Nomega-Methylated arginines such as asymmetric dimethyl-L-arginine (ADMA) and monomethyl-l-arginine (NMMA) are known as potent physiological inhibitors of nitric oxide synthases (NOSs). To explore a possible physiological and pharmaceutical relevance of N(delta)-methylated analogues, a synthetic scheme had to be developed that would not lead to N(delta)-methyl-L-arginine only but also to its presumed metabolites of NOS catalysis. Two basic synthetic approaches have been pursued to obtain N(delta)-methylated derivatives of L-ornithine, L-citrulline, L-arginine, and N(omega)-hydroxy-L-arginine. A first attempt utilized conventionally protected L-ornithine, i.e., the tert-butyl ester and Boc-amine, and led to three end compounds in excellent yields. Simultaneous protection of the alpha-amino acid moiety by formation of boroxazolidinones, particularly by employing 9-borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane (9-BBN-H), proved to be a convenient option to perform side chain modifications and led to all of the desired end compounds. Additionally, enantiomeric excess (ee, %) of crucial synthetic intermediates and end compounds was determined by chiral HPLC.  相似文献

A recently discovered radical fragmentation of 2-fluoro-6-pyridinoxy derivatives allows a new highly stereoselective and convergent route to (E)-vinylsulfones from allylic alcohols. Reductive desulfonylation or nickel-catalyzed couplings furnish di- and trisubstituted (E)- and (Z)-alkenes.  相似文献

The activation parameters reported for intramolecular electron-transfer between ruthenium(II) and cobalt(III) complexes have been corrected for the thermodynamic contributions of the entropy change for the reaction DeltaS0 to the entropy of activation DeltaS*, and it is concluded that these electron-transfers range from adiabatic (pyrazine bridge) to highly nonadiabatic. The electronic factors are about 20 times smaller than for diruthenium mixed-valence complexes. Spanning the metal-metal separation range of 7-14 A over which beta=0.7 A-1, the electron-transfer rates are dominated by the electronic factors, which change three times more with separation than do the nuclear factors.  相似文献

When the trimethyl derivatives of aluminium, gallium and indium react with glyoximato metallates, (R2C2N2(O)OH)2MetII (R = H, CH3; MetII = Ni, Pd, Pt, Cu), in a 21 molar ratio, 2 mol of methane are evolved and monomeric bis(dimethylmetal(III)glyoximato)metallates(II) (metal(III) = Al, Ga, In) are formed in high yields. The vibrational and NMR spectra of the new complexes were measured and were partly resolved. The X-ray structure determinations of two of these compounds show non-planar structures of approximate C2h and C2 symmetry, respectively, with weak metal(III)?metal(II) π-interactions.  相似文献

A series of cyclometallated phenylpyridine platinum(II) complexes have been synthesised with a systematic variation in both the phenylpyridine and the ancillary ligand. Oxidation of one of the cyclometallated species leads to a number of isomeric platinum(IV) complexes, all of which eventually isomerize to a single compound. The route to these new compounds has been demonstrated to involve an initial slow oxidation followed by a rapid C-H activation to give doubly cyclometallated complexes. The solid state structures of a number of both the platinum(II) and the platinum(IV) species have been solved; many of the structures exhibited extended interactions that result in complex three dimensional packing.  相似文献

Olefin complexes (silox)(3)M(ole) (silox = (t)Bu(3)SiO; M = Nb (1-ole), Ta (2-ole); ole = C(2)H(4), C(2)H(3)Me, C(2)H(3)Et, C(2)H(3)C(6)H(4)-p-X (X = OMe, H, CF(3)), C(2)H(3)(t)Bu, (c)C(5)H(8), (c)C(6)H(10), (c)C(7)H(10) (norbornene)) rearrange to alkylidene isomers (silox)(3)M(alk) (M = Nb (1=alk), Ta (2=alk); alk = CHMe, CHEt, CH(n)Pr, CHCH(2)C(6)H(4)-p-X (X = OMe, H, CF(3) (Ta only)), CHCH(2)(t)Bu, (c)C(5)H(8), (c)C(6)H(10), (c)C(7)H(10) (norbornylidene)). Kinetics and labeling experiments suggest that the rearrangement proceeds via a delta-abstraction on a silox CH bond by the beta-olefin carbon to give (silox)(2)RM(kappa(2)-O,C-OSi(t)Bu(2)CMe(2)CH(2)) (M = Nb (4-R), Ta (6-R); R = Me, Et, (n)Pr, (n)Bu, CH(2)CH(2)C(6)H(4)-p-X (X = OMe, H, CF(3) (Ta only)), CH(2)CH(2)(t)Bu, (c)C(5)H(9), (c)C(6)H(11), (c)C(7)H(11) (norbornyl)). A subsequent alpha-abstraction by the cylometalated "arm" of the intermediate on an alpha-CH bond of R generates the alkylidene 1=alk or 2=alk. Equilibrations of 1-ole with ole' to give 1-ole' and ole, and relevant calculations on 1-ole and 2-ole, permit interpretation of all relative ground and transition state energies for the complexes of either metal.  相似文献

Three isomorphous series of new compounds are reported: complexes [M(DBM)2Q2] and [M(DBM)2Iq2] (M = M(II) = Co, Ni, Zn, Cd; DBM is C6H5COCHCOC6H5 ?) and inclusion compounds [M(DBM)2Q2]*Q (M = Co, Zn, Cd). All the compounds comprise a trans configured octahedral complex molecule. Inclusion compounds of modified Zn and Cd DBM complexes are reported for the first time and their inclusion ability is attributed to the trans isomeric state induced by the bulky Q or Iq ligand. The TG measurements indicate the following order of thermal stability of the complexes defined by the strength of the metal–ligand bonds: Ni > Co > Cd > Zn. The inclusion compounds do not follow this trend.  相似文献

Synthesis, single-crystal X-ray determination diffraction and FT-IR, NMR (1H, 13C, 19F and 205Tl), UV–vis, and luminescence spectra characteristics were described for series of thallium(I) compounds: thallium(I) triflate (Tl(OTf)), 1:1 co-crystals of thallium(I) triflate and tropolone (Htrop), Tl(OTf)·Htrop, as well as simple thallium(I) chelates: Tl(trop) (1), Tl(5-metrop) (2), Tl(hino) (3), with Htrop, 5-methyltropolone (5-meHtrop), 4-isopropyltropolone (hinokitiol, Hhino), respectively, and additionally more complex {Tl@[Tl(hino)]6}(OTf) (4) compound. Comparison of their antimicrobial activity with selected lead(II) and bismuth(III) analogs and free ligands showed that only bismuth(III) complexes demonstrated significant antimicrobial activity, from two- to fivefold larger than the free ligands.  相似文献

Black single crystals of the new dodecahalogenotrimetallate In(4)Ti(3)Br(12) were obtained by reacting InBr(3) with Ti-wire at 450 °C in a silica tube sealed under vacuum. In(4)Ti(3)Br(12) (Pearson symbol hR57, space group R3?m, Z = 3, a = 7.3992(8) ?, c = 36.673(6) ?, 643 refl., 25 param., R(1)(F) = 0.025; wR(2)(F(2)) = 0.046) is a defect variant of a 12 L-perovskite. In(+) cations are 12-fold coordinated in two different ways: In1 as an anticuboctahedron and In2 as a cuboctahedron. In both cases the 5s(2) configuration results in 3 short, 6 medium, and 3 long In-Br distances which might be explained as lone pair effect or second order Jahn-Teller instability. Furthermore there are isolated linear trimers [Ti(3)Br(12)](4-) consisting of facesharing octahedra similar to [Ru(3)Cl(12)](4-). The [Ti(3)Br(12)](4-)-unit has to be described as a mixed-valent d(1)-d(2)-d(1) system. According to magnetic measurements, the Ti-atoms in In(4)Ti(3)Br(12) show strong antiferromagnetic interactions (Θ = -1216(6) K) which might be addressed as weak Ti(3+)-Ti(2+)-Ti(3+) bonds. For comparison, single crystals of K(3)Ti(2)X(9) (X = Cl, Br) were synthesized and their structures refined. The rotation of the Ti(2)X(9)(3-) dimers reduced the symmetry of the well-known Cs(3)Cr(2)Cl(9) type from P6(3)/mmc to P6(3)/m and resulted in the formation of merohedral twins. According to the unit cell volumes In(+) is smaller than K(+) in all cases.  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of three neutral tricarbonyl fac-M(CO)3(NNO) (M = Re, (99m)Tc) complexes based on the picolylamine N,N-diacetic acid (PADA) ligand is reported. One of the two carboxylate groups of the PADA ligand is efficiently and conveniently derivatized with an amine nucleophile through the use of the PADA anhydride. In this work, aniline, benzylamine and pyrrolidine were used as model amine nucleophiles. The rhenium complexes were synthesized using the [NEt4]2[Re(CO)3Br3] precursor and fully characterized by elemental analysis, spectroscopic methods, and X-ray crystallography. The analogous technetium-99m complexes were also prepared quantitatively using the [(99m)Tc(CO)3(H2O)3](+) precursor. The reaction scheme presented for the synthesis of the fac-M(CO)3(NNO) (M = Re, (99m)Tc) complexes can be applied to the development of target-specific radiopharmaceuticals because, in principle, any bioactive pharmacophore bearing an amine group can be used in the place of the model amine nucleophiles.  相似文献

The vapor of (chlorocarbonyl)sulfenyl bromide, ClC(O)SBr, was isolated in solid Ar, Kr, N(2), and Ar doped with 5% CO at 15 K, and the matrix was subsequently irradiated with broad-band UV--visible light (200 < or = lambda < or = 800 nm), the changes being followed by reference to the IR spectrum of the matrix. The initial spectrum showed the vapor of ClC(O)SBr to consist of more than 99% of the syn form (with the C==O bond syn with respect to the S--Br bond) in equilibrium with less than 1% of the anti conformer. Irradiation caused various changes to occur. First, conformational randomization took place, leading to a roughly equimolar mixture of the two rotamers, and so affording the first spectroscopic characterization of an anti-ClC(O)S-containing compound. Simultaneously, the novel constitutional isomer syn-BrC(O)SCl was also formed. Continued photolysis resulted in the decay of all these species while revealing a third reaction channel, leading to the elimination of CO and the formation of the new triatomic sulfur halide BrSCl. The assignment of the IR bands to the different products was made on the basis of the usual criteria, taking account (i) of the effects of the naturally occurring isotopic pairs (35)Cl/(37)Cl and (79)Br/(81)Br, (ii) of the vibrational properties of related molecules, and (iii) of the properties predicted for the relevant molecules by quantum chemical calculations.  相似文献

N,N-Bis(but-3-enyl)amines 5a-i were prepared in overall 74% yield from 1-(triphenylphosphoroylideneaminoalkyl)benzotriazole using an aza-Wittig reaction with aldehydes followed by a double Grignard reaction with allylmagnesium bromide. Use of vinyl or 1-propynylmagnesium bromide and allylmagnesium bromide in a sequential fashion also formed the expected doubly unsaturated amines 9a,b and 12, respectively.  相似文献
