为考查基于假设模态法在时域中开展壁板非线性颤振分析的可行性,在相同的参数下,分别采用时域方法和频域方法研究了超声速飞行器壁板的非线性颤振响应,并从壁板的颤振幅值、颤振频率和颤振型态三个方面对时域和频域分析结果的一致性作了较详细的比较。首先,基于von Karman应变-位移关系和Mindlin板理论建立考虑几何非线性的壁板力学模型,应用一阶活塞理论分析壁板上单面承受的超声速准定常气动力,基于虚功原理和有限单元法推导壁板的运动微分方程。然后,用壁板的线性固有模态作为假设模态,减缩系统的自由度而得到降阶模型。采用四阶龙格-库塔法对降阶模型作时域数值积分,得到壁板的非线性颤振响应。另一方面,假设壁板的极限环颤振为简谐振荡,可对壁板的非线性刚度作等效线性化处理,进而在频域中直接在有限元(未降阶)模型的基础上分析壁板的颤振幅值、颤振频率和颤振型态。数值分析表明,当极限环颤振为简谐振荡时,时域方法和频域方法的计算结果符合一致。本文最后讨论了时域法和频域法应用在壁板非线性颤振分析中各自的优点和局限性。  相似文献

本文采用两自由度的二元机翼模型,研究高超声速机翼由于气动弹性引起的机翼颤振问题.考虑了由于机翼连接部位的松弛和摩擦引起的机翼迟滞非线性特性的影响,采用三阶活塞理论给出高超声速机翼的非线性气动力和气动力矩.通过数值模拟,获得系统的时域响应曲线和Poincare图,分析发现,随着系统参数的变化,二元机翼会出现极限环、分岔等复杂的动力学行为,并发现迟滞非线性参数对系统极限环幅值、分岔和混沌特性有较大影响.  相似文献

几何非线性是壁板颤振和大展弦比机翼气动弹性等问题的一个主要特征,在进行数值仿真分析时往往需要采用商业非线性有限元求解器,存在计算量大和耦合迭代策略不易控制等问题。本文发展了一种适用于几何非线性的结构动力学降阶模型(CSD-ROM),利用广义坐标的非线性多项式表征非线性内力,采用参数识别方法获取多项式系数,并通过增加额外的线性模态来改善模型预测精度。基于此方法,分别针对壁板颤振、切尖三角翼的CFD/CSD-ROM非线性颤振问题开展了时域响应分析。计算结果表明,通过CSD-ROM计算出的壁板颤振速度为590 m/s,颤振频率为174 Hz,与有限元结果误差分别为0.8%和1.7%。马赫数0.879时切尖三角翼的颤振动压预测结果为2.25 psi,与非线性有限元相比的误差为3.8%。本文采用的非线性和线性模态基底组合方法,在保证计算精度的基础上可有效降低训练样本数量,一定程度上可替代非线性有限元开展气动弹性分析。  相似文献

针对激波主导流动下弹性壁板的热气动弹性稳定性分析问题,建立了基于当地活塞流理论的分析模型,并用数值仿真方法来验证其正确性. 首先基于Hamilton原理和Von-Karman大变形理论,建立壁板的热气动弹性运动方程,其中假设壁板受热后温度均匀分布,激波前后区域的气动力模型采用当地一阶活塞流理论;利用Galerkin方法将具有连续参数系统的偏微分颤振方程离散为有限个自由度的常微分方程;基于李雅普诺夫间接法将非线性颤振方程组在平衡位置处进行线化,再用Routh-Hurwits判据来判断线性系统的稳定性,从而来推论出非线性颤振系统的气动弹性稳定性. 在时域中采用龙格--库塔法对非线性颤振方程进行数值积分,得到壁板非线性颤振响应的时间历程,与理论分析结果进行对比. 研究结果表明,壁板受到斜激波冲击时,更容易发生颤振失稳,并且激波强度越大,极限环幅值和频率越大;激波主导流场中的壁板失稳边界不同于传统单纯超声速气流中壁板颤振的失稳边界;只有在斜激波前后不同的动压值都满足颤振稳定性边界的条件下,壁板才可能保持其气动弹性稳定性.   相似文献

非线性隔振系统由于具有较线性系统更优的隔振性能,因此在工程中应用广泛.本文通过配置与被隔振对象的运动方向相垂直的库伦摩擦阻尼器,构建了几何非线性摩擦阻尼模型.由于引入了几何非线性,因此其摩擦力与位移正相关,这与传统与位移无关摩擦力模型有显著不同.首先,建立了具有几何非线性摩擦阻尼的数学模型以及隔振系统的受迫振动方程;然后,使用谐波平衡法求解了动力学方程,并使用数值仿真方法验证了谐波平衡法求解的准确性;最后,研究了几何非线性摩擦阻尼隔振器的绝对位移传递率和相对位移传递率.研究结果表明,在库伦摩擦阻尼选择适当,非线性摩擦阻尼系统可以在保持高频振动衰减效果的前提下,显著降低系统共振峰,其性能优于传统的恒定摩擦阻尼隔振模型.同时,几何非线性摩擦阻尼系统能够避免传统摩擦阻尼系统中的“锁定”现象,从传递率角度来说,不利于共振峰控制;但从激励环境改变引发隔振系统失效的角度来看,几何非线性摩擦阻尼系统可以拓宽系统对激励幅值的适应范围,避免隔振系统失效.本文的研究结果对此类隔振系统的设计和摩擦阻尼参数的选择具有通用的指导意义.   相似文献

本文利用非线性振动理论,建立了由刀架弹性子系统与工件弹性子系统在百线性动态切削力相耦合下的多自由非线性系统的速度型切削颤振理论模型,数值模拟结果显示,此系统存在内共振现象,并对文献(1)的部分实验结果给出了一种理论解释,从而分析了产生速度型切削颤振的原因,解释了速度型切削调振发生的振同理,理论配实验结果相吻合,为解决加振问题提供了一种新的途径。  相似文献

自抗扰控制(active disturbance rejection control, ADRC)是一种具有两自由度控制结构的工程化方法, 由于其能够直观有效地处理多种扰动, 近些年来在许多机电系统上得到了成功应用. 当采用ADRC对带有摩擦力的机电系统进行调节时, 可能会产生极限环振动. 目前, 还没有ADRC框架下摩擦力振动精确分析的相关工作. 因此, 本文采用非线性动力学系统的分析工具对这一问题进行研究. 首先, 考虑两种典型摩擦力模型, 静态切换模型和动态LuGre 模型, 对一类二阶运动系统设计不同阶次的ADRC, 得到控制器的等效形式, 并揭示出与比例积分微分(proportional-integral-derivative, PID)控制之间的联系. 然后, 采用打靶法结合拟弧长延拓方法求解系统中的极限环, 并根据Floquet理论判断极限环的稳定性、可能出现的分岔以及分岔类型. 此外, 通过雅克比矩阵和近似数值方法对系统平衡点集的局部稳定性进行了分析. 最后, 通过数值计算研究了摩擦力模型和参数、ADRC阶次和参数对极限环和平衡点集的影响. 计算结果表明, 决定摩擦力Stribeck效应负斜率的参数$\beta$作用较大. 当$\beta>1$时, 两种摩擦力模型下的闭环系统呈现出相同的特性, 极限环会出现环面折叠分岔(cyclic fold bifurcation, CFB)且平衡点集是局部稳定的. 然而当$\beta<1$时, 两种闭环系统呈现出完全不同的特性. 此外, 不同阶次的ADRC在极限环的存在性和稳定性、平衡点集的稳定性上面的结论是相同的, 而低阶次的ADRC能够更好地解决摩擦力补偿和稳定鲁棒性之间的矛盾问题. 这些结论对实际现象的理解、ADRC阶次的选择以及参数整定提供了一定指导.  相似文献

The phenomenon that the stable smooth grinding process coexists with chatter vibrations with large amplitudes in a cylindrical plunge grinding process is investigated in this paper. In the analyzed dynamic model, the workpiece and the grinding wheel involved in the grinding process are regarded as a slender hinged-hinged Euler?CBernoulli beam and a damped spring mass system, respectively, and the contact force between the two is treated as the main factor that affects the dynamic behaviors of the process. Called regenerative force, the contact force represents the interaction with regenerative effects between the workpiece and the wheel. To clarify the relation between the force and the dynamical behaviors in the grinding process, all the effects of the system parameters related to the interaction, such as the grinding stiffness, the rotation speeds of the workpiece and the wheel, on the dynamic motions of the process are studied. To this end, the eigenvalues analysis is firstly carried out to find the chatter-free-region, in which the smooth grinding process is stable and the chatter vibration may be absent. And then the nonlinear chatter vibrations when the values of concerned parameter leave the chatter-free region are predicted numerically. It is interesting that both the supercritical and subcritical Hopf bifurcations are found on the same boundary of the chatter-free region. As we know, there must be a zone in the chatter-free region where the stable smooth grinding process coexists with the chatter vibration when the subcritical one arises and the switching point between the supercritical and the subcritical ones is a Bautin bifurcation point mathematically. Thus, the Bautin bifurcation analysis is performed to scan the subregion in which the smooth grinding process is not unconditional stable anymore.  相似文献

The nonlinear vibration theory and the experimental modal analysis are used in this paper to study the self-excited vibration of the shell-liquid coupled system induced by dry friction. The effect of dry friction stick-slip coefficients and rubbing velocity on self-excited vibration, and the limit cycle and Hopf bifurcation solution of the system are obtained. In particular, it is shown that the phenomenon of 4 point (or 6 point) water droplet spurting of the Chinese cultural relic Dragon Washbasin is the result of the perfect combination of the self-excited vibration induced by dry friction and its special modes, which indicates the significant scientific value of the Chinese cultural relic Dragon Washbasin.  相似文献

Nonlinear time delay differential equations are well known to havearisen in models in physiology, biology and population dynamics. Theyhave also arisen in models of metal cutting processes. Machine toolchatter, from a process called regenerative chatter, has been identifiedas self-sustained oscillations for nonlinear delay differentialequations. The actual chatter occurs when the machine tool shifts from astable fixed point to a limit cycle and has been identified as arealized Hopf bifurcation. This paper demonstrates first that a class ofnonlinear delay differential equations used to model regenerativechatter satisfies the Hopf conditions. It then gives a precisecharacterization of the critical eigenvalues on the stability boundaryand continues with a complete development of the Hopf parameter, theperiod of the bifurcating solution and associated Floquet exponents.Several cases are simulated in order to show the Hopf bifurcationoccurring at the stability boundary. A discussion of a method ofintegrating delay differential equations is also given.  相似文献

This article deals with the question, to what extent damping due to nonsmooth Coulomb friction may affect the stability and bifurcation behavior of vibrational systems with self-excitation due to negative effective damping which??for the smooth case??is related to a Hopf bifurcation of the steady state. Without damping due to Coulomb friction, the stability of the trivial solution is controlled by the effective viscous damping of the system: as the damping becomes negative, the steady state loses stability at a Hopf point. Adding Coulomb friction changes the trivial solution into a set of equilibria, which??for oscillatory systems??is asymptotically stable for all values of effective viscous damping. The Hopf point vanishes and an unstable limit cycle appears which borders the basin of attraction of the equilibrium set. Moreover, the influence of nonlinear damping terms is discussed. The effect of Coulomb frictional damping may be seen as adding an imperfection to the classical smooth Hopf scenario: as the imperfection vanishes, the behavior of the smooth problem is recovered.  相似文献

Chatter is an instability condition in machining processes characterized by nonlinear behavior, such as the presence of limit cycles, jump phenomenon, subcritical Hopf and period doubling bifurcations. Although the use of nonlinear techniques has provided a better understanding of chatter, neither a unifying model nor an exact solution has yet been developed due to the intricacy of the problem. This work proposes a weakly nonlinear model with square and cubic terms in both structural stiffness and regenerative terms, to represent self-excited vibrations in machining. An approximate solution is derived by using the method of multiple scales. In addition, a qualitative analysis of the effect of the nonlinear parameters on the stability of the system is performed. The structural cubic term gives a better representation of the nonlinear behavior, whereas the square term represents a distant attractor in the stability chart. Instability due to subcritical Hopf bifurcations is established in terms of the eigenvalues of the model in normal form. An important contribution of this analysis is the representation of hysteresis in terms of new lobes within the conventional stability limits, useful in restoring stability. This analysis leads to a further understanding of the nonlinear behavior of regenerative chatter.  相似文献

The problem of limit cycles for the Kolmogorov model is interesting and significant both in theory and applications. In this paper, we investigate the center-focus problems and limit cycles bifurcations for a class of cubic Kolmogorov model with three positive equilibrium points. The sufficient and necessary condition that each positive equilibrium point becomes a center is given. At the same time, we show that each one of point (1,2) and point (2,1) can bifurcate 1 small limit cycles under a certain condition, and 3 limit cycle can occur near (1,1) at the same step. Among the above limit cycles, 4 limit cycles can be stable. The limit cycles bifurcations problem for Kolmogorov model with several positive equilibrium points are hardly seen in published references. Our result is new and interesting.  相似文献

陀螺漂移测试转台直流力矩电机系统中存在的非线性滞滑摩擦,使转台在PID控制下存在滞滑极限环。为提高转台定位精度,应用具有滞滑(stick-slip)摩擦的直流力矩电机系统模型,推导了一种补偿方法,对含有滞滑摩擦的PID控制转台直流力矩电机伺服系统进行滞滑摩擦补偿。在采用PID控制的转台电机系统定位工作状态下,这种滞滑补偿方法可以减小滞滑极限环的幅值。仿真结果证明了该补偿方法的有效性。  相似文献

The effect of the nonlinear terms on bifurcation behaviors of limit cycles of a simplified railway wheelset model is investigated. At first, the stable equilibrium state loses its stability via a Hopf bifurcation. The bifurcation curve is divided into a supercritical branch and a subcritical one by a generalized Hopf point, which plays a key role in determining the occurrence of flange contact and derailment of high-speed railway vehicles, and the occurrence of this critical situation is an important decision-making criteria for design parameters. Secondly, bifurcations of limit cycles are discussed by comparing the bifurcation behavior of cycles for two different nonlinear parameters. Unlike local Hopf bifurcation analysis based on a single bifurcation parameter in most papers, global bifurcation analysis of limit cycles based on two bifurcation parameters is investigated, simultaneously. It is shown that changing nonlinear parameter terms can affect bifurcation types of cycles and division of parameter domains. In particular, near the branch points of cycles, two symmetrical limit cycles are created by a pitchfork bifurcation and then two symmetrical cycles both undergo a period-doubling bifurcation to form two stable period-two cycles. Around the resonant points, period orbits can make several turns, whose number of turns corresponds to the ratio of resonance. Thirdly, near the Neimark–Sacker bifurcation of cycles, a stable torus is created by a supercritical Neimark–Sacker bifurcation, which shows that the orbit of the model exhibits modulated oscillations with two frequencies near the limit cycle. These results demonstrate that nonlinear parameter terms can produce very complex global bifurcation phenomena and make obvious effects on possible hunting motions even though a simple railway wheelset model is concerned.
