Conformations of 3-borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane derivatives have been studied by means of 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy. With the aid of the coupling constants 3J(HH) and 13C chemical shifts it has been shown that all the derivatives of 3-borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane with the trigonal boron atom studied are in a flattened double-chair conformation. In 3-borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane derivatives with the tetra-coordinated boron atom and substituents at the 7α-position, the chair-boat conformation predominates, the boat conformation being characteristic of the cyclohexane ring; exceptions are the compounds with the internal donor—acceptor bond between the boron atom an 7α-substituent.  相似文献

The conformational equilibrium in solution was examined by NMR spectroscopy for a series of 7-phenyl-3-borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane derivatives containing various substituents at the boron atom. The structures of these derivatives were studied in the crystalline state (X-ray diffraction analysis) and by quantum-chemical calculations (B3Pw91/6-31G*). The B...Ph transannular interactions corresponding to charge transfer from the system of the phenyl group to the vacant p-orbital of the B atom were demonstrated to be responsible for unique stability of the chair-chair conformation of these derivatives.Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. [Reaction: see text]. Condensation of a readily available 5-amino-2-alkenoate ester with alpha-unsubstituted aliphatic aldehydes leads to substituted 1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyridines. A number of heteroanalogues of bicyclo[3.3.1]nonane containing heteroatoms in 3-, 3,7- and 3,7,9-positions has been synthesized. 1H NMR measurement has shown that the compounds of the types 4,5 and 6 (Y = oxygen) are double-chairs with the “wings” of the molecule flattened. However, a new conformational effect has been found for the sulfur containing compounds of type 5 and 6 (X,Y = sulfur) which show substantially increased tendency to adopt boat-chair conformations.  相似文献

The hydroboration of 3-butenyl derivatives, CH2CHCH2CH2X where X represents OH, OMe, OAc, Cl, as well as the related carboxylic ester, CH2CHCH2COOEt, and the nitrile CH2CHCH2CN, with 9-borabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane (9-BBN) proceeds with remarkably high regio-selectivity. The boron is placed essentially on the terminal carbon (?98%), yielding stable organoboranes which can be readily oxidized to alcohols or subjected to other reactions. The yields of alcohols in the hydroboration-oxidation procedure are satisfactory, in the range of 82–99%. The hydroxy group liberates hydrogen rapidly and quantitatively but no further reaction is observed and hydroboration of the carboncarbon double bond then proceeds normally. The chloro and methoxy groups are not affected by 9-BBN, whereas, the ester and nitrile groups are slightly (1.5–4.0%) reduced by the reagent at 25°C. Even this small amount of reduction can be circumvented or minimized by carrying out the hydroboration at 0°C. Although this procedure requires somewhat longer reaction times, the products are cleaner and the yields are higher.  相似文献

The 1H and 13C NMR spectra of 3-azabicyclo[3.3.1]nonanes with various oxygenated substituents at C-6 were assigned using 1D (DEPT) and 2D (COSY, HSQC, HMBC, NOESY) experiments. Aminomethylation of triethylammonium 4-aryl-3,5-dicyano-6-oxo-1,4,5,6-tetrahydropyridin-2-olates and their sulfur and selenium analogs, as well as the structure of formed products, were studied in details. The reaction is of general character and leads to the formation of 7-substituted 9-aryl-2,4-dioxo-, 9-aryl-4-oxo-2-thioxo-, 9-aryl-4-oxo-2-selenoxo-3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane derivatives or their salts. The structures of ethyl 9-(2-chlorophenyl)-5-cyano-7-(4-methylphenyl)-2-oxo-4-thioxo-3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane-1-carboxylate (as a complex with N-methylmorpholine) and triethylammonium salt of 7-benzyl-4-oxo-2-selenoxo-9-(2-thienyl)-3,7-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane-1,5-dicarbonitrile were studied by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The reaction of bicyclo[3.3.1]nonane-2,6-dione with diazomethane in situ does not lead to the homologous bicyclo[4.3.1]decane-2,7-dione, but mainly to tricyclo[4.4.0.02,9]decan-9-ol-5-one. The structure of the latter was confirmed by the proton NMR spectra measured with an addition of Eu(DPM)3, A mixture of tricyclo[4,4.0.02,9]decan-9-ol-5-one and bicyclo[4.3.1]decane-2,7-dione results when solutions of diazomethane are used. The reaction of bicyclo[3.3.1]nonane-2,6-dione monoethyleneacetal with diazomethane in situ yields predominantly bicyclo[4.3.1]decane-2,7-dione. Under the same conditions bicyclo[3.3.1]nonan-2-one gives with diazomethane in situ only bicyclo[4.3.1]decan-2-one.  相似文献

The preparation of four novel bridged piperazine building blocks is described: 3,7,9-triazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane 1, 3-oxa-7,9-diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonane 2, 3,6,8-triazabicyclo[3.2.2]nonane 3 and 3-oxa-6,8-diazabicyclo[3.2.2]nonane 4. The scaffold of 1 was synthesized from N,N′-dibromobenzenesulfonamide and ethyl acrylate. Compound 2 may be prepared from identical starting materials or alternatively from α,α′-diglycerol. Compounds 3 and 4 were identified as side products from possible aziridinium intermediates.  相似文献

The variable temperature (1)H, (13)C, and (19)F NMR spectra were measured for the title N-nitrosamines. The observed unusually low N-N rotation barriers (12-15 kcal/mol) result from a significant deviation of the nitrosamino system from planarity. A pyramidal character of the amino nitrogen was confirmed by the X-ray crystal structures of two compounds and by bathochromic shifts of the n-pi absorption bands in the UV spectra. The nonplanarity of the nitrosamino moiety is due to the strong pseudoallylic A((1,3)) strain caused by the steric interaction of the NNO group with the neighboring aryl substituents fixed in the equatorial positions of the bicyclic skeleton. In addition, the barriers to the C-C rotation of aryl groups were examined at temperatures lower than required to "freeze" the N-N rotation and different DeltaG() values were observed for the aryls oriented syn and anti to the nitroso oxygen.  相似文献
