Syntheses and Properties of Perfluoroorgano Esters of the Diethyldithiocarbamic Acid, (C2H5)2NC(S)SRf (Rf = CF3, C2F5, i‐C3F7, n‐C4F9, C6F5) Tetraethylthiuram disulfide reacts under different conditions with perfluoroorgano silver(I), AgRf, and perfluoroorgano cadmium compounds, Cd(Rf)2, to give the corresponding perfluoroorgano esters of diethyldithiocarbamic acid, (C2H5)2NC(S)SRf (Rf = CF3, C2F5, i‐C3F7, n‐C4F9, C6F5), and metal diethyldithiocarbamates, AgSC(S)N(C2H5)2 and Cd[SC(S)N(C2H5)2]2. The mechanisms of the reactions with AgRf and Cd(Rf)2 are discussed.  相似文献

Perfluoroorgano Tellurium Compounds: New Investigations on the Preparation of Te(Rf)2 and CH3TeRf (Rf = C2F5, C3F7, C6F5) Methyl(perfluoroorgano) tellurium and bis(perfluoroorgano) tellurium compounds are synthesized in high yields from the photochemical or the thermal reactions of (CH3)2 Te with perfluoroorgano iodides in the presence of (C2H5)3N. They are isolated in pure states. Another general method for the preparation of bis(perfluoroorgano) tellurium is the thermal reaction of TeCl4 with bis(perfluoroorgano) mercury. The preparations and properties of the partially new compounds are described.  相似文献

Synthesis and Properties of Tetrakis(Perfluoroalkyl)Tellurium Te(Rf)4 (Rf = CF3, C2F5, C3F7, C4F9) Te(CF3)4 is obtained from the reaction of Te(CF3)Cl2 with Cd(CF3)2 complexes as a complex with e. g. CH3CN, DMF. It is a light and temperature sensitive hydrolysable liquid. The reaction with fluorides yields the complex anion [Te(CF3)4F], with fluoride ion acceptors the complex cation [Te(CF3)3]+. With traces of water an acidic solution is formed. Te(CF3)4 acts as a trifluoromethylation reagent. The reaction with XeF2 gives hints for the formation of Ye(CF3)4F2. Properties and NMR spectra are discussed. The much more stable complexes of Te(Rf)4 (Rf = C2F5, C3F7, C4F9) are formed from the reaction of TeCl4 with the corresponding Cd(Rf)2 complexes.  相似文献

Structures of New Bis(pentafluorophenyl)halogeno Mercurates [{Hg(C6F5)2}3(μ‐X)] (X = Cl, Br, I) From the reactions of [PNP]Cl or [PPh4]Y (Y = Br, I) with Hg(C6F5)2 crystals of the composition [Cat][{Hg(C6F5)2}3X] (Cat = PNP, X = Cl ( 1 ); Cat = PPh4, X = Br ( 2 ), I ( 3 )) are formed. 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1¯, 2 and 3 crystallize isotypically in the monoclinic space group C2/c. In the crystals the halide anions are surrounded by three Hg(C6F5)2 molecules. The reaction of [PPh4]Br with Hg(C6F5)2 under slightly changed conditions gives the compound [PPh4]2[{Hg(C6F5)2}3(μ‐Br)][{Hg(C6F5)2}2(μ‐Br)] ( 4 ).  相似文献

Tris(perfluoroorgano)bismuth compounds Bi(Rf)3 (Rf = CF3, C2F5, n-C3F7, n-C4F9, n-C6F13, n-C8F17, C6F5) are easily prepared in high yields from the reactions of perfluoroorganocadmium complexes with BiCl3, or BiBr3 in aprotic solvents. The perfluoroorganobismuth halides intermediates in these reactions have been detected by NMR spectroscopy.  相似文献

Reactions of PtCl2(cod) (cod = cycloocta‐1,5‐diene) with 2,4,6‐trifluoro‐ and 2,3,4,5‐tetrafluoro‐phenyllithium in diethyl ether gives Pt(C6H2F3‐2,4,6)2(cod) ( 1 ) (monoclinic, P21/n, Z = 4, a = 7.141(1), b = 15.002(2), c = 17.071(3) Å, β = 91.37(2)°) and Pt(C6HF4‐2,3,4,5)2(cod) ( 2 ) (triclinic, P 1, Z = 2, a = 10.150(2), b = 10.762(2), c = 10.812(2) Å, α = 63.606(3), β = 63.327(3), γ = 76.496(3)°) respectively, which have two ipso carbon atoms and two double bond midpoint centres in a square planar arrangement, and aromatic rings angled near perpendicular to the coordination plane.  相似文献

The reactions of H2C[C(Me)N(C6H3‐2, 6‐i‐Pr2)]2 ((DPP)2NacNacH) and Zn(C6F5)2 · 2 EtCN or Cd(C6F5)2 · 2 MeCN in a molar ratio of approximately 1:1 selectively gave the derivatives (DPP)2NacNacMC6F5 (M = Zn, Cd) in excellent yields. No reaction was observed between (DPP)2NacNacH and Hg(C6F5)2 under similar conditions. Reactions with Hg(C6F5)OCOMe yielded the products of dismutation, Hg(C6F5)2 and Hg(OCOMe)2. (DPP)2NacNacZnC6F5 crystallises as a 1:1 adduct with THF with two independent molecules per unit cell (triclinic, P1 (no. 2)). The zinc atom is tetrahedrally surrounded by the chelating ligand, the pentafluorophenyl group and one THF molecule. A similar situation is found in the 1:1 adduct of (DPP)2NacNacCdC6F5 and DMF (monoclinic, P21/n (no. 14)), while in the donor‐free compound (CDCl3 and H2O co‐crystallize) the cadmium atom is nearly ideally trigonal planar co‐ordinated (orthorhombic, Pbnm (no. 62)).  相似文献

A series of arylantimony ferrocenecarboxylates with the formula (C5H5FeC5H4CO2)nSbAr(5?n) (n = 1, 2; Ar = C6H5, 4‐CH3C6H4, 3‐CH3C6H4, 2‐CH3C6H4, 4‐ClC6H4, 4‐FC6H4) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and mass spectra. The crystal structures of (C5H5FeC5H4CO2)2Sb(4‐CH3C6H4)3 and C5H5FeC5H4CO2SbPh4 were determined by X‐ray diffraction. Four human neoplastic cell lines (HL‐60, Bel‐7402, KB and Hela) were used to screen these compounds. The results indicate that these compounds at 10 µM show certain in vitro antitumor activities. Three chiral electron‐deficient phosphine ligands, [(4R,15R)‐,3‐bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)perhydro‐1,3,2‐benzodiazaphosphol‐2‐yl]diethylamine, C12H20F6N3O4PS2, (IIIa), [(4R,5R)‐1,3‐bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)perhydro‐1,3,2‐benzodiazaphosphol‐2‐yl]dimethylamine, C10H16F6N3O4PS2, (IIIb), and bis[(4R,5R)‐1,3‐bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)perhydro‐1,3,2‐benzodiazaphosphol‐2‐yl]methylamine, (IV), as the chloroform solvate, C17H23F12N5O8P2S4·0.98CHCl3, have been prepared from (1R,2R)‐N,N′‐bis(trifluoromethanesulfonyl)‐1,2‐cyclohexanediamine and diethyl phosphoramidous dichloride, dimethyl phosphoramidous dichloride or methyl imidodiphosphorus tetrachloride. The π‐acceptor abilities of these new types of ligands have been evaluated by X‐ray determination of the P—N bond lengths; it has been found that the most promising ligand is the bis(phosphine) (IV).  相似文献

In the molecular structures of a series of substituted chalcones, namely (2E)‐3‐(2‐fluoro‐4‐phenoxyphenyl)‐1‐phenylprop‐2‐en‐1‐one, C21H15FO2, (I), (2E)‐3‐(2‐fluoro‐4‐phenoxyphenyl)‐1‐(4‐fluorophenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐one, C21H14F2O2, (II), (2E)‐1‐(4‐chlorophenyl)‐3‐(2‐fluoro‐4‐phenoxyphenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐one, C21H14ClFO2, (III), (2E)‐3‐(2‐fluoro‐4‐phenoxyphenyl)‐1‐(4‐methylphenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐one, C22H17FO2, (IV), and (2E)‐3‐(2‐fluoro‐4‐phenoxyphenyl)‐1‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)prop‐2‐en‐1‐one, C22H17FO3, (V), the configuration of the keto group with respect to the olefinic double bond is scis. The molecules pack utilizing weak C—H...O and C—H...π intermolecular contacts. Identical packing motifs involving C—H...O interactions, forming both chains and dimers, along with C—H...π dimers and π–π aromatic interactions are observed in the fluoro, chloro and methyl derivatives.  相似文献

Three highly‐substituted cyclohexanol derivatives have been prepared from 2‐acetylpyridine and 4‐halogenobenzaldehydes under mild conditions. (1RS,2SR,3SR,4RS,5RS)‐3,5‐Bis(4‐fluorophenyl)‐2,4‐bis(pyridine‐2‐carbonyl)‐1‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)cyclohexanol, C35H27F2N3O3, (I), (1RS,2SR,3SR,4RS,5RS)‐3,5‐bis(4‐chlorophenyl)‐2,4‐bis(pyridine‐2‐carbonyl)‐1‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)cyclohexanol acetone 0.951‐solvate, C35H27Cl2N3O3·0.951C3H6O, (II), and (1RS,2SR,3SR,4RS,5RS)‐3,5‐bis(4‐bromophenyl)‐2,4‐bis(pyridine‐2‐carbonyl)‐1‐(pyridin‐2‐yl)cyclohexanol, C35H27Br2N3O3, (III), all crystallize in different space groups, viz. Pbca, Fdd2 and P, respectively. In compound (II), the acetone molecule is disordered over two sets of atomic sites having occupancies of 0.690 (13) and 0.261 (13). Each of the cyclohexanol molecules contains an intramolecular O—H...N hydrogen bond and their overall molecular conformations are fairly similar. The molecules of (I) are linked by two independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds to form a C(5)C(10)[R22(15)] chain of rings, and those of (III) are linked by a combination of C—H...O and C—H...N hydrogen bonds, forming a chain of alternating R22(16) and R22(18) rings. The cyclohexanol molecules in (II) are linked by a single C—H...N hydrogen bond to form simple C(4) chains and these chains are linked by a π–π stacking interaction to form sheets, to which the disordered acetone molecules are weakly linked via a number of C—H...O contacts.  相似文献

Reaction of Ndcl3 with AlCl3 and mesitylene in benzene gives complex [Nd(η6‐1, 3, 5‐C6H3Me3)‐(AlCl4)3](C6H6) (1) which was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, MS and X‐ray diffractions. The X‐ray determination indicates that 1 has a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry and crystallizes in the monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 0.9586(2), b = 1.1717(5), c = 2.8966(7) nm, β = 90.85 (2)°, V = 3.2529 (6) nm3,Dc= 1.573 g/cm3, Z = 4. A comparison of bond parameters for all the reported Ln (η6‐Ar) (AlCl4)3 complexes indicates that the bond distance of La? C is shortened with the increasing of methyl group on benzene and with the decreasing of radius of lanthanide ions.  相似文献

The reaction of PhN3(H)C6H4N3(H)Ph with Hg(NO3)2 in THF in the presence of triethylamine yields {Hg[PhN3C6H4N3(H)Ph](NO3)} as a yellow powder that can be recrystallized from THF/acetone. The crystals belong to the monoclinic system, space group P21 with the cell dimensions a = 9.639(2), b = 5.412(1), c = 19.675(4) Å, β= 97.47(3)°, V = 1017.7 (4) Å3, Z = 2. The crystal structure determination (2668 unique reflections with [I>2σ(I)], 262 parameters, R1 = 0.0393) shows that the structure consists of mononuclear complexes. Hg atoms are linearly coordinated by one Nα atom of the triazenide unit of the planar ligand [Hg‐N(1) = 2.101(8) Å] and an O atom of the NO3 ion [Hg‐O(1) = 2.11(1) Å]. Additional weak Hg‐N contacts [Hg‐N(4) = 2.662(9) and Hg‐N(3) = 2.851(9) Å] and an intramolecular hydrogen bond between the triazenide hydrogen and an O atom of the nitrate group are observed [N(6)‐H(6)···O(2) = 2.92(2) Å]. The complexes are stacked to infinite chains by metal‐arene π‐interactions. Each Hg atom is coordinated by the terminal phenyl rings of two neighboring complexes [Hg‐C from 3.40(1) to 4.10(1) Å] in a η2 fashion.  相似文献

Reaction of 2, 4, 6‐tri‐tert‐butylphenol ( 1 ) with di‐n‐butylmagnesium in the molar ratio 1:1 allows the synthesis of {(nBu)Mg(μ‐OR)2Mg(nBu)} ( 2 ) (R = 2, 4, 6‐tBu3C6H2), which reacts with excess 1 to give the homoleptic alcoholate complex {(RO)Mg(μ‐OR)2Mg(OR)} ( 3 ) (R = 2, 4, 6‐tBu3C6H2). The structures of 2 and 3 were determined by X‐ray crystallography.  相似文献

A series of triarylbismuth(V) di(Np‐toluenesulfonyl)aminoacetates with the formula (4‐CH3C6H4SO2NHCH2CO2)2BiAr3 (Ar?C6H5, 4‐CH3C6H4, 4‐ClC6H4, 4‐BrC6H4) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and mass spectra. The crystal structure of (4‐CH3C6H4SO2NHCH2CO2)2Bi(C6H4Cl‐4)3 was determined and shows the bismuth to exist in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry. Four human neoplastic cell lines (HL‐60, PC‐3MIE8, BGC‐823 and MDA‐MB‐435) were used to screen these compounds. The results indicate that these compounds at 10 μM show cytotoxicity. Te(C6F5)4 was prepared from the reactions of TeCl4 or Te(C6F5)2Cl2 with Grignard reagents or AgC6F5 in moderate to good yields. Substitution reactions with Me3SiX (X = Cl, Br, OSO2CF3), with equimolar amounts of Br2, with AgNO3 and with H[BF4] or BF3·OEt2 yielded the Te(C6F5)3X derivatives (X = Cl, Br, OSO2CF3, NO3, BF4). Oxidation reactions of Cd, Hg, and Pd0 complexes led to Te(C6F5)2 and the corresponding bis(pentafluorophenyl) derivatives M(C6F5)2 (M = Cd, Hg, Pd) and with InBr to In(C6F5)2Br. From very slow hydrolysis of Te(C6F5)4 the oxide Te(C6F5)2O was prepared. The thermal decomposition, the NMR and mass spectra of the partially new compounds are discussed. The crystal structures of Te(C6F5)3Br (monoclinic, P21/a, Z = 4), [Te(C6F5)3][OSO2CF3] (monoclinic, P21/n, Z = 16) and [Te(C6F5)2O]2 (triclinic, P1¯, Z = 2) were determined.  相似文献

Molecules of 1,3‐dimethyl‐7‐(4‐methylphenyl)pyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidine‐2,4(1H,3H)‐dione, C16H15N3O2, (I), are linked by paired C—H...O hydrogen bonds to form centrosymmetric R22(10) dimers, which are linked into chains by a single π–π stacking interaction. A single C—H...O hydrogen bond links the molecules of 7‐(biphenyl‐4‐yl)‐1,3‐dimethylpyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidine‐2,4(1H,3H)‐dione, C21H17N3O2, (II), into C(10) chains, which are weakly linked into sheets by a π–π stacking interaction. In 7‐(4‐fluorophenyl)‐3‐methylpyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidine‐2,4(1H,3H)‐dione, C14H10FN3O2, (III), an N—H...O hydrogen bond links the molecules into C(6) chains, which are linked into sheets by a π–π stacking interaction. The molecules of 7‐(4‐methoxyphenyl)‐3‐methylpyrido[2,3‐d]pyrimidine‐2,4(1H,3H)‐dione, C15H13N3O3, (IV), are also linked into C(6) chains by an N—H...O hydrogen bond, but here the chains are linked into sheets by a combination of two independent C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Eight tri‐ and diorganotin(IV) carboxylates with general formulae R3SnL and R2SnL2 (where R = CH3, n‐C4H9, C6H5, C7H7, and L = 2′,4′‐difluoro‐4‐hydroxy‐[1,1′]‐biphenyl‐3‐carboxylic acid) were synthesized and characterized by UV–vis, IR, conductance, multinuclear (1H, 13C, and 119Sn) NMR spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry. The crystal structure of [(CH3)3Sn(C13H7O3F2)] indicates that the tin atom in the asymmetric unit exists in a trigonal bipyramidal geometry having a space group Pbca with an orthorhombic crystal system. These complexes were also screened for their antibacterial and antifungal activities. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A number of alkyltin(IV) paratoluenesulfonates, RnSn(OSO2C6H4CH3‐4)4?n (n = 2, 3; R = C2H5, n‐C3H7, n‐C4H9), have been prepared and IR spectra and solution NMR (1H, 13C, 119Sn) are reported for these compounds, including (n‐C4H9)2Sn(OSO2X)2 (X = CH3 and CF3), the NMR spectra of which have not been reported previously. From the chemical shift δ(119Sn) and the coupling constants 1J(13C, 119Sn) and 2J(1H, 119Sn), the coordination of the tin atom and the geometry of its coordination sphere in solutions of these compounds is suggested. IR spectra of the compounds are very similar to that observed for the paratoluenesulfonate anion in its sodium salt. The studies indicate that diorganotin(IV) paratoluenesulfonates, and the previously reported compounds (n‐C4H9)2Sn(OSO2X)2 (X = CH3 and CF3), contain bridging SO3X groups that yield polymeric structures with hexacoordination around tin and contain non‐linear C? Sn? C bonds. In triorganotin(IV) sulfonates, pentacoordination for tin with a planar SnC3 skeleton and bidentate bridging paratoluenesulfonate anionic groups are suggested by IR and NMR spectral studies. The X‐ray structure shows [(n‐C4H9)2Sn(OSO2C6H4CH3‐4)2·2H2O] to be monomeric containing six‐coordinate tin and crystallizes from methanol–chloroform in monoclinic space group C2/c. The Sn? O (paratoluenesulfonate) bond distance (2.26(2) Å) is indicative of a relatively high degree of ionic character in the metal–anion bonds. Copyright © 2003 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Some new N‐4‐Fluorobenzoyl phosphoric triamides with formula 4‐F‐C6H4C(O)N(H)P(O)X2, X = NH‐C(CH3)3 ( 1 ), NH‐CH2‐CH=CH2 ( 2 ), NH‐CH2C6H5 ( 3 ), N(CH3)(C6H5) ( 4 ), NH‐CH(CH3)(C6H5) ( 5 ) were synthesized and characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR, IR and Mass spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The structures of compounds 1 , 3 and 4 were investigated by X‐ray crystallography. The P=O and C=O bonds in these compounds are anti. Compounds 1 and 3 form one dimensional polymeric chain produced by intra‐ and intermolecular ‐P=O···H‐N‐ hydrogen bonds. Compound 4 forms only a centrosymmetric dimer in the crystalline lattice via two equal ‐P=O···H‐N‐ hydrogen bonds. 1H and 13C NMR spectra show two series of signals for the two amine groups in compound 1 . This is also observed for the two α‐methylbenzylamine groups in 5 due to the presence of chiral carbon atom in molecule. 13C NMR spectrum of compound 4 shows that 2J(P,Caliphatic) coupling constant for CH2 group is greater than for CH3 in agreement with our previous study. Mass spectra of compounds 1 ‐ 3 (containing 4‐F‐C6H4C(O)N(H)P(O) moiety) indicate the fragments of amidophosphoric acid and 4‐F‐C6H4CN+ that formed in a pseudo McLafferty rearrangement pathway. Also, the fragments of aliphatic amines have high intensity in mass spectra.  相似文献
