved and an at least as precise information on the location of the solution. In the local case we obtain a larger radius of convergence and higher error estimates on the distances involved. Numerical examples illustrate the theoretical results.  相似文献

The modification of the Clarke generalized subdifferential due to Michel and Penot is a useful tool in determining differentiability properties for certain classes of real functions on a normed linear space. The Gâteaux differentiability of any real function can be deduced from the Gâteaux differentiability of the norm if the function has a directional derivative which attains a constant related to its generalized directional derivative. For any distance function on a space with uniformly Gâteaux differentiable norm, the Clarke and Michel-Penot generalized subdifferentials at points off the set reduce to the same object and this generates a continuity characterization for Gâteaux differentiability. However, on a Banach space with rotund dual, the Fréchet differentiability of a distance function implies that it is a convex function. A mean value theorem for the modified generalized subdifferential has implications for Gâteaux differentiability.  相似文献
