In this paper we describe the phosphine-catalyzed [3 + 2], [3 + 3], [4 + 3], and [3 + 2 + 3] annulations of azomethine imines and allenoates. These processes mark the first use of azomethine imines in nucleophilic phosphine catalysis, producing dinitrogen-fused heterocycles, including tetrahydropyrazolo-pyrazolones, -pyridazinones, -diazepinones, and -diazocinones. Counting the two different reaction modes in the [3 + 3] cyclizations, there are five distinct reaction pathways-the choice of which depends on the structure and chemical properties of the allenoate. All reactions are operationally simple and proceed smoothly under mild reaction conditions, affording a broad range of 1,2-dinitrogen-containing heterocycles in moderate to excellent yields. A zwitterionic intermediate formed from a phosphine and two molecules of ethyl 2,3-butadienoate acted as a 1,5-dipole in the annulations of azomethine imines, leading to the [3 + 2 + 3] tetrahydropyrazolo-diazocinone products. The incorporation of two molecules of an allenoate into an eight-membered-ring product represents a new application of this versatile class of molecules in nucleophilic phosphine catalysis. The salient features of this protocol--the facile access to a diverse range of nitrogen-containing heterocycles and the simple preparation of azomethine imine substrates--suggest that it might find extensive applications in heterocycle synthesis.  相似文献

beta-Substituted alkenylcarbene complexes react with methyl ketone lithium enolates to give different carbocyclization products depending on the structure of the lithium enolate, on the metal of the carbene complex, and on the reaction media. Thus, the reactions of aryl and alkyl methyl ketone lithium enolates with beta-substituted alkenyl chromium and tungsten carbene complexes in diethyl ether afford 1,3-cyclopentanediol derivatives derived from a formal [2+2+1] carbocyclization reaction. However, the lithium enolates of acetone and tungsten complexes furnish formal [3+2+2] carbocyclization products. In the case of alkynyl methyl ketone lithium enolates, competitive formal [2+2+1] and [3+2] carbocyclization reactions occur and 1,3-cyclopentanediol and 3-cyclopentenol derivatives are formed. Conversely, alkenyl methyl ketone lithium enolates react with alkenylcarbene complexes under the same reaction conditions to form 2-cycloheptenone derivatives by a formal [4+3] carbocyclization reaction. Finally, when the reaction was performed in the presence of a coordinating medium, the [3+2] carbocyclization pattern was observed independently of the nature of the methyl ketone lithium enolate used.  相似文献

The terminal allene C(alpha)=C(beta) bonds of 4vinylidene-2-oxazolidinone (2) readily undergo [2+2] cycloaddition with a wide variety of terminal alkynes, alkenes, and 1,3-dienes irrespective of their electronic nature under strictly thermal activation conditions (70-100 degrees C) and provide 3substituted (Z)-methylenecyclobutenes 6, 3substituted methylenecyclobutanes 7 and 8, and 3vinylmethylenecyclobutanes 9, respectively, in good to excellent yields. Alkenes react with 2 with complete retention of configuration. The [2+2] cycloaddition is concluded to proceed via a concerted [(pi(2s)+pi(2s))(allene) + pi(2s)] Hückel transition state on the basis of experimental evidences and quantum mechanical methods. Some highly polarized enones and nitrile oxide, on the other hand, react with 2 selectively at the internal C(4)=C(alpha) double bonds and give spiro compounds 10 and 11, respectively. The bent allene bonds (173-176 degrees) and the unique reactivity associated with 2 are attributed to a low-lying LUMO (C(alpha)=C(beta)) that is substantiated by a through-space sigma*(N-SO(2))-pi*(C(alpha)=C(beta)) orbital interaction.  相似文献

In the presence of a catalytic amount of GaCl3, dimethyl 2‐(naphthalen‐1‐yl)cyclopropane‐1,1‐dicarboxylate 5 undergoes selective [3+2]‐annulation‐type dimerization to give a polysubstituted cyclopentane containing two naphthalenyl substituents in the vicinal position (Scheme 2). Treatment of the same cyclopropane with an equimolar amount of GaCl3?THF results in dimerization with electrophilic attack on each of the benzene rings to give [3+3] and [3+4] annulation products. The latter represent a new type of dimerization of donor? acceptor cyclopropanes. Finally, under conditions of double catalysis with GaCl3, 3,3,5,5‐tetrasubstituted 4,5‐dihydropyrazole, this cyclopropane‐dicarboxylate undergoes stereospecific dimerization as a result of electrophilic ipso‐attack to give a tetracyclic pentaleno[6a,1‐a]naphthalene derivative (Scheme 5). The crystal structure of K6[CdO4] and Rb2CdO2 has been determined from single crystal X-ray diffraction data and refined toR=0.058 (K6[CdO4]) andR=0.088 (Rb2CdO2). K6[CdO4] crystallizes hexagonal, space group P63mc with lattice constantsa=867.42 (6),c=665.5 (1) pm,c/a=0.767 andZ=2. It is isotypic with Na6[ZnO4]. Rb2CdO2 is orthorhombic, space group Pbcn witha=1045.0 (2),b=629.1 (1),c=618.3 (1) pm,Z=4, and crystallizes with the K2CdO2 structure type. The crystal structures can be deduced from the motif of a closest packed arrangement of O2– with hexagonal (K6[CdO4]) or cubic (Rb2CdO2) stacking. The tetrahedra occupied by Cd2+ are isolated (K6[CdO4]) or edge-shared (formation of infinite SiS2-like chains [CdO4/2]) (Rb2CdO2). The powder diffraction pattern of Rb6[CdO4] [a=906.6 (1),c=694.3 (1) pm] and Rb2Cd2O3 [a=642.6 (2),b=679.0 (1),c=667.9 (2) pm, =115.2 (1)] confirm isotypie with K6[CdO4] and K2Cd2O3 respectively.

K[RuSalphenCl2], K[RuSalenCl2], and electroconducting polymers on their basis are synthesized and their electrochemical properties are studied in solutions of two supporting electrolytes tetrabutylammonium perchlorate (TBAP) and NaClO4. A comparative analysis of electroreduction and electropolymerization processes in these two electrolytes is performed. The cyclic voltammograms (CV) obtained for K[RuSalphenCl2] are similar to those previously measured for K[RuSalenCl2]. The polymers are synthesized for the first time that exhibit the reversible charge transport and the conditions of their formation are considered. The kinetics of formation of the redox-polymers is studied. The dependence of the polymer film thickness on the reduction potential and concentration of the starting Ru(III) complex is established.  相似文献

The five polyhalides [(Ph)(3)PBr][Br(7)], [(Bz)(Ph)(3)P](2)[Br(8)], [(n-Bu)(3)MeN](2)[Br(20)], [C(4)MPyr](2)[Br(20)] ([C(4)MPyr] = N-butyl-N-methylpyrrolidinium), and [(Ph)(3)PCl](2)[Cl(2)I(14)] were prepared by the reaction of dibromine and iodine monochloride in ionic liquids. The compounds [(Ph)(3)PBr][Br(7)] and [(Bz)(Ph)(3)P](2)[Br(8)] contain discrete pyramidal [Br(7)](-) and Z-shaped [Br(8)](2-) polybromide anions. [(n-Bu)(3)MeN](2)[Br(20)] and [C(4)MPyr](2)[Br(20)] exhibit new infinite two- and three-dimensional polybromide networks and contain the highest percentage of dibromine ever observed in a compound. [(Ph)(3)PCl](2)[Cl(2)I(14)] also consists of a three-dimensional network and is the first example of an infinite polyiodine chloride. All compounds were obtained from ionic liquids as the solvent that, on the one hand, guarantees for a high stability against strongly oxidizing Br(2) and ICl and that, on the other hand, reduces the high volatility of the molecular halogens.  相似文献

The structure of dipotassium μ3‐oxido‐tris[sulfitomercurate(II)], K2[O(HgSO3)3], is characterized by segregation of the K+ cations and complex [O(HgSO3)3]2− anions into layers parallel to (010). The anion has m symmetry and is a new example of a μ3‐oxido‐trimercurate complex with a central [OHg3] core. This unit adopts the shape of a flat, almost trigonal, pyramid (mean O—Hg = 2.072 Å and mean Hg—O—Hg = 110.8°). The two independent Hg—S bonds have nearly the same length (mean Hg—S = 2.335 Å). Due to intermolecular O...Hg donor–acceptor interactions greater than 2.65 Å, the O—Hg—S fragments are slightly bent. The [KO9] coordination polyhedron of the K+ cation approaches a distorted tricapped trigonal prism with a [6+1+2] coordination.  相似文献

A mild method for the synthesis of highly functionalized [3]–[6]dendralenes is reported, representing a general strategy to diversely substituted higher homologues of the dendralenes. The methodology utilizes allenoates bearing various substitution patterns, along with a wide range of boron and alkenyl nucleophiles that couple under palladium catalysis leading to sp-, sp2-, and sp3-substituted arrays. Regioselective transformations of the newly formed unsymmetrical dendralene derivatives are demonstrated. The use of micellar catalysis, where water is the global reaction medium, and room temperature reaction conditions, highlights the green nature of this technology.  相似文献

Single crystals of three new strontium nitridogermanates(IV) were grown in sealed niobium ampules from sodium flux. Dark red Sr4[GeN4] crystallizes in space group P21/c with a = 9.7923(2) Å, b = 6.3990(1) Å, c = 11.6924(3) Å and β = 115.966(1)°. Black Sr8Ge2[GeN4] contains Ge4– anions coexisting with [GeIVN4]8– tetrahedra and adopts space group Cc with a = 10.1117(4) Å, b = 17.1073(7) Å, c = 10.0473(4) Å and β = 115.966(1)°. Black Sr17Ge6N14 features the same anions alongside trigonal planar [GeIVN3]5– units. It crystallizes in P1 with a = 7.5392(1) Å, b = 9.7502(2) Å, c = 11.6761(2) Å, α = 103.308(1)°, β = 94.651(1)° and γ = 110.248(1)°.  相似文献

A new method is presented for the analysis of precise conductance data to obtain the true thermodynamic formation constants of macrocyclic–cation complexes. The method, based on the Lee–Wheaton theory on mixed electrolytes, takes into consideration the ion pair formation of both the uncomplexed and complexed cations and avoids the use of the simple additivity assumption of the conductances of two electrolytic species present in salt/ligand/solvent systems. The method has been applied to determine the thermodynamic complexation constants of lithium, sodium and potassium ions with the cryptands [221], [222] and their decyl derivatives [221D], [222D] in acetonitrile. The results show that the presence of an alkyl chain in the molecular structure of the cryptands decreases the macrocyclic–cation complexation constant with respect to the values obtained for the parent compounds by almost an order of magnitude. Such a finding has been explained in terms of the asymmetric position in the space of the oxyethylenic bridges of the macrocyclic ligand promoted by the presence of the linked hydrocarbon chain. The above explanation has been confirmed by the anomalous behavior of both the ion-pair association constants of complexed salts and their limiting molar conductivity.  相似文献

The phosphine-catalyzed annulations between Morita-Baylis-Hillman adduct carbonates and enones are reported. Under the catalysis of PBu(3) (20 mol %), cascade [3 + 2] cyclization-allylic alkylation, [2 + 2 + 1] annulation, and [3 + 2] cyclization reactions chemoselectively occur depending on the substituent variation of both the carbonate and enone. These reactions provide efficient syntheses of highly functionalized cyclopentenes and cyclopentanes.  相似文献

The reactivity of buta-2,3-dienoates toward aziridines is reported. Allenoates react as 2π-component in the [3+2] cycloaddition with the azomethine ylide generated from cis-1-benzyl-2-benzoyl-3-phenylaziridine affording 4-methylenepyrrolidines in a site-, regio-, and stereoselective fashion. Under conventional thermolysis, cis- and trans-2-benzoyl-1-cyclohexyl-3-phenylaziridines showed a different reactivity. These aziridines participate in formal [3+2] cycloadditions with allenes via C-N bond cleavage of the three-membered ring leading to functionalized pyrroles.  相似文献
