为分析在激光冲击波作用下AZ31B镁合金薄板背面的动态响应,采用聚偏氟乙烯贴片传感器与数字示波器对强激光诱导的冲击波进行测量,得到压电波形,结合冲击波的传播特性,对弹塑性双波的传播规律进行了研究。结果表明:激光诱导的材料动态响应是快速的;压电波形图反映出的弹性前驱波与塑性加载波传播到靶材背面的时间与理论时间相符;弹性前驱波能量小引发的波形振幅较小,紧随着的塑性加载波能量大并引起较大振幅波动,弹塑性双波卸载过程与紧接着的加载过程导致了压电信号的波动振幅提高。  相似文献

The evolution of texture during the tensile deformation of Mg–3.1%Al–1.05%Zn was studied by microtexture and macrotexture techniques. The deformation texture is shown to be the direct consequence of the variant selection that occurs during primary (contraction) and secondary (extension) twinning. During subsequent annealing, the secondary twins have a higher rate of nucleation than the primary twins and expanded within the latter rather than in the matrix grains. As a result, the primary twins did not contribute significantly to the annealing texture.  相似文献

研究强磁场对AZ31镁合金塑变能力和微观组织的作用,在3 T脉冲强磁场条件下对合金进行磁场耦合应力时的拉伸实验.采用电子背散射衍射、Ⅹ射线衍射和透射电镜分析等方法研究材料的微观组织.结果表明:与0 T拉伸试样相比,3 T拉伸试样抗拉强度和延伸率分别提高了2.2%和28.7%,说明将强磁场耦合作用于材料塑性变形过程时,能在不降低材料强度的同时提高镁合金的塑性变形能力,有助于同步改善材料强韧性.磁场作用机理主要表现为磁致塑性效应,计算表明主要合金相β(Mg_(17)Al_(12))为顺磁性,有助于发挥磁场作用效果.磁场提高了位错运动灵活性并促使位错增殖,晶界处位错堆积和应力集中促进了再结晶形成,晶粒发生细化,发挥细晶强韧化效果;同时磁场诱发塑性变形时的晶粒转动,新生成非基面取向的晶粒弱化了镁合金(0001)基面织构,该组织特征有助于提高材料的塑变能力.  相似文献

In order to investigate the effect of temperature on the anisotropic behaviour of AZ31 magnesium alloy rolling sheet under high strain rate deformation, the Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar was used to analyse the dynamic mechanical properties of AZ31 magnesium alloy rolling sheet in three directions, rolling direction(RD), transverse direction (TD) and normal direction (ND). The texture of the rolling sheet was characterised by X-ray analysis and the microstructure prior and after high strain rate deformation was observed by optical microscope (OM). The results demonstrated that AZ31magnesium alloy rolling sheet has strong initial {0?0?0?2} texture, which resulted at the obvious anisotropy in high strain rate deformation at 20 °C. The anisotropy reflected in stress–strain curve, yield stress, peak stress and microstructure. The anisotropy became much weaker when the deformation temperature increased up to 250 °C. Continuing to increase the deformation temperature to 350 °C the anisotropy of AZ31 rolling sheet essentially disappeared. The decreasing tendency of anisotropy with increasing temperature was due to the fact that when the deformation temperature increased, the critical resolved shear stress (CRSS) for pyramidal 〈c + a〉 slip, which was the predominant slip mechanism for ND, decreased close to that of twinning, which was the predominant deformation mechanism for RD and TD. The deformation mechanism at different directions and temperatures and the Schmid factor (SF) at different directions were discussed in the present paper.  相似文献

In this paper, a non-toxic Ce-based conversion coating was obtained on the surface of bio-medical AZ31 magnesium alloys. The micro-morphology of the coating prepared with optimal technical parameters and immersed in physiological solution (Hank's solution) in different time was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), composition of the cerium conversion coating and corrosion products in Hank's solution were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), respectively. In addition, the corrosion property in Hank's solution was studied by electrochemical experiment and immersion test. The results show that the dense Ce-based conversion coating is obtained on the surface of AZ31 magnesium alloys in optimal technical parameters and the conversion coating consists of a mass of trivalent and tetravalent cerium oxides. The cerium conversion coating can provide obvious protection of magnesium alloys and can effectively reduce the degradation speed in Hank's solution. Also the degradation products have little influence on human body.  相似文献

为了研究强脉冲激光在镁合金中诱导冲击波的衰减,采用Nd:Glass脉冲激光(1054 nm,23 ns)对AZ31B变形镁合金试样表面进行冲击,并利用响应快、测量范围大的PVDF压电膜传感器以及示波器实时测量了强脉冲激光在镁合金靶中诱导激光冲击波的相对压力.根据冲击波每次在靶材背面反射时,所经过距离的不同得到激光冲击波在镁合金中的衰减规律.结果表明,在激光能量为5J的强脉冲激光作用下,镁合金中冲击波衰减的平均速度为5.83×103 m/s,与镁合金中应力波纵波的传播速度相符;强脉冲激光诱导冲击波在镁合金中是以指数规律衰减的.试验所得分析结果对激光冲击强化镁合金的应用具有重要意义. 关键词: 激光 镁合金 压电膜传感器 衰减规律  相似文献

The Al-Mn alloy coatings were electrodeposited on AZ31B Mg alloy in AlCl3-NaCl-KCl-MnCl2 molten salts at 170 °C aiming to improve the corrosion resistance. However, in order to prevent AZ31B Mg alloy from corrosion during electrodeposition in molten salts and to ensure excellent adhesion of coatings to the substrate, AZ31B Mg alloy should be pre-plated with a thin zinc layer as intermediate layer. Then the microstructure, composition and phase constituents of the coatings were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectrometry (EDX), and X-ray diffraction (XRD). It was indicated that, by adjusting the MnCl2 content in the molten salts from 0.5 wt% to 2 wt%, the Mn content in the alloy coating was increased and the phase constituents were changed from f.c.c Al-Mn solid solution to amorphous phase. The corrosion resistance of the coatings was evaluated by potentiodynamic polarization measurements in 3.5% NaCl solution. It was confirmed that the Al-Mn alloy coatings exhibited good corrosion resistance with a chear passive region and significantly reduced corrosion current density at anodic potentiodynamic polarization. The corrosion resistance of the alloy coatings was also related with the microstructure and Mn content of the coatings.  相似文献

基于薄界面限制、耦合界面能各向异性的相场模型,采用动态计算区域的加速算法,对纯物质的三维枝晶生长进行了定量模拟,真实再现了枝晶的生长过程.对枝晶尖端进行了剖切分析,表明主枝截面上各向异性没有主枝方向各向异性明显;对枝晶尖端生长速度、尖端半径、Peclet数及临界稳定性参数σ*进行模拟计算,并与同条件下报道值进行了对比分析,两者符合良好,并得到了与结晶理论相一致的枝晶生长规律,证实了相场方法模拟三维空间枝晶生长可行有效. 关键词: 相场方法 枝晶生长 微观组织 三维数值模拟  相似文献

基于耦合流场和热噪声的相场模型及合理高效的三维动态求解域加速算法,定量模拟了在受迫流动下枝晶的非对称生长及流速对迎流、背流两侧的温度分布和层流层分布的影响.计算结果表明,受迫流动使迎流、背流两侧温度的分布与层流层分布呈现不对称状态,导致迎流侧与背流侧的过冷度不同,而熔体施加于枝晶界面前沿迎流侧的力还不足以抑制过冷度的作用,结果造成枝晶迎流方向优先生长,从而产生倾向于散热方向的倾斜,同时,由于迎流侧的实际过冷度大于背流侧,有利于促进迎流一侧枝晶生长速度以及稳定侧向分枝生长,从而导致了侧向分枝的非对称生长.随  相似文献

利用定量相场模型, 以Mg-0.5 wt.%Al合金为例模拟了基面((0001)面)内镁基合金的等温自由枝晶生长过程. 通过研究该合金体系数值模拟的收敛性, 获得了最优化值耦合参数λ = 5.5及网格宽度Δx/W0 = 0.4, 并在该参数下系统研究了各向异性强度和过饱和度对枝晶尖端生长速度、尖端曲率半径、Péclet数及稳定性常数σ* 的影响. 结果表明, 由微观可解性理论得到的稳定性系数σ*ε6 拟合值σ*ε6 1.81905, 更接近理想值σ * (ε6) ≅ε6 1.75. 此外, 当过饱和度Ω < 0.6时, 稳定性系数σ * 不随ε6 的变化而变化, 而当Ω > 0.6时, 稳定性系数σ * 随着ε6 的增加而减小. 这反映了枝晶的生长由扩散控制向动力学控制的转变. 随着过饱和度的增加, 枝晶形貌由雪花状枝晶向圆状枝晶转变.  相似文献

An empirical relationship is developed to predict tensile strength of the laser beam welded AZ31B magnesium alloy by incorporating process parameters such as laser power, welding speed and focal position. The experiments were conducted based on a three factor, three level, central composite face centered design matrix with full replications technique. The empirical relationship can be used to predict the tensile strength of laser beam welded AZ31B magnesium alloy joints at 95% confidence level. The results indicate that the welding speed has the greatest influence on tensile strength, followed by laser power and focal position.  相似文献

The second phase particle effect on texture evolution of polycrystalline material is studied through phase-field method. A unique field variable is introduced into the phase-field model to represent the second phase particles. Elastic interaction between particles and grains is also considered. Results indicate that in the presence of second phase particles the average particle diameter turns smaller than in the absence of these particles and retards texture formation by pinning effect. The second phase particles change the strain energy profile, which tremendously influences the pinning effect.  相似文献

使用耦合溶质场的相场模拟研究了Ni-Cu二元合金枝晶生长过程中固相溶质扩散系数Ds 对枝晶形貌和微观偏析等的影响.计算结果表明,随着Ds的减少,固液界 面前沿溶质扩散层越薄,枝晶生长越有利,枝晶尖端生长的速度越大,侧向分支越发达;D< sub>s越小,固相中溶质成分的波动越强烈,随着Ds的增大,固相中溶质 成分的波动相应减小;溶质微观偏析程度随Ds的增大而减小. 关键词: 相场方法 微观偏析 固相扩散系数 数值模拟  相似文献

采用Kim模型,利用耦合溶质场的相场模型对Al-2-mole-Cu合金等温凝固过程中多晶粒相互影响下枝晶的生长过程进行数值模拟,为了提高计算效率,采用差分去实现宏微观场之间的耦合.研究了不同过冷度对多晶粒枝晶形貌和溶质分布的影响,结果表明:成分过冷对枝晶生长速度和溶质分配有着重大的影响,溶质元素Cu在固液界面前沿重新分布,结果导致实际热过冷减小,进而影响枝晶的生长和溶质向外层的扩散,致使相互接触的枝晶产生萎缩而其余没有受到抑制的枝晶生长方向产生择优现象. 关键词: 相场法 模拟 择优生长 等温凝固 二元合金  相似文献

讨论了当前固态组织演变过程的相场法模拟模型,论证了相场法中界面的概念以及模型中界面的各种处理方法,以AZ31镁合金再结晶系统为例,研究了模型参数取值对界面特征的影响,提出了晶界作用域的概念,阐述了晶界作用域就是相场模型中界面处有序化变量的变化范围,其物理意义是界面能量的分布范围,并对应于成分界面偏析的范围.模拟得出,晶界作用域宽度主要由梯度项系数决定,晶界能则由梯度项系数和耦合项系数共同决定.对于AZ31镁合金,模拟研究了晶界作用域宽度取值的合理性和对显微组织影响的关系,得出取值为1.18 μm时,模拟符 关键词: 相场法 界面 计算机模拟 显微组织  相似文献

The molybdenum/lanthanum-based (Mo/La) composite conversion coating on AZ31 magnesium alloy was investigated and the corrosion resistance was evaluated as well. The morphology, composition and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and potentiodynamic polarization analysis, respectively. The results revealed that the conversion coating consisted of spherical nodular particles, which was mainly composed of Mo, La, O and Mg. After conversion treatment the corrosion potential shifts about 500 mV positively, and the corrosion current density decreases two orders of magnitude. The corrosion resistance of AZ31 alloy is remarkably improved by Mo/La composite conversion coating.  相似文献

This paper simulates the dendrite growth process during non-isothermal solidification in the Al-Cu binary alloy by using the phase-field model. The heat transfer equation is solved simultaneously. The thermodynamic and kinetic parameters are directly obtained from existing database by using the Calculation of Phase Diagram (CALPHAD) method. The effects of the latent heat and undercooling on the dendrite growth, solute and temperature profile during the solidification of binary alloy are investigated. The results indicate that the dendrite growing morphologies could be simulated realistically by linking the phase-field method to CALPHAD. The secondary arms of solidification dendritic are better developed with the increase of undercooling. Correspondingly, the tip speed and the solute segregation in solid-liquid interface increase, but the tip radius decreases.  相似文献
