在加速器质谱测量中,存在同位素和同量异位素的干扰.排除同位素的干扰是开展超微量核素分析的重要课题之一.主要介绍了加速器质谱测量中同量异位素的几种鉴别、排除方法,以及这些方法的原理、发展及应用. There are interference of isotopes and isobars in accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) measurements. Eliminating the isobaric interference is the important aspect in AMS measurements. Several methods of isobaric identification in AMS measurements are discussed in this paper. The man-made calcium isotope ^41Ca is an ideal tracer for the study of calcium metabolism. We represent the first application of accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) measurement of ^41Ca tracer in China. The technique is being applied to the research field of cell messenger at the China Institute of Atomic Energy (CLAE). The accelerator mass spectrometry(AMS) is an effective method for the determination of the half-life of long-lived radionuclides. In this paper, we report a method for measurement of the half-life of79 Se. The number of79 Se atoms was determined from measured79Se/Se absolute ratios with the AMS system at the China Institute of Atomic Energy and the decay rate of79 Se was determined by counting the emitted β-rays with a liquid scintillation spectrometer. The major improvements of our measurements include using the high abundance of an79 Se sample which was cooled for many years to exclude the interference of short-lived nuclides, the extraction of SeO-2molecular ions, that results in a suppression of the79 Br background by as much as about five orders of magnitude. Also, an AMS measurement of the absolute ratio of79Se/Se was developed to avoid systematic errors. The results show that79Se/Se is(2.35±0.12)×10-7in the reference sample and the radioactivity of79 Se is(1.24±0.05) Bq/g, so the half-life of79 Se is(2.78±0.18)×105a.  相似文献

The determination of uranium isotopic composition in trace samples is important in different fields. A new measurement method that uses an accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) technique has been developed for the analysis of uranium isotopic ratios in ultra-trace uranium samples at the China Institute of Atomic Energy. As result, about 5-nanogram level uranium samples analyzed with AMS is achieved.  相似文献

加速器质谱(AMS) 由于其极高的测量灵敏度而广泛应用于核科学、生命科学、地球科学、环境科学和考古学等研究领域,同时,AMS还可以用来分析样品中的微量核素,是核科学领域的重要研究工具。目前,AMS研究的最新领域是U和Pu 等锕系元素的测量,在核保障、核监测及核试验沉降物示踪大气输运和表面沉积物的迁移等研究中也显示出了较大潜力。综述了AMS在核科学研究中的应用及研究现状,主要包括AMS在放射性核素半衰期的测定、核反应截面的测量等方面的研究进展。Accelerator mass spectrometry (AMS) is a promising method to provide extreme sensitivity measurements of the production yields of long-lived radioisotopes, which cannot be detected by other methods. AMS technique plays an important role in the research of nuclear physics, as well as the application field of AMS covered nuclear science and technology, life science, earth science, environmental science, archaeology etc. The newest AMS field is that of actinide, particularly U and Pu, isotopic assay with expanding applications in nuclear safeguards and monitoring, and as a modern bomb-fallout tracer for atmospheric transport and surface sediment movement. This paper reviews the applications of AMS in the research of nuclear energy and nuclear security including the research of half life of radionuclides, cross section of nuclear reaction.  相似文献

文章介绍了近年来加速器质谱学中新发展的一种探测入射离子特征X射线技术.当用重离子轰击靶时,人们能够观测到这些离子的特征X射线和靶元素的X射线.由测定的入射离子的X射线可以用于分析入射离子的元素属性.如果入射离子的质量数已知,则通过其特征X射线的测定,也就可以确定其同位素属性,这对加速器质谱技术中的重同量异位素鉴别和离子束中的杂质成分的分析具有重要的意义.选择合适的离子速度和用作靶的元素,可以使入射离子和靶元素所形成的亚分子态发射X射线为其主要过程,从而在实验上获得最佳的X射线产额.  相似文献

测量了动能为2.0 MeV 的高电荷态离子152Eu20+入射Au 表面产生的Au 的Mζ,Mα 和Mβ 特征X射线和Eu 的M -X 射线。对X射线产生的微观机制进行了初步分析,并通过半经典两体碰撞近似,估算了Eu20+与Au 作用产生的Au 的M-X 射线和Eu 的M-X 射线的动能阈值。此结果对高电荷态离子与固体表面相互作用的动力学过程的研究以及在辐射能量转换效率研究中如何选取合适的弹靶组合具有重要的参考价值。It is measured that the characteristic X-ray spectra of Mζ,Mα and Mβ of Au and the characteristic X-ray spectra of M of Eu produced by the interaction of highly charged ions of 152Eu20+ with kinetic energy 2.0 MeV on Au surface. The micro-mechanism of X-ray excitation is preliminary analyzed. The kinetic energy threshold of M-X ray of Au and M-X ray of Eu emitted by Eu20+ with Au is estimated by semiclassical approximation theory of binary collision. The threshold has important referenced value in the study on dynamics of the interaction of highly charged ions with solid surface and on how to choose better target and projectile combination in the conversion efficiency of radiation energy.  相似文献

在ECPSSR理论的基础上, 利用OBKN近似描述电子俘获过程, 得到了包括电子俘获过程贡献的ECPSSR理论, 编写了相应的计算程序。 采用该程序计算了不同电荷态离子与多种靶原子碰撞的电子俘获截面和相应的X 射线产生截面, 将计算得到的包含电子俘获过程贡献的X 射线产生截面与实验结果进行了比较。 对于具有满K壳层的入射离子碰撞, X 射线产生截面与入射离子电荷态基本无关; 对于以直接电离为主导的碰撞过程, 计算得到的X 射线产生截面与实验数据符合得很好; 对于全裸和单K空穴入射离子的碰撞, 计算高估了X 射线产生截面。 Based on the ECPSSR theory, the contribution of the electron capture is described by the OBKN theory. The cross sections of electron capture and X ray production for the collision of different charge state projectiles with various targets are calculated, and compared with the available experimental data. It is found that the obtained X ray production cross sections are almost independent of the projectile charge states for projectiles without a K vacancy. For the collision processes of direct ionization, the present calculated results agree well with the experimental data. The calculations overestimate the X ray production cross sections for the projectiles with full and a K vacancy.  相似文献

X-ray emission from the collisions of 3 MeV Ar11+ ions with V, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, and Zn is investigated. Both the x-rays of the target atom and projectile are observed simultaneously. The x-ray yield is extracted from the original count. The inner-shell ionization cross section is estimated by the binary encounter approximation model and compared with the experimental result. The remarkable result is that the Ar K-shell x-ray yield is diminished with the target atomic number increasing, which is completely opposite to the theoretical calculation. That is interpreted by the competitive consumption of the energy loss for the ionization of inner-shell electrons between the projectile and target atom.  相似文献

The isotopic cross sections of residual nuclei produced in fragmentation reactions of 18O projectiles impinging on a carbon target at energies near 260 MeV/nucleon were measured at the HIRFL facility in Lanzhou (China). A full identification of atomic and mass numbers of fragments was achieved from the determination of their magnetic rigidity, energy loss, and time of flight. The production cross sections for a dozen of nitrogen, carbon, and boron isotopes were determined with uncertainties below 30% for most of the cases. The obtained cross sections for N and B isotopes show a rather good agreement with previous experimental data obtained with different projectile energies. The cross sections for some C isotopes seem to exhibit a dependence on the projectile energy. A comparison of the data and several theoretical model calculations are presented.  相似文献

The electronic states of normal-type spinels in Zn 1 m x Cu x Cr 2 Se 4 have been studied by X-ray absorption spectroscopy near the K-edge of Zn, Cu, Cr and Se ions. It is found that characteristic white lines occur near the X-ray absorption threshold for Zn and Se ions, but not for Cu and Cr ions. It is also found that the white lines show a slight energy shift, which depends on the Cu concentration. The energy shifts mean that Fermi level gradually approaches the top region of the valence band of Se 2 m , on increasing the Cu ions. The substitution of Zn 2+ with Cu 1+ ions increases the number of positive carriers, holes. The holes occupying the top region of the valence band strongly correlate with Cr 4+ , which forms an empty orbital in the 3d-band of Cr 3+ and exchanges the valence electrons with Cr 3+ . It is interpreted that the ferromagnetism in Zn 1 m x Cu x Cr 2 Se 4 is made by double-exchange interaction between Cr 3+ and Cr 4+ ions and that holes contribute to the electronic conductivity of Zn 1 m x Cu x Cr 2 Se 4 .  相似文献

The fraction of simultaneous K plus L shell ionized atoms is estimated in Fe, Co and Cu elements using carbon ions at different projectile energies. The present results indicate that the fraction of simultaneous K plus L shell ionization probability decreases with increase in projectile energy as well as with increase in the atomic number of the targets atoms.  相似文献

Speciation analysis using high-performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (HPLC-ICP MS) is now commonly used to investigate metabolic and toxicological aspects of some metals and metalloids. We have developed a rapid method for simultaneous identification and quantification of metabolites of selenium (Se) compounds using multiple standards labelled with different isotopes. A mixture of the labelled standards was spiked in a selenised garlic extract and the sample was subjected to speciation analysis by HPLC-ICP MS. The selenised garlic contains γ-glutamyl-methylselenocysteine, methylselenocysteine, and selenomethionine and the concentrations of those Se compounds were 723.8, 414.8, and 310.7 ng Se ml(-1), respectively. The isotopically labelled standards were also applied to the speciation of Se in rat urine. Selenate, methylselenonic acid, selenosugar, and trimethyselenium ions were found to be excreted by the present speciation procedure. Multiple standards labelled with different stable isotopes enable high-throughput identification and quantitative measurements of Se metabolites.  相似文献

在兰州重离子加速器国家实验室,利用硅漂移X射线探测器探测了4.5 MeV I20+离子入射到Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn靶表面时产生I的L壳层X射线.实验观察到Ll,Lα1,2,Lβ1,3,4,Lβ2,15,Lγ1,Lγ2,3,4,4,等6组分辨较好的谱线,各分支X射线的能量发生了蓝移;Lβ1,3,4,Lβ2,15与Lα1,2谱线的相对强度比随靶原子序数的增大基本线性增加,Ll与Lα1,2,Lγ2,3,4,4,与Lγ1 X射线的相对强度比近似与靶原子序数的平方成正比.分析表明,玻尔速度附近能量的低速高电荷态离子与固体靶原子碰撞产生的内壳层过程存在直接库仑电离和电子俘获的双重综合作用,这使得内壳层X射线发射时,外壳层仍存在多个空穴,导致辐射X射线的频移和分支比的变化.  相似文献

The dependence of the ratio R1 for transfer ionization to single capture for Cq+, Nq+, Oq+, Neq+ ions on Ne target upon the electronic structure of the projectile is studied. For Aq+-Ne collisions the ratio R1 decreases as the atomic number Z of the projectile increases for q=4,5,6,7 sequences which provides strong evidence for the increase of the binding energy of the target valence electron after single electron capture. The increase in binding energy depends both upon the atomic number of the projectile and the target atom.  相似文献
