The reaction of acyl chlorides with cyclic five-membered β-enaminoesters gave exclusively N-acylated products while reaction of acyl chlorides with cyclic seven-membered β-enaminoesters gave only C-acylated products. In the case of cyclic six-membered β-enaminoesters, the reaction of acyl chlorides gave a mixture of N-acylated and C-acylated products.  相似文献

The reaction of pyrrolidinomethylenechromanone 1 with guanidine and amidines gave benzopyrannopyrimidines 5 in good yields. Treatment of enaminone 1 with hydroxylamine in the presence of hydrochloric acid afforded the isoxazole 9 . When hydrazine and phenylhydrazine were used as the condensing agents under acidic conditions, benzopyranno-pyrazoles 11a and 11b formed similarly; with methylhydrazine, a mixture of methyl isomers 11c and 11′c formed in a ratio of 7525.  相似文献

The addition of activated acctonitriles 6 on cyclic and benzylic β-enaminoketones 5 under basic conditions (sodium ethoxide or trition B) have been investigated. This reaction leads exclusively to the formation of α-pyrones 8 and never to the pyridine ring. The strucutre of the newly synthesized α-pyrone derivatives 8 are supported by nmr and ir spectral data.  相似文献

The 2-(1-aziridinyl)tetrahydropyrans cannot be obtained by aminolysis of the 2-dialkylaminotetrahydropyrans. These compounds are synthesized by the Hofmann reaction between 2-chlorotetrahydropyrans and ethylenimine. The effect of acetic anhydride on the 2-(1-aziridinyl) and 2-dialkylaminotetrahydropyrans was studied. The 2-dimethylaminotetrahydropyrans were converted into 2-acetoxytetrahydropyrans and dimethylacetamide by cleavage of the carbon-nitrogen bond. Ring opening of the oxygen heterocycle gives the corresponding dialkylacetamides and polymerised products. The 2-(1-aziridinyl)tetrahydropyrans allow the synthesis of the N-(2-tetrahydropyrannyl)-N-(2-acetoxy-ethyl)acetamides. Acetic anhydride ring opens the nitrogen heterocycle.  相似文献

Crystal and Molecular Structure of Macrocyclic Musks. I. cis-Civetone and polymorphous α- and β-forms of his 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazone cis-Civetone (C17H30O) forms tetragonal plastic crystals, space groupe 141; a = 9.95(4), c = 32.79(1) Å; Z = 8. The plastic phase exists in a wide temperature range and 731 reflexions could be collected at 153 K. The highly disordered structure model was obtained by the use of direct methods. The molecules appear as ring-shaped diffuse electron-density distributions located in special position. Two polymorphous crystalline forms were isolated for the 2,4-dinitrophenyl-hydrazone of cis-civetone (DNPHCC). Both forms are triclinic, space group P1 . Z = 2 (α-Form: a = 6.279(5), b = 12.605(8), c = 15.253(10) Å, α = 105.49(7). β = 100.31 (6), γ = 91.23(7)°; β-Form: a = 7.950(2). b = 8.405 (2). c = 18.233(4) Å, α = 100.28(2), β = 92.29(3), γ = 94.18(2)°). The structures were solved by direct methods and refined to R = 0.11. Each polymorph is associated with a different quinquangular conformation of the macrocycle. In the crystals the intermolecular interactions between macrocycles and aromatic substituents are minimized, the DNPH group being oriented in a face-to-face arrangement across a centre of symmetry. Empirical force field calculations show that the overall intluence of the DNPH moiety on the attached cycle does not significantly modify its conformation with regard to that of the ketone itself.  相似文献

Cyclic and acyclic phosphate esters of some 1,2-O-isopropylidene-α-D -pentofuranoses When treated with monophenyl phosphorodichloridate, 1,2-O-isopropylidene-α-D -xylofuranose gave the two possible, isolable isomers of the corresponding 3,5-cylic phenylphosphate. Upon phosphorylation of the same sugar derivative using bis (2,2,2-trichloroethyl) phosphorochloridate only one isomer was formed. The same situation obtained when preparing 1,2-O-isopropylidene-α-D -ribofuranose-3,5-cyclic phenylphosphate. The synthesis of a new kind of sugar phosphate with a branched-chain unsaturated sugar moiety namely the trans-3-deoxy-3-C-cyanomethylene-1,2-O-isopropylidene-D -erytho-pentofuranose 5-bis(2,2,2-trichloroethyl) phosphate is also described.  相似文献

Reaction of quinoline with chloroacetic acid yields N-carboxymethyl-quinolinium chloride ( 1 ) (75%), which is oxidised by K3Fe(CN)6 in the presence of a base to N-carboxymethyl- 2 -quinolone ( 2 ) (70%). If 2 is heated in pure form at 300°, 1,3-Bis(2-quinolon-1-yl)acetone ( 4 ) (43%) is obtained; the expected N-methyl-2-quinolone ( 5 ) is formed by decarboxylation of 2 in benzyl benzoate at 275° (34%).  相似文献

A total analysis of the NMR spectra of 6-deoxy-L -hexopyranoses in the α-configuration and of the corresponding β-anomers was carried out. The parameters obtained are characteristic of a 1C (L ) chair conformation, having the anomeric substituent in an axial orientation for the methyl α-fuco-, α-rhamno- and α-chinovopyranosides and for the α-fuco- and α-rhamnopyranosyl chlorides. The structure is also of a 1C (L ) chair type for the methyl β-fuco- and β-chinovopyranosides; the geometry is the same for the β-fuco- and β-rhamnopyranosyl chlorides despite the anomeric effect of a chlorine atom. However, the NMR parameters of the β-chinovopyranosyl chloride are not explicable on the basis of a chair conformation with an equatorial chlorine or a boat structure.  相似文献

The intramolecular oxymercuration of the l-(2-tetrahydrofuryl)4-penten-1-ols (5) by merruric salts followed by reductive demercuration affords the 2-methyl-5-tetrahydrofuryltetrahydrofuran (9) as a mixture of cis and trans isomers in good yields. By using mercuric acetate, each isomier threo 5a and erythro 5b gives the trans isomer, 9d and 9b, respectively, as the major products. Ruthenium tetroxide oxidation of 1, 2-O-isopropylidene-β-D -threofuranose affords, besides the known 1, 2-O-isopropylidene-α-L -glycero-tetros-3-ulofuranose, a lactone. The tetrosulose is easily hydrated to the corresponding gem-diol whose dehydration on molecular sieves leads to a branched-chain dimer. Lead tetraacetate oxidation of 1, 2-O-isopropylidene-α-L -glycero-tetros-3-ulofuranose p-nitrophenylhydrazone leads quantitatively, to a gem-azoacetate, a new synthetic intermediate in carbohydrate chemistry. The 3-O-acetyl-1, 2-O-isopropylidene-α-L -glycero-tetr-3-enofuranose is easily obtained from the gem-diol. A highly stereoselective procedure is described to prepare the 3-O-acetyl-1, 2-O-isopropylidene-α-L -3, 4-exo-D2-erythrofuranose.  相似文献

Optical Isomers of Naftidrofuryl( = 2-(Diethylamino)ethyl 2-[(Naphth-1-yl)methyl]-3-(tetrahydrofur-2-yl)propanoate) The four optical isomers of naftidrofuryl ( 1 ) were prepared in two ways, by separation and resolution of the two diastereoisomeric racemates and by synthesis from the enantiomers of tetrahydrofuran-2-methanol ( 6 ); see Scheme}. The absolute configuration of one of the isomer as a tartrate monohydrate was established by X-ray crystallography thus allowing the deduction of the absolute configurations of the other three optical isomers.  相似文献
