The aim of this paper is the analysis of the predictive capabilities of the deterministic methodologies when facing the problem of a plate excited by a stochastic pressure distribution due to a turbulent boundary layer (TBL). A full analytical solution has been assembled by considering a simply supported rectangular plate wetted on one side by a TBL. This reference exact solution, developed by using a standard separable variable model, has been used as test case for comparing the approximate solutions coming from the adoption of a numerical scheme by using discrete coordinates. The numerical algorithm has been built by using a standard finite element modal approach. The approximations introduced are thoroughly discussed and analysed; they refer to the meshing condition and the transformation of the distributed stochastic load. The application of a novel numerical procedure named as Asymptotical Scaled Modal Analysis is presented too. This innovative numerical scheme allows the analysis of the structural response of a generic plane operator in the whole frequency range, which is not always amenable by exact solutions; further and equally important, it is associated to a reduction of the computational cost. The work demonstrates that some numerical advances in the prediction of the random structural responses are feasible still using standard finite element modal inputs, without increasing the computational costs.  相似文献

A high-order discrete-layer theory and a finite element are presented for predicting the damping of laminated composite sandwich beams. The new layerwise laminate theory involves quadratic and cubic terms for approximation of the in-plane displacement in each discrete layer, while interlaminar shear stress continuity is imposed through the thickness. Integrated damping mechanics are formulated and both laminate and structural stiffness, mass and damping matrices are formed. A finite element method and a beam element are further developed for predicting the free vibration response, including modal frequencies, modal loss factors and through-thickness mode shapes. Numerical results and evaluations of the present model are shown. Modal frequencies and damping of sandwich composite beams are measured and correlated with predicted values. Finally, parametric studies illustrate the effect of core thickness and face lamination on modal damping and frequency values.  相似文献

本文基于一种新型的高阶梁理论,研究了功能梯度材料梁的自由振动问题。首先对该新型高阶梁理论进行了介绍,然后对该理论进行了有限元实现,并利用Hamilton原理推导得到了离散的动力学平衡方程,构造了2节点8自由度的C1型高阶梁单元。参照文献作了均质悬臂梁的模态分析,验证了该梁单元的精度。然后利用该单元进行功能梯度梁的模态分析,并构造了一种材料相关性很弱的无量纲固有频率。由该无量纲固有频率引入了功能梯度梁与均质梁固有频率之间的转换关系,并通过算例分析了该转换关系的适用条件。  相似文献

航天器在随运载火箭发射过程中要承受严酷的噪声环境,需通过噪声试验来检验航天器承受噪声环境并能正常工作的能力.航天器噪声试验中结构振动的响应特性是结构强度设计应该考虑的因素之一,更是制定器上组件随机振动试验条件的重要依据,因此有必要在航天器研制初期对噪声载荷作用下的结构振动进行响应预示.文章应用商用有限元分析软件MSC.Patran和MSC.Nastran建立了某型号航天器结构舱板的有限元模型,将噪声载荷声压谱转换为脉动压力功率谱密度,进而采用模态法分析结构在噪声载荷作用下的随机振动响应,并将仿真预示结果与试验结果进行对比研究,在仿真分析中考虑阻尼参数模型和流场附加质量效应等因素的影响;通过研究表明:采用阻尼比随频率提高而减小的经验阻尼参数模型可以较好地反映中高频响应特性、得到较为准确的总均方根响应分析结果,进一步采用虚拟质量法考虑流场附加质量效应可以得到较为准确的功率谱密度响应分析结果.文章提出的仿真分析方法建模简便、计算成本低,适用于在航天器研制初期对航天器噪声试验中的结构振动进行响应预示.   相似文献

在航空领域,将翼面载荷准确施加到结构有限元模型上是有限元响应计算的必要步骤之一,但计算流体力学 (computational fluid dynamics,CFD) 得到的气动载荷通常无法直接施加至有限元模型。目前翼面载荷的转换计算方法依然存在计算效率不高的问题。由于翼面载荷分布具有连续、光滑的特点,理论上可用合理的基函数加权叠加进行拟合。本文试用模态振型作为基函数拟合载荷,先针对气动与结构两种网格构建同一翼面的两个结构模型,这两个结构模型理论上具有相同的模态。再用气动网格构建的翼面模型的模态振型作为基函数,并基于模态截断理论近似拟合CFD端的翼面载荷,得到拟合函数的权系数。最后,利用该权系数并根据结构网格构建的翼面模型的模态振型,拟合得到气动性能计算和有限元法(finite element method,FEM)端的翼面载荷。通过一个算例进行计算验证,以合力与压心来评价载荷转换的精度,结果表明,此法具有较高的计算精度与速度。

This paper is concerned with the experimental studies on the sloshing response of liquid-filled containers. A three-dimensional finite element analysis is carried out for the numerical simulation of this problem. The effects of sloshing are computed in the time domain using Newmark's time integration scheme. A simple experimental setup is designed and fabricated in-house to conduct experiments for measuring some of the basic parameters of sloshing. A sensor device is especially developed to record the free-surface wave heights. Each wave height sensor is a capacitance probe that detects the change in level of liquid (water) precisely with no time lag. The sensors are used in conjunction with a signal-processing unit in which the capacitance values are transduced to a voltage signal between 0 V and 10 V. These wave height sensors simultaneously record the slosh wave height near the periphery of the container wall from 16 predetermined locations to give the free-surface profiles of liquid at desired time steps. The experimental results are compared with those obtained from the present theoretical analysis, and good agreements are observed.  相似文献

约束层阻尼技术目前广泛应用于薄壁结构的减振降噪中,关于约束阻尼板的有限元分析基本采用矩形或三角形单元,但用于模拟不规则形状结构时,会带来形状拟合上的困难或精度上的不足。基于离散Kirchhoff理论和Layer-wise层合板理论,利用Hamilton原理推导了约束阻尼板的任意四边形单元,并在此基础上考虑粘弹性材料本构的频率相关性,给出了约束阻尼结构复特征值问题的迭代求解算法。数值算例对不同形状的约束阻尼板结构进行了模态分析,通过与解析解、实验结果及有限元结果的对比,表明了本文单元的有效性和对不规则形状结构的适用性。  相似文献

以密闭空腔为对象,开展了声-结构耦合系统的动力分析和灵敏度计算,为系统性态优化设计提供理论和算法基础。分别把结构和声场进行离散化,推导了声-结构耦合系统的有限元方程,求解了耦合系统的频率和声压级响应。在此基础上,以结构尺寸为设计变量,计算了耦合系统的固有频率和声压级响应的灵敏度,解决了声-结构耦合系统动力灵敏度的数值算法问题。  相似文献

分布阻尼振子可拓宽结构减振频带,因此可将振子分布于板中以形成复合板(简称“分布振子复合板”),进而实现较宽的减振频带.对于多点支撑处受到宽频非一致激励(例如在不同激励点处的激励频率、幅值与相位有差异)的分布振子复合板,目前还缺乏有效简便的优化控制指标.在作者之前的研究中,针对含分布振子的梁推导了基于模态应变能的模态阻尼计算理论,讨论了模态阻尼与单点激励下梁的减振效果的相关性,并应用于宽频减振设计优化.本文进一步将模态阻尼计算理论推广到分布振子复合板,并将研究从梁的单点激励扩展到板的多点非一致激励下的阻尼减振相关性.首先,在利用模态应变能法推导得到分布振子复合板的模态阻尼计算公式后,从理论上讨论了不同边界条件与模态阶次对计算结果的影响,以及计算理论的适用性.而后,进一步通过有限元参数分析了边界条件、频率比、模态阶次与质量比的影响.最后,通过算例分析了无振子板或分布振子复合板在四个激励点具有多种幅值与相位组合情况下的稳态响应.结果表明,推导的模态阻尼计算公式可正确预测不同边界条件下的模态阻尼,且理论预测的模态阻尼与基板的稳态平均加速度减小率、稳态峰值应变能减小率均有较高的相关性.  相似文献

We set up a numerical strategy for the simulation of the Euler equations, in the framework of finite volume staggered discretizations where numerical densities, energies, and velocities are stored on different locations. The main difficulty relies on the treatment of the total energy, which mixes quantities stored on different grids. The proposed method is strongly inspired, on the one hand, from the kinetic framework for the definition of the numerical fluxes, and, on the other hand, from the discrete duality finite volume (DDFV) framework, which has been designed for the simulation of elliptic equations on complex meshes. The time discretization is explicit and we exhibit stability conditions that guaranty the positivity of the discrete densities and internal energies. Moreover, while the scheme works on the internal energy equation, we can define a discrete total energy which satisfies a local conservation equation. We provide a set of numerical simulations to illustrate the behavior of the scheme.  相似文献

提出了随机结构动力反应分析的概率密度演化方法.基于有限单元法基本原理,导出了含有随机参数的结构反应状态方程,进而,通过引入扩展状态向量,建立了随机结构反应的概率密度演化方程.将精细时程积分方法与Lax-Wendroff差分格式相结合,探讨了求解概率密度演化方程的数值方法.对一个8层层间剪切型随机结构进行了算例分析,并与Monte Carlo方法的结果进行了比较.研究表明,随机结构反应的概率密度具有演化特征,且概率密度曲线与正态分布差异甚大,甚至可能出现双峰曲线.  相似文献

提出了基于静力响应面的结构有限元模型修正方法.运用响应面方法,将结构静力响应和结构参数之间复杂的隐式关系用显式函数近似表达出来;在此响应面模型(函数)基础上,通过优化计算对结构有限元模型参数进行修正.阐述了基于静力响应面的结构有限元模型修正方法的基本理论和一般实现过程.对两跨连续梁结构的静力模型修正数值算例分析结果表明:基于静力响应面的有限元模型修正方法可以减少结构有限元计算的次数、提高模型修正的优化效率,结构有限元模型修正结果具有可接受的精度.  相似文献

模型试验是全面掌握工程结构基本特性的有效手段之一。根据模型相似理论设计并制作了单层短程线网壳结构模型,同时设计了可动砝码加载方案,加工制作了砝码及支托。对结构杆件进行了材料拉伸试验,对结构模型进行了静载试验和模态试验研究,成功获得了结构模型的静内力分布规律及模态参数。试验结果与有限元计算结果对比分析表明,静载试验结果与有限元计算结果吻合较好,模态试验结果与有限元计算结果吻合稍差。所采用的加载方案、试验手段及分析方法对类似的模型试验研究都具有一定的参考价值,所得到的试验数据为大型空间网格结构实际工程的在线损伤识别及健康监测研究提供了第一手资料。  相似文献

Vibration absorbers are usually designed using the finite element (FE) model of structures. It is generally believed that the modal models are more accurate than FE models, because in modal testing the model is built by direct measurement of the test structure. In this paper, a method is proposed to design a translational vibration absorber using the measured frequency response functions of a primary structure. The designed vibration absorber imposes a node on the structure when it is excited by a harmonic force. The method is based on the structural modification using experimental frequency response functions technique and determines the required receptance of the absorber at the excitation frequency. Moreover, a procedure is developed to suppress the vibration amplitude of two arbitrary points on a linear structure subjected to harmonic excitations by attaching two sprung mass absorbers. A cantilever beam is considered for the numerical case study, and the sprung masses are designed to suppress the vibration amplitude of the beam at the selected arbitrary points. A U-shape plate was considered for the experimental validation of the method for imposing a node using one absorber. Also, a beam was tested to demonstrate the effectiveness of method for imposing two nodes on the structures. The experimental results show that the designed absorbers can considerably suppress the vibration amplitude at the selected points on the structure.  相似文献

Presented here is a three-dimensional (3-D) nonlinear time-marching method for the aeroelastic behaviour of an oscillating turbine blade row. The approach has been based in the solution of a coupled fluid–structure problem where the aerodynamic and structural dynamic equations are integrated simultaneously in time. This provides the correct formulation of a coupled problem, as the interblade phase angle (IBPA) at which stability (instability) would occur is also a part of solution. The ideal gas flow around multiple interblade passages (with periodicity in the entire annulus) is described by the unsteady Euler equations in conservative form, which are integrated by using the explicit monotonic second-order accurate Godunov–Kolgan finite-volume scheme and a moving hybrid H–O (or H–H) grid. The fluid and the structural equations are solved using the modal superposition method. An aeroelasticity prediction of a turbine blade of 0.765 m is presented. The natural frequencies and modal shapes of the blade were calculated by using 3-D finite element models. The instability regions for five mode shapes and the distribution of the aerodamping coefficient along the blade length were shown for harmonic oscillations with an assumed IBPA. The coupled fluid–structure oscillations in which the IBPA is part of the solution are shown.  相似文献

This study presents a two-scale model to describe the out-of-plane masonry response. One-dimensional (1D) structural elements, like masonry columns or strips of long wall characterized by the periodic repetition of bricks and mortar arranged in stack bond, are considered. A damage-friction plasticity law is adopted to model the mortar joint constitutive response, while the bricks are assumed as linear elastic. A 1D beam formulation is introduced at both the structural and micromechanical scale, linking the two levels by means of a kinematic map. This expresses the microscopic beam strains in the masonry unit cell (UC) as function of the macroscopic generalized strains. The kinematic field in the UC is completed by adding an unknown periodic fluctuation term. A nonlinear homogenization procedure is developed, proposing a semi-analytical solution for the micromechanical problem, based on the fiber discretization of the mortar joints. A force-based beam-column finite element procedure is adopted at the structural scale and the solution algorithm for the element state determination is illustrated in details. Some numerical applications, showing the UC constitutive response and the behavior of masonry structural elements, are finally presented.  相似文献

为了研究刚性桩复合地基对邻近支护结构侧土压力的影响,在室内模型试验方案设计前,通过有限元软件建立了邻近天然地基与复合地基模型进行数值模拟研究,对不同地基形式下静止挡墙侧土压力分布规律进行预估。两组数值模拟结果对比表明:复合地基土压力分布规律不同于天然地基,当复合地基褥垫层下方桩间土应力与天然地基土应力相同时,天然地基对挡墙相同位置处的墙侧土压力的附加作用效果要明显大于复合地基,但在"载荷传递效应"作用下,复合地基对挡墙侧向土压力的影响随着加载量的增加,逐步向更深处土体传递;与天然地基相比,复合地基对挡墙侧向土压力的影响在浅部土层相对较弱,但在深部土层中较强,并且在桩端应力集中对挡墙底部侧向土压力影响尤为显著。  相似文献

A mixed finite element formulation for viscoelastic flows is derived in this paper, in which the FIC (finite incremental calculus) pressure stabilization process and the DEVSS (discrete elastic viscous stress splitting) method using the Crank-Nicolson-based split are introduced within a general framework of the iterative version of the fractional step algorithm. The SU (streamline-upwind) method is particularly chosen to tackle the convective terms in constitutive equations of viscoelastic flows. Thanks to the proposed scheme the finite elements with equal low-order interpolation approximations for stress-velocity-pressure variables can be successfully used even for viscoelastic flows with high Weissenberg numbers. The XPP (extended Pom-Pom) constitutive model for describing viscoelastic behaviors is particularly integrated into the proposed scheme. The numerical results for the 4:1 sudden contraction flow problem demonstrate prominent stability, accuracy and convergence rate of the proposed scheme in both pressure and stress distributions over the flow domain within a wide range of the Weissenberg number, particularly the capability in reproducing the results, which can be used to explain the "die swell" phenomenon observed in the polymer injection molding process.  相似文献

This paper discusses several aspects related to the consistency of the discrete adjoints of upwind numerical schemes. Both linear (finite differences, finite volumes) and nonlinear (slope and flux‐limited) discretizations of the one‐dimensional advection equation are considered. The analysis is focused on uniform meshes and on explicit numerical schemes. We show that the discrete adjoints may lose consistency near the points where upwinding changes, near inflow boundaries where another numerical scheme is employed, and near the locations where the slope/flux limiter is active in the forward simulation.
