We report the synthesis and characterization of five novel Mo-containing polyoxometalate (POM) bisphosphonate complexes with nuclearities ranging from 4 to 12 and with fully reduced, fully oxidized, or mixed-valent (Mo(V), Mo(VI)) molybdenum, in which the bisphosphonates bind to the POM cluster through their two phosphonate groups and a deprotonated 1-OH group. The compounds were synthesized in water by treating [Mo(V)(2)O(4)(H(2)O)(6)](2+) or [Mo(VI)O(4)](2-) with H(2)O(3)PC(C(3)H(6)NH(2))OPO(3)H(2) (alendronic acid) or its aminophenol derivative, and were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and (31)P NMR spectroscopy. (NH(4))(6)[(Mo(V)(2)O(4))(Mo(VI)(2)O(6))(2)(O(3)PC(C(3)H(6)NH(3))OPO(3))(2)]·12H(2)O (1) is an insoluble mixed-valent species. [(C(2)H(5))(2)NH(2)](4)[Mo(V)(4)O(8)(O(3)PC(C(3)H(6)NH(3))OPO(3))(2)]·6H(2)O (2) and [(C(2)H(5))(2)NH(2)](6)[Mo(V)(4)O(8)(O(3)PC(C(10)H(14)NO)OPO(3))(2)]·18H(2)O (4) contain similar tetranuclear reduced frameworks. Li(8)[(Mo(V)(2)O(4)(H(2)O))(4)(O(3)PC(C(3)H(6)NH(3))OPO(3))(4)]·45H(2)O (3) and Na(2)Rb(6)[(Mo(VI)(3)O(8))(4)(O(3)PC(C(3)H(6)NH(3))OPO(3))(4)]·26H(2)O (5) are alkali metal salts of fully reduced octanuclear and fully oxidized dodecanuclear POMs, respectively. The activities of 2-5 (which are water-soluble) against three human tumor cell lines were investigated in vitro. Although 2-4 have weak but measurable activity, 5 has IC(50) values of about 10 μM, which is about four times the activity of the parent alendronate molecule on a per-alendronate basis, which opens up the possibility of developing novel drug leads based on Mo bisphosphonate clusters.  相似文献

Reaction of Na(2)Mo(VI)O(4) x 2H(2)O with (NH(4))(2)SO(3) in the mixed-solvent system H(2)O/CH(3)CN (pH = 5) resulted in the formation of the tetranuclear cluster (NH(4))(4)[Mo(4)(VI)SO(16)] x H(2)O (1), while the same reaction in acidic aqueous solution (pH = 5) yielded (NH(4))(4)[Mo(5)(VI)S(2)O(21)] x 3H(2)O (2). Compound {(H(2)bipy)(2)[Mo(5)(VI)S(2)O(21)] x H(2)O}(x) (3) was obtained from the reaction of aqueous acidic solution of Na(2)Mo(VI)O(4) x 2H(2)O with (NH(4))(2)SO(3) (pH = 2.5) and 4,4'-bipyridine (4,4'-bipy). The mixed metal/sulfite species (NH(4))(7)[Co(III)(Mo(2)(V)O(4))(NH(3))(SO(3))(6)] x 4H(2)O (4) was synthesized by reacting Na(2)Mo(VI)O(4) x 2H(2)O with CoCl(2) x 6H(2)O and (NH(4))(2)SO(3) with precise control of pH (5.3) through a redox reaction. The X-ray crystal structures of compounds 1, 2, and 4 were determined. The structure of compound 1 consists of a ring of four alternately face- and edge-sharing Mo(VI)O(6) octahedra capped by the trigonal pyramidal sulfite anion, while at the base of the Mo(4) ring is an oxo group which is asymmetrically shared by all four molybdenum atoms. Compound 3 is based on the Strandberg-type heteropolyion [Mo(5)(VI)S(2)O(21)](4-), and these coordinatively saturated clusters are joined by diprotonated 4,4'-H(2)bipy(2+) through strong hydrogen bonds. Compound 3 crystallizes in the chiral space group C2. The structure of compound 4 consists of a novel trinuclear [Co(III)Mo(2)(V)SO(3)(2-)] cluster. The chiral compound 3 exhibits nonlinear optical (NLO) and photoluminescence properties. The assignment of the sulfite bands in the IR spectrum of 4 has been carried out by density functional calculations. The cobalt in 4 is a d(6) octahedral low-spin metal atom as it was evidenced by magnetic susceptibility measurements, cw EPR, BVS, and DFT calculations. The IR and solid-state UV-vis spectra as well as the thermogravimetric analyses of compounds 1-4 are also reported.  相似文献

Novel molybdenum dithiolene compounds having neighboring amide groups as models for molybdoenzymes, (NEt(4))(2)[Mo(IV)O{1,2-S(2)-3,6-(RCONH)(2)C(6)H(2)}(2)] (R = CH(3), CF(3), t-Bu, Ph(3)C), were designed and synthesized. The contributions of the NH...S hydrogen bond to the electrochemical properties of the metal ion and the reactivity of the O-atom-transfer reaction were investigated by a comparison with [Mo(IV)O(1,2-S(2)C(6)H(4))(2)](2)(-). The MoOS(4) core of [Mo(IV)O{1,2-S(2)-3,6-(CH(3)CONH)(2)C(6)H(2)}(2)](2)(-) shows no significant geometrical difference from that of [Mo(IV)O(1,2-S(2)C(6)H(4))(2)](2)(-) in the crystal. The hydrogen bonds positively shifted the Mo(IV/V) redox potential and accelerated the reduction of Me(3)NO.  相似文献

We have synthesized and structurally characterized three pyridylethylidene-functionalized diphosphonate-containing polyoxomolybdates, [{Mo(VI)O(3)}(2){Mo(V)(2)O(4)}{HO(3)PC(O)(CH(2)-3-C(5)NH(4))PO(3)}(2)](6-) (1), [{Mo(VI)(2)O(6)}(2){Mo(V)(2)O(4)}{O(3)PC(O)(CH(2)-3-C(5)NH(4))PO(3)}(2)](8-) (2), and [{Mo(V)(2)O(4)(H(2)O)}(4){O(3)PC(O)(CH(2)-3-C(5)NH(4))PO(3)}(4)](12-) (3). Polyanions 1-3 were prepared in a one-pot reaction of the dinuclear, dicationic {Mo(V)(2)O(4)(H(2)O)(6)}(2+) with 1-hydroxo-2-(3-pyridyl)ethylidenediphosphonate (Risedronic acid) in aqueous solution. Polyanions 1 and 2 are mixed-valent Mo(VI/V) species with open tetranuclear and hexanuclear structures, respectively, containing two diphosphonate groups. Polyanion 3 is a cyclic octanuclear structure based on four {Mo(V)(2)O(4)(H(2)O)} units and four diphosphonates. Polyanions 1 and 2 crystallized as guanidinium salts [C(NH(2))(3)](5)H[{Mo(VI)O(3)}(2){Mo(V)(2)O(4)}{HO(3)PC(O)(CH(2)-3-C(5)NH(4))PO(3)}(2)]·13H(2)O (1a) and [C(NH(2))(3)](6)H(2)[{Mo(VI)(2)O(6)}(2){Mo(V)(2)O(4)}{O(3)PC(O)(CH(2)-3-C(5)NH(4))PO(3)}(2)]·10H(2)O (2a), whereas polyanion 3 crystallized as a mixed sodium-guanidinium salt, Na(8)[C(NH(2))(3)](4)[{Mo(V)(2)O(4)(H(2)O)}(4){O(3)PC(O)(CH(2)-3-C(5)NH(4))PO(3)}(4)]·8H(2)O (3a). The compounds were characterized in the solid state by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, IR spectroscopy, and thermogravimetric and elemental analyses. The formation of polyanions 1 and 3 is very sensitive to the pH value of the reaction solution, with exclusive formation of 1 above pH 7.4 and 3 below pH 6.6. Detailed solution studies by multinuclear NMR spectrometry were performed to study the equilibrium between these two compounds. Polyanion 2 was insoluble in all common solvents. Detailed computational studies on the solution phases of 1 and 3 indicated the stability of these polyanions in solution, in complete agreement with the experimental findings.  相似文献

The treatment of the dimeric paddle-wheel (PW) compound [Mo(2)(NCCH(3))(10)][BF(4)](4)1 with oxalic acid (0.5 equiv.), 1,1-cyclobutanedicarboxylic acid (1 equiv.), 5-hydroxyisophthalic acid (1 equiv.) (m-bdc-OH) or 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalic acid (0.5 or 1 equiv.) leads to the formation of macromolecular dicarboxylate-linked (Mo(2))(n) entities (n = 2, 3, 4). The structure of the compounds depends on the length and geometry of the organic linkers. In the case of oxalic acid, the dimeric compound [(CH(3)CN)(8)Mo(2)(OOC-COO)Mo(2)(NCCH(3))(8)][BF(4)](6)2 is formed selectively, whereas the use of 2,3,5,6-tetrafluoroterephthalic acid affords the square-shaped complex [(CH(3)CN)(6)Mo(2)(OOC-C(6)F(4)-COO)](4)[BF(4)](8)3. Bent linkers with a bridging angle of 109° and 120°, respectively, lead to the formation of the molecular loop [(CH(3)CN)(6)Mo(2)(OOC-C(4)H(6)-COO)](2)[BF(4)](4)4 and the bowl-shaped molecular triangle [(CH(3)CN)(6)Mo(2)(m-bdc-OH)](3)[BF(4)](6)5. All complexes are characterised by X-ray single crystal diffraction, NMR ((1)H, (11)B, (13)C and (19)F) and UV-Vis spectroscopy.  相似文献

Reactions of niobium and tantalum pentachlorides with tert-butylamine (>/=6 equiv) in benzene afford the dimeric imido complexes [NbCl(2)(N(t)Bu)(NH(t)Bu)(NH(2)(t)Bu)](2) (90%) and [TaCl(2)(N(t)Bu)(NH(t)Bu)(NH(2)(t)Bu)](2) (79%). The niobium complex exists as two isomers in solution, while the tantalum complex is composed of three major isomers and at least two minor isomers. Analogous treatments with isopropylamine (>/=7 equiv) give the monomeric complexes NbCl(2)(N(i)Pr)(NH(i)Pr)(NH(2)(i)Pr)(2) (84%) and TaCl(2)(N(i)Pr)(NH(i)Pr)(NH(2)(i)Pr)(2) (84%). The monomeric complexes are unaffected by treatment with excess isopropylamine, while the dimeric complexes are cleaved to the monomers MCl(2)(N(t)Bu)(NH(t)Bu)(NH(2)(t)Bu)(2) upon addition of excess tert-butylamine in chloroform solution. Treatment of niobium and tantalum pentachlorides with 2,6-diisopropylaniline affords insoluble precipitates of [NH(3)(2,6-(CH(CH(3))(2))(2)C(6)H(3))](2)[NbCl(5)(N(2,6-(CH(CH(3))(2))(2)C(6)H(3)))] (100%) and [NH(3)(2,6-(CH(CH(3))(2))(2)C(6)H(3))](2)[TaCl(5)(N(2,6-(CH(CH(3))(2))(2)C(6)H(3)))] (100%), which react with 4-tert-butylpyridine to afford the soluble complexes [4-t-C(4)H(9)C(5)H(4)NH](2)[NbCl(5)(N(2,6-(CH(CH(3))(2))(2)C(6)H(3)))] (45%) and [4-t-C(4)H(9)C(5)H(4)NH](2)[TaCl(5)(N(2,6-(CH(CH(3))(2))(2)C(6)H(3)))] (44%). Sublimation of [NbCl(2)(N(t)Bu)(NH(t)Bu)(NH(2)(t)Bu)](2), MCl(2)(N(i)Pr)(NH(i)Pr)(NH(2)(i)Pr)(2), and [NH(3)(2,6-(CH(CH(3))(2))(2)C(6)H(3))](2)[MCl(5)(N(2,6-(CH(CH(3))(2))(2)C(6)H(3)))] leads to decomposition to give [MCl(3)(NR)(NH(2)R)](2) as sublimates (32-49%), leaving complexes of the proposed formulation MCl(NR)(2) as nonvolatile residues. By contrast, [TaCl(2)(N(t)Bu)(NH(t)Bu)(NH(2)(t)Bu)](2) sublimes without chemical reaction. Analysis of the organic products obtained from thermal decomposition of [NbCl(2)(N(t)Bu)(NH(t)Bu)(NH(2)(t)Bu)](2) showed isobutylene and tert-butylamine in a 2.2:1 ratio. Mass spectra of [NbCl(2)(N(t)Bu)(NH(t)Bu)(NH(2)(t)Bu)](2), [TaCl(2)(N(t)Bu)(NH(t)Bu)(NH(2)(t)Bu)](2), and [NbCl(3)(N(i)Pr)(NH(2)(i)Pr)](2) showed the presence of dimeric imido complexes, monomeric imido complexes, and nitrido complexes, implying that such species are important gas phase species in CVD processes utilizing these molecular precursors. The crystal structures of [4-t-C(4)H(9)C(5)H(4)NH](2)[NbCl(5)(N(2,6-(CH(CH(3))(2))(2)C(6)H(3)))], [NbCl(3)(N(i)Pr)(NH(2)(i)Pr)](2), [NbCl(3)(N(2,6-(CH(CH(3))(2))(2)C(6)H(3)))(NH(2)(2,6-(CH(CH(3))(2))(2)C(6)H(3)))](2), and [TaCl(3)(N(2,6-(CH(CH(3))(2))(2)C(6)H(3)))(NH(2)(2,6-(CH(CH(3))(2))(2)C(6)H(3)))](2) were determined. [4-t-C(4)H(9)C(5)H(4)NH](2)[NbCl(5)(N(2,6-(CH(CH(3))(2))(2)C(6)H(3)))] crystallizes in the space group P2(1)/c with a = 12.448(3) ?, b = 10.363(3) ?, c = 28.228(3) ?, beta = 94.92(1) degrees, V = 3628(5) ?(3), and Z = 4. [NbCl(3)(N(i)Pr)(NH(2)(i)Pr)](2) crystallizes in the space group P2(1)/c with a = 9.586(4) ?, b = 12.385(4) ?, c = 11.695(4) ?, beta = 112.89(2) degrees, V = 1279.0(6) ?(3), and Z = 2. [NbCl(3)(N(2,6-(CH(CH(3))(2))(2)C(6)H(3)))(NH(2)(2,6-(CH(CH(3))(2))(2)C(6)H(3)))](2) crystallizes in the space group P2(1)/n with a = 10.285(3) ?, b = 11.208(3) ?, c = 23.867(6) ?, beta = 97.53 degrees, V = 2727(1) ?(3), and Z = 2. [TaCl(3)(N(2,6-(CH(CH(3))(2))(2)C(6)H(3)))(NH(2)(2,6-(CH(CH(3))(2))(2)C(6)H(3)))](2) crystallizes in the space group P2(1)/n with a = 10.273(1) ?, b = 11.241(2) ?, c = 23.929(7) ?, beta = 97.69(2) degrees, V = 2695(2) ?(3), and Z = 2. These findings are discussed in the context of niobium and tantalum nitride film depositions from molecular precursors.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reactions of a Cu(II) starting material, a molybdate source, 2,2'-bipyridine or terpyridine, and the appropriate alkyldiphosphonate ligand yield two series of bimetallic organophosphonate hybrid materials of the general types [Cu(n)(bpy)(m)Mo(x)O(y)(H(2)O)(p)[O(3)P(CH(2))(n)PO(3)](z)] and [Cu(n)(terpy)(m)Mo(x)O(y)(H(2)O)(p)[O(3)P(CH(2))(n)PO(3)](z)]. The bipyridyl series includes the one-dimensional materials [Cu(bpy)(MoO(2))(H(2)O)(O(3)PCH(2)PO(3))] (1) and [[Cu(bpy)(2)][Cu(bpy)(H(2)O)](Mo(5)O(15))(O(3)PCH(2)CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)PO(3))].H(2)O (5.H(2)O) and the two-dimensional hybrids [Cu(bpy)(Mo(2)O(5))(H(2)O)(O(3)PCH(2)PO(3))].H(2)O (2.H(2)O), [[Cu(bpy)](2)(Mo(4)O(12))(H(2)O)(2)(O(3)PCH(2)CH(2)PO(3))].2H(2)O (3.2H(2)O), and [Cu(bpy)(Mo(2)O(5))(O(3)PCH(2)CH(2)CH(2)PO(3))](4). The terpyridyl series is represented by the one-dimensional [[Cu(terpy)(H(2)O)](2)(Mo(5)O(15))(O(3)PCH(2)CH(2)PO(3))].3H(2)O (7.3H(2)O) and the two-dimensional composite materials [Cu(terpy)(Mo(2)O(5))(O(3)PCH(2)PO(3))] (6) and [[Cu(terpy)](2)(Mo(5)O(15))(O(3)PCH(2)CH(2)CH(2)PO(3))] (8). The structures exhibit a variety of molybdate building blocks including isolated [MoO(6)] octahedra in 1, binuclear subunits in 2, 4, and 6, tetranuclear embedded clusters in 3, and the prototypical [Mo(5)O(15)(O(3)PR)(2)](4-) cluster type in 5, 7, and 8. These latter materials exemplify the building block approach to the preparation of extended structures.  相似文献

The reactions of (NH(4))(2)Mo(2)O(7)·2H(2)O with polyhydroxy phenols (catechol or 2,3-dihydroxynaphthalene) and ethylenediamine (en), trimethylenediamine (tn), 1,2-propanediamine (pn), triethylamine (Et(3)N) respectively, in the mixed-solvent of MeCN-EtOH-amine, have resulted in five molybdenum(VI) complexes, (enH(2))[Mo(VI)O(3)(cat)(en)] (1), (tnH(2))[Mo(VI)O(3)(cat)(tn)] (2), (enH)(2)[Mo(VI)O(2)(cat)(2)](en)(0.5) (3), (pnH(2))(2)[Mo(VI)O(2)(cat)(2)] (4) and (HNEt(3))(2)[Mo(VI)O(2)(C(10)H(8)O(2))(2)] (5), of which the structural features were investigated by X-ray diffraction. MTT assay tests indicated that their inhibition ratios against human cancer cells decreased in the order: (1) ≈ (2) > (3) ≈ (4) > (5), i.e. the activities decreased when the chelation number or the size of the aromatic ligand increased, which was consistent with the Gibbs free energies (ΔG) determined from theoretical computations by Gaussian 03. The mechanisms behind this trend were discussed preliminarily.  相似文献

The compounds [K(18-crown-6)](3)[Ir(Se(4))(3)] (1), [K(2.2.2-cryptand)](3)[Ir(Se(4))(3)].C(6)H(5)CH(3) (2), and [K(18-crown-6)(DMF)(2)][Ir(NCCH(3))(2)(Se(4))(2)] (3) (DMF = dimethylformamide) have been prepared from the reaction of [Ir(NCCH(3))(2)(COE)(2)][BF(4)] (COE = cyclooctene) with polyselenide anions in acetonitrile/DMF. Analogous reactions utilizing [Rh(NCCH(3))(2)(COE)(2)][BF(4)] as a Rh source produce homologues of the Ir complexes; these have been characterized by (77)Se NMR spectroscopy. [NH(4)](3)[Ir(S(6))(3)].H(2)O.0.5CH(3)CH(2)OH (4) has been synthesized from the reaction of IrCl(3).nH(2)O with aqueous (NH(4))(2)S(m)(). In the structure of [K(18-crown-6)](3)[Ir(Se(4))(3)] (1) the Ir(III) center is chelated by three Se(4)(2)(-) ligands to form a distorted octahedral anion. The structure contains a disordered racemate of the Deltalambdalambdalambda and Lambdadeltadeltadelta conformers. The K(+) cations are pulled out of the planes of the crowns and interact with Se atoms of the [Ir(Se(4))(3)](3)(-) anion. [K(2.2.2-cryptand)](3)[Ir(Se(4))(3)].C(6)H(5)CH(3) (2) possesses no short K.Se interactions; here the [Ir(Se(4))(3)](3)(-) anion crystallizes as the Deltalambdalambdadelta/Lambdadeltadeltalambda racemate. In the crystal structure of [K(18-crown-6)(DMF)(2)][Ir(NCCH(3))(2)(Se(4))(2)] (3), the K(+) cation is coordinated by an 18-crown-6 ligand and two DMF molecules and the anion comprises an octahedral Ir(III) center bound by two chelating Se(4)(2)(-) chains and two trans acetonitrile groups. The [Ir(Se(4))(3)](3)(-) and [Rh(Se(4))(3)](3)(-) anions undergo conformational transformations as a function of temperature, as observed by (77)Se NMR spectroscopy. The thermodynamics of these transformations are: [Ir(Se(4))(3)](3)(-), DeltaH = 2.5(5) kcal mol(-)(1), DeltaS = 11.5(2.2) eu; [Rh(Se(4))(3)](3)(-), DeltaH = 5.2(7) kcal mol(-)(1), DeltaS = 24.7(3.0) eu.  相似文献

[NH(4)](2)Mn(3)(H(2)O)(4)[Mo(CN)(7)](2).4H(2)O (1) has been synthesized by slow diffusion of aqueous solutions containing K(4)[Mo(CN)(7)].2H(2)O, [Mn(H(2)O)(6)](NO(3))(2), and (NH(4))NO(3). Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic C2/c space group. The basic motif of the three-dimensional structure consists of a Mo1-Mn1 gridlike sheet parallel to the bc plane. Two of these sheets are connected through CN-Mn2-NC linkages to form a bilayer reminiscent of the K(2)Mn(3)(H(2)O)(6)[Mo(CN)(7)](2).6H(2)O (2) two-dimensional structure. In 1, [NH(4)](+) cations allow these bilayers to be connected through direct Mo1-CN-Mn1 bridges to form a three-dimensional network, whereas in 2, they are isolated by (H(2)O)K(+) cations. As shown by the magnetic measurements, this increase of dimensionality by counterion substitution induces an enhancement of the ferrimagnetic critical temperature from 39 K in 2 to 53 K in 1.  相似文献

A compound reported earlier (Polyhedron 1989, 8, 2339) as (Bu(n)()(4)N)(2)H(2)[Mo(2)[Mo(CO)(4)(PhPO(2))(2)](2)] has been reexamined. We find that the hydrogen atoms in this formula are not present. Therefore, the complex must be considered as having a central triply bonded Mo(2)(6+) unit, instead of a quadruply bonded Mo(2)(4+) unit. Our conclusion is based on a variety of experimental evidence, including X-ray crystal structures of four crystal forms, as well as the neutron crystal structure of one. This explains the relatively long Mo-Mo bond lengths found in the range 2.1874(7)-2.2225(7) A and the absence of a delta --> delta transition in the visible spectrum. From electrochemistry we also find that the diphosphonate ligand has such an exceptional ability to stabilize higher oxidation states that even common solvents such as CH(2)Cl(2) and C(2)H(5)OH readily oxidize the Mo(2)(4+) unit that is introduced from the Mo(2)(O(2)CCH(3))(4) or [Mo(2)(O(2)CCH(3))(2)(NCCH(3))(6)](BF(4))(2) employed in the preparation. The only chemically reversible wave at E(1/2) = -1.54 V vs Ag/AgCl corresponds to the reduction process Mo(2)(6+) --> Mo(2)(5+).  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of new organosilicon derivatives of N(3)P(3)Cl(6), N(3)P(3)[NH(CH(2))(3)Si(OEt)(3)](6) (1), N(3)P(3)[NH(CH(2))(3)Si(OEt)(3)](3)[NCH(3)(CH(2))(3)CN](3) (2), and N(3)P(3)[NH(CH(2))(3)Si(OEt)(3)](3)[HOC(6)H(4)(CH(2))CN](3) (3) are reported. Pyrolysis of 1, 2, and 3 in air and at several temperatures results in nanostructured materials whose composition and morphology depend on the temperature of pyrolysis and the substituents of the phosphazenes ring. The products stem from the reaction of SiO(2) with P(2)O(5), leading to either crystalline Si(5)(PO(4))(6)O, SiP(2)O(7) or an amorphous phase as the glass Si(5)(PO(4))(6)O/3SiO(2).2P(2)O(5), depending on the temperature and nature of the trimer precursors. From 1 at 800 degrees C, core-shell microspheres of SiO(2) coated with Si(5)(PO(4))(6)O are obtained, while in other cases, mesoporous or dense structures are observed. Atomic force microscopy examination after deposition of the materials on monocrystalline silicon wafers evidences morphology strongly dependent on the precursors. Isolated islands of size approximately 9 nm are observed from 1, whereas dense nanostructures with a mean height of 13 nm are formed from 3. Brunauer-Emmett-Teller measurements show mesoporous materials with low surface areas. The proposed growth mechanism involves the formation of cross-linking structures and of vacancies by carbonization of the organic matter, where the silicon compounds nucleate. Thus, for the first time, unique silicon nanostructured materials are obtained from cyclic phosphazenes containing silicon.  相似文献

The reaction of cis-[Ru(NO)(CH(3)CN)(bpy)(2)](3+) (bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine) in H(2)O at room temperature proceeded to afford two new nitrosylruthenium complexes. These complexes have been identified as nitrosylruthenium complexes containing the N-bound methylcarboxyimidato ligand, cis-[Ru(NO)(NH=C(O)CH(3))(bpy)(2)](2+), and methylcarboxyimido acid ligand, cis-[Ru(NO)(NH=C(OH)CH(3))(bpy)(2)](3+), formed by an electrophilic reaction at the nitrile carbon of the acetonitrile coordinated to the ruthenium ion. The X-ray structure analysis on a single crystal obtained from CH(3)CN-H(2)O solution of cis-[Ru(NO)(NH=C(O)CH(3))(bpy)(2)](PF(6))(3) has been performed: C(22)H(20.5)N(6)O(2)P(2.5)F(15)Ru, orthorhombic, Pccn, a = 15.966(1) A, b = 31.839(1) A, c = 11.707(1) A, V = 5950.8(4) A(3), and Z = 8. The structural results revealed that the single crystal consisted of 1:1 mixture of cis-[Ru(NO)(NH=C(O)CH(3))(bpy)(2)](2+) and cis-[Ru(NO)(NH=C(OH)CH(3))(bpy)(2)](3+) and the structural formula of this single crystal was thus [Ru(NO)(NH=C(OH(0.5))CH(3))(bpy)(2)](PF(6))(2.5). The reaction of cis-[Ru(NO)(CH(3)CN)(bpy)(2)](3+) in dry CH(3)OH-CH(3)CN at room temperature afforded a nitrosylruthenium complex containing the methyl methylcarboxyimidate ligand, cis-[Ru(NO)(NH=C(OCH(3))CH(3))(bpy)(2)](3+). The structure has been determined by X-ray structure analysis: C(25)H(29)N(8)O(18)Cl(3)Ru, monoclinic, P2(1)/c, a = 13.129(1) A, b = 17.053(1) A, c = 15.711(1) A, beta = 90.876(5) degrees, V = 3517.3(4) A(3), and Z = 4.  相似文献

Reactions of the complex [MoCl(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)] (1) (phen=1,10-phenanthroline) with potassium arylamides were used to synthesize the amido complexes [Mo(N(R)Ar)(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)] (R=H, Ar=Ph, 2 a; R=H, Ar=p-tolyl, 2 b; R=Me, Ar=Ph; 2 c). For 2 b the Mo-N(amido) bond length (2.105(4) A) is consistent with it being a single bond, with which the metal attains an 18-electron configuration. The reaction of 2 b with HOTf affords the amino complex [Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(NH(2)(p-tol))(CO)(2)(phen)]OTf (3-OTf). Treatment of 3-OTf with nBuLi or KN(SiMe(3))(2) regenerates 2 b. The new amido complexes react with CS(2), arylisothiocyanates and maleic anhydride. A single product corresponding to the formal insertion of the electrophile into the Mo-N(amido) bond is obtained in each case. For maleic anhydride, ring opening accompanied the formation of the insertion product. The reaction of 2 b with maleimide affords [Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)[NC(O)CH=CHC(O)](CO)(2)(phen)] (7), which results from simple acid-base metathesis. The reaction of 2 b with (p-tol)NCO affords [[Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)](2)(eta(2)-MoO(4))] (8), which corresponds to oxidation of one third of the metal atoms to Mo(VI). Complex 8 was also obtained in the reactions of 2 b with CO(2) or the lactide 3,6-dimethyl-1,4-dioxane-2,5-dione. The structures of the compounds 2 b, 3-OTf, [Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)[SC(S)(N(H)Ph)](CO)(2)(phen)] (4), [Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)[SC(N(p-tol))(NH(p-tol))](CO)(2)(phen)] (5 a), and [Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)[OC(O)CH=CHC(O)(NH(p-tol))](CO)(2)(phen)] (6), 7, and 8 (both the free complex and its N,N'-di(p-tolyl)urea adduct) were determined by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

A wide range of N-substituted mono- and dihydroxamic acids undergo oxygen abstraction on reaction with V(III), V(IV), and Mo(V) compounds to form hydroxamates of V(V) and Mo(VI) respectively together with the corresponding amides and diamides. The molybdenyl and vanadyl hydroxamates form metal-oxygen clusters under FABMS conditions. The X-ray crystal structures of [MoO(2){CH(3)(CH(2))(n)()C(O)N(C(6)H(5))O}(2) (1 and 2) (n = 4, 5) show monomeric structures with structural trans effects and consequent weakening of the Mo-O(ligand) bonds which may account for the tendency to form clusters in FABMS. In constrast, the electrospray MS of the vanadyl dihydroxamates, VO(OH)[PhN(O)C(O)(CH(2))(n)()C(O)N(O)Ph] (n = 3, 5) and VO(OH)[p-CH(3)C(6)H(4)N(O)C(O) (CH(2))(n)()C(O)N(O)C(6)H(4)-CH(3)) (n = 2, 4) show the presence of dimers in solution.  相似文献

Two asymmetric polyoxomolybdates Na(6){Mo(2)O(5)[(Mo(2)O(6))NH(3)CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)C(O)(PO(3))(2)](2)}·16H(2)O (1) and (NH(4))(7)Na{MoO(2)[(Mo(2)O(6))NH(3)CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)C(O)(PO(3))(2)]}(4)·H(2)O (2) have been synthesized by the reactions of alendronic acid with molybdate. Structure analysis revealed that the polyoxoanions 1 and 2 can be described as dimeric and tetrameric aggregates of the {MoO(3)[(Mo(2)O(6))NH(3)CH(2)CH(2)CH(2)C(O)(PO(3))(2)]} units respectively. Their tetrabutylammonium salts show efficient selective oxidation of benzyl alcohol to benzaldehyde with 72.5% and 81.5% benzyl alcohol conversion, and 87.1% and 82.4% benzaldehyde selectivity, respectively.  相似文献

Interaction of [Ce(L(OEt))(2)(NO(3))(2)] (L(OEt)(-) = [Co(eta(5)-C(5)H(5)){P(O)(OEt)(2)}(3)](-)) with (NH(4))(6)[Mo(7)O(24)] in water affords the cerium(iv)-containing oxomolybdenum cluster [H(4)(CeL(OEt))(6)Mo(9)O(38)], which exhibits a unique Ce(6)Mo(9)O(38) core structure.  相似文献

Two chiral, porous uranium methylenediphosphonates, [C(2)H(10)N(2)]{UO(2)[CH(2)(PO(3))(2)]}·H(2)O (UC1P2N-1) and [N(C(2)H(5))(4)]K{(UO(2))(3)[CH(2)(PO(3))(2)](2)(H(2)O)(2)}·1.5H(2)O (KUC1P2-1), have been synthesized without chiral starting materials. Both compounds display channels ~1 × 1 nm that are large enough for these materials to conduct ion-exchange with coordination complexes such as [Co(en)(3)](3+).  相似文献

The bitopic ligand p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2) (pz = pyrazolyl ring) that contains two tris(pyrazolyl)methane units connected by a semirigid organic spacer reacts with silver(I) salts to yield [p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)(AgX)(2)]( infinity ), where X = CF(3)SO(3)(-) (1), SbF(6)(-) (2), PF(6)(-) (3), BF(4)(-) (4), and NO(3)(-) (5). Crystallization of the first three compounds from acetone yields [p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)(AgCF(3)SO(3))(2)]( infinity ) (1a), [p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)(AgSbF(6))(2)[(CH(3))(2)CO](2)]( infinity ) (2b), and [p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)AgPF(6)]( infinity ) (3a), where the stoichiometry for the latter compound has changed from a metal:ligand ratio of 2:1 to 1:1. The structure of 1a is based on helical argentachains constructed by a kappa(2)-kappa(1) coordination to silver of the tris(pyrazolyl)methane units. These chains are organized into a tubular 3D structure by cylindrical [(CF(3)SO(3))(6)](6)(-) clusters that form weak C-H...O hydrogen bonds with the bitopic ligand. The same kappa(2)-kappa(1) coordination is present in the structure of 2a, but the structure is organized by six different tris(pyrazolyl)methane units from six ligands bonding with six silvers to form a 36-member argentamacrocycle core. The cores are organized in a tubular array by the organic spacers where each pair of macrocycles sandwich six acetone molecules and one SbF(6)(-) counterion. The structure of 3a is based on a kappa(2)-kappa(0) coordination mode of each tris(pyrazolyl)methane unit forming a helical coordination polymer, with two strands organized in a double stranded helical structure by a series of C-H...pi interactions between the central arene rings. Crystallization of 2-4 from acetonitrile yields complexes of the formula [p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)[(AgX)(2)(CH(3)CN)(n)]]( infinity ) where n = 2 for X = SbF(6)(-) (2b), X = PF(6)(-) (3b) and n = 1 for X = BF(4)(-) (4b). All three structures contain argentachains formed by a kappa(2)-kappa(1) coordination mode of the tris(pyrazolyl)methane units linked by the organic spacer and arranged in a 2D sheet structure with the anions sandwiched between the sheets. Crystallization of 5 from acetonitrile yields crystals of the formula [p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)(AgNO(3))(2)(CH(3)CN)(4)]( infinity ), where the nitrate is bonded to the silver. The argentachains, again formed by kappa(2)-kappa(1) coordination, are arranged in W-shaped sheets that have an overall configuration very different from 2b-4b. Treating [p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)(AgSbF(6))(2)]( infinity ) with a saturated aqueous solution of KPF(6) or KO(3)SCF(3) slowly leads to complete exchange of the anion. Crystallization of a sample that contains an approximately equal mixture of SbF(6)(-)/PF(6)(-) from acetonitrile yields [p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)[Ag(2)(PF(6))(0.78(1))(SbF(6))(1.22(1))(CH(3)CN)(2)][(CH(3)CN)(0.25) (C(4)H(10)O)(0.25)]]( infinity ), a compound with a sheet structure analogous to 2b-4b. Crystallization of the same mixture from acetone yields [p-C(6)H(4)[CH(2)OCH(2)C(pz)(3)](2)(AgSbF(6))[(CH(3))(2)CO](1.5)]( infinity ), where the metal-to-ligand ratio is 1:1 and the [C(pz)(3)] units are kappa(2)-kappa(0) bonded forming a coordination polymer. The supramolecular structures of all species are organized by a combination of C-H...pi, pi-pi, or weak C-H-F(O) hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

The novel, functionalized heteropolymolybdates [RPMo(6)O(21)(O(2)CCH(2)NH(3))(3)](2)(-) (R = OH, CH(3), C(2)H(5), H) have been synthesized and characterized by IR, (31)P NMR spectroscopy, and elemental analysis. Single-crystal X-ray analysis was carried out on K(2)[HOPMo(6)O(21)(O(2)CCH(2)NH(3))(3)].8.5H(2)O, which crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pnma, with a = 14.118(2) A, b = 20.660(3) A, c = 12.191(2) A, and Z = 4; K(2)[H(3)CPMo(6)O(21)(O(2)CCH(2)NH(3))(3)].8.5H(2)O, which crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pnma, with a = 14.1643(6) A, b = 20.8658(8) A, c = 12.2235(5) A, and Z = 4; and K(2)[HPMo(6)O(21)(O(2)CCH(2)NH(3))(3)].8H(2)O, which crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pnma, with a = 14.092(3) A, b = 20.696(2) A, c = 12.199(4) A, and Z = 4. We also report on the synthesis and characterization of the isostructural derivative K(2)[H(5)C(2)PMo(6)O(21)(O(2)CCH(2)NH(3))(3)]. The four title polyanions consist of an RP (R = OH, CH(3), C(2)H(5), H) hetero group surrounded by a ring of six MoO(6) octahedra sharing edges and corners alternatingly. Three glycine molecules are each bound to two edge-sharing Mo centers via their carboxylate functionality on the same side of the ring. The central phosphorus atom is located slightly above the plane of the six molybdenums, and its terminal R group is on the same side of the ring as the glycines. NMR studies show that the solid state structures of the title compounds are preserved in solution.  相似文献
