Continuous wavelets are often studied in the general framework of representation theory of square-integrable representations, or by using convolution relations and Fourier transforms. We consider the well-known problem whether these continuous wavelets can be discretized to yield wavelet frames. In this paper we use Calderón-Zygmund singular integral operators and atomic decompositions on spaces of homogeneous type, endowed with families of general translations and dilations, to attack this problem, and obtain strong convergence results for wavelets expansions in a variety of classical functional spaces and smooth molecule spaces. This approach is powerful enough to yield, in a uniform way, for example, frames of smooth wavelets for matrix dilations in n, for an affine extension of the Heisenberg group, and on many commutative hypergroups.  相似文献

The Calderón constant æ( $\bar X$ ) is a numerical invariant of finite-dimensional Banach couple $\bar X = (X_0 ,X_1 )$ measuring its interpolation property with respect to linear operators acting in $\bar X$ . In the paper we prove the duality relation æ( $\bar X$ )≈ æ( $\bar X$ *)and calculate the asymptotic behavior of æ( $\bar X$ ) as dim $\bar X \to \infty $ for a few “classical” Banach couples.  相似文献

This article deals with the boundedness properties of Calderón-Zygmund operators on Hardy spaces Hp(Rn). We use wavelet characterization of Hp(Rn) to show that a Calderón-Zygmund operator T with T*1 = 0 is bounded on Hp(Rn), n/n+ε p ≤ 1, where ε is the regular exponent of kernel of T . This approach can be applied to the boundedness of operators on certain Hardy spaces without atomic decomposition or molecular characterization.  相似文献

In this note we show that on any compact subdomain of a Kähler manifold that admits sufficiently many global holomorphic functions, the products of harmonic functions form a complete set. This gives a positive answer to the linearized anisotropic Calderón problem on a class of complex manifolds that includes compact subdomains of Stein manifolds and sufficiently small subdomains of Kähler manifolds. Some of these manifolds do not admit limiting Carleman weights, and thus cannot be treated by standard methods for the Calderón problem in higher dimensions. The argument is based on constructing Morse holomorphic functions with approximately prescribed critical points. This extends earlier results from the case of Riemann surfaces to higher dimensional complex manifolds.  相似文献

Wavelet shrinkage is a strategy to obtain a nonlinear approximation to a given function f and is widely used in data compression,signal processing and statistics,etc.For Calder′on-Zygmund operators T,it is interesting to construct estimator of T f,based on wavelet shrinkage estimator of f.With the help of a representation of operators on wavelets,due to Beylkin et al.,an estimator of T f is presented in this paper.The almost everywhere convergence and norm convergence of the proposed estimators are established.  相似文献

For a Dirac operator $D_{\bar{g}}$ over a spin compact Riemannian manifold with boundary $(\bar{X},\bar{g})$ , we give a new construction of the Calderón projector on $\partial\bar{X}$ and of the associated Bergman projector on the space of L 2 harmonic spinors on $\bar{X}$ , and we analyze their Schwartz kernels. Our approach is based on the conformal covariance of $D_{\bar{g}}$ and the scattering theory for the Dirac operator associated with the complete conformal metric $g=\bar{g}/\rho^{2}$ where ρ is a smooth function on $\bar{X}$ which equals the distance to the boundary near $\partial\bar{X}$ . We show that $\frac{1}{2}(\operatorname{Id}+\tilde{S}(0))$ is the orthogonal Calderón projector, where $\tilde{S}(\lambda)$ is the holomorphic family in {?(λ)≥0} of normalized scattering operators constructed in Guillarmou et al. (Adv. Math., 225(5):2464–2516, 2010), which are classical pseudo-differential of order 2λ. Finally, we construct natural conformally covariant odd powers of the Dirac operator on any compact spin manifold.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the pointwise convergence of the Calderón reproducing formula, which is also known as an inversion formula for wavelet transforms. We show that for every $f\in L_{w}^{p}(\mathbb {R}^{d})$ with an $\mathcal{A}_{p}$ weight w, 1??p<??, the integral is convergent at every Lebesgue point of f, and therefore almost everywhere. Moreover, we prove the convergence without any assumption on the smoothness of wavelet functions.  相似文献

This paper addresses the construction of wavelet frame from a frame multiresolution analysis (FMRA) associated with a dilation matrix of determinant ±2. The dilation matrices of determinant ±2 can be classified as six classes according to integral similarity. In this paper, for four classes of them, the construction of wavelet frame from an FMRA is obtained, and, as examples, Shannon type wavelet frames are constructed, which have an independent value for their optimality in some sense.  相似文献

We study the boundedness of Calderón–Zygmund operators on weighted Hardy spaces $H^p_w$ using Littlewood-Paley theory. It is shown that if a Calderón–Zygmund operator T satisfies T *1?=?0, then T is bounded on $H^p_w$ for $w\in A_{p(1+\frac\varepsilon n)}$ and $\frac n{n+\varepsilon}<p\le1$ , where ε is the regular exponent of the kernel of T.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the problem of identifying a connection ? on a vector bundle up to gauge equivalence from the Dirichlet-to-Neumann map of the connection Laplacian ?*? over conformally transversally anisotropic (CTA) manifolds. This was proved in [9 Dos Santos Ferreira, D., Kenig, C., Salo, M., Uhlmann, G. (2009). Limiting Carleman weights and anisotropic inverse problems. Invent. Math. 178:119171.[Crossref], [Web of Science ®] [Google Scholar]] for line bundles in the case of the transversal manifold being simple—we generalize this result to the case where the transversal manifold only has an injective ray transform. Moreover, the construction of suitable Gaussian beam solutions on vector bundles is given for the case of the connection Laplacian and a potential, following the works of [11 Dos Santos Ferreira, D., Kurylev, Y., Lassas, M., Salo, M. (2016). The Calderón problem in transversally anisotropic geometries. J. Eur. Math. Soc., 18:25792626.[Crossref], [Web of Science ®] [Google Scholar]]. This in turn enables us to construct the Complex Geometrical Optics (CGO) solutions and prove our main uniqueness result. We also reduce the problem to a new non-abelian X-ray transform for the case of simple transversal manifolds and higher rank vector bundles. Assume that(X,d,μ) is a space of homogeneous type in the sense of Coifman and Weiss(1971,1977). In this article, motivated by the breakthrough work of Auscher and Hyt(o|¨)nen(2013) on orthonormal bases of regular wavelets on spaces of homogeneous type, we introduce a new kind of approximations of the identity with exponential decay(for short, exp-ATI). Via such an exp-ATI, motivated by another creative idea of Han et al.(2018) to merge the aforementioned orthonormal bases of regular wavelets into the frame of the existed distributional theory on spaces of homogeneous type, we establish the homogeneous continuous/discrete Calderón reproducing formulae on(X, d,μ), as well as their inhomogeneous counterparts. The novelty of this article exists in that d is only assumed to be a quasi-metric and the underlying measure μ a doubling measure,not necessary to satisfy the reverse doubling condition. It is well known that Calderón reproducing formulae are the cornerstone to develop analysis and, especially, harmonic analysis on spaces of homogeneous type.  相似文献

We present a construction of anisotropic multiresolution and anisotropic wavelet frames based on multilevel ellipsoid covers (dilations) of ℝ n . The wavelets we construct are C functions, can have any prescribed number of vanishing moments and fast decay with respect to the anisotropic quasi-distance induced by the cover. The dual wavelets are also C , with the same number of vanishing moments, but with only mild decay with respect to the quasi-distance. An alternative construction yields a meshless frame whose elements do not have vanishing moments, but do have fast anisotropic decay.  相似文献

In this paper, we are going to describe the first and second complex interpolations of closed subspaces of Morrey spaces, based on our previous results in [11]. Our results will be general enough because we are going to deal with abstract linear subspaces satisfying the lattice condition only.
