A 1550 nm all-fiber pulsed laser Doppler vibrometer(LDV) based on time-domain chopping techniques is developed to overcome demodulation failures caused by multipath interference. The system adopts an adjustable configuration on pulse duration and pulse repetition frequency according to the distance. An experiment is carried out at a 25 m standoff with pulse duration of 80 ns, single pulse energy of 0.4 nJ, and pulse repetition frequency of 1 MHz. A waveform and spectrogram of the demodulated voice show that the pulsed LDV system has a good performance in long-range voice listening.  相似文献

研究了声光偏转器(AOD)扫描飞秒激光的时间色散效应及补偿方案.在800nm波长处,单个AOD引入的群延时色散(GDD)可达~9300fs2.在深入分析AOD和棱镜角色散原理的基础上,提出了用色散棱镜预补偿AOD对飞秒脉冲的时间色散,并进行了实验证实.在AOD中心频率处(70MHz),将398fs的脉冲压缩到122fs,且整个带宽范围内(50MHz—90MHz)脉宽变化范围为120fs—180fs.这表明该方案用于AOD扫描飞秒激光时进行时间色散补偿是非常有效的. 关键词: 飞秒激光 声光偏转器 时间色散 脉冲压缩  相似文献

 阐述了一种新的实现高功率高重复率方波脉冲源的技术途径,利用高压快恢复整流硅堆把三个独立的方波脉冲合成为一个MHz重复率的方波三脉冲。通过合理的串并联设计,可以提高硅堆在高频脉冲下的反向耐压,并使硅堆通过的正向脉冲电流达到kA量级。方波三脉冲源输出指标达到了电压250 kV,脉冲电流10 kA,峰值功率2.5 GW,重复率1 MHz,脉冲上升时间约40 ns,脉冲平顶宽度50 ns。  相似文献

A method of multi-pulse discriminating frequency and high probability average value filtering is presented for offset frequency locking with ns laser pulses. In the experiment, the frequency locking for cavity-dumped CO2 laser with 100 ns pulse width and the repetition rate of 10 kHz was studied. The precision was up to ±2 MHz at the heterodyne frequency 90 MHz. However, it is more than ±10 MHz for the single pulse discriminating frequency. This method can also be applied to laser offset frequency locking for many kinds of short pulse lasers.  相似文献

A conductively cooled,laser diode(LD) end-pumped,injection-seeded single-frequency Nd:YAG laser is designed and implemented.The laser is capable of producing an 8-mJ Q-switched pulse with a 11-ns pulse width at 1 064 nm and at a pulse repetition rate of 1 000 Hz.At the maximum output energy of 8 mJ,the frequency jitter is less than 3.5 MHz(root mean square(RMS)) over two minutes,and the linewidth is around 54.2 MHz.The M2 of the laser beam is approximately 1.30 in both horizontal and vertical directions.The optimized ramp-fire technique is applied to build reliable single longitudinal mode oscillating.  相似文献

We synchronize an 8.06 GHz microwave signal from a voltage-controlled oscillator with an optical pulse train from a 77.5 MHz mode-locked Er-fiber laser using a fiber-based optical-microwave phase detector. The residual phase noise between the optical pulse train and the synchronized microwave signal is -133 dBc/Hz (-154 dBc/Hz) at 1 Hz (5 kHz) offset frequency, which results in 838 as integrated rms timing jitter [1 Hz-1 MHz]. The long-term residual phase drift is 847 as (rms) measured over 2 h, which reaches 4×10(-19) fractional frequency instability at 1800 s averaging time. This method has a potential to provide both subfemtosecond-level short-term phase noise and long-term phase stability in microwave extraction from mode-locked fiber lasers.  相似文献

设计了一种新型的适用于道路检测探地雷达的单周期脉冲发生器。该脉冲发生器包含驱动电路、阶跃恢复二极管(SRD)脉冲形成电路和脉冲整形电路三部分。驱动电路可以使TTL形式的触发脉冲变为电流更大的快前沿脉冲,用来形成给后级电路的驱动脉冲;SRD脉冲产生电路选取渡越时间较小的阶跃恢复二极管结构,通过对前级电路产生的驱动脉冲整形得到负极性高斯脉冲,然后利用微带短路线、肖特基二极管和电容并联实现生成单周期脉冲和振铃抑制的功能,提高超宽带天线辐射的效率以及测量信噪比。测量结果表明,在1 MHz脉冲重复频率的情况下,峰峰值最大为23 V,脉冲半高宽为138 ps,振铃水平为1.25%,而当脉冲重复频率提高到5 MHz,该脉冲发生器产生脉冲波形幅度和带宽基本没有太大变化。这些特征说明,该脉冲发生器具有很高的频率稳定性,且在高分辨率探测应用情景中将会有很好的表现。  相似文献

A single pulse time-domain technique is described for determining, via Fourier transform methods, the compressional wave ultrasound absorption coefficient in liquids contained in spherical reverberators over a frequency range from ≈ 200 kHz to 1 MHz. Only modest data storage and computational facilities are required. Such a technique offers an advantage over variable continuous frequency methods in that data for a given frequency range can be acquired ‘instantaneously’ and thus it is possible to monitor ultrasound absorption in time-varying systems. The method is illustrated by provision of absorption data in the frequency range 200 kHz–1 MHz for out-gassed water, aqueous solutions of the electrolyte cobaltous sulphate, with and without gas bubbles, and for the protein bovine serum albumin under conditions of acid pH obtained using spherical reverberators of 100 and 250 ml capacity.  相似文献

The paper reports the enhanced effect of multi-frequency ultrasonic irradiation on cavitation yield. The cavitation yield is characterized by electrical conductivity determination, fluorescence intensity determination and iodine release method. Two-frequency (28 kHz/0.87 MHz) orthogonal continuous ultrasound, two-frequency (28 kHz/0.87 MHz) orthogonal pulse ultrasound and three-frequency (28 kHz/1.0 MHz/1.87 MHz) orthogonal continuous ultrasound have been used. It has been found that the combined irradiation of two or more frequencies of ultrasound can produce a significant increase in cavitation yield compared with single frequency irradiation. The possible mechanisms of the enhanced effect are briefly discussed.  相似文献

We report a frequency-stabilized semiconductor-based mode-locked laser that uses a phase modulator and an intracavity Fabry-Perot etalon for both active mode-locking and optical frequency stabilization. A twofold multiplication of the repetition frequency of the laser is inherently obtained in the process. The residual timing jitter of the mode-locked pulse train is 13 fs (1 Hz to 100 MHz), measured after regenerative frequency division of the photodetected pulse train.  相似文献

A simple technique had been demonstrated for measuring flow-induced fluctuations in the single longitudinal mode (SLM) pulsed dye laser. Two prominent frequency components of 10.74 Hz and 48.83 Hz were present in the output of the Nd:YAG-pumped SLM dye laser. The flow-induced frequency component of 48.83 Hz was present due to the revolution per minute of the motor attached to the magnetically coupled gear pump. The time average bandwidth of 180 MHz has been obtained for this SLM dye laser. The effect of pump pulse energy on the bandwidth of the SLM dye laser was studied. The bandwidth of the SLM dye laser was increased to 285 MHz from 180 MHz, when the pump pulse energy was increased to 0.75 mJ from 0.15 mJ for a constant dye flow velocity of 0.5 m/s.  相似文献

功率器件半导体断路开关具有高重复频率工作能力。采用高速绝缘栅双极晶体管组件作为初级充电回路的主开关,建立了一台工作频率为10 kHz的脉冲发生器。脉冲发生器采用磁饱和脉冲变压器、磁开关及高压脉冲电容器组等固态器件进行两级脉冲压缩,产生小于100 ns的电流脉冲,对半导体断路开关进行泵浦,半导体断路开关反向截断泵浦电流在负载上产生高压脉冲输出。实验装置在电阻负载上得到了脉冲输出功率约为8.6 MW,脉冲宽度约10 ns,重复频率10 kHz的高压脉冲输出。  相似文献

We measured the attenuation of ultrasound in animal bone in vitro, and determined successfully the correct dynamic range for the detection of echo signals from inside the bone. It was possible to display a B-mode image of a 6-mm thick porcine rib bone using a high frequency (5 MHz) transducer. However, it was difficult to obtain the image of a large bone (20-mm thick femur). This paper describes a possibility of the improvement for the detection of echoes from inside the bone using the FM-chirp pulse. An ultrasonic wave generator that generates the FM-chirp pulse for a frequency range of 100 KHz to 5 MHz was fabricated. And the pulse was transmitted from a transducer and received by a hydrophone in the water. The received waveform and the frequency spectrum were displayed on an oscilloscope. We measured the amplitude spectrum of the received waves before and after inserting a sample bone between the transducer and the hydrophone. In the experiment, three types of focused transducers (0.5, 1 and 2.25 MHz) and three kinds of sample bones (spine, femur and rib of a pig) were used. From the results of the measurement, we could find the useful information for imaging of inside the bone.  相似文献

As a new approach the heterodyne frequency offset locking system which is applicable to a broad range of pulsed lasers is described. A 100 MHz wide-band and all-digital frequency discriminating technique is presented and an offset locking loop in which the frequency discriminator works accordingly is designed. The result of the experiment on offset locking between a CW CO2 laser and an electro-optically Q-switched CO2 laser with an optical pulse width 300 ns and its repetition rate 20 kHz showed that the beat frequency stability was kept within ±2 MHz.  相似文献

采用快开通功率MOSFET,通过优化驱动电路、磁芯参数以及耦合结构,设计了基于半导体开关和直线变压器驱动源(LTD)技术的高重频快沿高压脉冲源。该脉冲源由四级LTD串联而成,可实现单次脉冲和最高频率2 MHz脉冲串输出。脉冲最高幅值约2.3 kV,上升沿约7 ns,脉宽约90 ns,下降沿约20 ns,输出电压效率约95%。该脉冲源结构紧凑,输出脉冲稳定,实现了模块化设计,可作为重频电磁脉冲模拟源使用。  相似文献
