Two novel metal–organic coordination polymers [Cu(PIP)(bpea)(H2O)]·H2O (1) and [Cu(PIP)(1,4-bdc)] (2) have been obtained from hydrothermal reaction of copper(II) with the mixed ligands [biphenylethene-4,4′-dicarboxylic acid (bpea) for 1, benzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid (1,4-H2bdc) for 2, and 2-phenylimidazo[4,5-f]1,10-phenanthroline (PIP)]. Both complexes have been structurally characterized by elemental analyses, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Structural analyses reveal that complex 1 possesses infinite one-dimensional zigzag chain, 2 exhibits a two-dimensional (4,4) network, both of which are extended into three-dimensional supramolecular network by weak interactions. The different structures of the title complexes illustrate the influence of the flexibility (the spacer length of carboxyl groups and the structural rigidity of the spacer) of organic dicarboxylate ligands on the formation of such coordination architectures. Moreover, the thermal properties and the voltammetric behavior of complexes 1 and 2 have been reported.  相似文献

Seven new Cd(II) complexes consisting of different phenanthroline derivatives and organic acid ligands, formulated as [Cd(PIP)2(dnba)2] (1), [Cd(PIP)(ox)]·H2O (2), [Cd(PIP)(1,4-bdc)(H2O)]·4H2O (3), [Cd(3-PIP)2(H2O)2]·4H2O (4), [Cd2(3-PIP)4(4,4′-bpdc)(H2O)2]·5H2O (5), [Cd(3-PIP)(nip)(H2O)]·H2O (6), [Cd2(TIP)4(4,4′-bpdc)(H2O)2]·3H2O (7) (PIP=2-phenylimidazo[4,5-f]1,10-phenanthroline, 3-PIP=2-(3-pyridyl)imidazo[4,5-f]1,10-phenanthroline, TIP=2-(2-thienyl)imidazo[4,5-f]1,10-phenanthroline, Hdnba=3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid, H2ox=oxalic acid, 1,4-H2bdc=benzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid, 4,4′-H2bpdc=biphenyl-4,4′-dicarboxylic acid, H2nip=5-nitroisophthalic acid) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Complexes 1 and 4 possess mononuclear structures; complexes 5 and 7 are isostructural and have dinuclear structures; complexes 2 and 3 feature 1D chain structures; complex 6 contains 1D double chain, which are further extended to a 3D supramolecular structure by π-π stacking and hydrogen bonding interactions. The N-donor ligands with extended π-system and organic acid ligands play a crucial role in the formation of the final supramolecular frameworks. Moreover, thermal properties and fluorescence of 1-7 are also investigated.  相似文献

In this study, two new Mn(II) complexes consisting of a phenanthroline derivative and organic acid ligands, [Mn(3-PIP)(1,3-bdc)] n (1) and [Mn(3-PIP)2(1,4-bdc)] n (2) (3-PIP?=?2-(3-pyridyl)-imidazo[4,5-f]?1,10-phenanthroline, 1,3-H2bdc?=?benzene-1,3-dicarboxylic acid, 1,4-H2bdc?=?benzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid), have been synthesized via hydrothermal reaction and characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectra, elemental analyses, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is a one-dimensional (1-D) twisted double chain bridged by 1,3-bdc. The 3-PIP ligands in a parallel fashion are alternately attached to both sides of the 1-D double chain. Complex 2 exhibits a 1-D zigzag chain, to which pairs of crossed 3-PIP ligands are alternately attached. The two complexes are further extended into three-dimensional (3-D) supramolecular structures by hydrogen-bonding and π–π stacking interactions. The N-donor ligands with an extended π-system play a crucial role in formation and stabilization of the final supramolecular frameworks. Thermal properties of 1 and 2 and fluorescence of 2 are investigated in the solid state.  相似文献

A series of new manganese(I) and ruthenium(II) monometallic and bimetallic complexes made of 2,2′-bipyridine and 1,10-phenanthroline ligands, [Mn(CO)3(NN)(4,4′-bpy)]+, [{(CO)3(NN)Mn}2(4,4′-bpy)]2+ and [(CO)3(NN)Mn(4,4′-bpy)Ru(NN)2Cl]2+ (NN = 2,2′-bipyridine, 1,10-phenanthroline; 4,4′-bpy = 4,4′-bipyridine) are synthesized and characterized, in addition to already known ruthenium(II) complexes [Ru(NN)2Cl(4,4′-bpy)]+ and [Cl(NN)2Ru(4,4′-bpy)Ru(NN)2Cl]2+. The electrochemical properties show that there is a weak interaction between two metal centers in Mn–Ru heterobimetallic complexes. The photophysical behavior of all the complexes is studied. The Mn(I) monometallic and homobimetallic complexes have no detectable emission. In Mn–Ru heterobimetallic complexes, the attachment of Mn(I) with Ru(II) provides interesting photophysical properties.  相似文献

A series of metal complexes with a tripodal ligand, TMPzA, have been synthesized and characterized, and their single crystal structures have been determined by X-ray diffraction techniques. It has been found that when pyridyl derivatives as auxiliary ligands are added to the reaction mixture, the tripodal ligand TMPzA loses a pendant arm and coordinates with the metal centers to form the complexes: [Cu(DMPzA)(2,2′-bipy)]·(ClO4)2 (1), [(DMPzA)Cu(μ-4,4′-bipy)Cu(DMPzA)]·(ClO4)4 (2), [(TMPzA)Cu(μ-H2DPC)Cu(DMPzA)]·(ClO4)2 (3), [(DMPzA)Co(μ-H2DPC)Co(TMPzA)]·(ClO4)2 (4) [TMPzA = tris(3,5-bimethyl-pyrazolymethyl)amine; bipy = bipyridine; H2DPC = pyridyl-2,6-bicarboxylate; DMPzA = bis(3,5-bimethyl-pyrazolmethyl)amine]. In order to investigate the effect of the pyridyl ring on the cleavage of the pendant arm in the tripodal ligand, a fifth complex, [(TMPzA)Co(μ-HZPC)Co(TMPzA)·(H2O)2]·(ClO4)3 (5), has been prepared by using pyrazole-carboxylate (HZPC) instead of pyridyl derivatives, and its crystal structure has been determined. It has been found that the pendant arm in TMPzA ligand has not been removed in complex 5. The results show that the complexes with TMPzA have a strong ability to recognize pyridine compounds in methanol solvent, and they have potential application for molecular devices in the future. The cleavage mechanism has been studied by DFT calculations and ESI-MS spectra.  相似文献

Robustness of carboxylic acid–pyridine supramolecular heterosynthon was examined in three 1:2 binary co-crystals of 4,4′-bipyridine with monocarboxylic acids, (4,4′-bipyridine)·(dl-hydroxyphenylacetic acid)2, 1; (4,4′-bipyridine)0.5·(4-bromonaphthalene-1-carboxylic acid), 2 and (4,4′-bipyridine)0.5·(4-methylbenzoic acid), 3. All the three co-crystals form “two-component supermolecules” (consisting of one molecule of 4,4′-bipyridine and two molecules of the relevant carboxylic acid) stabilized through carboxylic acid–pyridine heterosynthons. Co-crystals 1 and 2 exhibits the expected carboxylic acid–pyridine dimer (heterodimer I) whereas co-crystal 3 forms a novel carboxylic acid–pyridine catemer (heterocatemer II).  相似文献

The combined use of 4,4′-bipyridine (4,4′-bipy) and 2-benzothiazolylthioacetic acid (HBTTAA) as ligands with Mn(II), Cd(II), Co(II) and Cu(II) ions afforded six polymeric complexes, namely {[Mn3(BTTAA)4(4,4′-bipy)4](ClO4)2 · 2H2O}n (1), [Mn(BTTAA)2(4,4′-bipy)2]n (2), [Cd(BTTAA)2(4,4′-bipy)2]n (3), [Cd(BTTAA)(4,4′-bipy)(NO3)(H2O)]n (4), [Co(BTTAA)2(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)2]n (5) and [Cu(BTTAA)2(4,4′-bipy)]n (6). All these complexes have been characterized by a combination of analytical, spectroscopic and crystallographic methods. Complex 1 is a novel 2D network formed by two different 44 grid networks, whereas isomorphous complexes 2 and 3 exhibit a 2Dl coordination architecture formed by the same 44 grid network. In 46, extended 1D chains are formed, with the 4,4′-bipy molecules acting as rigid rod-like links between adjacent metal centers. The carboxylato groups of BTTAA in these complexes exhibit four different coordination modes, namely monodentate, chelating, bridging and bridging-chelating modes. The magnetic properties of 1, 2, 5 and 6 were investigated in the temperature range 2.0–300.0 K. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements show weak antiferromagnetic interactions in these complexes.  相似文献

Three novel CoII coordination polymers [Co(Dpq)2(1,4-NDC)0.5] · (1,4-HNDC) (1), [Co(Dpq)(2,6-NDC)] (2), and [Co2(Dpq)2(BPEA)4(H2O)] · H2O (3) have been obtained from hydrothermal reaction of cobalt nitrate with the mixed ligands dipyrido[3,2-d:2′,3′-f]quinoxaline (Dpq) and three dicarboxylate ligands with different spacer length [1,4-naphthalene-dicarboxylic acid (1,4-H2NDC), 2,6-naphthalene-dicarboxylic acid (2,6-H2NDC) and biphenylethene-4,4′-dicarboxylic acid (BPEA)]. All these complexes are fully structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Single-crystal X-ray analysis reveal that complex 1 is infinite one-dimensional (1-D) chains bridged by 1,4-NDC ligands, which are extended into a two-dimensional (2-D) supramolecular network by π-π interactions between the Dpq molecules. Complex 2 is a distorted three-dimensional (3-D) PtS network constructed from infinite Co-O-C rod units. Complex 3 has a 5-fold interpenetrated 3-D structure with diamondoid topology based on dinuclear [Co2(CO2)22-OH2)N4O2] units and BPEA molecules. The different structures of complexes 1-3 illustrate the influence of the length of dicarboxylate ligands on the self-assembly of polymeric coordination architectures. In addition, the thermal properties of complexes 1-3 and fluorescent properties of complexes 2 and 3 have been investigated in the solid state.  相似文献

Assembly of 5-sulfosalicylic acid (H3L) and d10 transition metal ions (CdII, AgI) with the neutral N-donor ligands produces five new complexes: [Cd2(HL)2(4,4′-bipy)3]n·2nH2O (1), {[Cd2(μ2-HCO2)2(4,4′-bipy)2(H2O)4][Cd(HL)2(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)2]}n (2), {[Cd(4,4′-bipy)(H2O)4][HL]·H2O}n (3), [Cd(HL)(dpp)2(H2O)]n·4nH2O (4), {[Ag(4,4′-bipy)][Hhbs]}n (5) (4,4′-bipy=4,4′-bipyridine, dpp=1,3-di(pyridin-4-yl)propane, H2hbs=4-hydroxybenzenesulfonic acid, the decarboxylation product of H3L). Complex 1 adopts a 5-connected 3D bilayer topology. Complex 2 has the herring-bone and ladder chain, which are extended to a 3D network via hydrogen bonding. In 3–4 complexes, 3 is a 3D supermolecular structure formed by polymeric chains and 2D network of HL2−, while 4 gives the double-stranded chains. In 5, ladder arrays are stacked with the 2D networks of Hhbs anions in an –ABAB– sequence. Complexes 1–4 display green luminescences in solid state at room temperature, while emission spectra of 3 and 4 show obvious blue-shifts at low temperature.  相似文献

Two new coordination complexes, viz. [Co(tmb)2(4,4′-bpy)2(H2O)2](Htmb)2 (1) and {[Ni(tmb)2(μ-4,4′-bpy)2(H2O)2](4,4′-bpy)}n (2), have been hydrothermally synthesized by reaction of the corresponding metal acetate with 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid (Htmb) and 4,4′-bipyridyl (4,4′-bpy). X-ray single-crystal diffraction suggests that complex 1 represents a discrete mononuclear species in which the central metal ion is coordinated by the terminal carboxylate moiety and the 4,4′-bipyridyl ligand. The crystal structure of complex 2 reveals a 1D chain coordination polymer in which the Ni(II) ions are connected by the bridging 4,4′-bipyridyl ligands. In both cases, the coordination arrays are further extended via hydrogen bonding interactions to generate 3D supramolecular networks. Complexes 1 and 2 have also been characterized by spectroscopic (IR and UV/Vis), thermal (TGA) and magnetic susceptibility measurements. In addition, both complexes exhibit antimicrobial activity.  相似文献

Two Co(II) coordination polymers, [Co(Hbtc)(bix)] n , (1) and [Co(1,4-bdc)(bix)H2O] n (2) (bix = 1,4-bis(imidazole-1-ylmethyl)benzene; H3btc = benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxylic acid; 1,4-H2bdc = benzene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and structurally characterized. X-ray structure analysis reveals that in polymer 1, 2D infinite grid-like frameworks are interconnected by hydrogen-bond interactions to result in a 3D supramolecular architecture, in which the three carboxylate groups of the H3btc molecule adopt three different coordination modes. In polymer 2, 1,4-bdc ligands with cobalt atoms construct 1D zigzag chains which are bridged by bix ligands to form a 3D framework.  相似文献

Three new organic–inorganic hybrid compounds constructed from Keggin-type polyanions and transition metal complexes, [Mn(2,2′-bipy)3]1.5[BW12O40Mn(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)]·0.25H2O (1), [Fe(2,2′-bipy)3]1.5[BW12O40Fe(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)]·0.5H2O (2) and [Cu2(phen)2(OH)2]2H[Cu(H2O)2{BW12O40Cu0.75(phen)(H2O)}2]·1.5H2O (3), have been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, TGA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compounds 1 and 2 are isostructural and both exhibit monosupporting polyoxometalate cluster structure, each of which contains a [BW12O40]5− cluster decorated by one transition metal complex. Compound 3 contains a bisupporting polyoxometalate cluster anion where two {Cu0.75(phen)(H2O)}0.75+ fragments are supported on the polyoxometalate dimer {Cu(H2O)2(BW12O40)2}8−, this represents the first bisupporting polyoxometalate cluster based on a Keggin-type polyoxometalate dimer, which are further packed together via π–π stacking contacts into an extended 1-D chain.  相似文献

Within this work, two novel Cu(II) and Mn(II)-based coordination polymers (CPs) along with chemical compositions of {[Cu2(L1)(1,4-NDC)2]·3H2O}n (1, 1,4-H2NDC = Naphthalene-1,4-dicarboxylic acid, L1 ​= ​di(1H-imidazole-1-yl)methane) and [Mn3(L2)2(H2O)2(1,4-NDC)2]n (2, L2 ​= ​1,4-di(1H-imidazole-1-yl)benzene) have been completed in success via related metal salts reaction with 1,4-H2NDC ligand in existence of various N-donor co-ligands. We discovered its application values on the surgical site infections (SSI) along with corresponding mechanism in the interim. We evaluated inflammatory cytokines released into the urine through ELISA detection kit after compound treatment. Then, we discovered the inhibitory effect of compound on the bacterial biofilm formation via real time RT-PCR.  相似文献

The reaction of Zn(acac)2 with btaH (1,2,3-benzotriazole) in dmf yielded the pentanuclear complex [Zn5(bta)6(acac)4(dmf)]·dmf (1·dmf). In the presence of pyrazine, the pentanuclear [Zn5(bta)6(acac)4(dmf)]·3.7dmf (2·3.7dmf) and enneanuclear [Zn9(bta)12(acac)6]·6dmf (3·6dmf) complexes were formed, whereas in the presence of 4,4′-bpy the 1D coordination polymer [Zn(acac)2(4,4′-bpy)]n (4) was isolated. The molecular structures of 1·dmf and 2·3.7dmf reveal that the [Zn5] clusters consist of four ZnII ions which span the corners of a tetrahedron and the fifth resides at its centre. The molecular structure of 3·6dmf reveals that the [Zn9] clusters consist of two corner sharing tetrahedra and the structure can be described as the addition of two [Zn5] clusters of 1·dmf and/or 2·3.7dmf followed by the simultaneous abstraction of [Zn(acac)2] and dmf molecules; this alternative was accomplished by recrystallization of 1·dmf from dmf which yielded 3·6dmf. Each of the μ3N:κN′:κN′′ benzotriazolate ligands in 1·dmf, 2·3.7dmf and 3·6dmf spans an edge of the tetrahedron. The molecular structure of 4 reveals mononuclear [Zn(acac)2] units bridged via 4,4′-bpy molecules to 1D coordination polymer. Characteristic IR bands of the four complexes are discussed in terms of the coordination modes of the ligands and known structures.  相似文献

A series of new metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) based on 9,10-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)anthracene and four structurally related aromatic dicarboxylates, namely, [Cd(L)(o-bdc)]·1.25H2O (1), [Cd(L)(pydc)] (2), [Zn(L)(pydc)] (3), [Cd3(L)2(m-bdc)3] (4) and [Cd(L)(p-bdc)]·2H2O (5) (L = 9,10-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)anthracene, o-H2bdc = 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid, H2pydc = 2,3-pyridinedicarboxylic acid, m-H2bdc = 1,3-benzenedicarboxylic acid, p-H2bdc = 1,4-benzenedicarboxylic acid) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Their structures have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses, and further characterized by infrared spectra (IR), elemental analyses and powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD). Compound 1 displays a two-dimensional (2D) layer structure, which is stabilized by intramolecular hydrogen-bonding interactions. Compounds 2 and 3 are isostructural and show 2D layer structures, which are further extended by intermolecular C-H···O hydrogen-bonding interactions to form 3D supramolecular frameworks. Compound 4 has a 2D layer structure with trinuclear units [Cd3(u3-O)2]6+. Compound 5 is a 3D three-fold interpenetrating framework with a Schläfli symbol (66·8). The structural differences of these compounds indicate that the anions play important roles in the resulting structures of the MOFs. The luminescent properties were also investigated for compounds 1-5.  相似文献

Three novel Cd(II) coordination polymers, namely, [Cd(Dpq)(1,8-NDC)(H2O)2][Cd(Dpq)(1,8-NDC)]·2H2O (1), [Cd(Dpq)(1,4-NDC)(H2O)] (2), and [Cd(Dpq)(2,6-NDC)] (3) have been obtained from hydrothermal reactions of cadmium(II) nitrate with the mixed ligands dipyrido [3,2-d:2′,3′-f]quinoxaline (Dpq) and three structurally related naphthalene-dicarboxylate ligands [1,8-naphthalene-dicarboxylic acid (1,8-H2NDC), 1,4-naphthalene-dicarboxylic acid (1,4-H2NDC), and 2,6-naphthalene-dicarboxylic acid (2,6-H2NDC)]. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the three polymers exhibit novel structures due to different naphthalene-dicarboxylic acid. Compound 1 is a novel cocrystal of left- and right-handed helical chains and binuclear complexes and ultimately packed into a 3D supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions. Compound 2 shows a 2D rectangular network (4,4) bridged by 1,4-NDC with two kinds of coordination modes and ultimately packed into a 3D supramolecular structure through inter-layer π-π stacking interactions. Compound 3 is a new 3D coordination polymer with distorted PtS-type network. In addition, the title compounds exhibit blue/green emission in solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Complexes [Ir(C^N)2(G1-bpy)]PF6, where C^N is a cyclometallating ligand derived from 2-(2′-thienyl)pyridine and 2-phenylpyridine, and G1-bpy is a dendritic bipyridine ligand of the first generation, 4,4′-bis[3″,5″-bis(benzyloxy)phenylethyl]-2,2′-bipyridine, were prepared and characterized by 1H NMR, electronic absorption, and emission spectroscopy. The paper presents a combined experimental and computational study of Re(III) and Re(V) complexes containing di-2-pyridylketone and its gem-diol form – [ReCl3(dpk-N,O)(PPh3)] (1), [ReCl3(dpk-N,N′)(OPPh3)] (2) and [ReOBr3(dpk-OH)]·2(dpkH+Br) (3). All the complexes have been characterized spectroscopically and structurally (by single-crystal X-ray diffraction). The complex 2 has been additionally studied by magnetic measurement. The magnetic behavior of 2 is characteristic of mononuclear octahedral Re(III) complex with d4 low-spin (3T1g ground state) and arise because of the large spin–orbit coupling (ζ = 2500 cm−1), which gives diamagnetic ground state. DFT and time-dependent (TD)DFT calculations have been carried out for [ReCl3(dpk-N,N′)(OPPh3)] and [ReOBr3(dpk-OH), and their UV–vis spectra have been discussed on this basis.  相似文献

Two new isomorphous coordination polymers [Co(4,4′-Bpda)(Dpa)] n (I) and [Ni(4,4′-Bpda)(Dpa)] n · H2O (II) (4,4′-H2Bpda = benzophenone-4,4′-dicarboxylic acid, Dpa = dipyridin-4-ylamine) were synthesized under solvothermal condition and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction technique. Compounds I and II exhibit 2D helical layers resulting from alternating single helical chains and double helical chains, which feature uninodal 4-connected topology with a point symbol of 66.  相似文献
