Evodiamine and its derivatives have an asymmetric center at the C13 b position.Herein, isomers of evodiamine derivatives 2 and 3 were obtained by straightforward asymmetric total synthesis.Their inhibitory activities toward topoisomerases I and II and their cytotoxicities in cancer cell lines were evaluated. All the four isomers exhibited good to excellent antitumor potency and the(S)-isomers were generally more active than the(R)-isomers.The binding modes of(S)-2 with topoisomerases I and II were also clarified by molecular docking.  相似文献

Two copper (Ⅱ) a-methacrylate complexes with benzimidazole, Cu [CH_2=C( CH_3)-COO]_2(C_7H_6N_2)_2(1) and Cu_2 [CH_2=C(CH_3)-COO]_4(C_7H_6N_2)_2 (2), have been prepared and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and electronic reflectance spectroscopies. The single crystal X-ray diffraction study of the two complexes shows that complex 1 has a square planar configuration, while complex 2 has a binuclear cage structure. The crystal structural analyses show that both complexes 1 and 2 are monoclinic, with space group P2_1/c, a=0.924 16(8) nm, b=1.233 02(13) nm, c =0.989 1(3) nm, β=91.912(13)°, D_c=1.386 g/cm~3, Z=2, R=0.033 9 for the former; and a=0.905 7(2) nm, b=2.252 1(5) nm, c=1.623 5(4) nm, β=90.11(2)°, D_c =1.411 g/cm~3 , Z=4, R=0.056 8, Cu-Cu=0.266 21 nm for the latter. Different structural types of complexes 1 and 2 were produced simultaneously in the reaction of copper (Ⅱ) α-methacrylate with benzimidazole in methanol solution. The forming mechanism of the complexes has been summarized.  相似文献

A new dinuclear copper complex, [Cu(C9H11N3)Cl2]2 (C18H22Cl4Cu2N6), has been synthe- sized and characterized by X-ray structure determination. It crystallizes in the triclinic P1 space group with a = 7.526(3), b = 9.473(4), c = 9.535(3) , α = 117.214(10), β = 108.251(9), γ = 91.560(6)o, V = 562.3(4) 3, Z = 1, Mr = 591.30, F(000) = 298, Dc = 1.746 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 2.385 mm-1, the final R = 0.0577 and wR = 0.1248 for 2188 unique reflections with 1629 observed ones (I > 2σ(I)). In the title complex, each copper(II) atom is located at the center of a distorted trigonal bipyramid of five coordination atoms (two nitrogen and three chlorine atoms). Two copper(II) atoms were bridged by two chlorine anions (Cl(2) and Cl(2a)) to form a Cu(II)-Cu(II) binuclear entity with the distance between two copper(II) atoms of 3.398 .  相似文献

A chloro-bridged dinuclear copper(II) complex with ligand 2-pyridylme-thylene-furfurylamine has been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and its inhibitory activity on xanthine oxidase (XO) was also evaluated. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a=8.0441(16), b=8.5663(17), c=10.060(2), α=77.52(3), β= 72.04(3), γ=70.12(3)°, V=615.3(2)3, Z=1, Dc=1.731 g/cm3, F(000)=322, the final R= 0.0401 and wR=0.0934 for 1971 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). X-ray analysis reveals that the Cu(II) cation is five-coordinated by two N atoms of Schiff base and three Cl anions. The C-H…Cl intermolecular and intramolecular hydrogen bonds connect the molecules to form a three-dimensional network. This copper(II) complex shows more potent inhibitory activity against XO with IC50=3.48 μM than the standard inhibitor allopurinol.  相似文献

A planar transition metal complex Cu(L)2 (L = (E)-benzyl-2-(4-nitrobenzylidene)-hydrazinecarbodithioate) has been prepared and determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 6.7101(11),b = 16.952(3),c = 13.962(3) ,β = 92.458(4)°,V = 1586.7(5) 3,Z = 4,Mr = 724.33,Dc = 1.516 g·m-3,μ = 0.998 mm-1,F(000) = 742,S = 1.021,R = 0.0634 and wR = 0.1077 for 813 observed reflections with Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ) and 205 parameters. In the molecular structure of the title complex, the copper atom exhibits a slightly distorted square-planar geometry in which the basal plane is defined by two N and two S atoms from two bidentate ligands. The complex was evaluated for its antitumor activity against two kinds of cell lines (MKN45 and HepG2) by MTT method. The preliminary bioassay indicates that the complex exhibits weak antitumor activity.  相似文献

A cuprous dinuclear copper complex [PPh_2PAr_2Cu(μ-SCN)_2CuPPh_2PAr_2](1,PPh_2PAr_2 =(1-bis(2-methylphenyl)-phosphine-2-diphenylphosphino)benzene) was synthesized from the reaction of Cu SCN and PPh_2PAr_2 in CH_3CN at room temperature. The compound was characterized by Elemental Analysis,NMR,UV-Vis and X-ray single-crystal structure analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 10.225(2),b = 11.360(2),c = 13.420(3) ?,α = 95.81(3),β = 93.45(3),γ = 113.78(3)°,V = 1410.4(5) ?~3,Z = 1,Mr = 1192.21,Dc = 1.404 g/cm~3,F(000) = 616,μ = 3.029 mm~(–1),GOOF = 1.052,the final R = 0.0359,and w R = 0.0964 for 4878 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The Cu(I) atoms in the complex are four-coordinated and adopt a tetrahedral coordination geometry. The copper centers in the molecular structure are bridged by two thiocyanate anions and each Cu(I) is chelated further terminally by a PPh_2PAr_2 ligand. The [Cu(μ-SCN)_2Cu] cores have essential planar configurations. In the solid state, the complex exhibits blue photoluminescence with emission peaks λ_(max)= 478 nm(1),lifetimes 4.7 μs and quantum yields(ф = 0.43) at room temperature. The studies of varied temperature emission spectra and decay behaviours of the complex indicate that it displays thermally activated delayed fluorescence at room temperature. The results of the experimental and DFT calculations suggest that the emission in the solid state originates from the ~(1,3)MLCT excited states.  相似文献

A new binucleating macrocyclic ligand 2,6-bis (1,4,7,10-te-traazacyclododecan-10-ylmethyl)methoxy-benzene (L) and its binuclear copper (II) complex, [ Cu2LBr2 ] (ClO4 )2 · 3H2O (1), was prepared and the structure was determined by X-ray crystallography. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic crystal system, P21/n space group with a = 0.8206(3), b = 2.0892(8), c = 2.3053(7) nm, β=95.83(2)°, V = 3.932 nm3, Mr = 1017.57, Z = 4, Dc= 1.692 g/cm3, and R = 0. 0489, Rw= 0.0552 for 6571 observed reflections with I≥2σ (I). Both of the copper(II) centers are coordinated by four amine nitrogen donors of cyclen subunits and a bromide an-ion, and each copper (II) ion is in a square-pyramidal coordination environment. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibility studies indicate that there exists weak intramolecular an-tiferro-magnetic coupling ( - 2J = 2.06 cm-1) between the two copper(n) centers.  相似文献

A new nickel(II) complex, C34H38N8NiO4, has been prepared and charac- terized by X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.715(5), b = 12.328(5), c =11.113(5) , β = 92.589(5)°, Z = 2, Dc = 1.411 g/cm3, μ = 0.658 mm-1, the final R = 0.0427 and wR = 0.1099 for 2229 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). The complex is a centrosymmetric plane in which nickel(II) is coordinated in a regular octahedron to the ligand phenytoin through the nitrogen atoms of ethylenediamine, imine and amine. The complex was valued for its antimicrobial activity against bacterial strands using the agar diffusion method, and found to be active against the four test bacterial organisms. Preliminary screening for antimicrobial activities showed that the title complex is quite active against standard strains of Salmonella species, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus pumilus and Eschierichia coli.  相似文献

A novel copper(Ⅱ) complex with tert-butyl 2-[N-(tert-butyloxycarbonylmethyl)-2-picolyamino]acetate(ampy) was synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR spectrum, electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry, UV-vis spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction, respectively. A mononuclear copper(II) complex with ampy, [Cu(ampy)Cl2](1), was formed irrespective of the metal-to-ligand molar ratios([Cu2+]:[ampy] = 0.5:1, 1:1, and 2:1) as a single product. Complex 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a = 12.343(2), b = 18.928(3), c = 20.058(4) ?, V = 4686.1(14) ?3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.3349(4) g/cm~3, F(000) = 1920, S = 1.016, R = 0.0693 and w R = 0.1721 for 3151 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the central copper(II) ion is bound by pyridyl N, tertiary amine N and carbonyl O atoms of the quadridentate ampy as well as two Cl anions, constructing a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. Complex 1 further constructs a stable 3D supramolecular architecture by intermolecular C–H···Cl hydrogen bonds. In addition, the molecular geometry was calculated by density functional theory(DFT/B3LYP) method with the basis sets(6-31+G(d,p) for H, C, N, O and Cl atoms, and LANL2 DZ for Cu atom, respectively). The calculated results show that the optimized geometrical parameters are in good agreement with the experimental data. Natural bond orbital(NBO) analysis and frontier molecular orbitals(FMOs) analysis were investigated at the same level.  相似文献

The novel dinuclear copper complex [Cu2(H2O)2(DMF)2(L)2](1, H2 L = 5-phenyl-2H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid, DMF = N,N-dimethyl-formamide) has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The compound crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 9.591, b = 10.508, c = 15.515 ?, β = 75.11°, V = 1446.2 ?3, Z = 2, Mr = 683.62, Dc = 1.570 g/cm3, μ = 1.531 mm-1, F(000) = 700, the final R = 0.0404 and w R = 0.1130 for 5327 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). In each unit of the complex, two Cu2+ ions coordinated with two triazole ligands to form a dimeric [5,6,5] tricyclic structure. The central Cu atom is five-coordinated, and each copper atom shows a square pyramidal geometry. The crystal structure is stabilized by the inversion-related O–H···O hydrogen bond and C–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions to form a layer structure.
