硫杂杯[4]芳烃是由S原子取代经典杯芳烃中的桥联亚甲基而成的大环化合物,在分子识别、多核金属配合物、化学传感器等方面有广泛的应用.对硫杂杯[4]芳烃的化学修饰进行综述,有助于新型功能化硫杂杯芳烃衍生物的研究.     

硫杂杯芳烃冠醚的合成及其与氨基酸配合性能的研究

在普通杯芳烃骨架中引入硫原子可以改善普通杯芳烃的配合性能。文中首先合成了硫杂杯[4]芳烃四酰肼衍生物3,在弱酸的催化下继续与化合物4反应,高产率地合成了同时含酰胺和席夫碱单元的硫杂杯[4]芳烃冠醚衍生物5,新化合物的结构经1H NMR、元素分析、ESI-MS等表征证实。同时探讨了新型硫杂杯[4]芳烃衍生物5与系列-α氨基酸的配合性能。     

硫杂杯[4]芳烃酰胺型氮杂冠醚的合成

硫杂杯[4]芳烃与N,N'-亚乙基双(2-氯乙酰胺)发生分子内"1+1"缩合反应,合成了新型硫杂杯[4]芳烃酰胺型氮杂冠醚--25,27-二羟基-26,28-(1',10'-二氧杂-4',7'-二氮杂-3',8'-二氧代亚癸基)-硫杯[4]芳烃(叔丁基硫杯[4]-1,3-酰胺冠醚)(3),产率68%.1H NMR,ESI-MS和元素分析确证3为1,3-桥联模式且为杯式构象.     

硫杂杯[4]芳烃衍生物的合成及萃取性能研究

通过两个不同的平台合成了一系列结构新颖的硫杂杯[4]芳烃衍生物,阳离子萃取试验表明该硫杂杯[4]芳烃衍生物比含有相似官能团的杯[4]芳烃衍生物具有更好的软金属离子萃取性能,新化合物的结构经IR, 1H NMR,MS和元素分析等证实.     

新型硫杂杯[4]芳烃衍生物的合成

在对叔丁基硫杂杯[4]芳烃(1)的下缘1,3-位引入芳醛基制得硫杂杯[4]二醛基衍生物(3);3在水合肼中肼解制得硫杂杯[4]二醛腙基衍生物(4);4与5,5'-亚甲基二水杨酰基二水杨酰氯经缩合反应合成了具有桥连结构的硫杂杯[4]芳烃桥联氮杂衍生物(6),3,4和6为新化合物。其结构经1H NMR,IR,ESI-MS和元素分析表征。     

硫(硒)杂多杯[4]芳烃合成及其络合性能研究

合成了下缘硫、硒杂杯[4]芳烃, 然后与杯芳烃片段2,6-二(溴甲基)-4-甲氧基-甲苯在NaH存在条件下缩合得到硫、硒杂多杯[4]芳烃5a和5b. 离子萃取实验表明硫、硒杂多杯[4]芳烃显著增加了对Ag＋和Hg2＋重金属离子的萃取效果.

硫杂杯[4]二醛基衍生物(1)在水合肼中肼解,合成了新化合物硫杂杯[4]二醛腙基衍生物(2);1和2在弱酸的催化下反应合成了新的具有对称结构的苄连氮双硫杂杯[4]芳烃(3);2和3的结构经1H NMR,IR,ESI-MS和元素分析表征.     

磺化硫杂杯[4]芳烃修饰纳米金的制备及对水溶液中Cr3+的比色检测

在不需外加还原剂的条件下一步原位合成了磺化硫杂杯[4]芳烃修饰的纳米金,并将其作为比色探针对金属离子进行检测。研究表明,磺化硫杂杯[4]芳烃修饰的纳米金能够选择性的识别CrP3+P,其检测限可达到1μM。     

The synthesis of [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinolines, [1]benzothieno[2,3-c][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]quinoline,and [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]tetrazolo[1,5-a]quinoline

Photocyclization of 3-chloro-N-phenylbenzo[b]thiophene-2-carboxamide 10 afforded [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]-quinolin-6(5H)-one 11 which was chlorinated to 6-chloro[1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline 12 followed by dechlorination to give [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline 5 . A series of 6-substituted alkoxy and thioalkoxy[1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline derivatives were prepared along with the N-methyl quaternary salt 13 of 5 . 6-Chloro[1]-benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline 12 was converted into 6-hydrazino[1]benzothieno[2,3-c]quinoline 23 which upon treatment with formic acid yielded [1]benzothieno[2,3-c][1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]quinoline 6 . Treatment of 23 with nitrous acid resulted in [1]benzothieno[2,3-c]tetrazolo[1,5-a]quinoline 7 . Compounds 6 and 7 are novel heterocyclic ring systems.     

New [g]-fused [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidines: Synthesis of pyrido[3,2-e] and [4,3-e][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine,pyrimido[5,4-e][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine and [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pteridine derivatives

A number of 2-aryl-substituted pyrido[3,2-e] and [4,3-e][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidines and [1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pteridines 11,12a,b,e , their corresponding 5-carbonyl derivatives 7,8a,b,e and some pyrimido[5,4-e][1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidin-5-ones 7,8c,d have been synthesized, according to different pathways. The new tricyclic heterocycles were prepared with the aim of studying their possible benzodiazepine receptors affinity.     

Synthesis and characterization of [1,2,5]chalcogenazolo[3,4-f]benzo[1,2,3]triazole and [1,2,3]triazolo[3,4-g]quinoxaline derivatives

The synthesis and characterization is reported of low bandgap [1,2,5]chalcogenazolo[3,4-f]benzo[1,2,3]triazole and [1,2,3]triazolo[3,4-g]quinoxaline derivatives that display higher solubility and stability then their thiadiazole counterparts, [1,2,5]chalcogenazolo[3,4-f]benzo[2,1,3]thiadiazole and [1,2,5]thiadiazolo[3,4-g]quinoxaline, respectively.     

[1.1.1.1.1]paracyclophane and [1.1.1.1.1.1]paracyclophane

The first syntheses of [1.1.1.1.1]paracyclophane ($\text{1}$) and [1.1.1.1.1.1]paracyclophane ($\text{2}$) are described, featuring a trifluoroacetic acid promoted Friedel-Crafts cycloalkylation as the final step.     

The synthesis of benzo[b]phenanthro[d]thiophenes and anthra[b]benzo[d]thiophenes

The synthesis of benzo[b]phenanthro[2, 3-d]thiophene ( 5 ), benzo[b]phenanthro[4, 3-d]thiophene ( 6 ), benzo-[b]phenanthro[2, 1-d]thiophene ( 9 ), benzo[b]phenanthro[3, 2-d]thiophene ( 14a ), anthra[1, 2-b]benzo[d]thiophene ( 24 ), anthra[2, 3-b]benzo[d]thiophene ( 29 ) and anthra[2, 1-b]benzo[d]thiophene ( 30 ) is described as well as the preparation of 13-methylbenzo[b]phenanthro[3, 2-d]thiophene ( 14b ).     

Trisdehydro[14]annuleno[16]annulene

Trisdehydro[14]annuleno[16]annulene consisting of an aromatic bisdehydro[14]annulene and an antiaromatic bisdehydro[16]annulene has been synthesized. The strong paratropicity was observed in the [16]annulene moiety being comparable with that of extremely unstable parent bisdehydro[16]annulene.     

Tetrakisdehydro[14]annuleno[16]annulene

Tetrakisdehydro[14]annuleno[16]annulene consisting of an aromatic bisdehydro[14]-annulene and an antiaromatic trisdehydro[16]annulene has been synthesized. The ¹H NMR parameters clearly indicate the strong paratropicity and diatropicity of the 16-membered and 14-membered rings, respectively.
