The reaction of N-nitro-O-(4-nitrophenyl)hydroxylamine (1) with conc. H2SO4 affords 4-nitropyrocatechol and that with conc. sulfonic acids (RSO3H where R = Me, CF3) affords 2-hydroxy-5-nitrophenyl-R-sulfonates in yields of 80?C85%. These reactions are assumed to proceed through an intermediate (phenoxy)oxodiazonium ion [NO2C6H4O-N=N=O]+, which eliminates the N2O molecule to form the aryloxenium ion [NO2C6H4O]+. The latter reacts with acid anions at the ortho-carbon atom of the phenyl ring. The thermodynamical parameters of the elementary reactions resulting in the formation of the (phenoxy)oxodiazonium ion [NO2C6H4O-N=N=O]+ and aryloxenium ion [NO2C6H4O]+ were calculated in the B3LYP/6?311+G(d) study of the combined molecular system (nitrohydroxylamine 1 + [H3SO4]+). The reaction of nitrohydroxylamine 1 with aqueous solutions of strong acids (??70% H2SO4, CF3SO3H) affords mainly 4-nitrophenol. It appears that the mechanism of this reaction does not involve the formation of the aryloxenium ion.  相似文献

Photon-induced dissociation pathways of thymine are investigated with vacuum ultraviolet photoionization mass spectrometry and theoretical calculations. The photoionization mass spectra of thymine at different photon energy are measured and presented. By selecting suitable photon energy, exclusively molecular ion m/z=126 is obtained. At photon energy of 12.0 eV, the major ionic fragments at m/z=98, 97, 84, 83, 70, and 55 are obtained, which are assigned to C4H6N24O+、C4H5N2O+、C3H4N2O+(or C4H6NO+)、C4H5NO+、C2NO2+ and C3H5N+, respectively. With help of theoretical calculations, the detailed dissociation pathways of thymine at low energy are well established.  相似文献

Semicarbazones can exist in two tautomeric forms. In the solid state, they are found in the keto form. This work presents the synthesis, structures and spectroscopic characterization (IR and NMR spectroscopy) of four such compounds, namely the neutral molecule 4‐phenyl‐1‐[phenyl(pyridin‐2‐yl)methylidene]semicarbazide, C19H16N4O, (I), abbreviated as HBzPyS, and three different hydrated salts, namely the chloride dihydrate, C19H17N4O+·Cl?·2H2O, (II), the nitrate dihydrate, C19H17N4O+·NO3?·2H2O, (III), and the thiocyanate 2.5‐hydrate, C19H17N4O+·SCN?·2.5H2O, (IV), of 2‐[phenyl({[(phenylcarbamoyl)amino]imino})methyl]pyridinium, abbreviated as [H2BzPyS]+·X?·nH2O, with X = Cl? and n = 2 for (II), X = NO3? and n = 2 for (III), and X = SCN? and n = 2.5 for (IV), showing the influence of the anionic form in the intermolecular interactions. Water molecules and counter‐ions (chloride or nitrate) are involved in the formation of a two‐dimensional arrangement by the establishment of hydrogen bonds with the N—H groups of the cation, stabilizing the E isomers in the solid state. The neutral HBzPyS molecule crystallized as the E isomer due to the existence of weak π–π interactions between pairs of molecules. The calculated IR spectrum of the hydrated [H2BzPyS]+ cation is in good agreement with the experimental results.  相似文献

The morpholinium (tetrahydro‐2H‐1,4‐oxazin‐4‐ium) cation has been used as a counter‐ion in both inorganic and organic salt formation and particularly in metal complex stabilization. To examine the influence of interactive substituent groups in the aromatic rings of benzoic acids upon secondary structure generation, the anhydrous salts of morpholine with salicylic acid, C4H10NO+·C7H5O3, (I), 3,5‐dinitrosalicylic acid, C4H10NO+·C7H3N2O7, (II), 3,5‐dinitrobenzoic acid, C4H10NO+·C7H3N2O6, (III), and 4‐nitroanthranilic acid, C4H10NO+·C7H5N2O4, (IV), have been prepared and their hydrogen‐bonded crystal structures are described. In the crystal structures of (I), (III) and (IV), the cations and anions are linked by moderately strong N—H…Ocarboxyl hydrogen bonds, but the secondary structure propagation differs among the three, viz. one‐dimensional chains extending along [010] in (I), a discrete cyclic heterotetramer in (III), and in (IV), a heterotetramer with amine N—H…O hydrogen‐bond extensions along b, giving a two‐layered ribbon structure. With the heterotetramers in both (III) and (IV), the ion pairs are linked though inversion‐related N—H…Ocarboxylate hydrogen bonds, giving cyclic R44(12) motifs. With (II), in which the anion is a phenolate rather than a carboxylate, the stronger assocation is through a symmetric lateral three‐centre cyclic R12(6) N—H…(O,O′) hydrogen‐bonding linkage involving the phenolate and nitro O‐atom acceptors of the anion, with extension through a weaker O—H…Ocarboxyl hydrogen bond. This results in a one‐dimensional chain structure extending along [100]. In the structures of two of the salts [i.e. (II) and (IV)], there are also π–π ring interactions, with ring‐centroid separations of 3.5516 (9) and 3.7700 (9) Å in (II), and 3.7340 (9) Å in (IV).  相似文献

The gas-phase ion chemistry of protonated O,O-diethyl O-aryl phosphorothionates was studied with tandem mass spectrometric and ab initio theoretical methods. Collision-activated dissociation (CAD) experiments were performed for the [M+H]+ ions on a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer. Various amounts of internal energy were deposited into the ions upon CAD by variation of the collision energy and collision gas pressure. In addition to isobutane, deuterated isobutane C4D10 also was used as reagent gas in chemical ionization. The daughter ions [M+H?C2H4]+ and [M+H?2C2H4]+ dominate the CAD spectra. These fragments arise via various pathways, each of which involves γ-proton migration. Formation of the terminal ions [M+H?2C2H4?H2O]+, [M+H?2C2H4?H2S]+, [ZPhOH2]+, [ZPhSH2]+, and [ZPhS]+ [Z = substituent(s) on the benzene ring] suggests that (1) the fragmenting [M+H]+ ions of O,O-diethyl O-aryl phosphorothionates have protons attached on the oxygen of an ethoxy group and on the oxygen of the phenoxy group; (2) thiono-thiolo rearrangement by aryl migration to sulfur occurs; (3) the fragmenting rear-ranged [M+H]+ ions have protons attached on the oxygen of an ethoxy group and on the sulfur of the thiophenoxy group. To get additional support for our interpretation of the mass spectrometric results, some characteristics of three protomers of O,O-diethyl O-phenyl phosphorothionate were investigated by carrying out ab initio molecular orbital calculations at the RHF/3–21G* level of theory.  相似文献

A second polymorphic form (form I) of the previously reported compound {2‐[(2‐hydroxyethyl)iminiomethyl]phenolato‐κO}dioxido{2‐[(2‐oxidoethyl)iminomethyl]phenolato‐κ3O,N,O′}molybdenum(VI) (form II), [Mo(C9H9NO2)O2(C9H11NO2)], is presented. The title structure differs from the previously reported polymorph [Głowiak, Jerzykiewicz, Sobczak & Ziółkowski (2003). Inorg. Chim. Acta, 356 , 387–392] by the fact that the asymmetric unit contains three molecules linked by O—H...O hydrogen bonds. These trimeric units are further linked through O—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a chain parallel to the [11] direction. As in the previous polymorph, each molecule is built up from an MoO22+ cation surrounded by an O,N,O′‐tridentate ligand (OC6H4CH=NCH2CH2O) and weakly coordinated by a second zwitterionic ligand (OC6H4CH=N+HC2H4OH). All complexes are chiral with the absolute configuration at Mo being C or A. The main difference between the two polymorphs results from the alternation of the chirality at Mo within the chain.  相似文献

Crystals of hypoxanthinium (6‐oxo‐1H,7H‐purin‐9‐ium) nitrate hydrates were investigated by means of X‐ray diffraction at different temperatures. The data for hypoxanthinium nitrate monohydrate (C5H5N4O+·NO3?·H2O, Hx1 ) were collected at 20, 105 and 285 K. The room‐temperature phase was reported previously [Schmalle et al. (1990). Acta Cryst. C 46 , 340–342] and the low‐temperature phase has not been investigated yet. The structure underwent a phase transition, which resulted in a change of space group from Pmnb to P21/n at lower temperature and subsequently in nonmerohedral twinning. The structure of hypoxanthinium dinitrate trihydrate (H3O+·C5H5N4O+·2NO3?·2H2O, Hx2 ) was determined at 20 and 100 K, and also has not been reported previously. The Hx2 structure consists of two types of layers: the `hypoxanthinium nitrate monohydrate' layers (HX) observed in Hx1 and layers of Zundel complex H3O+·H2O interacting with nitrate anions (OX). The crystal can be considered as a solid solution of two salts, i.e. hypoxanthinium nitrate monohydrate, C5H5N4O+·NO3?·H2O, and oxonium nitrate monohydrate, H3O+(H2O)·NO3?.  相似文献

In strychninium 4‐chlorobenzoate, C21H23N2O2+·C7H4ClO2, (I), and strychninium 4‐nitrobenzoate, C21H23N2O2+·C7H4NO4, (II), the strychninium cations form pillars stabilized by C—H⋯O and C—H⋯π hydrogen bonds. Channels between the pillars are occupied by anions linked to one another by C—H⋯π hydrogen bonds. The cations and anions are linked by ionic N—H+⋯O and C—H⋯X hydrogen bonds, where X = O, π and Cl in (I), and O and π in (II).  相似文献

Maleic acid and fumaric acid, the Z and E isomers of butenedioic acid, form 1:1 adducts with 2‐amino‐1,3‐thiazole, namely 2‐amino‐1,3‐thiazolium hydrogen maleate (2ATHM), C3H5N2S+·C4H3O4, and 2‐amino‐1,3‐thiazolium hydrogen fumarate (2ATHF), C3H5N2S+·C4H3O4, respectively. In both compounds, protonation of the ring N atom of the 2‐amino‐1,3‐thiazole and deprotonation of one of the carboxyl groups are observed. The asymmetric unit of 2ATHF contains three independent ion pairs. The hydrogen maleate ion of 2ATHM shows a short intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bond with an O...O distance of 2.4663 (19) Å. An extensive hydrogen‐bonded network is observed in both compounds, involving N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds. 2ATHM forms two‐dimensional sheets parallel to the ab plane, extending as independent parallel sheets along the c axis, whereas 2ATHF forms two‐dimensional zigzag layers parallel to the bc plane, extending as independent parallel layers along the a axis.  相似文献

The crystal structures of five new transition‐metal complexes synthesized using thiazole‐2‐carboxylic acid (2‐Htza), imidazole‐2‐carboxylic acid (2‐H2ima) or 1,3‐oxazole‐4‐carboxylic acid (4‐Hoxa), namely diaquabis(thiazole‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)cobalt(II), [Co(C4H2NO2S)2(H2O)2], 1 , diaquabis(thiazole‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)nickel(II), [Ni(C4H2NO2S)2(H2O)2], 2 , diaquabis(thiazole‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O)cadmium(II), [Cd(C4H2NO2S)2(H2O)2], 3 , diaquabis(1H‐imidazole‐2‐carboxylato‐κ2N3,O)cobalt(II), [Co(C4H2N2O2)2(H2O)2], 4 , and diaquabis(1,3‐oxazole‐4‐carboxylato‐κ2N,O4)cobalt(II), [Co(C4H2NO3)2(H2O)2], 5 , are reported. The influence of the nature of the heteroatom and the position of the carboxyl group in relation to the heteroatom on the self‐assembly process are discussed based upon Hirshfeld surface analysis and used to explain the observed differences in the single‐crystal structures and the supramolecular frameworks and topologies of complexes 1 – 5 .  相似文献

Comparison of the structures of strychninium N‐phthaloyl‐β‐alaninate N‐phthaloyl‐β‐alanine, C21H23N2O2+·C11H8NO4·C11H9NO4, and brucinium N‐phthaloyl‐β‐alaninate 5.67‐hydrate, C23H27N2O4+·C11H8NO4·5.67H2O, reveals that, unlike strychninium cations, brucinium cations display a tendency to produce stacking interactions with cocrystallizing guests.  相似文献

We report the results of a selected ion flow tube (SIFT) study of the reactions of H3O+, NO+ and O+2 with some nine carboxylic acids and eight esters. We assume that all the exothermic proton transfer reactions of H3O+ with all the acid and esters molecules occur at the collisional rate, i.e. the rate coefficients, k, are equal to kc; then it is seen that k values for most of the NO+ and O+2 reactions also are equal to or close to kc. The major ionic products of the H3O+ reactions with both the acids and esters are the protonated parent molecules, MH+, but minor channels are also evident, these being the result of H2O elimination from the excited (MH+)1 in some of the acid reactions and an alcohol molecule elimination (CH3OH or C2H5OH) in some of the ester reactions. The NO+ reactions with the acids and esters result in both ion-molecule association producing NO+M in parallel with hydroxide ion (OH) transfer with some of the acids, and parallel methoxide ion (CH3O) and ethoxide ion (C2H5O) transfer as appropriate with some of the esters. The O+2 reactions proceed by dissociative charge transfer with the production of two or more ionic fragments of the parent molecules, the different isomeric forms of both the acid and the ester molecules resulting in different product ions.  相似文献

Mass-selected reagent ion chemical ionization (CI) performed in an ion trap instrument is an efficient tool to investigate gas-phase ion reactivities and therefore to find out new and/or optimized applications for structural analysis. For instance, it was shown that the C3H6O+ . (58 mass units) molecular ion originated from vinyl methyl ether (VME) should necessarily be used alone (i.e. unit-mass selected) to produce significant diagnostic-ions for double bond location in aliphatic alkenes. Regarding the assignment of epoxides, the previous NO+/CI method was adapted for an optimal use in the trap through isolation of NO+ cation from N2O (instead of NO) plasma and production of the acylium diagnostic-ions via CID of [M − H]+ formed by NO+-induced hydride abstraction. New alkylation ion-products, e.g. RCH = O+-al , were also found to characterize isomeric epoxides as a result of either an initial electrophilic addition of the C2H5+ cation (with saturated epoxides) or a methyl-transfer from [VME]+ . (with α,β-unsaturated epoxides). The multiple tandem mass spectrometry (MSn) capabilities of the ion trap were essential to achieve reagent ion mass-selection, structural assignment of the diagnostic-ions, or to provide further selectivity. © 1997 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Proton transfer to the sulfa drug sulfadiazine [systematic name: 4‐amino‐N‐(pyrimidin‐2‐yl)benzenesulfonamide] gave eight salt forms. These are the monohydrate and methanol hemisolvate forms of the chloride (2‐{[(4‐azaniumylphenyl)sulfonyl]azanidyl}pyrimidin‐1‐ium chloride monohydrate, C10H11N4O2S+·Cl·H2O, (I), and 2‐{[(4‐azaniumylphenyl)sulfonyl]azanidyl}pyrimidin‐1‐ium chloride methanol hemisolvate, C10H11N4O2S+·Cl·0.5CH3OH, (II)); a bromide monohydrate (2‐{[(4‐azaniumylphenyl)sulfonyl]azanidyl}pyrimidin‐1‐ium bromide monohydrate, C10H11N4O2S+·Br·H2O, (III)), which has a disordered water channel; a species containing the unusual tetraiodide dianion [bis(2‐{[(4‐azaniumylphenyl)sulfonyl]azanidyl}pyrimidin‐1‐ium) tetraiodide, 2C10H11N4O2S+·I42−, (IV)], where the [I4]2− ion is located at a crystallographic inversion centre; a tetrafluoroborate monohydrate (2‐{[(4‐azaniumylphenyl)sulfonyl]azanidyl}pyrimidin‐1‐ium tetrafluoroborate monohydrate, C10H11N4O2S+·BF4·H2O, (V)); a nitrate (2‐{[(4‐azaniumylphenyl)sulfonyl]azanidyl}pyrimidin‐1‐ium nitrate, C10H11N4O2S+·NO3, (VI)); an ethanesulfonate {4‐[(pyrimidin‐2‐yl)sulfamoyl]anilinium ethanesulfonate, C10H11N4O2S+·C2H5SO3, (VII)}; and a dihydrate of the 4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate {4‐[(pyrimidin‐2‐yl)sulfamoyl]anilinium 4‐hydroxybenzenesulfonate dihydrate, C10H11N4O2S+·HOC6H4SO3·2H2O, (VIII)}. All these structures feature alternate layers of cations and of anions where any solvent is associated with the anion layers. The two sulfonate salts are protonated at the aniline N atom and the amide N atom of sulfadiazine, a tautomeric form of the sulfadiazine cation that has not been crystallographically described before. All the other salt forms are instead protonated at the aniline group and on one N atom of the pyrimidine ring. Whilst all eight species are based upon hydrogen‐bonded centrosymetric dimers with graph set R22(8), the two sulfonate structures also differ in that these dimers do not link into one‐dimensional chains of cations through NH3‐to‐SO2 hydrogen‐bonding interactions, whilst the other six species do. The chloride methanol hemisolvate and the tetraiodide are isostructural and a packing analysis of the cation positions shows that the chloride monohydrate structure is also closely related to these.  相似文献

For charge balance in the title compound, (H5O2)(C3H7N6)3[Mn(C7H3NO4)2]2(OH)·C7H5NO4·5H2O, it is assumed that the metal atom site is disordered MnII/MnIII, probably due to partial air oxidation of the starting MnII species. The formula unit of the complex contains a hydroxonium hydrate cation, H5O2+, also known as the Zundel cation, with twofold symmetry. The O...O [2.445 (10) Å] and O...H distances [1.24 (2) Å] in the H5O2+ cation indicate a strong hydrogen bond. In addition, there is a hydroxide ion that is disordered with respect to a twofold rotation axis. One of the melaminium groups and the pyridine‐2,6‐dicarboxylate (pydc) ligand also reside on crystallographic twofold axes. The coordination environment of the Mn ion is distorted octahedral. Three intermolecular C=O...π interactions are observed, with distances of 3.536 (4), 3.262 (4) and 3.750 (4) Å between carboxylate C=O groups and the centroids of the aromatic rings of pydc and melaminium. There are numerous O—H...O, O—H...N, N—H...O, N—H...N and C—H...O hydrogen bonds. Most of the components of the structure are organized into one plane.  相似文献

The title salts, 4‐chloroanilinium hydrogen phthalate (PCAHP), C6H7ClN+·C8H5O4, 2‐hydroxyanilinium hydrogen phthalate (2HAHP), C6H8NO+·C8H5O4, and 3‐hydroxyanilinium hydrogen phthalate (3HAHP), C6H8NO+·C8H5O4, all crystallize in the space group P21/c. The asymmetric unit of 2HAHP contains two independent ion pairs. The hydrogen phthalate ions of 2HAHP and 3HAHP show a short intramolecular O—H...O hydrogen bond, with O...O distances ranging from 2.3832 (15) to 2.3860 (14) Å. N—H...O and O—H...O hydrogen bonds, together with short C—H...O contacts in PCAHP and 3HAHP, generate extended hydrogen‐bond networks. PCAHP forms a two‐dimensional supramolecular sheet extending in the (100) plane, whereas 2HAHP has a supramolecular chain running parallel to the [100] direction and 3HAHP has a two‐dimensional network extending parallel to the (001) plane.  相似文献

According to X-ray diffraction data, the metal atoms of the title complexes coordinate the O atoms in portals of cucurbit[6]uril molecules.  相似文献

A series of seven novel f-element bearing hybrid materials have been prepared from either methyl substituted 3,4 and 4,5-pyrazoledicarboxylic acids, or heterocyclic 1,3- diketonate ligands using hydrothermal conditions. Compounds 1, [UO2(C6H4N2O4)2(H2O)], and 3, [Th(C6H4N2O4)4(H2O)5]·H2O feature 1-Methyl-1H-pyrazole-3,4-dicarboxylate ligands (SVI-COOH 3,4), whereas 2, [UO2(C6H4N2O4)2(H2O)], and 4, [Th(C6H5N2O4)(OH)(H2O)6]2·2(C6H5N2O4)·3H2O feature 1-Methyl-1H-pyrazole-4,5-dicarboxylate moieties (SVI-COOH 4,5). Compounds 5, [UO2(C13H15N4O2)2(H2O)]·2H2O and 6, [UO2(C11H11N4O2)2(H2O)]·4.5H2O feature 1,3-bis(4-N1-methyl-pyrazolyl)propane-1,3-dione and 1,3-bis(4-N1,3-dimethyl-pyrazolyl)propane-1,3-dione respectively, whereas the heterometallic 7, [UO2(C11H11N4O2)2(CuCl2)(H2O)]·2H2O is formed by using 6 as a metalloligand starting material. Single crystal X-ray diffraction indicates that all coordination to either [UO2]2+ or Th(IV) metal centers is through O-donation as anticipated. Room temperature, solid-state luminescence studies indicate characteristic uranyl emissive behavior for 1 and 2, whereas those for 5 and 6 are weak and poorly resolved.  相似文献

In isomorphous crystals of brucinium 4‐nitrobenzoate methanol solvate, C23H27N2O4+·C7H4NO4·CH3OH, and brucinium 4‐nitrobenzoate dihydrate, C23H27N2O4+·C7H4NO4·2H2O, the brucinium cations form reverse corrugated layers, in which the amine N and amide O atoms of the brucinium cations are located in the grooves and at convex points of the layer surface, respectively. Similarly, as observed for the commonly occurring corrugated brucinium layers, the amide O atoms of the cations are involved in hydrogen bonds in which solvent molecules are the donors.  相似文献
