表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)技术是一种基于贵金属纳米结构基底对被检测物进行高灵敏度检测的一种方法.具有特殊纳米结构的贵金属表面受到激光的照射时,金属表面的自由电子会受到极大的振荡,当入射光频率与振荡频率相近时,则会发生表面等离子体共振现象(SPR),使金属表面的局域电场强度极大增强,入射光强度和散射光强度都得到成倍的放大,从而使吸附在贵金属纳米结构表面的分子的拉曼散射信号得到有效的增强.使用NaBH4还原-酸刻蚀模板法,制备了八面体Au/Ag复合纳米笼,其形貌规整,尺寸均匀约为600 nm,无Cu2O模板的残留,Au元素均匀负载在Ag纳米笼上,质量分数约为16.8%;Au/Ag复合纳米笼的紫外可见吸收峰相对于Ag纳米笼发生了红移,更重要的是,Au和Ag元素协同赋予了复合纳米笼超高的SERS灵敏度和重复性,Au/Ag复合纳米笼实现了对罗丹明6G的痕量检测(5×10-14 mol/L),通过时域有限差分法(FDTD)模拟证实:这主要归因于等离子共振作用产生的高电磁场强度;此外,Au元素的加入使Au/Ag复合纳米笼具有优异的抗氧化性和化学稳定性,即使在1%的H2O2溶液中浸泡3 h,仍然能够保持优异的SERS性能.八面体Au/Ag复合纳米笼有望成为一种具有应用前景的高灵敏度、高稳定性的SERS基底.  相似文献

利用电化学现场表面增强拉曼光谱技术(SERS)研究了咪唑在锌表面的成膜和缓蚀行为, 讨论了电位和pH值对咪唑分子和金属表面作用的影响. 锌电极上的表面拉曼光谱研究结果表明, 中性溶液中咪唑对锌的缓蚀作用明显, 它通过氮端垂直吸附在锌表面, 从而阻止锌的腐蚀, 其吸附取向不随电位的变化而改变; 在碱性溶液中咪唑和锌的作用较弱, 而且电位变化可以使其吸附取向发生改变, 在较正电位下咪唑以氮端垂直吸附, 在较负电位下以咪唑环倾斜吸附.  相似文献

The spectro-electrochemical behavior of carbonate and bicarbonate ions at the Au(111) electrode surface was studied using the infrared reflection absorption spectroscopy (IRAS). An absorption band caused by the adsorbed carbonate ions was observed in the wavenumber region of 1425–1511 cm−1 both in Na2CO3 and NaHCO3 solutions. It was concluded that the adsorbed carbonate ions co-ordinate with the electrode surface in the unidentate state with their symmetry axis normal to the substrate. This orientation is retained in the whole potential region where carbonate ions adsorb on the electrode surface in contrast to the behavior of the carbonate ions adsorbed on the Pt(111) electrode surface.  相似文献

应用电化学伏安法和表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)研究在-1.0 V~0 V电位区间内胞嘧啶于粗糙金电极表面的吸附行为.结果表明,在本实验的电位区间,胞嘧啶是以其N3位垂直吸附在粗糙金电极表面的.在负电位区间环呼吸振动模的强度出现极大值,与其它振动模强度相比,作者认为电磁场的增强和电荷转移均使该谱峰的拉曼信号增强.胞嘧啶的环呼吸振动频率随着电位负移而红移,这意味着它与金电极的成键作用减弱.同时也表明SERS谱可用于研究生物分子在金属电极表面的吸附行为.  相似文献

The adsorption of -phenylalanine (Phe) at the Au(111) electrode surface has been studied using electrochemical techniques and subtractively normalized interfacial Fourier transform infrared (SNIFTIR) techniques. The electrochemical measurements of cyclic voltammetry, differential capacity and chronocoulometry were used to determine Gibbs energies of adsorption and the reference (E1) and sample (E2) potentials to be used in the spectroscopic measurements. The vibrational spectra have been used to determine: (i) the orientation of the molecule at the surface as a function of potential; (ii) the dependence of the band intensity on the surface coverage; (iii) the character of surface coordination, and (iv) the oxidation of adsorbed Phe molecules at positive potentials. The adsorption of Phe is characterized by ΔG values ranging from −18 to −37 kJ mol−1 that are characteristic for a weak chemisorption of small aromatic molecules. The electrochemical and SNIFTIR measurements indicated that adsorbed Phe molecules change orientation as a function of applied potential. At the negatively charged surface Phe is predominantly adsorbed in the neutral form of the amino acid. At potentials positive to the pzc, adsorption occurs predominantly in the zwitterionic form with the ---COO group directed towards the surface and the ammonium group towards the solution. At more positive potentials electrocatalytic oxidation of Phe occurs and is marked by the appearance of the CO2 asymmetric stretch band in the FTIR spectrum. Thus, relative to pzc, Phe is weakly chemisorbed at negative potentials, changes orientation at potentials close to the pzc and is oxidized at positive potentials.  相似文献

采用溶胶-水热法制备了不同尺寸的SnO2纳米粒子, 并将其作为表面增强拉曼散射(Surface-enhanced Raman scattering, SERS)活性基底, 重点探讨了表面缺陷能级与SERS性能的关系. 观察到4-巯基苯甲酸(4-MBA)吸附在150 ℃水热合成的SnO2纳米粒子上的SERS 信号最强, 随着在空气中煅烧温度的升高, SERS信号逐渐减弱. 分别用透射电子显微镜、 紫外-可见光谱、 荧光光谱、 X射线衍射和X射线光电子能谱对SnO2纳米粒子进行了表征. 结果表明, SnO2纳米粒子的表面氧空位和缺陷等表面性质在增强拉曼散射性能中发挥着重要的作用, 表面氧空位和缺陷等含量越高其SERS信号就越强.  相似文献

The electrochemical interaction of thiourea with a copper electrode in sulphuric acid solution was investigated using Fourier transform Raman and in situ surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectroscopy. SERS spectra of thiourea at a copper electrode were obtained in solutions containing greater than 5 ppm thiourea; the spectra obtained were consistent with adsorption of the molecule on the copper electrode via the sulphur atom. The SERS spectra provide evidence of complex formation involving thiourea and sulphate species at the electrode surface.  相似文献

利用表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)对2,2′-联吡啶分子在锌电极表面的吸附进行了研究. 实验表明, 2,2′-联吡啶和锌电极有较强的相互作用, 2,2′-联吡啶和锌表面的氧物种存在竞争吸附, 起始电位较正时, 氧物种的吸附使2,2′-联吡啶吸附电位负移;起始电位较负时, 2,2′-联吡啶的吸附抑止氧物种的吸附, 使其吸附电位正移, 且相同电位下氧化种的吸附量大大减少. 同时当电极电位由正往负移时, 吸附在锌表面的2,2′-联吡啶会发生构型转化, 在-1.3 V下以顺式构型垂直吸附, 而当电位负移至-1.4 V时则以反式构型吸附;而电极电位由负往正移时, 在研究电位区间内2,2′-联吡啶都以反式构型吸附, 不存在构型的转化.  相似文献

Summary The influence of an adsorption process on the oxidation of oxalic acid on a gold electrode has been analysed. To disclose this influence, different supporting electrolytes have been used with different adsorption of the anion (SO 4 2– , NO 3 and ClO 4 ). Moreover, it has been studied the modifications produced in the oxidation process by the presence of some species in solution with a strong adsorption (halides), but at low concentration levels.

Zusammenfassung Um den Einfluß der Adsorption auf die Oxidation von Oxalsäure an der Goldelektrode in saurem Medium zu untersuchen, wurden Support-Elektrolyten mit verschiedener Anionenadsorption verwendet (SO 4 2– , NO 3 und ClO 4 ). Außerdem wurden Modifikationen des Oxidationsprozesses in der Gegenwart von stark adsorbierten Spezies, diese allerdings in geringen Konzentrationen, untersucht (Halogenide).

A study of the interaction between paraquat (methyl viologen) and humic acids, extracted from a soil amended over 30 years with crop residues, cow slurries and cattle manure, was carried out by two emission spectroscopies based on plasmonic effects: surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) and surface-enhanced fluorescence (SEF). To carry out this study Ag nanoparticles were used. The complex formation was tested by analyzing the effect of the herbicide on humic acids, and by varying experimental parameters such as the pH and the laser excitation wavelength. The study of the vibrational bands led to infer information about the interaction mechanism of paraquat with humic acids and to find a correlation between this interaction and the humic acids structural modification induced by the different amendments added to soil.  相似文献

以天然不饱和脂肪酸共轭亚油酸(CLA)为绿色单体, 通过简单的分子自组装和可控自交联反应制备聚共轭亚油酸(PCLA)聚集体. 透射电子显微镜(TEM)结果显示, PCLA聚集体的形貌呈现独特网状结构, 其联结单元为来自于CLA胶束的膨大颗粒. 采用氯金酸在极性聚合物表面原位还原, 2 d后在网状PCLA基底上制备得到以CLA胶束为核(20 nm)的网状纳米金结构, 而且网状PCLA的原位还原作用与模板作用相结合是获得PCLA基网状纳米金的充分必要条件. 与普通球形胶态金纳米颗粒[(5±1) nm]相比, PCLA基网状纳米金对苯硫酚具有更好的表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)效应, 对对硝基苯酚具有更好的催化还原效果.  相似文献

以硅纳米孔柱阵列(Si-NPA)为基底, 采用浸渍沉积技术制备了具有较高表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)活性的Ag/Si-NPA衬底, 并采用扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜对其表面形貌和结构进行了表征. 在此基础上, 选择罗丹明6G(R6G)和结晶紫(CV)2种生物染料分子并采用不同的混合吸附程序对其共吸附状态下的SERS光谱进行了探测. 结果表明, 当2种分子的溶液浓度均为10-7 mol/L时, 无论采用何种浸渍吸附程序, 其SERS谱中CV的特征拉曼峰都被R6G完全掩盖. 对溶液采用错级配置(R6G和CV的浓度分别为10-9和10-7 mol/L)后, 所测SERS谱上获得了分别对应于R6G和CV的分离良好、相对强度匹配、分辨率高的2个SERS特征峰组, 从而有利于简化现实混合探测过程中对SERS特征峰的指认和判断.  相似文献

'Pure' silver nanoparticles on silver electrode were prepared by magnetron sputtering. The silver-modified silver electrode has good stability and the silver nanoparticles on silver electrode have homogeneous size distribution. Compared with the silver colloid modified silver electrode, there were no any extraneous component ions on the electrode, for the modified silver nanoparticles are prepared by magnetron sputtering. Synchronously, we obtained much higher quality SERS spectra of adenine molecules on the silver electrode modified by magnetron sputtering (SEMMS), and the study of the adsorption behavior of adenine on the silver-modified silver electrode by surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) indicated that the silver-modified silver electrode was highly efficient substrates for SERS investigation. From the rich information on the SEMMS obtained from high-quality potential-dependent SERS, we may deduce the adsorption behavior of adenine and the probable SERS mechanism in the process. 应用化学还原法合成了Aucore@Ptshell纳米粒子, 并用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能量色散光谱(EDS)对其进行了表征; 采用电化学原位表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)光谱技术研究了不同介质中甲醛在Aucore@Ptshell/Pt电极上的电催化氧化行为, 获得了不同介质中甲醛在Aucore@Ptshell/Pt电极上电催化氧化行为的原位SERS谱. 研究结果表明, 不论在酸性、中性还是碱性介质中, 甲醛均能在Aucore@Ptshell/Pt电极上自发氧化解离出强吸附中间体CO, 只是在碱性介质中桥式吸附CO的比例明显增大, 且桥式吸附比线形吸附CO更易被氧化, 使CO在碱性介质中基本氧化完毕的电位比在中性及酸性介质中提前了约950 mV. 分子水平的研究结果表明, CO和甲醛在碱性介质中比在中性和酸性介质中更易被氧化.  相似文献

采用循环伏安法研究去甲肾上腺素(NE)和抗坏血酸(AA)在4-(2-吡啶偶氮)间苯二酚(PAR)导电聚合膜修饰电极上的电化学行为;以差示脉冲伏安法(DPV)对二者进行测定,发现PAR修饰电极对NE和AA有很强电催化作用,明显增强了电极反应的可逆性及峰电流。在pH 6.0磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)中,NE氧化峰电流与其浓度在6.25×10-7~6.25×10-5mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,AA氧化峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10-6~3.0×10-4mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限分别为5.0×10-8mol/L和5.0×10-7mol/L。该PAR膜修饰电极可对NE和AA进行单独或同时的测定,并用于实际样品重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素针剂和维生素C针剂的检测。  相似文献

通过对色谱柱、流动相洗脱、样品前处理等条件进行优化,建立了一种检测饲料中胍基乙酸含量的离子色谱法。在甲磺酸线性梯度洗脱条件下,样品经Dionex IonPacTMCS16阳离子交换柱分离,用紫外检测器于200 nm波长处进行检测。在0.5~200 mg/L范围内,中胍基乙酸色谱峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系(相关系数r2=0.999 9)。配合饲料和浓缩饲料中胍基乙酸的检出限为4.5 mg/kg、定量限为15 mg/kg,复合预混合饲料中胍基乙酸的检出限为9.0 mg/kg、定量限为30 mg/kg。该方法对添加量在15 mg/kg~60 g/kg范围内的禽用配合饲料、猪用配合饲料、浓缩饲料、复合预混合饲料中胍基乙酸的回收率均大于94%。该方法性能指标可满足饲料中胍基乙酸含量的检测需求。  相似文献

The initial kinetics of electrochemical deposition of palladium on an Au(111) electrode in 0.1 M H2SO4 solution containing K2PdCl4 have been investigated quantitatively by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and potentiostatic current transient measurements. A cathodic current maximum was observed in the initial stage of Pd deposition process in 0.1 mM K2PdCl4 solution. The analysis shows that the deposition of palladium in this solution proceeds by an instantaneous nucleation and two-dimensional (2D) growth mode. When the concentration of K2PdCl4 became higher, a potential-dependent cathodic current ‘plateau’ after the current maximum was observed. Simple nucleation-growth models cannot fit the transients in the region of the ‘current plateau’. The present current transient results were discussed in comparison with the results obtained by in situ scanning tunneling microscopy (STM).  相似文献
