The crystal and molecular structure of bis(aminomethylphosphonate)-copper(II), C2H10N2O6P2Cu, has been determined from MoK diffractometer data. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space groupP21/n witha =7.571(2),b = 4.943(1),c = 11.212(3) Å, = 105.84(2) °, andZ = 2. The structure was solved by the heavy-atom technique and refined by full-matrix least-squares methods toR = 0.041, using 1084 reflections for which ¦F o¦ > 3.92 (¦F o¦). In this complex, the Cu atom is square-planar coordinated by four O atoms from four phosphonic groups, and not by the amino group. The Cu-O bond lengths are 1.928(3) and 1.937(3) Å, and the phosphonic groups bridge adjacent Cu atoms in polymeric chains. The infrared spectrum of this complex is reported.  相似文献

The imidazolinone herbicide imazapyr, 2-(4-isopropyl-4-methyl-5-oxo-2-imidazolin-2-yl)nicotinic acid (H2imz) interacts with Cu(II) leading to [Cu(Himz)2(H2O)2] which crystallizes in the space group Pbca, with a = 12.5370(3) Å, b = 19.8500(5) Å, c = 22.7720(9) Å, and Z = 8. The Cu(II) atom is octahedrally surrounded by four nitrogen atoms of two Himz anions and two water molecules. Each Himz acts as a chelating ligand by means of N pyridine and N lactam atoms leading to five-membered chelate rings. The Cu N distances vary from 1.948(4) to 2.299(5) Å while the Cu O are 2.114(5) and 2.256(6) Å. The imidazol N-H are involved in short intramolecular hydrogen bonds with the carboxylate groups. The structure is stabilized by an intermolecular hydrogen-bonded network involving the water molecules and the carboxylate groups.  相似文献

A new complex compound: [Cu(C7H6N2)2(C4H4O4 H2O] has been synthesized and its crystal structure investigated by single-crystal X-ray methods. The structure was refined by full-matrix least-squares to giveR=0.031 andR w =0.038 for 1765 intensities above 3(I). The structure consists of polymeric chains [Cu(C7H6N2)2(C4H2O4)] parallel to [110] and [¯110], connected by long Cu-H2O-Cu bonds along [001]. Succinate ions exhibit antiperiplanar conformation and are only bidentate ligands. Interchain interactions by hydrogen bonds and stacking of aromatic ligands are discussed.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound has been determined from single-crystal X-ray diffraction data. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space groupp21 witha=5.5406(4),b=17.0461(9),c=11.3762(6) Å,=93.99(1)°, andZ=2. The structure was solved by direct methods, and refined by full-matrix least squares toR=0.036 andR w =0.039 for 2134 intensities above 3(7).The ethanolic O atoms [O(3) and O(4)] are not involved in the Cu coordination. The two bidentate ligands are connected to copper(II) atoms by their phenolic O atoms and imino N atoms in the O-O and N-N trans positions. A tetrahedral distortion of the square coordination is observed. The ethanolic oxygen atoms are involved as donors in intramolecular hydrogen bonds O(4)-H-O(1) and as donors and acceptors in intermolecular O(3)-H-O(4) ones. The molecule is substituent-trans, as the ethanol groups are oriented towards the opposite sides of the mean molecular plane. The molecular structure is compared with the literature data.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure oftrans-dichlorobis(oxazole)palladium-(II), Pd(C3H3ON)2Cl2, has been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques using counter methods and has been refined by full-matrix least-squares procedures to a finalR index of 0.022. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space groupP¯1 with unit cell dimensions ofa = 6.957(1),b = 7.506(1),c = 5.538(1) Å, = 109.22(1), = 91.37(1), and = 115.09(1) °, withZ = 1. The palladium(II) ion, located at an inversion center, is coordinated in a regular square-planar manner to two chloride ions at 2.293(1) Å and, at 2.016(2) Å, to the nitrogen atoms of two oxazole ligands. The planar oxazole rings are tilted 33 ° with respect to the PdN2Cl2 plane. Further verification of the presence of oxazole in the complex was obtained by high-resolution mass spectrometry. Crystals of Pd(C3H3ON)2Cl2 resulted irreproducibly from attempts to prepare single crystals of a previously reported dimeric palladium(II) disulfide complex by treating Pd(CH3CN)2Cl2 with a slight excess of diphenyl disulfide in benzene in the atmosphere. The source of the oxazole is not understood.  相似文献

The title compound is a mixed valence compound obtained as one of the products of the reaction of Cu(15-ane N4)Br2 with CoBr2·6H2O in water/acetone solvent (15-ane N4=1,4,8,12-tetraazacyclopentadecane). The compound is tetragonal, space group P42/mbc witha=16.675(2)Å,c=13.185(3)Å,V=3666(1)Å3, withZ=8, for pcalc=2.106 g/cc. Refinement of 674 unique observed reflection yielded final values ofR=0.088 andR w=0.083. The compound contains chains of alternating Cu(15-ane N4)2+ cations and CuBr 3 2– anions. The chains run perpendicular to thec axis, and are arranged in alternate layers running parallel toa andb. The chains lie athwart the mirror planes atz=0 andz=1/2, with disorder observed for both the (15-ane N4) rings and the CuBr 3 2– anions. The Cu(II) ion is coordinated by the tetradentate macrocycle to yield an approximate square planar coordination. The CuBr 3 2– anions are nearly planar with Cu–Br(ave.)=2.37Å. Long semi-coordinate Cu(II)...Br bonds of 3.0Å link the cations and anions.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of dichlorobis(pyridine-1-oxide) copper(II), C10H10N2O2Cl2Cu, has been determined from 3931 reflections measured on a Picker four-circle diffractometer, using the /2 scan technique and MoK radiation. The crystals are monoclinic, space groupP21/c,a = 6.900(4),b = 15.065(7),c = 12.065(5) Å, = 97.00(4) ° andZ = 4. The structure was solved by Fourier methods and refined by full-matrix least-squares. The final conventionalR-factor was 0.033. The compound is dimeric, and the units of the dimer are held together by oxygen bridges. The coordination polyhedron for Cu is a tetragonal pyramid, with two bridging oxygens and two chlorines in the basal plane. The apical position is occupied by oxygen in the non-bridging ligand. The Cu–Cu distance in the dimer is 3.306(1) Å.  相似文献

The structure of the title compound (Ni(CN)2(CH5N3S)·H2O) has been determined, from X-ray diffractometer data, by the heavy-atom method and refined by least-squares. The finalR-values, based on 3109 observed reflections, areR=0.035 andR w =0.039. The complex has square-planar geometry with two adjacent cyano carbon atoms (Ni-C, 1.838(2) Å and 1.862(2) Å)and thiosemicarbazide sulfur and nitrogen atoms (Ni-S, 2.169(1) Å and Ni-N, 1.923(2) Å). The water molecule does not enter the inner coordination sphere of the nickel atom; however, it plays a very important role in the crystal structure. Water is coordinated by hydrogen bonds to four adjacent complex units.  相似文献

The Ni(II) complex of the ligandcis-1,2[bis(diphenylphosphino)ethylene] (VPP), [Ni(VPP)2Br]BPh4, crystallizes in the orthorhombic space groupP2121,2, witha=25.971(6),b=24.508 (6),c=19.642(5) Å,Z=8. The structure was determined by the procedure DIRDIF from Cu K automatic diffractometer X-ray data and refined by block-diagonal least-squares toR=11% for 5572 reflections. A question on the space group assignment betweenP21212 andP212121 was resolved only after the complete structure had been determined. The detailed crystal and molecular structure is presented.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of bis(N,N-di-n-butyldithiocarbamato)-copper (III) triiodide, Cu(S2CN(C4H9)2)2 +I3 , has been determined from a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. The monoclinic unit cell, space groupP21/c,a = 14·026(6),b = 8·62(1),c = 25·015(9) Å, = 95·35(5) °, contains four formulaentities. Three-dimensional intensity data were obtained from Weissenberg photographs. Atomic parameters were refined by full-matrix least-squares methods to a conventionalR value of 0·083 for 950 independent non-zero reflexions. The structure contains two symmetry-independent cations. In both cations, the copper atom is in planar coordination with four sulphur atoms, the mean Cu(III)-S bond length being 2·22(2) Å. Cu(III)-S distances are about 0·08 Å less than Cu(II)-S distances in comparable complexes.  相似文献

The title compound [(C10H26N4)·Cu+2·H2O]·SO 4 –2 ·3H2O[A] has been studied by X-ray diffraction and IR spectroscopy. It crystalized in monoclinic system, in space group P 2l/c, with cell dimensions ofa=8.128(2),b=15.472(2),c=15.350(2) Å, =102.66(2)°. The copper atom is five coordinated with four nitrogen atoms and one axial water molecule forming tricyclic chelated spermine complex. The chelated complex consists of two six-membered and one sevenmembered rings. The seven membered ring is disordered. The amine groups from spermine molecule are hydrogen bonded to the sulphate anion and the water molecule. All water molecules form an infinitive hydrogen bonding network utilizing sulphate anions as bridges. The IR analysis before and after dehydration of [A] agree with the X-ray results.  相似文献

The crystal structure consists of a packing of centrosymmetric [Cu(2-benzoylpyridine)2(H2O)2]2+ cations and nitrate ions, which are interlinked by hydrogen bonds to form thick layers corresponding to the (100) family of planes. The coordination geometry about the copper atom is an elongated octahedron with aqua ligands occupying the axial positions. The measured bond distances are: Cu-O(aqua)=2.256(3), Cu-O(L)=2.068(2), and Cu-N=1.965(2) Å.Mr. Wang is on leave from Central Laboratory, Nankai University, Tianjin, China.  相似文献
