C -Glycosylic derivatives XXXII. Synthesis of spiro-C -glycosylidenic derivatives via nucleophilic cyclization. On treatment with compounds bearing two nucleophilic groups as ethylenediamine, o-phenylenediamine or their monooxa or monothia analogues, 1,2:5, 6-di-O-isopropylidene-α-D -ribo-hexofuranos-3-ulose gave with excellent yields the corresponding spiro-C-glycosylidenic derivative; for example, when using o-phenylenediamine, a spirobenzimidazoline ( 5 ) was obtained. The latter compound underwent, on oxidation, a ring expansion to a morpholinobenzimidazole ( 8 ). Spirobenzodiazepines, spirobenzooxazepines and spirobenzothiazepines were formed when applying the same type of cyclization reaction to 3-C-acetylmethylene-3-deoxy-1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-α-D -ribo- and α-D -xylo-hexofuranoses.  相似文献

Enamino- and Halogenoacetylenic sugars Traitment of an aldehydosugar ( 1 ) with secondary amines gave in an essentially quantitative yield the expected enamines ( 4–6 ). Chloro- and bromo-acetylenic sugars ( 11–14 ) were obtained in good yields by reacting with lithium methylphenylamide the corresponding gem-dihalo-olefinic sugars ( 7–10 ), whereas a Z-gem-fluoro-enamine ( 17 ) was formed when the difluoro-olefinic sugar 15 was submitted to the same reaction. The fluoro-enamine 17 is a useful synthetic intermediate allowing the preparation of several kinds of C-glycosylic compounds bearing heterocycles like isoxazole, chromone or coumarin.  相似文献

Diglycosyl Derivatives. Preliminary communication Novel types of diglycosyl compounds, some of them bearing a resemblance to natural di- or tri-saccharides are described: a diglycosyldiyne ( 1 ), a diglycosylthiophene ( 2 ), a diglycosylaziridine ( 3 ), a diglycosyldioxolane ( 4 ), as well as six C,N-diglycosylnitrones, 9b–9f and 14 . These C,N-diglycosylnitrones, on treatment with an acetylenic Grignard reagent, led to the expected acetylenic diglycosyl-hydroxylamine 11 , whereas diglycosylisoxazolines (f. ex. 10 ) were obtained when these nitrones underwent 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition to acetylenic compounds.  相似文献

Studies in Stereochemistry XIV. Diels-Alder adducts in the resin series; action of peracids and acid-catalysed ring opening of epoxides The synthesis of Diels-Alder compounds of type 2 with a 17-nor-13(14)-atisène skeleton is described (cf. Schemes 1–3). Depending on the nature and configuration of substituents R1 and R2 on the carbon atoms 15 and 16, an epoxide ( 24–33 ) or a ketone ( 35–38 ) or a mixture of epoxide, ketone and lactone is obtained by the action of p-nitroperbenzoic acid on the double bond of these adducts (cf. Scheme 4). A simplified reaction scheme is suggested to explain the formation of the various products. In an acid-catalysed reaction, the epoxides isomerize mainly into ketones. Nevertherless, in some cases, dienes (e.g. 52 ) or hydroxy-γ-lactones of (13R*, 14S*)-configuration (e.g. 50 ) resulting from the opening of the epoxide ring with retention of configuration were obtained.  相似文献

The photolysis of benzene or alcoholic solutions of N-acetyl-and N,N-diacetylbenzimidazolones gave mixtures of ortho- and para-rearrangements products accompanied to some extent with de-N-acylation. Some reactions of the (benzylthio)-acetyl substituent Preliminary Communication The (benzylthio)-acetyl substituent as found in 6-benzylthio-6-deoxy-1, 2-O-isopropylidene-3-O-methyl-α-D-xylo-hexofuranos-5-ulose ( 1 ) constitutes and useful synthon which can be transformed into ‘second generation’ synthons as, for example, the sulfylidene 10 or the chlorinated derivative 14 . S-Debenzylating C-acylation of 10 leading to 11 is described as well as the ring-forming condensation of 10 with the sulfene 12 . Depending on the nature of the nucleophile reacted with 14 , one can obtain the product of the substitution of the chlorine atom or of the chlorine atom and the benzylthio group or reactions taking place at both the carbonyl group and the terminal carbon atom, among them binucleophilic cyclizations. Some reactions of the conjugate base of 14 are also described.  相似文献

The intramolecular heterocylization of ortho-allylic phenols by oxymercuration has been realized with compounds having different substituents on the allylic chain. In all cases, only the corresponding benzofuran is formed. However, with a substituent at the terminal carbon of the double bond, we also observed the formation of benzopyran. The influence of the solvent and the mercuric salt on the orientation of this reaction has been examined. There is evidence of a molecular rearrangement during the reduction.  相似文献

Formation of oxazoles as by-products of photooxydation of thiazoles In the presence of air, light (high pressure mercury lamp) and iodine as sensitizer, benzene solution of arylthiazoles 2 , 3 and 13 (see scheme 1) were converted into a mixture of photoisomers and aryloxazoles (see scheme 2). Upon shorter times of irradiation under oxygen in chloroform containing methylene blue as a sensitizer 2,4,5-triphenylthiazole (7) is converted in 2,4,5-triphenyloxazole. Under usual photooxidation conditions, in methanol as solvent, most of arylthiazoles studied gave a mixture of nitriles, amides, acids esters and diketones. In the case of thiazole 7 , the corresponding oxazole was also found. A possible mechanism for the photochemical oxidation of arylthiazoles to aryloxazoles, via 2,5- and 4,5-endo-peroxides, may be proposed (see schemes 5 and 6).  相似文献

The intramolecular oxymercuration of two isomeric 2-allyl-cyelohexanols, has been realized with different mercuric salts. The reaction is always regiospecific, but not stereoselective, and leads to five membered mercurated heterocyclic. The reduction of organomercury compounds obtained from trans-2-allylcyclo-hexanol leads, in some cases, to a ring rearrangement, that permit us to obtain from the trans cyclised product, under different conditions either pyran or furan compounds.  相似文献

Novel types of acetylenic sugars The coupling, following Cadiot's procedure, of a 6-bromo-5,6-dideoxy-1,2-O-isopropylidène-3-O-methyl-α-D -xylo-hex-5-yno-1, 4-furanose (1) with phenylacetylene, 2-propyn-1-ol or terminal acetylenic sugars gave with excellent yields the expected diynes (an enediyne when the terminal acetylene was the 3,5, 6-trideoxy-1,2-O-isopropylidene-α-D -glycero-hex-3-en-5-yno-1,4-furanose 7 ). The chloro analogue 8 of 1 on treatment with lithium thiophenate gave the corresponding phenylthio-acetylenic sugar 9 . An acetylene was also formed by reacting the gem-difluoro-olefinic sugar 10 with butyllithium whereas the same olefinic sugar and its 3-O-benzyl analogue 11 gave only a gem-fluoro-arylthio-olefinic sugar (13–15) as a mixture of the Z and E isomers (Z/E > 4) when treated with the conjugate base of an arylmercaptan.  相似文献

Friedel-Crafts reactions of aromatic derivatives with 1,4-dicarbonyls 2,3-éthylenic compounds. Part IV. Reactions of 5-hydroxy or 5-chloro 3,5-dimethyl or 4,5-dimethyl 2 (5 H) furanones We studied the Friedel-Crafts reactions of 2-(5H)-furanones. In the presence of sulfuric acid and of an aromatic derivative, 5-hydroxy- or 5-chloro-5-methyl-2-(5H)-furanones with one methyl group either in the 3 position, or in the 4 position generally give the corresponding 5-aryl-2-(5H)-furanones, while with aluminium chloride, it is possible to obtain, when a reaction takes place, isomeric 1H-indenecarboxylic acids. However, in a particular case, an addition to the substrate's double bond is observed. The 3-aryl-5-hydroxy-tetrahydrofuran-2-one obtained is methylated in two ways and gives either a cyclic product, or a linear one. In two cases tautomerism between 1H-1-indenecarboxylic acid and 1H-3-indenecarboxylic has been shown by 1H-NMR.  相似文献

The orientation of the cycloaddition of diazomethane on unsaturated branchedchain sugars has been studied. For 3-C-cyanomethylidene-3-deoxy-1,2-O-isopropylidene-α-D-glycero-tetrofuranose the orientation was ‘normal’ and did not depend on the configuration at the double bond. The same situation prevailed with derivatives of 3-deoxy-1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-3-C-methylidene-α-D-xylo-hexofuranose. For the 3-C-acylmethylidene- and the 3-C-cyanomethylidene-3-deoxy-1,2:5,6-di-O-isopropylidene-α-D-ribo-hexofuranoses, the trans-(H–C(3′)–C(2))-isomer gave the ‘normal’ cycloadduct whereas the cis-isomer gave predominantly the αabnormal spiro-pyrazoline. This observation represents the first instance where the regioselectivity of a cycloaddition reaction is affected by the geometrical isomerism of the dipolarophile. The most probable explanation of the phenomenon is the conformational perturbation about the C(4)--C(5) bond of the unsaturated sugars induced by a change in the configuration at C(3). The consequence of that ‘conformational transmission’ of a difference in configuration at C(3) is that the steric crowding on the cis- than in the trans-isomer. Several novel examples of a new series of C-glycosylidenic derivatives, the spiro-pyrazolines, are described.  相似文献

Derivatives of enose- and ynosephosphonates and related compounds. Preliminary communication The gem-dibromo terminal enoses 1 and 7 are convenient sources of glycosylacetylenes which upon reaction with phosphorus electrophiles gave the phosphorusbearing acetylenic sugars 4, 5 and 8 . Compounds 5 and 8 underwent cycloaddition reactions leading to isoxazolyl-C-glycosides 6 and 9 respectively. The nitroolefinic sugar derivative 11 gave upon bromination-dehydrobromination the first example of a new kind of potentially useful synthetic intermediates, the gem-bromonitroenose 12 . The enosephosphonate 13 was also prepared from 11 . The diglycosylhydroxylamine 18 represents another type of phosphorus-bearing acetylenic sugar derivative. Some 1H- and 13C-NMR. data relative to the new types of phosphorus-containing sugar derivatives synthesized are given.  相似文献

Nucleophilic aromatic substitution of 3-bromo-2nitrothiophene and selenophene by thiocyanate and selenocyanate ions in dimethylsulfoxide yields 3-thienyl-and 3-selenienylthicoyanates and selenocyanates. After reduction of the nitro group, the amino derivatives undergo cyclizatrion to thieno[2,3-d]thiazoles and seleno [2,3-d]thiazoles. Also, 4H-2,3-dihydro-3-oxothieno[2,3-e]1,4-thiazine and its selenophene analog have been obtained.  相似文献

The syntheses of three types of sugar nitrones (aldonitrone, ketonitrone and α-β unsaturated aldonitrone) are described. On 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition with phenylacetylene, the aldonitrone gave two Δ4-isoxazolines epimeric at the new asymetric carbon, while the same reaction on the ketonitrone led to a spiro4-isoxazoline. The reaction of these nitrones with carbon nucleophiles like phenylethynylmagnesium bromide constitutes a novel chain-extension reaction in carbohydrate chemistry.  相似文献

A non-linear regression method for the resolution of EPR spectra is described. The theoretical model is fitted with the experimental spectrum and the error on each parameter is calculated. The method is applied to the radical anions of 2-nitro-4-methyl thiazole, 4-p-nitro-phenyl-thiazole and 5-p-nitro-phenyl-thiazole.  相似文献
