Four new fluorochromatouranylates, namely, K[UO2(CrO4)F] · 1.5H2O (I), Rb[UO2(CrO4)F] · 1.5H2O (II), Rb[UO2(CrO4)F] · 0.5H2O (III), and Cs[UO2(CrO4)F] · 0.5H2O (IV), have been synthesized, and their crystallographic characteristics have been determined. All the compounds crystallize in monoclinic system, space group P21/c, with the unit cell parameters a = 13.1744(5) Å, b = 9.4598(3) Å, c = 13.0710(4) Å, β = 103.746(1)°, Z = 4, R = 0.0235 (I); a = 13.5902(7) Å, b = 9.5022(4) Å, c = 13.2271(6) Å, β = 102.914(2)°, Z = 4, R = 0.0247 (II); a = 24.7724(8) Å, b = 12.6671(4) Å, c = 9.4464(3) Å, β = 97.661(1)°, Z = 8, R = 0.0448 (III); a = 25.725(1) Å, b = 12.8261(5) Å, c = 9.4929(4) β = 97.208(1)°, Z = 8 (IV). The pairs of compounds I and II and compounds III and IV are isostructural. Crystals of compounds I–III have been subjected to complete X-ray diffraction study. It has been established that the structures of compounds I–III are built of [UO2(CrO4)F] n n? layers, which are parallel to the (100) plane and linked into a framework by alkali-metal cations located between layers, together with water molecules. The effect of topological and geometric isomerism on the structural features of 34 known uranyl compounds of the AT3M2 crystallochemical group, to which the studied compounds I–III also belong, is discussed.  相似文献

A reaction of iron nitrate with magnesium salicylate and reactions of iron and cobalt chlorides with ammonium salicylate in the presence of water, methanol, DMAA, and DMF gave the trinuclear heterometallic complexes: [hexa-μ-salicylato-μ3-oxo-0.4-dimethylacetamide-2.6-aquadiiron(III)magnesium(II)] tetra(dimethylacetamide), [Fe2MgO(SalH)6(DMAA)0.4(H2O)2.6]·4DMAA (I); [hexa-μ]-salicylato-μ3-oxo(dimethanol)aquadiiron(III)cobalt(II)] dimethylformamide · 2.5-hydrate, [Fe2CoO(SalH)6(CH3OH)2(H2O)] · DMF · 2.5H2O (II); and [hexa-μ-salicylato-μ3-oxotriaquatriiron(III)] chloride dimethylacetamide monohydrate, [Fe3O(SalH)6(H2O)3]Cl · DMAA · H2O (III). The X-ray study revealed that the molecular structures of complexes I and II are [Fe2 IIIMII3-O)(RCOO)6L3] · nSolv. The IR and Mössbauer spectra of complexes I–III were examined; their magnetochemical and thermal properties were studied. The parameters of the Mössbauer spectra (δNa + = 0.69 ± 0.03 mm/s, ΔE Q = 0.76–1.08 mm/s, 300 K) suggest the high-spin state of the Fe3+ ions in complexes I–III (S = 5/2). The paramagnetic Fe3+ ions are involved in antiferromagnetic exchange interactions with the parameter J = ?44 cm?1, g = 2.05 (for I). Complexes I–III are thermally unstable.  相似文献

Alkyl xanthate complexes [Nb2S4(S2COR)4] (R = Et (I), iso-Pr (II), n-Bu (III), and iso-Am (IV)) are synthesized by the ligand exchange reaction in solutions from (Et4N)4[Nb2S4(NCS)8] and the corresponding potassium salts in satisfactory yields. The X-ray diffraction analyses are carried out for the isopropyl xanthate (II) and butyl xanthate (III) complexes. From the view point of mutual arrangement of chelate cycles, complexes II and III exist in crystals as ΛΔ isomers. The niobium-niobium distances are 2.8789(4) Å in complex II and 2.8856(3) Å in complex III. The first example for the formation of short S...S contacts between the disulfide ligands of the {Nb2S4}4+ fragments in the crystal structure of III is found (3.146 Å).  相似文献

The Eschweiler-Clarke reaction of ethylenediamine with formaldehyde and formic acid yielded N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediamine, which was alkylated with allyl chloride or allyl bromide to give the corresponding N,N′-diallyl-N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylethylenediaminium (L2+) dihalides. In methanolic solutions of copper(II) halide and an appropriate ligand, ac electrochemical synthesis with copper wire electrodes afforded single crystals of Cu(I) complexes with L2+: [L0.5CuCl2] (I), [L0.5CuCl0.72Br1.28] (II), and [L0.5CuBr2] (III). The crystal structures of complexes I–III were determined by X-ray diffraction study. The isostructural crystals of I and II are monoclinic, space group P21/n, Z = 4. For I: a = 7.632(4) Å, b = 11.318(5) Å, c = 10.635(5) Å, β = 98.551(7)°, V = 908.4(7) Å3. For II: a = 7.7415(7) Å, b = 11.4652(9) Å, c = 10.7267(10) Å, β = 98.351(4)°, V = 942.0(2) Å3. The organic cation L2+ acts as a bridge linking a pair of separate cuprous halide fragments Cu2X4. Although being isostoichiometric with I and II, complex III has a different structure. The crystals of III are monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 6.519(2) Å, b = 9.060(3) Å, c = 16.284(6) Å, β = 97.219(4)°, V = 954.2(6) Å3, Z = 4. In structure III, the inorganic fragment forms infinite polymer chains (CuBr 2 ? ) n . The organic and inorganic parts are held together only by electrostatic interactions. Structures I–III are stabilized by hydrogen bonds (C)H…X (2.6–2.9 Å).  相似文献

The coordination numbers of the metal atoms are equal to 9, and the coordination polyhedra are considerably distorted three-capped trigonal prisms, whose bases include the O(1), O(2), O(12) and O(3), O(7), O(9) atoms. The dihedral angle between the bases of the prism is 18°, and that between the mean planes of the side faces is 55°–71° for I, 17° and 55°–71° for II, 16° and 55°–70° for IV, and 16° and 55°–70° for V. The Sm...Sm distance in complex I is 9.44 Å, Eu...Eu in II is 9.42 Å, Tb...Tb in IV is 9.36Å, and Dy...Dy in V is 9.36Å. The gadolinium atom in complex III is coordinated by two oxygen atoms of two ligand molecules bound by a symmetry procedure (?x, ?y + 1, ?z + 1), two bidentate nitrate anions, and three water molecules. One of the nitro groups in compound III is localized in the external coordination sphere of the metal. The coordination number of gadolinium is 9, and the coordination polyhedron is a significantly distorted three-capped trigonal prism, whose base includes the O(1), O(2), O(7) and O(4), O(5), O(9) atoms. The dihedral angle between the bases of the prism is 22.8°, and that between the mean planes of the side faces is 53°–72°. The Gd...Gd distance in complex III is 9.17 Å.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers, [Pb(IDPT)2(NO3)2] (I) and [Mn(IDPT)(SO4)(H2O)2] (II) (IDPT = imidazo[4,5-f][1,10]phenanthroline), were synthesized by hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction technique. The results reveal that the complex I belongs to monoclinic crystal system, space group C2/c and complex II belongs to monoclinic crystal system, P21/c space group. The cell parameters are: a = 19.1970(13), b = 7.3875(5), c = 17.3825(12) Å, β = 100.47(10)°, V = 2424.0(3) Å3, Z = 4, F(000) = 1488 for I; a = 10.9135(6), b = 7.0230(4), c = 19.7034(10) Å, β = 99.32(10)°, V = 1490.25(14) Å3, Z = 4, F(000) = 828 for II. In the structure of complex I, the metal center Pb(II) is six-coordinated, displays an octahedral geometry. Each molecule is further connected with neighboring one via π-π interactions into 1D chain. In complex II, Mn(II) is six-coordinated to form a distorted octahedral geometry. Compound II displays 1D supramolecular chain formed through hydrogen bonds. Additionally, the fluorescent properties for the complexes were investigated. Complexes I and II exhibit strong photoluminescence with emission maximum at 583 and 529 nm at room temperature.  相似文献

It has been shown that N,N’-diaryldiaza-18-crown-6 ethers with p-dimethylamino-and p-methoxy groups in the benzene ring (aryl is 4-Mc2NC6H4) (I) and 4-MeOC6H4 (II) form complexes with potassium and barium salts. The influence of these salts on the UV and 1H NMR spectra of crown ethers I and II has been studied. The stability constants (logβ) of the complexes increase in the series II · Ba(ClO4)2 (2.0), I · Ba(ClO4)2 (2.3), II · KBr (2.8), I · KBr (3.0). N,N’-bis(4-dimethylphenylamine)diaza-18-crown-6 (L, I) and its complex with barium perchlorate Ba(ClO4)2 · L (III) are characterized by X-ray crystallography. The crystals of I are monoclinic: a = 13.778(2) Å, b = 5.9731(9) Å, c = 17.542(3) Å, β = 106.65(1)°, V = 1383.1(4) Å3, Z = 2, space group P21/n, R = 0.0374 for 990 reflections with I > 2σ(I). The crystals of III are monoclinic: a = 17.275(4) Å, b = 8.017(2) Å, c = 26.935(4) Å, β = 100.47(2)°, V = 3669(1) Å3, Z = 4, space group C2/c, R = 0.0320 for 1897 reflections with I > 2σ(I). The molecules of I and III are centrosymmetric. In III, the Ba atom is in the center of substituted diaza-18-crown-6 (DA18C6). The Ba atom is coordinated by all six donor atoms of diaza-18-crown-6 (av. Ba-O, 2.779(3) Å; Ba-N, 3.004(4) Å) and four oxygen atoms of two asymmetrically bound perchlorate groups (Ba-O, 2.832(4) and 3.031(4) Å) arranged below and above the plane of substituted diaza-18-crown-6. The conformations of the macrocycle in free and coordinated L are different.  相似文献

3-Phenylpropenal thiosemicarbazone hydrate C6H5-HC=CH-CH=N-NH-C(S)-NH2 · H2O (HL · H2O, I) and two chelates [Ni(L)2] · nCH3OH (II) and [Zn(L)2] (III) are studied by X-ray diffraction. The crystals of I are orthorhombic: a = 6.227(1) Å, b = 7.763(2) Å, c = 25.585(5) Å, β = 90°, space group P212121, Z = 4, R = 0.0426. A nonplanar molecule of I has an E conformation. The crystals of II are triclinic: a = 6.551(2) Å, b = 10.752(3) Å, c = 10.885(3) Å, α = 64.751(5)°, β = 82.753(5)°, γ = 89.857(5)°, space group, Z = 1, R = 0.0661. In a centrosymmetric molecule of II, the central atom coordinates two deprotonated ligands L through the immine nitrogen atom and thioamide sulfur atom at the vertices of a distorted square. The crystals of III are monoclinic: a = 25.342(2) Å, b = 9.150(2) Å, c = 21.340(3) Å, α = 90°, β = 111.84(2)°, γ = 90°, space group C2/c, Z = 8, R = 0.0556. In a molecule of complex III, two deprotonated bidentate ligands L are coordinated by the zinc ion through the immine nitrogen atoms and thioamide sulfur atoms to form a distorted tetrahedron at the central atom. In both II and III, ligand L after coordination by the metal ion changes the E conformation with respect to the N(1)-C(2) bond for the Z conformation. In crystals I-III, molecules are packed to form infinite layers parallel to the planes (001) and (010).  相似文献

The crystals of compound I are monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 15.053(5) Å, b = 10.486(4) Å, c = 17.179(10) Å, γ = 109.77(3)°, V = 2552(4) Å3, Z = 4. The crystals of complex II are triclinic: space group P $\overline 1 $ , a = 7.040(1) Å, b = 7.610(2) Å, c = 12.460(2) Å, α = 79.54(3)°, β = 86.73(3)°, γ = 89.51(1)°, V = 655.4(2) Å3, Z = 2. The structure of compound I is built of the CuIIX 4 2? tetrahedra and N-allylisoquinolinium cations united by the C-H···X contacts into corrugated layers. The crystal structure of π-complex II is formed of dimers of the composition [C9H7(C3H5)]2 Cu 2 I Br4 forming layers in the direction of the z axis due to the C-H···X contacts. An important role in structure formation belongs to water molecules that cross-link the organometallic layers through the O-H···X contacts into a three-dimensional framework. When kept in the mother liquor for 6 months, the crystals of compound II transformed into crystals of compound III, whose structure consists of {[C9H7(C3H5)]2Cu 2 I Br4} n columns united through the C-H···Br contacts (H···Br 2.84(3)?2.92(4) Å) into a three-dimensional framework.  相似文献

The results of syntheses and X-ray diffraction analyses of mononuclear complexes [ML2(H2O)4] (M = Co2+(I), Cu2+(II), and Zn2+(III)) containing water molecules and anions of acetic acid α-(N-benzoxazolin-2-one) (L = C9H6O4) are presented. The crystals of complexes I–III are isostructural (space group P21/n, Z = 2) and are built of discrete neutral complex molecules. The crystallographic data are as follows: for complex I, a = 6.1470(5), b = 5.3310(3), c = 30.5894(17) Å, β = 95.056(6)°, V = 998.50(11) Å3; for complex II, a = 5.9661(6) Å, b = 5.1414(4) Å, c = 32.672(2) Å, β = 92.395(6)°, V = 1001.33(14) Å3; and for complex III, a = 6.1404(3) Å, b = 5.3476(2) Å, c = 30.5865(12) Å, β = 94.708(4)°, V = 1000.96(7) Å3. The metal atoms (M) of the complexing agents are localized in the crystallographic symmetry centers and have a distorted octahedral environment due to two oxygen atoms of the carboxy groups of two monodentate ligands (L) and four water molecules. The M-O(1w)(H2O) and M-O(2w)(H2O) bond lengths for the indicated complexes are 2.088(3) and 2.118(3), 2.446(3) and 1.971(3), and 2.113(4) and 2.093(3) Å for M = Co2+, Cu2+, and Zn2+, respectively. The crystal structures are formed due to packing of chains built of inter-molecular hydrogen bonds O-H…O.  相似文献

Alkylation of ethylenediamine with allyl bromide in the presence of NaHCO3 in benzene-ethanol and acetone-ethanol gave N,N,N′,N′-tetraallylethylenediamine L4 and N,N,N,N′,N′-pentaallylethylenediaminium bromide (L5(H+)Br2), respectively. The ac electrochemical synthesis at copper wire electrodes in solutions of copper(II) halide and an appropriate ligand yielded single crystals of Cu(I) complexes with ethylenediaminium ([L0(H+)2]0.5CuCl2 (I) and [L0(H+)2]0.5CuBr1.67Cl0.33 (II)) and its N-allyl derivatives N,N,N′,N′-tetraallylethylenediaminium ([{L4(H+)2}0.5Cu2Cl3] (III)) and N,N,N,N′,N′-pentaallylethylenediaminium ([L5(H+)Cu4Br6] (IV)). The crystal structures of complexes I–IV were determined by X-ray diffraction. The isostructural crystals of complexes I and II are triclinic, space group P $ \bar 1 $ , Z = 2. For I: a = 5.936(3), b = 6.387(3), c = 7.126(4) Å, α = 67.82(4)°, β = 72.98(4)°, γ = 67.55(4)°, V = 227.7(2) Å3. For II a = 6.110(3), b = 6.657(3), c = 7.309(3) Å, α = 68.40(3)°, β = 72.38(3)°, γ = 67.23(3)°, V = 250.4(2) Å3. In structures I and II, the organic cations are between infinite anionic chains (Cu 2 ? ) n . The crystals of π-complex III are triclinic, space group P $ \bar 1 $ , a = 6.851(4), b = 8.729(4), c = 9.960(4) Å, α = 98.25(3)°, β = 102.29(3)°, γ = 107.30(3)°, V = 541.8(5) Å3, Z = 2. In structure III, all the four allyl groups are π-coordinated by the metal atoms of four discrete anions Cu4Cl 6 2? . The crystals of π-complex IV are monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 15.228(5), b = 17.095(6), c = 20.182(6) Å, β = 92.43(4)°, V = 5249(3) Å3, Z = 8. Only two of five allyl groups at the same N atom are coordinated by copper(I) atoms. Structure IV contains a complex inorganic fragment of the formula (Cu4Br 6 2? ) n .  相似文献

The X-ray diffraction study of the crystalline products of the reaction between potassium tetraiodomercurate(II), ?-caprolactam, and lanthanum(III) nitrate at a ratio of 3: 16: 2 in an aqueous solution has shown the presence of the following three new crystalline compounds: [LaCpl8]2[HgI4]3 (I), [LaCpl8][HgI4]I3 (II), and [LaCpl7(H2O)]2[HgI4]2[Hg2I6] (III), where Cpl is ?-caprolactam ?-C6H11NO. Compounds I and II crystallize in tetragonal crystal system, space groups P42/n and $I\bar 4$ , respectively. For compound I, a = 18.59320(10) Å, c = 19.5782(3) Å, V = 6738.32(12) Å3, Z = 2, and ρcalc = 2.067 g/cm3. For compound II, a = 13.2245(10) Å, c = 20.0310(3) Å, V = 3503.17(6) Å3, Z = 2, ρcalc = 2.022 g/cm3. The crystals of compound III are monoclinic (space group P 2 1/n, a = 20.1202(6) Å, b = 14.0569(4) Å, c = 46.3228(12) Å, β = 93.4770(10)°, V = 13077.3(6) Å3, Z = 4, ρcalc = 2.274 g/cm3). [La(Cpl)8]2[Hg2I6]3 (IV), a new double ionic complex salt, has also been synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction. The crystals of compound IV are triclinic (space group $P\bar 1$ , a = 12.5021(3) Å, b = 14.6436(3) Å, c = 21.4695(4) Å, α = 84.2300(10)°, β = 87.2230(10)°, γ = 74.9970(10)°, V = 3776.30(14) Å3, Z = 1, ρcalc = 2.452 g/cm3). All complexes have a dicrete ionic structure, and the nearest surrounding of a La atom is distorted square-prismatic or trigonal-dodecahedral. The crystal packing of cations is distorted face-centered cubic (I and II) or body-centered cubic (III and IV) with anions located in its cavities.  相似文献

(III) complexes have been synthesized via the reaction of palladium chloride with equimolar amounts of triphenylbenzylphosphonium chloride, tetraphenylphosphonium chloride, and tetraphenylstibonium chloride, respectively. According to X-ray diffraction data, the cations of complexes I (CPC = 104.90(8)°–111.61(9)°) and II (CPC = 105.12(10)°–111.46(10)°) have slightly distorted tetrahedral structures with P-C bond lengths of 1.786(2)–1.809(2) and 1.791(2)–1.799(2) Å, respectively. The antimony atom in the [Ph4Sb(DMSO)]+ cation has a trigonal bipyramidal surrounding with the dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) oxygen atom in an axial position (Sb...O 2.567(2) Å). The palladium atoms in the square mononuclear anions of complexes I, II, and III are tetracoordinate, and Pd-Cl distances are 2.3101(5)–2.3104(5) Å, 2.2950(7)–2.2038(7) Å, and 2.2986(9)–2.3073(9) Å, respectively. The DMSO ligands are coordinated to the palladium atom through the sulfur atom (Pd-S, 2.2318(5) (I), 2.2383(6) (II), and 2.2410(9) Å (III)).  相似文献

Tri-m-tolylbismuth bis(2-methoxybenzoate) (I) (84%), tri-m-tolylbismuth dibenzoate (II) (91%), and tri-m-tolylbismuth bis(trichloroacetate) (III) (92%) have been synthesized via the reaction between tri-m-tolylbismuth, carboxylic acid, and hydrogen peroxide. According to X-ray diffraction data, a bismuth atom in compounds I–III have a distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination (disregarding the additional coordination of carbonyl oxygen atoms) to m-tolyl ligands in equatorial positions. The Bi-C bonds in compounds I, II, and III range within 2.193(3)–2.228(5) Å, and the Bi-O and Bi…O(=C) distances are 2.267(3), 2.282(3) Å and 2.791(6), 2.895(6) Å in I; 2.293(2), 2.296(3) Å and 2.815, 2.905(5) Å in II; and 2.278(4), 2.300(4) Å and 3.008(9), 3.115(9) Å in III. The equatorial CBiC angles on the side of Bi…O(=C) contacts are considerably enlarged, thus decreasing the other two angles (150.6°, 104.7°, and 104.7° in I, 140.2°, 107.4°, and 112.3° in II, and 138.0°, 110.1°, and 111.0° in III).  相似文献
