The crystal structures of the new complexes [Cu(HL1)(OH2)(ClO4)]ClO4·2H2O (1) and [Zn2(HL2)(L2)]ClO4 (2), derived from two related, phenol-based compartmental ligands, are described. Compound 2 constitutes the first report of a complex obtained from H2L2. The metal compounds are structurally different; 2 is a dimer in which all the heteroatoms of the ligand take part in coordination, while 1 is mononuclear containing a pair of cis-oriented ligands that complete an “open” coordination sphere, in which the aldehyde group of HL1 is not involved. The protonation status of the central phenol groups of HL1 and H2L2 are also dissimilar between the complexes. Infrared vibrational analyses of both complexes, as well as their respective ligands, were performed to connect the observed spectral features with the structural properties of the solids. While some distinctive bands shifted upon complexation, it was not possible to confirm involvement of the aromatic aldehyde group in coordination by this technique. 1H NMR experiments involving 2 suggest that its particular protonation status is maintained upon dissolution in d6-DMSO.  相似文献

Under hydrothermal conditions, two new ribbon-like structures, [Cu(C14H9O4)-analysis revealed that these structures were constructed by mixed ligands. The coordination polymer forms the basic architecture while the weak interactions extend the framework into a secondary structure. The whole structures of them are governed by collaboration of the strong and weak interactions. Compound 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 17.0485(3), b =1 1.0558(3), c = 22.7623(4) A, β = 102.465(1)°, V = 4189.2(2) A3, Z = 4, Mr = 915.44, Dc = 1.451g/mL, F(000) = 1900 andμ(MoKα) = 0.587 cm-1. The final R and wR are 0.0030 and 0.1022,respectively for 3037 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Compound 2 crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 11.5963(4), b = 11.7004(5), c = 17.1254(5) A,β = 95.620(1)°, V =2312.4(1) A3, Z = 4, Mr = 556.35, Dc = 1.598 g/mL, F(000) = 1132 andμ(MoKα) = 0.912 cm-1The final R and wR are 0.0431 and 0.1050, respectively for 2629 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).  相似文献

The title compound [Cd(C20H14N4)2Cl2] 1 was synthesized via the hydrothermal reaction of CdCl2·7H2O and NaOH with 1,3-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)benzene (BMB), and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. The crystal of 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 21.021(6), b = 9.489(3), c = 18.302(6), β = 108.686(6)o, V = 3458.2(19)3, Z = 4, C40H28CdN8Cl2, Mr = 804.01, Dc = 1.544 g/cm3, F(000) = 1624 and μ(MoKα) = 0.829 mm-1. The final R = 0.0306 and wR = 0.0779 for 3334 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) and R = 0.0796 and wR = 0.0360 for all data. The cadmium atom is four-coordinated by the BMB ligands and Cl atom with a tetrahedral geometry. The extensive N-H···N hydrogen bonding interactions are observed in the structure, which further extend the [Cd(C20H14N4)2Cl2] units into a 1D structure. The thermogravimetric analysis measurement showed that compound 1 has thermal stability as no strictly clean weight loss step occurred below 425 ℃.  相似文献

The hydrothermal syntheses and structures of two new open-framework iron phosphates, [C5N2H14]2[FeIII2F2(HPO4)4]·2H2O, I, and [C5N2H14][FeIII4(H2O)4F2(PO4)4], II, are presented. While the structure of I consist of FeO4F2 octahedra and HPO4 terahedra linked to form one-dimensional structure, that of II consist of FeO4(H2O)2, FeO4(H2O)F, FeO4F2 and PO4 units connected to give rise to a three-dimensional structure. The structure of I resembles the naturally occurring mineral tancoite while II resembles the iron phosphate, ULM-12, [C6N2H14][Fe4(PO4)2F2(H2O)3]. Magnetic susceptibility studies indicate anti-ferromagnetic behavior in both the compounds with TN=200 and 175 K for I and II, respectively. Two new oxovanadium(V) complexes, [2‐MePyH][VvO2(L)] (3) and[2‐EtPyH][VvO2,(L)] (4) (salicylaldehyde 5‐bromo salicyloylhydrazone is abbreviated as H2L; 2‐MePyH is protonated 2‐Mepyridine; 2‐EtPyH presents protonated 2‐Et‐pyridine) were obtained from a reaction of VOSO4 and H2L in acetonitrile‐methanol with small quantity of 2‐Me‐pyridine or 2‐Et‐pyridine, and characterized by X‐ray diffraction and spectroscopic methods. Crystal data: [2‐MePyH][VO2(L)] (3), C20H17N3O5BrV, Mr = 510.2, monoclinic, P21/n, a = 0.7363(1) nm, 6 = 0.9514(1) nm, c = 2.8594(2) nm, β = 95.305(2)°, Z = 4 and V=1.9946(3) nm3, μ(Mo Kα) = 2.539 mm?1; [2‐EtPyH][VO2(L)] (4), C21H19N3 O3BrV, Mr = 524.2, triclinic, P1 , a = 0.8051(1) nm, b = 0.9413(1) nm, c = 1.4648(2) nm, α=99.1900(10)°, α = 99.4530(10)°, γ = 104.6670(10)°, Z = 2 and V= 1.0355(2) nm3, μ(Mo Kα) = 2.448 mm?1, X‐Ray analyses revealed that the crystal structures of 3 and 4 have similar packing modes.  相似文献

Five new complexes of general formula [PdX2(p-diben)], where p-diben = N,N′-bis(4-dimethylaminobenzylidene)ethane-1,2-diamine) (1) and X = Cl (2), Br (3), I (4), N3 (5), or CNO (6), were synthesized and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. The crystal structure of compound (5) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complexes 26 were characterized as N,N-chelated products. The crystal structure confirmed this formulation for [Pd(N3)2(p-diben)], besides showing the isomerism inversion of one of the C=N bonds, caused by Pd(II) coordination.  相似文献

Two new Cd(II) coordination polymers, [Cd(C4H6N2)2(C4H2O4)(H2O)2] n (1) (where C4H6N2?=?2-methylimidazole, C4H2O4?=?fumarate), and [Cd(C4H6N2)(H2O)(C4H4O4)] n ?·?nH2O (2), (where C4H4O4?=?succinates), have been prepared and structurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 in a one-dimensional chain structure, in which carboxy is monodentate; a three-dimensional supermolecular network structure was formed through hydrogen bonding. In complex 2, the coordination geometry of the Cd atoms is a pentagonal bipyramid, and a two-dimensional sheet is formed though carboxyl group bridging. In 1 and 2, IR spectra indicate the presence of bridging carboxyl groups, confirmed by structure analyses.  相似文献

From hydrothermal treatment of benzene-1,2-diamine, pyrocatechol, and MoO3 in acetic acid solution, a new compound, [Mo22-O)2(C6H4O2)2(H2O)] · (C8H9N2)2 · 2H2O (I), constructed from pyrocatechol chelated dinuclear molybdenum units and 2-methylbenzimidazole has been synthesized. Single-crystal structure analysis reveals that the compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 23.365(2), b = 7.2214(5), c = 19.3021(16) β = 97.929(4), V = 3225.6(5), Z = 4, M = 808.46, ρc = 1.665 g/cm3, μ(MoK α) = 0.84 mm?1, F(000) = 1608, the final R = 0.0622 and wR = 0.1484 for 7385 independent reflections with R int = 0.0393. Interestingly, an in situ condensation between acetic acid and benzene-1,2-diamine has occurred, and the unexpected 2-methyl-1-H-benzo[d] imidazoles serve as counterions and N-H donors to form stable hydrogen-bond network in the crystal. Furthermore, intermolecular hydrogen bonds are found among the cations, anions and crystalline water molecules. The double nuclear molybdenum units are connected by O-H...O hydrogen bonds with the crystalline water molecules to form one-dimensional chains, and the chains are further joined together by N-H...O to form a quasi-two dimensional structure.  相似文献

Reaction of a freshly prepared Ni(OH)2?2 x (CO3) x ·yH2O with maleic acid in H2O at room temperature afforded [Ni(H2O)6][Ni(H2O)2(C4H2O4)]·4H2O, which consists of [Ni(H2O)6]2+ cations, [Ni(H2O)2(C4H2O4)]2? anions and lattice H2O molecules. Ni atoms in cations are octahedrally coordinated and Ni atoms in anions are each octahedrally coordinated by bidentate chelating maleato ligands and two water molecules at trans positions. Cations and anions are interlinked by hydrogen bonds to form 1D chains, which are hexagonally arranged and connected by the lattice water molecules. When heated in a flowing argon stream, the compound decomposes, with complete dehydration being followed by dissociation of nickel maleate into NiO and maleic anhydride.  相似文献

N,N,N??,N??-tetramethylethylenediamine is obtained by the reaction of ethylenediamine with formaldehyde and formic acid (the Eschweiler-Clarke reaction) and then alkylated with allyl chloride (or bromide) in a ratio of 1:1 or 1:2 to obtain N-allyl-N,N,N??,N??-tetramethylethylenediaminium and N,N??-diallyl-N,N,N??,N??-tetramethylethylenediaminium bromide respectively. [{C2H4N2(H+)(CH3)4(C3H5)}Cu4Cl6] (1) and [{C2H4N2(CH3)4(C3H5)2}0.5Cu2Cl1.67Br1.33] (2) ??-complexes are obtained from alcohol solutions containing an ethylenediamine derivative and copper(II) chloride by ac-electrochemical synthesis on copper wire electrodes. An XRD study of the complexes is carried out. The crystals are monoclinic; 1: P21/n space group, a = 9.0081(6) ?, b = 12.5608(7) ?, c = 16.8610(10) ?, ?? = 102.061(3)°, V = 1865.7(2) ?3, Z = 4; 2: C2/c space group, a = 14.462(2) ?, b = 12.519(1) ?, c = 12.762(2) ?, ?? = 107.861(5)°, V = 2199.1(4) ?3, Z = 8. The structure of 1 consists of infinite copper halide networks with four crystallographically independent copper atoms, one of which coordinates the double bond of the allyl group of the ligand. The [C2H4N2(H)(CH3)4(C3H5)]2+ cations are attached above and below the plane of the network. The individual fragments are bonded via an extensive system of (N)H??Cl and (C)H??Cl hydrogen bonds. The structure of 2 contains a three-dimensional copper halide framework whose cavities contain the [C2H4N2(CH3)4(C3H5)2]2+ cations that are ??-coordinated with copper(I) atoms. In both structures, the Cu(I) atom that coordinates the C=C bond has a trigonal-pyramidal coordination environment consisting of the double C=C bond of the corresponding ligand and three halogen atoms. The other Cu(I) atoms have a tetrahedral environment consisting solely of halogen atoms. The Cu-(C=C) distance is 1.958(1) ?, (1) and 1.974(1) ? (2).  相似文献

Treatment of platinum(II) diamine [Pt(N,N-DimeTm)Cl2] (I) with pyridine gave tetramine [Pt(N,N-DimeTm)Py2]Cl2 (II); by oxidation with chlorine this was converted to Pt(IV) triamine, [Pt“(N,N-DimeTm(Py)Cl3]Cl (III) with a six-membered chelate ring. According to X-ray diffraction data, the reaction of complex II with chlorine is accompanied by removal of the pyridine molecule from the trans-position to the NH2 group of N,N-dimethyltrimethylenediamine. The reaction of complex III with chlorine at 20°C afforded a mixture of compounds (IV) and the complex [Pt“(CH3)2N(CH2)2C(O)NH”(Py)Cl3] (V) with an amidate six-membered metal ring, dimethylpropioamide, which was also isolated upon refluxing a mixture of IV in an aqueous solution. The UV/Vis and IR spectra of the obtained complexes were studied, and X-ray diffraction analysis of I, III, and V was performed. The crystals of I are triclinic, space group P $ \bar 1 $ ; a = 7.6526(4) Å, b = 11.5571(6) Å, c = 12.4432(7) Å, α = 113.85(1)°, β = 96.54(2)°, γ = 106.78(2)°; Z = 4; R hkl = 0.051. The crystals of III are monoclinic, space group C2/c; a = 36.715(2) Å, b = 7.8179(4) Å, c = 29.721(16) Å, β = 127.80(1)°; Z = 16; R hkl = 0.036. [SnR2Cl2] (R=Me, tBu) react with OPPh2C6H4SH in the presence of NaOEt affording mononuclear derivatives [SnR2(OPPh2C6H4S)2] (1,  2) with two units of the oxide of the thiophenylphosphine. The loss of one of such units is achieved by the reaction of 1 and 2 with HCF3SO3 or HClO4 giving rise to complexes with the formula [SnR2(OPPh2C6H4S)]A (A=CF3SO3, ClO4) (3ab, 4ab). The crystal structure of [SntBu2(OPPh2C6H4S)]ClO4 (4b) has been determined by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Crystals of the copper bromide complexes with N-allylisoquinolinium halides of the composition [C9H7N(C3H5)]2CuIICl2.86Br1.14 (I), [C9H7N(C3H5)]CuIBr2 · H2O (II), and [C9H7N(C3H5)]CuIBr2 (III) are prepared by ac electrochemical synthesis, and their structures are studied by X-ray diffraction analysis (DARCh-1 (for I) and KUMA/CCD (for II and III) diffractometers). The crystals of compound I are monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 15.053(5) Å, b = 10.486(4) Å, c = 17.179(10) Å, γ = 109.77(3)°, V = 2552(4) Å3, Z = 4. The crystals of complex II are triclinic: space group P $\overline 1 $ , a = 7.040(1) Å, b = 7.610(2) Å, c = 12.460(2) Å, α = 79.54(3)°, β = 86.73(3)°, γ = 89.51(1)°, V = 655.4(2) Å3, Z = 2. The crystals of complex III are monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 12.799(1) Å, b = 7.692(1) Å, c = 13.491(1) Å, β = 111.08(1)°, V = 1239.3(2) Å3, Z = 4. The structure of compound I is built of the CuIIX 4 2? tetrahedra and N-allylisoquinolinium cations united by the C-H···X contacts into corrugated layers. The crystal structure of π-complex II is formed of dimers of the composition [C9H7(C3H5)]2 Cu 2 I Br4 forming layers in the direction of the z axis due to the C-H···X contacts. An important role in structure formation belongs to water molecules that cross-link the organometallic layers through the O-H···X contacts into a three-dimensional framework. When kept in the mother liquor for 6 months, the crystals of compound II transformed into crystals of compound III, whose structure consists of {[C9H7(C3H5)]2Cu 2 I Br4} n columns united through the C-H···Br contacts (H···Br 2.84(3)?2.92(4) Å) into a three-dimensional framework.  相似文献

The synthesis and crystal structure of a novel copper(ll) halide cluster, (Et4N)8Cu14Cl28O4, is reported. The cluster anion Cu14Cl28O4 8? can be Viewed as being formed by the dimerization of two Cu7Cl14O2 4? fragments. The hypothetical precursor anion of this latter cluster, Cu7Cl15O2 5? in tum can be viewed as being formed from. the known parent Cu7Cl14O2 4? cluster anions by fusion of pairs across a common CuCI3 face. The fusion and dimenzation processes cause substantial distortion of the trigonal bipyramidal coordmation geometry of the copper(II) ions in the parent cluster. For three of the copper(II) ions this Yields a 4+1 geometry distinct from either trigonal blpyramldal or square pyramidal. The dimerization of the two Cu7 clusters forces a severe distortion upon one additional copper(II) ion, this time towards a tetrahedral geometry. The implications of these distortions for the catalytic properties reactivities and magnetic behaviour of the parent complex are discussed.  相似文献

Complexes [Ca(H2O)2(Dmf@CB[6])(Bdc)] · DMF · 4H2O (I) and [Ca(H2O)3(Dmf@CB[6])]Cl2 · 2H2O (II) are synthesized by the heating (95°C) of a mixture of calcium chloride and cucurbit[6]uril (CB[6]) in a mixture of dimethylformamide (DMF) and water with the addition of terephthalic acid (H2Bdc) in the case of complex I or triethylamine for complex II. The compounds are characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis, IR spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric and elemental analyses. The luminescence spectra are also recorded. According to the X-ray diffraction data, the calcium atom is coordinated by the oxygen atoms of the cucurbit[6]uril molecule, water molecules, and terephthalate anion (for I). The internal cavity of the cavitand is occupied by DMF.  相似文献

The reaction of K2[Ru(NO)Cl5] with pyridine in aqueous ethanol at pH ~ 7–8 affords a nitrosoruthenium hydroxocomplex mer-[Ru(NO)Py3Cl(OH)]Cl·1.5H2O (I) (yield ~55%). Treatment of hydroxocomplex I with hydrochloric acid at room temperature gives the aqua complex mer-[Ru(NO)Py3Cl(H2O)]Cl2·2H2O·0.5HCl (II). The structures of the compounds are determined by X-ray crystallography: I, space group P21/n, a = 9.2292(4) Å, b = 11.7781(4) Å, c = 17.4915(7) Å, β = 90.9560(10)°, R = 4.84%; II, space group P-1, a = 7.3528(9) Å, b = 11.5793(11) Å, c = 13.6961(16) Å, α = 84.558(3)°, β = 87.668(4)°, γ = 74.146(4)°, R = 6.22%. Compounds I and II are characterized by powder XRD, 1H and 13C NMR, and IR spectroscopy. The thermal decomposition of compound II in the inert atmosphere is examined by thermal analysis.  相似文献
