Liquid-liquid extractive-spectrophotometric studies of sodium ion complexes of 18-crown-6(18C6), dibenzo-18-crown-6(DB18C6), 15-crown-5(15C5), and 12-crown-4(12C4) and anionic dyes [4-(2-pyridylazo)-resorcinol monosodium salt monohydrate (PAR), Eriochrom Black T (EBT), and methyl orange (MOR)] and sodium picrate (PICRAT) as the counter ion are described. The overall extraction equilibrium constants for the 1 : 1 complexes of the above crown ethers with sodium dyes between different organic solvents and water have been determined at 25deg;C. They were conducted in various solvent-water systems maintaining an identical initial cation concentration in water, [M0+]w, and macrocyclic ligand concentration in the organic phase, [L0]org}, so that in all extractions [M0+]w : [L0]org ratios were 1 : 1, 1 : 10, 1 : 20, 1 : 50, and 1 : 62.5. An ion association complex formed between the sodium-crown ether complex ion and a dye anion was extracted into the organic solvent, and then the dye concentration of the separated aqueous phase was measured with an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. PAR was the best associated dye with all crown ethers sodium-dyes and the extracted dye occurs as the ion-pair complex. Methylene chloride was found to be better than other extractive solvents used in this study.  相似文献

研究了用硅胶整体柱和直接电导检测的离子对色谱快速分析高氯酸盐的方法。实验采用Chromolith Speed ROD RP-18e色谱柱,以氢氧化四丁铵(离子对试剂) 邻苯二甲酸 乙腈(有机改进剂)为淋洗液,讨论了离子对试剂浓度、有机改进剂浓度、pH、色谱柱温度和流速对ClO4-保留时间的影响。确定最佳色谱条件为:0.25mmol/L氢氧化四丁铵 0.18mmol/L邻苯二甲酸 7%乙腈(pH5.5)作为淋洗液,柱温30℃,流速6.0mL/min。在此条件下,ClO4-的保留时间在1min之内。其它常见阴离子(Cl-、NO3-、SO42-和I-)不干扰测定。方法的检出限为1.56mg/L;工作曲线的线性范围是2.4~100mg/L;峰面积的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)为1.9%。将本方法应用于测定加标果汁和加标地下水中的ClO4-,加标回收率分别为98.2%和97.6%。  相似文献

A highly sensitive and selective fluorimetric determination of strontium is proposed, based on solvent extraction of the ion-pair formed between the cationic complex of Sr2+ with cryptand 2.2.2 and eosinate as counter ion. A linear working range from 0.7 ng/ml (limit of detection) to 500 ng/ml of strontium and a relative standard deviation of 3.5% at the 100 ng/ml level are obtained. The metal: ligand: counter ion molecular ratio in the extracted mononuclear ion-pair is 1 1 1. The equilibrium constants involved in the extraction process were calculated.  相似文献

High-performance thin-layer chromatography has favorable properties for high-throughput separations with a high matrix tolerance. Sample preparation, however, is sometimes required to control specific matrix interferences and to enhance the detectability of target compounds. Trends in contemporary applications have shifted from absorbance and fluorescence detection to methods employing bioassays and mass spectrometry. Traditional methods (shake-flask, heat at reflux, Soxhlet, and hydrodistillation) are being challenged by automated instrumental approaches (ultrasound-assisted and microwave-assisted solvent extraction, pressurized liquid extraction, and supercritical fluid extraction) and the quick, easy cheap, efficient, rugged, and safe extraction method for faster and streamlined sample processing. Liquid-liquid extraction remains the most widely used approach for sample clean-up with increasing competition from solid-phase extraction. On-layer sample, clean-up by planar solid-phase extraction is increasingly used for complex samples and in combination with heart-cut multimodal systems. The automated spray-on sample applicator, the elution head interface, biological detection of target and non-target compounds, and straightforward mass spectrometric detection are highlighted as the main factors directing current interest toward faster and simpler sample workflows, analysis of more complex samples, and the determination of minor contaminants requiring high concentration factors.  相似文献

An extraction-spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amounts of fluconazole was described. Fluconazole was effectively extracted as a 1 : 1 ion-pair complex with bromocresole green (BCG) at pH 3.0 into chloroform, followed by spectrophotometric determination at 420 nm. Beer's law was obeyed over the range of 4-50 μg.mL^-1 of fluconazole with a detection limit of 3.7 μg.mL^-1 . The method is simple, rapid and sensitive. The procedure was applied to the determination of fluconazole in pharmaceutical preparations as well as its recovery from a blood serum sample.  相似文献

研究了维生素K3 (vitaminK3, VK3)与碱性染料丁基罗丹明B(butyl rhodamine B, BRB)、乙基紫( ethyl violet, EV)和亚甲基蓝(methylene blue, MB)形成离子对缔合物的反应,确定了反应的最佳条件.建立了测定VK3含量的简单、快速、选择性好和灵敏度高的分析方法.VK3与BRB、EV及MB反应生成可被有机溶剂萃取的离子对缔合物,离子对缔合物分别在568、613 和658 nm处有最大吸收,其表观摩尔系数分别为2.92×104 、6.96×104和4.85×104 L·mol-1·cm-1;离子对缔合物的组成均为11, 稳定常数分别是9.5×105、1.9×106和7.8×105; 药物浓度分别在0.0083~13、0.029~6.6和0.015~9.6 mg/L范围内符合比尔定律;回收率为96%~103%.该法可成功地用于药物制剂中VK3含量的测定.  相似文献

采用基团贡献法分别计算了酮类、氯代烃类、酯类、醇类和醚类溶剂的色散溶解度参数(δd)、极性溶解度参数(δp)和氢键溶解度参数(δh),并分析了柴油组分中正构烷烃和芳烃的三维溶解度参数的特点。研究了溶剂溶解度参数与其萃取柴油脱蜡效果的关系。结果表明,除了醇类溶剂之外,在参数贡献图中距离正构烷烃距离越远的溶剂,正构烷烃得率越大,萃取效果越好;色散力贡献比大于2/3的溶剂萃取时蜡膏的含油量明显低于色散力贡献比小于2/3的溶剂。  相似文献

The ability of chloroform solutions of p-diethylaminomethylthiacalix[4]arene 1 to extract platinum from HCl media was tested. As an ion-pair extractant, compound 1 had the highest platinum extraction ability among all the thiacalix[n]arene derivatives tested in this study. Compound 1 was a highly specific extractant for Pt(IV) ions from single-metal solutions and platinum-group metal solutions from automotive catalyst residue. Various conditions such as contact time, pH, concentration of 1, effect of chloride ions, effect of acidity and Pt(IV) concentration were studied. The distribution ratio of platinum ions (D) was calculated. The platinum complex stoichiometry ratio was obtained using slope analysis. The 1–Pt(IV) complex was characterised using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, FT-IR and 1H NMR. Finally, the Pt(IV) extraction percentage of compound 1 was compared with that of previously reported thiacalix[n]arene-based extractants.  相似文献

Ion-pair extraction behaviour of plutonium (IV) from varying concentrations of HCl solution was studied employing crown ethers (benzo-l5-crown-5 (B15C5), 18-crown-6, (18C6), dibenzo-18-crown-6 (DB18C6), dicyclohexano-18-crown-6, (DC18C6), dibenzo-24-crown-8 (DB24C8) and dicyclohexano-24-crown-8 (DCH24C8)) in nitrobenzene as the extractant. Ammonium metavanidate was used as the holding oxidant in the aqueous phase and the conditions necessary for the quantitative extraction of the tetravalent ion were found. The co-extraction of species of the type [HL+].[HPu(Cl) 6 ] and [HL+]2·[Pu(Cl) 6 2– ] as ion-pairs (where L represents the crown ether) is suggested.  相似文献

The title compound [BrBzPy][TCNQ] (BrBzPy^+=1-(4-bromobenzyl)pyridinium cation, TCNQ = 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethanide anion) was synthesized by the reaction of [BrBzPy]Br and LiTCNQ in ethanol solution and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 14.067(3), b = 7.3089(14), c = 23.796(4)A, β = 122.011(9)°, V= 2074.6(7)A^3, Z = 4, C24H15BrN5, Mr = 453.32, Dc = 1.451 g/cm^3,μ = 2.002 mm^-1, S = 1.047, F(000) = 916, R = 0.0398 and wR = 0.0921. The most prominent structural features are the completely segregated stacking columns of the TCNQ- anions and [BrBzPy]^+ cations. In a TCNQ column, the centroid-to-centroid distances of the neighboring anions of TCNQ are 3.2693 and 4.9464 A, respectively.  相似文献

A novel compound [(CNBz)2Im]2(TCNQ)3(CH3CN)((CNBz)2Im = 1,3-bis(4-cyano-benzyl) imidazole cation,TCNQ-1 = 7,7,8,8-tetracyanoquinodimethanide anion) was synthesized by the reaction of [(CNBz)2Im]Br and LiTCNQ in water and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 10.1823(17),b = 20.292(3),c = 16.952(3) ,β = 104.73(0)°,V = 3387.6(10)3,Z = 4,C39H24N11,Mr = 646.69,Dc = 1.268 g/cm3,μ = 0.080 mm-1 and F(000) = 1340.The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.0596 and wR = 0.0911 for 2690 observed reflections(Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ)).The most prominent structural feature is that there are two types of TCNQ entries(TCNQ-1 and TCNQ0) in agreement with the IR spectra analysis of the compound.  相似文献

The overall extraction constants (Kex) of uni- andbivalent metal picrates with 15-(2,5-dioxahexyl)-15-methyl-16-crown-5(L16C5) were determined between benzene and water at 25°C. TheKex values were analyzed into the constituent equilibriumconstants, i.e., the extraction constant of picric acid, the distributionconstant of the crown ether, the stability constant of the metalion–crown ether complex in water, and the ion-pair extraction constantof the complex cation with the picrate anion. The Kex valuedecreases in the orders Ag+ > Na+ >Tl+ > K+ > Li+ andPb2+ > Ba2+ > Sr2+ for theuni- and bivalent metals, respectively, which are the same as those observedfor 16C5. The extraction selectivity was found to be governed by theselectivity of the ion-pair extraction of the L16C5–metal picratecomplex rather than by that of the complex formation in water. Theextraction ability of L16C5 is smaller for all the metals than that of 16C5,which is mostly attributed to the higher lipophilicity of L16C5. Differencesin the extraction selectivity between L16C5 and 16C5 were observed for thebivalent metals but little for the univalent metals. The side-arm effect onthe extraction selectivity was interpreted on the basis of the negativecorrelation between the effect on the complex stability constant in waterand that on the ion-pair extraction constant.  相似文献

Deep eutectic solvents (DESs) were applied as eco-friendly solvents in this study for the extraction of alkaloids from lotus leaf, including O-nornuciferine, N-nornuciferine, nuciferine and roemerine. A series of hydrophilic and hydrophobic DESs with different hydrogen bond donors and a acceptors were synthesized and screened for a suitable DESs for extraction of alkaloids from lotus leaf. The study results showed that the hydrophilic DES with choline chloride and propanediol had the highest extraction yield. The main factors affecting the extraction efficiency—choline chloride–propanediol ratio, water content in deep eutectic solvents, solid–liquid ratio and extraction time—were investigated via a single-factor experiment. The optimized extraction conditions were 30% of water in choline chloride–propanediol (1:4) for heated extraction for 30 min and solid–liquid ratio 1:100 g/ml. Under optimum conditions, the extraction yields of O-nornuciferine, N-nornuciferine, nuciferine and roemerine were 0.069, 0.152, 0.334 and 0.041 g/100 g respectively, which were higher than those of methanol in acidified aqueous solution. This study suggests considerable potential for DESs as promising materials for the green and efficient extraction solvents for bioactive alkaloids from natural sources.  相似文献

The microstructure of polybutadiene produced by anionic initiation in diethyl ether and tetrahydrofuran with counterions Li+, Na+ and K+ was determined by 1H- and 13C-NMR. Ionization suppressing salts were added in tetrahydrofuran to ensure that only the ion-pair reaction was studied. Results are compared with older published data. In general, the 1,4 content of the polymer increases with increasing counterion size but varies somewhat with solvent with a given counterion. The cis component of the 1,4 structures changes with temperature and counterion. It is suggested that this change reflects the proportion of cis and trans centers that carry the reaction.  相似文献

A fluorimetric study on the extraction of calcium into 1,2-dichloroethane as an ion-pair, formed between the cryptand 2.2.1-calcium complex and the eosinate anion, is described. Optimum conditions for extraction are established and a new fluorimetric determination of ultratraces of calcium is proposed. A linear working range from 1.5 ng ml–1 (detection limit) to 100 ng ml–1 of calcium and a relative standard deviation of ± 2.9% at the 70 ng ml–1 level are obtained. The equilibrium constants involved in the extraction process have been calculated and refined by the Letagrop-DISTR program. The proposed method has been tested for the direct determination of calcium in sugars.  相似文献

Formation constants have been measured by a solvent distribution method for the ion pairing of an arene sulfonate, methyl orange dye, with two series of quaternary ammonium ions: R4N+(R=Et,n-Pr,n-Bu, andn-Pent) and C6H5CH2R3N+ (R=Me, Et,n-Pr,n-Bu,n-Pent, andn-Hex). Ion pairing increases dramatically as the length of the R group increases beyond butyl. Using a hard-sphere model for contact ion pairs, it is estimated that coulombic attraction contributes about –kT to the binding free energy and decreases slightly with increasing size of R4N+. Other factors related to solvation effects, of which cosphere overlap predominates, contribute from –2kT to –7kT of binding energy. Plots of logK for association as a function of cation size show an inflection with decreasing slope between R=propyl and R=butyl. Possible causes for the inflection are considered.  相似文献
