The effect of Ag additions on the reverse martensitic transformation in the Cu-10 mass% Al alloy was studied using differential thermal analysis (DTA), optical (OM) and scanning electron microscopies (SEM) and X-ray diffractometry. The results indicated that Ag additions to the Cu-10 mass% Al alloy shift the equilibrium concentration to higher Al contents, allow to obtain both β'1 and β' martensitic phases in equilibrium and that Ag precipitation is a process associated with the perlitic phase formation.  相似文献

In this work the effect of Ag concentration on the thermal behavior of the Cu-10 mass% Al and Cu-11 mass% Al alloys with additions of 4, 6, 8 and 10 mass% Ag was studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), in situ X-ray diffractometry (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The results showed that for the Cu-10 mass% Al alloy Ag addition induce the β′1 phase formation and for the Cu-11 mass% Al alloy these additions increase the amount of martensite formed on quenching and decrease the stability range of this phase on heating.  相似文献

The eutectoid transformation may be defined as a solid-state diffusion-controlled decomposition process of a high-temperature phase into a two-phase lamellar aggregate behind a migrating boundary on cooling below the eutectoid temperature. In substitutional solid solutions, the eutectoid reaction involves diffusion of the solute atoms either through the matrix or along the boundaries or ledges. The effect of Ag on the non-isothermal kinetics of the reverse eutectoid reaction in the Cu–9 mass%Al, Cu–10 mass%Al, and Cu–11 mass%Al alloys were studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The activation energy for this reaction was obtained using the Kissinger and Ozawa methods. The results indicated that Ag additions to Cu–Al alloys interfere on the reverse eutectoid reaction, increasing the activation energy values for the Cu–9 mass%Al and Cu–10 mass%Al alloys and decreasing these values for the Cu–11 mass%Al alloy for additions up to 6 mass%Ag. The changes in the activation energy were attributed to changes in the reaction solute and in Ag solubility due to the increase in Al content.  相似文献

In this work the influence of Ag additions on the thermal behavior of the Cu-11 mass% Al alloy was studied using differential scanning calorimetry, in situ X-ray diffractometry and scanning electron microscopy. The results indicated that changes in the heating rate shift the peak attributed to α phase formation to higher temperatures, evidencing the diffusive character of this reaction. The activation energy value for the α phase formation reaction, obtained from a non-isotherm kinetic model, is close to that corresponding to Cu atoms self diffusion, thus confirming that this reaction is dominated by Cu atoms diffusion through the martensite matrix.  相似文献

Thermal behavior of α-(Cu–Al–Ag) alloys, i.e. alloys with composition less than about 8.5 mass% Al, was studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), differential thermal analysis (DTA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX) and X-ray diffractometry (XRD). The results indicated that the presence of silver introduces new thermal events ascribed to the formation of a silver-rich phase and, after addition higher amounts than 8 mass% Ag to the Cu–8 mass% Al alloy it is possible to observe the formation of the γ1 phase (Al4Cu9), which is only observed in alloys containing minimum of 9 mass% Al. These results may be attributed to some Ag characteristics and its interaction with Cu and Al.  相似文献

采用电沉积的方法在甲基磺酸镀液中制备了一种新型的锌电积Al/Pb-0.23%Ag阳极。 腐蚀实验和电化学分析显示,Al/Pb-0.23%Ag阳极与传统Pb-0.25%Ag阳极相比,具有较低的腐蚀速率,较高的腐蚀电位和较低的腐蚀电流密度,较高的电催化活性;金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射分析显示,Al/Pb-0.23%Ag阳极的晶粒细小、致密,极化48 h后有PbSO4、α-PbO2和β-PbO2生成。  相似文献

The effect of 4 mass% Ag addition on the thermal behavior of the Cu-9 mass% Al alloy was studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), optical microscopy (OM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX) and X-ray diffractometry (XRD). The results showed that the presence of silver causes (Cu)-α+(α+g1)→ (Cu)-α+β transformation to occur in two stages. In the first one, part of the produced b phase combines with the precipitated Ag to give a silver-rich phase and in the second one the transformation is completed. 以Al(NO_3)_3·9H_2O和AgNO_3为原料,采用水热法制备了介孔氧化铝纳米粒子(Mesoporous Al_2O_3NPs)和银掺杂介孔氧化铝纳米粒子(Mesoporous Ag/Al_2O_3NPs),通过X射线衍射(XRD)、场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、能量分散X射线衍射(EDX)和低温N2吸附-脱附等手段对产物进行了表征,通过最低抑菌浓度和抑菌圈实验研究了材料的抗菌性能.XRD分析表明在介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs中Al_2O_3是唯一结晶相,Ag掺杂后,介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs晶格常数和半高峰宽增大,晶面间距[(111),(400)和(440)面]减小.FE-SEM形貌分析表明掺杂后的介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs颗粒直径减小而孔径增大.EDX和XRF分析表明介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs中O/Al摩尔比为1.5,与Al_2O_3NPs中O/Al摩尔比相同.综合XRD和XRF分析结果认为,Ag进入介孔Al_2O_3晶格间隙形成间隙固溶体.低温N2吸附-脱附分析表明掺杂后的介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs比表面积、孔体积和孔径增大.曝气抗菌实验结果表明介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs的抗菌机理是活性氧和金属银的协同作用.介孔Ag/Al_2O_3NPs对革兰氏阴性菌(大肠杆菌)和革兰氏阳性菌(金黄色葡萄球菌)具有明显的抗菌效果,对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)均为80μg/m L,抑菌圈直径分别为26 mm和24 mm.  相似文献

采用银镜法和水热法制备了两种纳米Ag/CNTs(碳纳米管)复合材料, 利用傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱、粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、扫描电子显微镜及能量散射光谱仪(SEM-EDS)对复合物的物相、组成、形貌和结构进行分析表征, 并运用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了纳米Ag/CNTs 复合材料对环三亚甲基三硝胺(RDX)热分解特性的影响. 结果表明: 纳米Ag 以10-80 nm的不规则球形“粘附”于纳米CNTs 表面,分散较均匀, 水热法制得的复合物表面纳米Ag较大、且负载的Ag粒子较多; 纳米Ag/CNTs 复合材料的加入改变了RDX的热分解过程, 使原有占主导的液相分解变为二次的气相反应加剧, RDX主分解峰形发生了明显的改变; 纳米Ag/CNTs 复合材料对RDX热分解的催化主要表现为分解温度的降低.  相似文献

In the present study, the effect of primary processing route on the dissolution and precipitation reactions in a commercial Al?Si alloy (designated as A390) is investigated using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The Al?Si alloy selected for the present investigation was processed using conventional casting and spray atomization and deposition routes. The results of differential scanning calorimetry conducted on the as-processed samples indicated no significant dissolution reaction for the as-cast A390 alloy when compared to the similar results obtained for as-spray atomized and deposited samples. However, the thermal analysis conducted on the solutionized cast and spray deposited samples exhibited no significant difference in the kinetics of precipitation reactions. The results of the differential thermal analyses were finally rationalized in terms of observed microstructural features.  相似文献

The hardening of the Al–Zn–Mg alloys during ageing process is based on very complex phase transformations. In order to contribute to the comprehension of these phenomena, we proceed to study the phase transformations of 7020 alloy using differential scanning calorimetry and X-ray diffraction analysis. The results confirm the formation of hardening phase GP zones, intermediate hardening metastable phase η′ and the equilibrium phase η. The calorimetric and X-ray diffraction results are in good agreement and confirm the successive precipitation/dissolution sequence. The dissolution of the precipitates is accompanied by the increase in the crystallographic lattice parameter due to the increase in solid solution concentration and by the softening of the material. On the contrary, the precipitation produces a lower concentration of the Zn/Mg solutes in the Al matrix, which generates a decrease in the lattice parameter value. These precipitates produce the hardening of the alloy. The sequence of phase formation and dissolution explains the evolution of the 7020 hardness as a function of the ageing temperature.

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了甲醇直接脱氢制无水甲醛的新型高活性催化剂Ag- SiO_2-Al_2O_3,并考虑了银负载量、焙烧温度及反应温度等对催化剂活性的影响 。XRD结果表明,反应前观察不到银的晶相峰,反应后出现Ag(111),Ag(200),Ag (220),Ag(311)及Ag(222)的特征银晶相峰,SEM结果与XRD吻合得很好。该种特异 结构的催化剂具有对甲醇直接脱氢制甲醛的优异性能,其甲醇转化率达到95.0%, 甲醛得率也高达81.2%,超过己有的文献报道。  相似文献

In the Cu–Al system, due to the sluggishness of the β ↔ (α + γ1) eutectoid reaction, the β phase can be retained metastably. During quenching, metastable β alloys undergo a martensitic transformation to a β′ phase at Al low content. The ordering reaction β ↔ β1 precedes the martensitic transformation. The influence of Ag additions on the reactions containing the β phase in the Cu–11mass%Al alloy was studied using differential scanning calorimetry and in situ X-ray diffractometry. The results indicated that, on cooling, two reactions are occurring in the same temperature range, the β → (α + γ1) decomposition reaction and the β → β1 reaction, with different reaction mechanisms (diffusive for the former and ordering for the latter) and, consequently, with different reaction rates. For lower cooling rates, the dominant is the decomposition reaction and for higher cooling rates the ordering reaction prevails. On heating, the (α + γ1) → β reverse eutectoid reaction occurs with a resulting β phase saturated with α. The increase of Ag concentration retards the β → (α + γ1) decomposition reaction and the β → β1 ordering reaction, which occurs in the same temperature range, becomes the predominant process.  相似文献

The growth of Ag on an ordered Al2O3 surface was studied by low energy ion scattering spectroscopy (LEIS), scanning tunneling microscopy (STM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and temperature programmed desorption (TPD). Three-dimensional (3D) growth of Ag clusters was observed with STM and LEIS, with the cluster size increasing with Ag coverage. The XPS core level binding energies and the Auger parameters indicate a weak interaction between the Ag clusters and the Al2O3 support. Final state effects are determined to be the primary contribution to the Ag core level binding energy shift. Nonzero order kinetics was observed for Ag desorption in TPD with the Ag sublimation energy decreasing with decreasing cluster size.  相似文献

Visible light active Ag doped SnO2 nanoparticles modified with curcumin (Cur–Ag–SnO2) have been prepared by a combined precipitation and chemical impregnation route. The optical properties, phase structures and morphologies of the as-prepared nanoparticles were characterized using UV–visible diffuse reflectance spectra (UV–vis-DRS), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The surface area was measured by Brunauer. Emmett. Teller (B.E.T) analysis. Compared to bare SnO2, the surface modified photocatalysts (Ag–SnO2 and Cur–Ag–SnO2) showed a red shift in the visible region. The photocatalytic activity was monitored via the degradation of rose bengal (RB) dye and the results revealed that Cur–Ag–SnO2 shows better photocatalytic activity than that of Ag–SnO2 and SnO2. The superior photocatalytic activity of Cur–Ag–SnO2 could be attributed to the effective electron-hole separation by surface modification. The effect of photocatalyst concentration, initial dye concentration and electron scavenger on the photocatalytic activity was examined in detail. Furthermore, the antifungal activity of the photocatalysts and the reusability of Cur–Ag–SnO2 were tested.  相似文献

The formation of different phases for the reaction of Nb and Al in M/s Hitachi Ltd made wires using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) has been investigated. The interfacial diffusion reaction has been studied in the temperature range 100–990 °C. Niobium (Nb) and aluminum (Al) react to form the phase NbAl3, subsequently NbAl3 reacts with the remaining Nb to form the A15 phase. The interfacial reactions play an important role. At higher heating rates, NbAl3 and bcc‐structured NbAl are formed prior to the formation of Nb3Al, but at lower heating rates the phase observed indicates σ phase Nb2Al. DSC has been performed at different heating rates under nonisothermal conditions aimed to measure activation energy of crystallization for different phases: employing Kissinger's equation, Matusita–Sakka theory, and the Augis‐Bennett method. Activation values calculated from these three different methods are found to be in good agreement with each other. The activation energy for the first phase (NbAl3) is lower than the other two phases (Nb3Al) A15 phase and Nb2Al, suggesting that NbAl3 formation occurs easily. The value of n relating to the nucleation and growth mechanisms has also been calculated using the modified Kissinger method at different temperatures.  相似文献
