3,5‐Disubstituted Δ2‐isoxazolines can be prepared using the palladium‐mediated nucleometalation / methoxycarbonylation of β,γ‐unsaturated oximes. This novel route to this class of compounds is tolerant of a wide variety of functionality in the starting material, and provides a rapid route to highly functionalized isoxazolines.  相似文献

Irradiations at 254 nm of the α,β-unsaturated γ-dimethoxy-methyl ketone 7 in iso-octane and t-butyl alcohol afforded in a specifically π→π*induced process and in high chemical yield the epimeric products 9 and 10 . These products were not formed on n→π* excitation of 7 at > 340 nm, but triplet energy transfer to 1,3-cyclohexadiene could be observed. Photolyses of the hexadeuterio analog 7-d6 at 254 nm led to the fully deuteriated products (cf. 9-d6 ) in both solvents, with stereospecific incorporation of a deuterium atom in position C(1α). The structures of 9 and 10 were determined by an X-ray diffraction analysis of 9 and chemical correlations of the two products. The structural constraints in 7 demand a hitherto unprecedented direct transfer of a methoxyl hydrogen to the α-carbon of the excited enone and formation of intermediate 8 .  相似文献

Irradiation in the n→π* absorption band of the α,β-unsaturated γ,δ-epoxyketone 5 in ethanol at ?65° exclusively afforded the rearranged ene-dione 13 , whereas at + 24° under otherwise unchanged reaction conditions or upon triplet sensitization with Michler's ketone and with acetophenone at + 24° essentially identical mixtures of 13 (major product), 14 , and 15 were obtained. Selective π→π* excitation of 5 at ?78° and + 24° led to similar product patterns. The 9β,10β-epimeric epoxyketone 7 selectively isomerized to 14 and 15 at + 24° and n → π* or π → π* excitation. Neither the epoxyketones 5 and 7 nor the photoproducts 13–15 were photochemically interconverted. In separate photolyses each of the latter gave the double bond isomers 16 , 18 , and 19 , respectively. Cleavage of 13 to the dienone aldehyde 17 competed with the double bond shift ( → 16 ) when photolyzed in alcoholic solvents instead of benzene. The selective transformations 5 → 13 (at ?65° and n → π* excitation) and 7 → 14 + 15 are attributed to stereoelectronic factors facilitating the skeletal rearrangements of the diradicals 53 and 55 , the likely primary photoproducts resulting from epoxide cleavage in the triplet-excited compounds 5 and 7 , via the transition states 54 , 56 , and 57 . The loss of selectivity in product formation from 5 at higher temperature and n → π* excitation or triplet sensitization is explicable in terms of radical dissociation into 58 and 59 increasingly participating at the secondary thermal transformations of 53 . The similar effect of π → π* excitation even at ?78° indicates that some of the π,π* singlet energy may become available as thermal activation energy. It is further suggested that the considerably lesser ring strain in 14 and 15 , as compared with 13 , is responsible that selectivity in product formation from 7 is maintained also at +24° and at π → π* excitation.  相似文献

Laser flash photolyses (λ = 265mm) of the γ,λ-epoxyenones 1–3, 7 and 8 , the α,β-unsaturated γ,δ-epoxy ester 6 , and the epoxytriene 9 at ambient temperature produced short-lived transients with broad absorption maxima in the visible region, which are identified as carbonyl ylides. Comparison of the rather long-wavelength absorption maxima with the results of standard PPP SCF SCI calculations suggests that some degree of twisting is present in all the ylides studied. The lifetimes of the order of hundreds of ns of these intermediates and Stern-Volmer analysis of the trapping of the carbonyl ylide derived from 2 with CH3COOH provide conclusive evidence that the carbene products are not formed via the carbonyl-ylide intermediate (Scheme 3).  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of 3-oxo-17β-acetoxy-Δ4-14α-methyl-8α, 9β, 10α, 13α-estrene, C21H30O3, has been determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals belong to the orthorhombic space group P212121, with the cell dimensions a = 12.093 Å, b = 19.667 Å, c = 7.746 Å; Z = 4. Intensity data were collected at room temperature with an automatic four-circle diffractometer. The structure was solved by direct methods and the parameters were refined by least-squares analysis. All the hydrogen atoms were included in the refinement. The final R value was 0.038 for 1413 observed reflections. The conformation of ring A is intermediate between a half-chair and a 1, 2-diplanar form. The hydrogens at C(9) and C(10) are anti, the B/C ring junction is trans, and rings B and C adopt chair conformations. Ring D is cis fused and is halfway between C2 and Cs forms.  相似文献

Carbon-13 spectra of a series of 26 unsaturated ketones (ortho- and para-cyclo-hexadienones and corresponding open-chain analogues) have been measured by Fourier-transform. Pulse spectroscopy. A complete analysis has been achieved by means of double resonance experiments using noise-modulated and coherent off-resonance proton irradiation and with the aid of non-decoupled spectra. Chemical shifts are interpreted in terms of charge distribution in the dienone system and of methyl substituent effects. Carbon chemical shifts were also obtained for O-protonated ortho- and para-cyclohexadienones. One-bond and long-range carbon-proton and carbon-fluorine spin coupling constants are reported for several compounds.  相似文献

The four α,α,α, β,β,β,-hexamethyl α-hydrogen Coα, Coβ-dicyanocobyrinates 2b, d–f , with a free b-, d-, e-, and f-propionic-acid function, respectively, were prepared by partial hydrolysis of heptamethyl Coα, Coβ-dicyanocobyrinate (cobester; 1 ) in aqueous sulfuric acid. The cobester monoacids 2b, d–f were obtained as a ca. 1:1:1:1 mixture which was separated. The monoacids were purified by chromatography and isolated in crystalline form. The position of the free propionic-acid function was determined by an extensive analysis of 2b, d–f using 2D-NMR techniques; an analysis of the C,H-coupling network topology resulted in an alternative assignment strategy for cobyrinic-acid derivatives, based on pattern recognition. Additional information on the structure of the most polar of the four hexamethyl cobyrinates, of the b-isomer 2b , was also obtained in the solid state from a single-crystal X-ray analysis. Earlier structural assignments based on 1D-NMR spectra of the corresponding regioisomeric monoamides 3b, d–f (obtained from crystalline samples of the monoacids 2b, d–f ) were confirmed by the present investigations.  相似文献

Irradiation at 254 nm of 19-dimethoxyandrost-4-en-17 β-ol-3-one acetate ( 8 ) afforded the epimeric cyclization products 9 (yield 20%) and 10 (4%). Similar transformations were also achieved with the analogous dimethoxy-enone 24 (→ 25 , 65%), and-dienone 30 (→ 31 , 72%), and with the methoxy-enone 33 (→ 34 , 30%), and-dienone 35 (→ 36 , 17%).  相似文献

Numerous examples illustrate the course of the thermolysis of hydrazones derived from α,β-epoxyketones and 2-phenyl- or trans-2,3-diphenyl-1-amino-aziridines. This process constitutes a preparatively useful method for the fragmentation of α,β-epoxyketones to acetylenic carbonyl compounds including acetylenic aldehydes. Monohydrazones from phenylglyoxal and substituted N-amino-aziridines decompose smoothly and stereospecifically to the corresponding olefins and diazoacetophenone; such a process might also be useful for the preparation of other α-diazocarbonyl compounds.  相似文献

In flow tube studies of the quenching of O2(b1Σ), broad band emission of O2(b):M collision complexes was found to appear under the discrete rotational lines of the 0–0 band of the b1Σ → a1Δg electric quadrupole transition at higher oxygen pressures and on addition of foreign gases. Bimolecular rate constants for the collision-induced emission processes have been derived from the ratio of the intensities of the discrete lines and the continuum as well as from low-resolution measurements of the relative intensities of the ba and bX bands as a function of O2 and added gas pressure. They range from ≈10?21 cm3 s?1 for He to ≈4 × 10?19 cm3 s?1 for PCl3 vapor.  相似文献

Two symmetrical trehalose glycosyl ‘acceptors’ 4 and 6 were prepared and three of the unsymmetrical type, 8 , 10 , and 11 . Glucosylation of symmetrical ‘acceptor’ 4 gave a higher yield of trisaccharide (44%) than protect ve-group manipulation, namely via selective debenzylidenation 2 → 9 or monoacetylation 2 → 5 which proceeded in moderate yields (33–34%). A comparison of catalysts in the cis-glucosylation of trehalose ‘acceptor’ 10 with tetra-O-benzyl-β-D -glucopyranosyl fluoride 13 profiled triflic anhydride ((Tf)2O) as a new reactive promoter yielding 92% of trisaccharide 14 , deblocking gave the target saccharide α-D -glucopyranosyI-( 1 → 4 )-α,α-D -trehalose. 1H-NMR spectra of most compounds were analyzed extensively. The use of the ID TOCSY technique is advocated for its time efficiency, if needed supplemented by ROESY experiments.  相似文献

We present 140 accurate potential energy curves, PECs, for the Σ, Π, Δ, ?, and Γ manifolds for the H2 molecule, mapping all the states with energy below the H ground state. The full configuration interaction, nonrelativistic Born–Oppenheimer computations are performed with large and optimized basis sets of Slater‐type and spherical Gaussian functions; these new basis sets are somewhat larger than those used in recent published studies on the 60 Σ state PECs. The full CI computations are performed twice, with Hartree–Fock and with Heitler–London‐type functions, allowing the identification of the ionic component in the total energy. The computed energies are within 10?5 hartree from the most accurate PECs in literature. We aim (a) at the evaluation of the PECs starting at very short and unexplored internuclear distances (0.01 bohrs) and ending at full dissociation, (b) at the systematic prediction of high excited state PECs dissociating as 1s + 4l and 1s + 5l, and (c) at the characterization of the evolution of the 140 PEC electronic densities from united atom to dissociation. With this work we fill a gap in today literature, which has dealt mainly with low excited states, generally excluding short internuclear distances. The electronic configuration at the united atom persists as dominant configuration well beyond the equilibrium separation, and it switches to that at dissociation often with energy patterns seemingly irregular, in particular when the values of the principal quantum number at dissociation and at the united atom differ by one or more unit. The Hund's singlet‐triplet splitting, which propagates from the united atom to the molecule, is discussed. The singlet and triplet states are rather close in energy in the Π manifolds, and approach degeneracy in the Δ and ? manifolds, to become fully degenerate in the Γ manifolds. Discussions on the correlation energy correction, adiabatic correction, spectroscopic constants and on general features of the H2 excited states are presented. The H2 molecule is a system, which—to be understood—needs consideration of both the very short internuclear distances in approaching the united atom and of the very high excited states below H. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Six α, β, β-trifluorostyrenes with the following substituents, viz., p-MeO, p-Me, m-Me, p-Cl, m-Cl, and m-CF3, were synthesized by the reaction of the corresponding Grignard reagents with tetrafluoroethylene in tetrahydrofuran. Similarly, α-and β-trifluoroethenylnaphthalenes were prepared. The substituent electronic effects on the 19F-NMR parameters were investigated for the trifluorostyrenes (I). Linear correlations between the Hammett σ constants and the following 19F-NMR parameters were established, namely, chemical shifts δ. (F1) and δ (F2), coupling constants J12, differences of chemical shifts Δδ3-1 (δ (F3)—δ(f1) or Δδ3-2. The results are consistent with previous expectations based on the simple concept of “distorted π-electron clouds”. Facts are presented which indicate that the Δδ3-1 (or Δδ3-2) values may serve as empirical measures of the degree of polarization of the π bonds of these fluoroolefins.  相似文献

By heating with iron powder at 120–150° some γ-bromo-α, β-unsaturated carboxylic methyl esters, and, less smothly, the corresponding acids, were lactonized to Δ7alpha;-butenolides with elimination of methyl bromide. The following conversions have thus been made: methyl γ-bromocrotonate ( 1c ) and the corresponding acid ( 1d ) to Δα-butenolide ( 8a ), methyl γ-bromotiglate ( 3c ) and the corresponding acid ( 3d ) to α-methyl-Δα-butenolide ( 8b ), a mixture of methyl trans- and cis-γ-bromosenecioate ( 7c and 7e ) and a mixture of the corresponding acids ( 7d and 7f ) to β-methyl-Δα-butenolide ( 8c ). The procedure did not work with methyl trans-γ-bromo-Δα-pentenoate ( 5c ) nor with its acid ( 5d ). Most of the γ-bromo-α, β-unsaturated carboxylic esters ( 1c, 7c, 7e and 5c ) are available by direct N-bromosuccinimide bromination of the α, β-unsaturated esters 1a, 7a and 5a ; methyl γ-bromotiglate ( 3c ) is obtained from both methyl tiglate ( 3a ) and methyl angelate ( 4a ), but has to be separated from a structural isomer. The γ-bromo-α, β-unsaturated esters are shown by NMR. to have the indicated configurations which are independent of the configuration of the α, β-unsaturated esters used; the bromination always leads to the more stable configuration, usually the one with the bromine-carrying carbon anti to the carboxylic ester group; an exception is methyl γ-bromo-senecioate, for which the two isomers (cis, 7e , and trans, 7d ) have about the same stability. The N-bromosuccinimide bromination of the α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acids 1b , 3b , 4b , 5b and 7b is shown to give results entirely analogous to those with the corresponding esters. In this way γ-bromocrotonic acid ( 1 d ), γ-bromotiglic acid ( 3 d ), trans- and cis-γ-bromosenecioic acid ( 7d and 7f ) as well as trans-γ-bromo-Δα-pentenoic acid ( 5d ) have been prepared. Iron powder seems to catalyze the lactonization by facilitating both the elimination of methyl bromide (or, less smoothly, hydrogen bromide) and the rotation about the double bond. α-Methyl-Δα-butenolide ( 8b ) was converted to 1-benzyl-( 9a ), 1-cyclohexyl-( 9b ), and 1-(4′-picoly1)-3-methyl-Δα-pyrrolin-2-one ( 9 c ) by heating at 180° with benzylamine, cyclohexylamine, and 4-picolylamine. The butenolide 8b showed cytostatic and even cytocidal activity; in preliminary tests, no carcinogenicity was observed. Both 8b and 9c exhibited little toxicity.  相似文献

p-Toluenesulfonylhydrazones of α, β-unsaturated ketones undergo an alkynone fragmentation in high yield when treated with electrophiles under basic conditions. With N -bromosuccinimide in alcohols, the p-tosylhydrazones 4a and 4b yielded in a one-pot reaction the cyclic 4-alkyn-1-ones 5a and 5b ; these were converted to Exaltone® ( 1a ) and muscone ( 1b ) on catalytic hydrogenation.  相似文献
