In this paper, we consider the global existence, uniqueness and L estimates of weak solutions to quasilinear parabolic equation of m-Laplacian type u t − div(|∇u| m−2u) = u|u| β−1Ω |u| α dx in Ω × (0,∞) with zero Dirichlet boundary condition in tdΩ. Further, we obtain the L estimate of the solution u(t) and ∇u(t) for t > 0 with the initial data u 0L q (Ω) (q > 1), and the case α + β < m − 1.  相似文献

We consider complex-valued functions f ∈ L 1 (R+2),where R +:= [0,∞),and prove sufficient conditions under which the double sine Fourier transform f ss and the double cosine Fourier transform f cc belong to one of the two-dimensional Lipschitz classes Lip(α,β) for some 0 α,β≤ 1;or to one of the Zygmund classes Zyg(α,β) for some 0 α,β≤ 2.These sufficient conditions are best possible in the sense that they are also necessary for nonnegative-valued functions f ∈ L 1 (R+2).  相似文献

In this paper, we study the global existence, L estimates and decay estimates of solutions for the quasilinear parabolic system ut = div (|∇ u|mu) + f(u, v), vt = div (|∇ v|mv) + g(u,v) with zero Dirichlet boundary condition in a bounded domain Ω ⊂ RN. In particular, we find a critical value for the existence and nonexistence of global solutions to the equation ut = div (|∇ u|mu) + λ |u|α - 1 u.  相似文献

We consider the nonlinear Sturm–Liouville problem

To understand well the global behavior of the bifurcation branch in R + × L 2(I), we establish the precise asymptotic formula for λ(α), which is associated with eigenfunction u α with ‖ u α2 = α, as α → ∞. It is shown that if for some constant p > 1 the function h(u) ≔ f(u)/u p satisfies adequate assumptions, including a slow growth at ∞, then λ(α) ∼ α p−1 h(α) as α → ∞ and the second term of λ(α) as α → ∞ is determined by lim u → ∞ uh′(u). In this paper lower semicontinuity of the functional I(u)=∫ Ω f(x,u,Δ Hu)dx is investigated for f being a Carathéodory function defined on H n × R × R2n and for u∈SBV H (Ω), where H n is the Heisenberg group with dimension 2n+1, Ω∩H n is an open set and ∇ Hu denotes the approximate derivative of the absolute continuous part D a Hu with respect to D Hu. Let Ω be an open subset of R d , d≥2, and let x∈Ω. A Jensen measure for x on Ω is a Borel probability measure μ, supported on a compact subset of Ω, such that ∫udμ≤u(x) for every superharmonic function u on Ω. Denote by J x (Ω) the family of Jensen measures for x on Ω. We present two characterizations of ext(J x (Ω)), the set of extreme elements of J x (Ω). The first is in terms of finely harmonic measures, and the second as limits of harmonic measures on decreasing sequences of domains. This allows us to relax the local boundedness condition in a previous result of B. Cole and T. Ransford, Jensen measures and harmonic measures, J. Reine Angew. Math. 541 (2001), 29–53. As an application, we give an improvement of a result by Khabibullin on the question of whether, given a complex sequence {α n } n=1 and a continuous function , there exists an entire function f≢0 satisfying f n )=0 for all n, and |f(z)|≤M(z) for all zC.  相似文献

We calculate the asymptotics of combinatorial sums ∑ α f(α)( α n ) β , whereα = (α 1, …,α h ) withα i =α j for certaini, j. Hereh is fixed and theα i ’s are natural numbers. This implies the asymptotics of the correspondingS n -character degrees ∑λ f(λ)d λ β . For certain sequences ofS n characters which involve Young’s rule, the latter asymptotics were obtained earlier [1] by a different method. Equating the two asymptotics, we obtain equations between multi-integrals which involve Gaussian measures. Special cases here give certain extensions of the Mehta integral [5], [6]. We establish an almost sure scaling limit theorem for super-Brownian motion on ℝ d associated with the semi-linear equation ut=\frac12Du+bu-au2u_{t}=\frac{1}{2}\Delta u+\beta u-\alpha u^{2} , where α and β are positive constants. In this case, the spectral theoretical assumptions required in Chen et al. (J. Funct. Anal. 254:1988–2019, 2008) are not satisfied. In this paper we prove that iff ∈ C([-π,π]2) and the function f is bounded partial p-variation for some p ∈ [1, ∞), then the double trigonometric Fourier series of a function f is uniformly (C;-α,-β) summable (α β< 1/p,α,β> 0) in the sense of Pringsheim. The semilinear perturbation of Poisson’s equation (E): −Δu+β(u)∋f, where β is a maximal monotone graph inR, has been investigated by Ph. Bénilan, H. Brézis and M. Crandall forfL 1(R N ),N≧1, under the assumptions 0∈β(0) ifN≧3 and 0∈β(0) ∩ Int β(R) ifN=1,2. We discuss in this paper the solvability and well-posedness of (E) in terms of any maximal monotone graph β. We study the percolative properties of random interlacements on G×ℤ, where G is a weighted graph satisfying certain sub-Gaussian estimates attached to the parameters α>1 and 2≤βα+1, describing the respective polynomial growths of the volume on G and of the time needed by the walk on G to move to a distance. We develop decoupling inequalities, which are a key tool in showing that the critical level u for the percolation of the vacant set of random interlacements is always finite in our set-up, and that it is positive when α≥1+β/2. We also obtain several stretched exponential controls both in the percolative and non-percolative phases of the model. Even in the case where G=ℤ d , d≥2, several of these results are new.  相似文献
