气动八作动器隔振平台的主动隔振研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
多自由度隔振平台可以有效地隔离运载器传递到卫星的振动载荷。本文采用气动八作动器隔振平台实现卫星的六自由度隔振。首先应用牛顿欧拉法建立了气动八作动器隔振平台的动力学模型,设计了平台的主动控制律,然后对平台的主、被动隔振特性进行了仿真分析。仿真分析和实验结果显示主动隔振使平台各方向的低频隔振性能均得到改善。  相似文献

By employing the nonlinear stiffness and damping characteristics of a bio-inspired X-shaped structure (XSS) with passive springs and the Stewart platform with six degrees of freedom, a passive 6-DOF vibration isolation platform is designed and experimentally studied for its vibration isolation performance. A three-layer asymmetrical XSS is adopted as legs to construct a passive Stewart platform. Because of the specially designed XSS, the stiffness and damping properties of the system can be adjusted by changing structural parameters and thus it is designable to achieve an excellent performance including excellent stability and high-static-low-dynamic-stiffness isolation effect in all six directions with satisfactory loading capacity in the vertical direction, without any active control. Analytical and extensive experimental analysis of static stiffness and vibration response of the system revealed that (a) the aXSS Stewart platform has very beneficial high static nonlinear stiffness which can provide sufficient loading capacity; (b) the platform can achieve very low dynamic stiffness in each direction without losing loading capacity; (c) both static and dynamic stiffness is adjustable and designable with structure parameters and very easy to implement in a pure passive manner.  相似文献

This work studies the influence of a vibration isolator on the response of a flexible base structure. Two strategies are compared: passive and active vibration isolation (PVI, AVI). Although the multiple advantages of AVI over PVI techniques are well known, their effect in the base structure has not to date been compared. This interaction has an important role in the performance of the general control system, especially when the vibration isolation system is not the only system on the base structure or when there are multiple isolators working simultaneously on it. In addition, the structural serviceability of the base structure can also be affected. The analysis of the vibration isolation problem is made from a wide perspective, including the effect that isolator has on the base structure. Hence assuming the base structure is a non-rigid system. The effect of the isolation system on the base response is studied for an extensive range of base structures, thus showing different possible scenarios. The influence is quantified by comparing the peak magnitude response of the base when both passive and active vibration isolation techniques are used. The theoretical results have been corroborated by undertaking experimental tests on a full-scale laboratory structure.

A high-performance vibration isolation platform (VIP) has been developed for a cluster of control moment gyroscopes (CMGs). CMGs have long been used for satellite attitude control. In this paper, the influence of flexible solar arrays on a passive multi-strut VIP of CMGs for a satellite is analyzed. The reasonable parameters design of flexible solar arrays is discussed. Firstly, the dynamic model of the integrated satellite with flexible solar arrays, the VIP and CMGs is conducted by Newton-Euler method. Then based on reasonable assumptions, the transmissibility matrix of the VIP is derived. Secondly, the influences of the flexible solar arrays on both the performance of the VIP and the stability of closed-loop control systems are analyzed in detail. The parameter design limitation of these solar arrays is discussed. At last, by selecting reasonable parameters for both the VIP and flexible solar arrays, the attitude stabilization performance with vibration isolation system is predicted via simulation.  相似文献

工程中航空航天、船舶与海洋结构物及其上装备和精密仪器易受极端环境干扰和破坏,使得非线性隔振理论在近十年来迅猛发展;针对日益严峻的隔振和抗冲击等要求,工程师和科学家们已发展出各种不同的非线性隔振系统,包括主动、半主动、被动和复合隔振.利用非线性改善的被动隔振兼具传统被动隔振的鲁棒性和主动隔振的高效性成为振动控制领域的先进技术.本文主要综述了非线性隔振理论和应用的近十年进展,包括非线性隔振设计、建模、分析、仿真和实验.在隔振系统的构建中,既考虑了刚度非线性又考虑了阻尼非线性;动力学响应的研究中,既有确定性分析又有随机分析.首先提出了适用于非线性隔振系统改进的评价方式;其次综述了高静态低动态刚度隔振及其加强形式非线性阻尼加强和双层非线性隔振,混沌反控制技术、内共振影响、非线性能量阱应用等振动机制利用型隔振和非线性隔振功能材料.最后,对非线性隔振研究发展的热点和关键性问题进行了分析和展望.  相似文献

本文提出了一种新的多自由度非线性隔振平台.利用一组预压的三角机构和曲面边界同时实现了竖直-旋转多自由度上的负刚度特性,结合正刚度原件,实现竖直-旋转多自由度准零刚度特性.首先,文章基于平面问题建立竖直-旋转两自由度隔振平台的力学模型,确定结构参数与非线性刚度之间的关系.可以看到,通过设计预压弹性元件的结构参数可以同时实现两自由度的准零刚度特性.然后,利用谐波平衡法建立振动响应与频率之间的关系,确定有效的振动带隙的宽度,由此确定结构参数的最优取值.本文提出的隔振平台可以用于大型装备的隔振,也适用于微振动的工况,还可以作为教学的演示实验.  相似文献

This research proposes the parametrical design of Metal Rubber (MR) isolation platform based on the investigation of nonlinear vibration properties under different types of excitation. Based on the mechanical model established by experiments, the restoring force of the isolation platform is proposed as a nonlinear function in consideration of the stiffness nonlinearity and Coulomb friction of metal wires. Then, the perturbation method is utilized to solve the steady states whose local stability is studied by singularity theory. The main results obtained by singularity theory show that there are five different types of vibration property, and the critical conditions for the transformation of different vibration properties are defined by transition sets. For impact excitation, the optimum structural parameters are obtained based on the vibration dissipation time via nonlinear backbone analysis; for periodic excitation, the optimum structural parameters are determined according to multiple standards including the bandwidth for effective isolation, bandwidth for multi-steady states, resonance peak and displacement transmissibility in high frequency band etc. The vibration performances for optimum structural parameters are verified by dynamical experiments. In conclusion, this paper carries out a novel sight of choosing optimum parameters, and therefore provides the guidance for the utilization of MR isolation platform for different types of excitation in engineering practices.  相似文献

设计磁流变六杆隔振平台,以改善星箭界面低频振动环境.采用牛顿-欧拉法建立整星隔振平台动力学模型,利用固定界面模态综合法得到卫星和隔振平台动力学模型.由于星箭界面低频振动环境在特定频段存在振动量级较大的问题,采用频域加权LQR (linear quadratic regulator)方法,利用直接分解法扩展系统状态变量,进行磁流变阻尼器半主动控制系统设计.仿真结果表明,相对传统控制方法,频域加权LQR方法在特定频段减振效果明显改善,且在其他频段没有恶化,验证了算法有效性.  相似文献

磁致伸缩主被动隔振装置中的磁机耦合效应研究   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
磁致伸缩材料和柔顺位移放大机构组成的主动驱动装置具有精度高、驱动力大等特点.将其与被动隔振装置并联,形成主被动隔振装置,可以弥补纯被动隔振在低频和微幅扰动工况下的不足.本文针对这类磁致伸缩主被动隔振装置进行磁机耦合效应研究.基于Jiles-Atherton模型,分析了磁致伸缩材料所受应力对有效磁场、磁化强度、磁致伸缩系数和材料杨氏模量的影响,表征了材料磁机耦合效应.在此基础上,建立了主被动隔振装置的动力学模型,分析了主动驱动装置与被动隔振装置间的耦合作用.在耦合作用影响下,若被动隔振装置刚度不同,即使输入磁场相同,驱动器产生的驱动位移和驱动力也不相同.磁致伸缩材料的变刚度效应使隔振装置整体等效刚度不再为定值,从而影响被动隔振效果.本文提出了通过柔顺机构参数设计减小前述两种耦合影响的方法.数值仿真结果表明,磁致伸缩主被动隔振装置在低于、接近和高于谐振频率三类扰动下,都能达到比被动隔振更好的振动抑制效果.此外,仿真结果验证了考虑磁机耦合效应的数值模型具有更高精度.   相似文献

Isolating the sensitive equipment from vibrating base or the foundation from machinery vibration is of practical importance in a number of engineering fields. With the development of the vibration control techniques and increasing requirements for the higher-performance vibration isolation in industry and everyday life, active vibration isolation exhibits the best performances. In this paper, active vibration isolation reducing vibration transmitted from vibrating base to sensitive equipment and from machinery to foundation was investigated. Controller as static output feedback was considered to design components of active isolation system. An active control is provided by using H control criteria to design this controller. This criterion is presented as a cost function and then optimized by Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) algorithm. The approach is validated using numerical simulation. Results show that this static output feedback H controller using PSO algorithm can get good performance to reduce the effect of unwanted vibration and disturbances.  相似文献

To improve the vibration isolation performance and bandwidth, loading capacity and supporting stability of passive vibration isolation system by utilizing nonlinearity, a bio-inspired embedded X-shaped vibration isolation (BIE-XVI) structure is proposed considering muscle/tendon contractile functions, joint rotational friction and connecting rod mass simultaneously. Furthermore, the dynamic model with pure linear elements and geometric relationship are established and the nonlinear variation properties are investigated. The effects of the key parameters of the BIE-XVI structure on frequency response characteristics and vibration isolation range are analyzed thoroughly by incremental harmonic balance method in various working conditions. From the parametric investigations, it can be found that the sensitivities of the nonlinear resonance properties are markedly different with respect to the different structure parameters. For longer rod length, larger assembly angle and higher stiffnesses, the hardening nonlinearity is weakened, but the resonance peak does not necessarily decrease. Besides, the softening nonlinearity and hardening nonlinearity can be interconverted with changing isolated mass and excitation amplitude. The BIE-XVI structure can widen the isolation frequency range and reduce the resonance peak to improve the vibration isolation properties by adjusting/designing the structural parameters, which could realize quasi-zero-stiffness property for vibration isolation.

为了扩大吸振器的工作频带,减小吸振器的阻尼,最终提高吸振器的减振效果,本文设计了一种自适应主动共振吸振器。文中对几种不同种类吸振器的减振原理、动力学特性等进行了理论分析和比较,集成自调谐吸振器和主动吸振器的优点,完成了一种自适应主动共振吸振器的设计,并提出了一种变步长、双寻优的控制算法。在振动台上测试了吸振器的动力学特性并理论分析了吸振器的移频特性和阻尼特性。在两端固支梁上对吸振器的减振效果进行了实验评估。实验结果显示,相比自调谐吸振器,加入主动力控制后,自适应主动共振吸振器的阻尼比从0.04减小至0.02,减振效果得到了显著的提高。  相似文献

针对车载系统行进过程中产生的结构振动,提出被动隔振和主动减振相结合的方法对结构弹性振动和刚体振动进行抑制.一方面,针对结构弹性振动,在车载结构和车体之间安装隔振装置,选择合适的隔振器参数,对车载结构的弹性振动进行隔离.另一方面,结合刚体振动抑制的需求,进一步研究小阻尼隔振器带来的结构低频刚体振动.对隔振器和车载结构形成的新系统采用主动控制方法设计最优控制器,对这一类过驱动控制系统进行主动控制研究.通过主被动控制结合,实现车载结构全频段范围内的振动抑制,能够将系统刚体振动的位移均方根值抑制到无控制时的5%以下.  相似文献

Asymmetric damping forces induce the equilibrium position of the isolated body to shift downward. Inspired by this phenomenon, this paper proposes the novel concept of shifting an isolated body based on the vibration of nonlinear systems with asymmetric damping forces. To verify the feasibility of this concept, a piecewise smooth isolation system is established. The incremental harmonic balance method is used to analyze the nonlinear vibration system and to obtain a steady-state analytical solution. The accuracy of the solution is verified by the Runge–Kutta method. Based on the analytical solution, the influences of some key parameters on the system vibration response are analyzed, revealing that the shift in the isolated body height increases with increasing excitation amplitude and damping asymmetry ratio. Additionally, this shift first increases and then decreases with increasing excitation frequency, reaching a peak near the natural frequency of the intermediate body. Finally, considering the complex structure, high energy consumption, and slow response of active suspension actuators, the proposed concept is applied to the tilt control of a vehicle. The simulation results show that the proposed methodology based on this concept can tilt a vehicle body to a certain angle in the turning direction, enabling the use of a semi-active actuator for vehicle tilt control to realize the control effect achieved by an active actuator.

An eight-legged vibration isolation platform (ELVIP) with dual-pyramid-shape (DPS) struts is proposed in this paper to achieve six-degree-of-freedom vibration isolation. The DPS strut has higher static stiffness and lower dynamic stiffness than the equivalent linear strut due to geometric nonlinearity, and therefore the ELVIP with DPS struts possesses high-static–low-dynamic-stiffness characteristic which is desirable for widening the frequency range of isolation. The layout of the ELVIP legs is conducive to vibration decoupling and has higher reliability than six-legged platforms. Firstly, the stiffness characteristics of the DPS strut are derived; then the dynamic model of the ELVIP with DPS struts is established and the steady-state responses are obtained analytically; finally, the isolation performance is studied and the effects of damping and excitation amplitudes are investigated. It is shown that the ELVIP with DPS struts, as a passive approach, can achieve good isolation performance in all six directions with a small static deflection.

采用模糊控制策略,开展介电弹性作动器的主动隔振性能试验研究。基于介电弹性材料的Maxwell应力模型建立了作动器的力电耦合模型,分析了作动器的非线性特性;针对隔振系统设计了Mamdani型模糊控制器,建立了控制电压信号与振动响应之间的关系;在此基础上,开展了介电弹性作动器主动隔振试验研究,并与加速度反馈控制进行了对比。试验结果表明,在相同驱动电压的情况下,基于模糊控制策略的主动隔振性能要优于加速度反馈控制,且能够显著降低由于非线性驱动力导致的倍频响应幅值,有助于提高隔振系统的稳定性。  相似文献
