Different analytical methods for the determination of lead in Orujo spirits by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ETAAS) were developed using permanent modifiers (W, Ir, Ru, W-Ir and W-Ru) thermally deposited on platforms inserted in pyrolitic graphite tubes and Pd-Mg(NO3)2 conventional modifier mixture. In all cases, the Pb determination was performed without any sample pretreatment or preconcentration steps. The comparison between the chemical modifiers employed has been made in terms of pyrolysis and atomization temperatures, characteristic masses, detection limits, and atomization and background signal shapes. The limits of detection obtained were 0.375, 0.387, 0.109, 0.251 and 0.267 ng mL−1 for W, Ir, Ru, W-Ir and W-Ru, respectively and 0.710 ng mL−1 for Pd-Mg(NO3)2. The characteristic masses were 14.1, 11.2, 5.6, 8.3 and 9.3 pg for W, Ir, Ru, W-Ir and W-Ru, respectively and 22.2 pg for Pd-Mg(NO3)2. For all the developed procedures using the different modification systems, the relative standard deviations (<10%) and the analytical recoveries (95-103%) were acceptable. The more suitable methods for Pb determination in distillate spirits were those using permanent modifiers in contrast with classical Pd-Mg(NO3)2. The best analytical performance was achieved for W, Ir and W-Ir methods, which were applied to lead determination in Orujo spirit samples from Galicia (NW Spain). The Pb concentrations found in the analyzed samples were comprised in the range (<LOD to 1.5 μg mL−1).  相似文献

Three digestion procedures have been tested on lichen samples for application in the determination of major, minor and trace elements (Al, Ca, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, K, Mg, Mn, Na, Ni, Pb, V and Zn) in lichen samples collected in Aegean Region of Turkey by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometer (ICP-AES). The acid mixture of concentrated HNO3, H2O2 and HF were used. The instrument was optimized using lichen matrix considering RF power, nebulizer pressure, auxiliary flow rate and pump rate. The accuracy of the overall analyses was first estimated by analysis of two certified reference materials. Good agreement between measured and reference values were found for almost all elements. As the second way of determining the accuracy, results obtained from independent analytical techniques (ICP-AES and instrumental neutron activation analysis (INAA)) were compared for all elements by analyzing real samples. Correlation coefficients of two techniques for the elements ranged between 0.70 (Mg) and 0.96 (Fe). Among the three digestion systems, namely microwave, open vessel and acid bomb, microwave digestion system gave the best recovery results. The method detection limit (MDL) was computed using reagent blanks of microwave digestion system since it provides cleaner sample preparation. Detection limit is adequate for all elements to determine the elements in lichen samples. The precision was assessed from the replicate analyses of reagent blanks of microwave digestion system and was found to be less than 1.5% relative standard deviation (R.S.D.).  相似文献

A trace element preconcentration procedure is described utilizing a minicolumn of yeast (Yamadazyma spartinae) immobilized TiO2 nanoparticles for determination of Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni and Zn from water samples by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. The elements were quantitatively retained on the column between pH 6 and 8. Elution was made with 5% (v/v) HNO3 solution. Recoveries ranged from 98 ± 2 (Cr) to 100 ± 4 (Zn) for preconcentration of 50 mL multielement solution (50 μg L−1). The column made up of 100 mg sorbent (yeast immobilized TiO2 NP) offers a capacity to preconcentrate up to 500 mL of sample solution to achieve an enrichment factor of 250 with 2 mL of 5% (v/v) HNO3 eluent. The detection limits obtained from preconcentration of 50 mL blank solutions (5%, v/v, HNO3, n = 11) were 0.17, 0.45, 0.25, 0.15, 0.33 and 0.10 μg L−1 for Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni and Zn, respectively. Relative standard deviation (RSD) for five replicate analyses was better than 5%. The retention of the elements was not affected from up to 500 μg L−1 Na+ and K+ (as chlorides), 100 μg L−1 Ca2+ (as nitrate) and 50 μg L−1 Mg2+ (as sulfate). The method was validated by analysis of freshwater standard reference material (SRM 1643e) and applied to the determination of the elements from tap water and lake water samples.  相似文献

A chitosan resin possessing a phenylarsonic acid moiety (phenylarsonic acid type chitosan resin) was developed for the collection and concentration of trace uranium prior to inductively coupled plasma (ICP) atomic emission spectrometry (AES) measurement. The adsorption behavior of 52 elements was systematically examined by packing it in a minicolumn and measuring the elements in the effluent by ICP mass spectrometry. The resin could adsorb several cationic species by a chelating mechanism, and several oxo acids, such as Ti(IV), V(V), Mo(VI), and W(VI), by an anion-exchange mechanism and/or a chelating mechanism. Especially, U(VI) could be adsorbed almost 100% over a wide pH region from pH 4 to 8. Uranium adsorbed was easily eluted with 1 M nitric acid (10 mL), and the 25-fold preconcentration of uranium was achieved by using a proposed column procedure, which could be applied to the determination of trace uranium in seawater by ICP-AES. The limit of detection was 0.1 ng mL−1 for measurement by ICP-AES coupled with 25-fold column preconcentration.  相似文献

用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定了植物油中的磷.采用多谱线拟合技术(MSF)校正了铜对P213.617 nm和P214.914 nm光谱干扰.比较了活性炭炭化灰化法和微波消解法两种样品前处理方法对分析结果的影响.结果表明这两种前处理方法所得结果都能与国标磷钼蓝分光光度法的分析结果吻合,其中活性炭炭化灰化法的方法检出限(0.053 mg/kg)较微波消解法的方法检出限(0.42 mg/kg)更低,所以对低含量的磷的检测结果其相对误差及精密度更好.该法应用于植物油中磷的测定.  相似文献

This paper proposes a quick, novel method for tin determination in organotin chemicals by slurry nebulization inductively coupled plasma atomic emission (ICP-AES) spectrometry. The method was tested by the measurement of five organotin carboxylate complexes of known composition for obtaining simple stoichiometric data. The slurries were prepared by first dissolving the organotins in an adequate solvent (methanol, pyridine or acetone) well miscible with water and then adding this solution drop-by-drop to a 0.005% TX-100 tenzide solution while maintaining intensive mixing. Dynamic laser light scattering experiments showed that the average equivalent particle size in the resulting slurry was ≈0.3 μm for all samples and solvents. Under suitable ICP-AES measuring conditions, the signal recoveries were found to be between 101.8 and 106.6%, which allowed direct nebulization and calibration against aqueous solutions. Typically, 70 μg l−1 detection limit and 1–5% relative S.D. on five replicates can be achieved by the described method.  相似文献

An analytical method using inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) for rapid simultaneous determination of seven heavy metals (Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Mn, Ni and Pb) in human blood fractions, like plasma, cells fraction and whole blood, is performed. The optimum wavelength was selected using as criterions the sensitivity, the linearity and recovery of aqueous standard solutions. The pretreatment of the sample, the centrifugal conditions, the necessity of digestion and the dilution of the digests were also studied. For plasma it was possible to avoid digestion of the sample, but for cells fractions and whole blood the digestion is necessary. The samples were acid-digested by HNO3 in closed Teflon tubes under high temperature and pressure conditions and were diluted before injection into ICP-AES. Also, optimization of the inductively coupled plasma conditions like nebulizer argon flow rate, sample flow rate and power of radio frequency was performed for each analyte. Finally, the effect of the type of the employed calibration technique on the total variation of the method was examined. Calibration using the standard addition technique was proved more accurate for the determination in terms of analyte recovery. The sensitivity and recovery (Cd 99%, Co 101%, Cr 100%, Cu 99%, Mn 101%, Ni 100% and Pb 97%) of the developed method are presented for all examined blood fractions. Correspondence: George A. 采用微波消解样品、全谱直读等离子体发射光谱法(ICP—AES)测定面包改良剂中的溴含量。通过试验,优化了微波消解的条件和仪器的最佳工作参数:154.065nm波长处溴的检出限为0.015mg/L(3δ),线性范围为0.05~100mg/L,样品分析结果的相对标准偏差小于5%(n=7),加标回收率在93%~105%之间,样品分析结果与分光光度法相一致.该法简便、快速、灵敏、准确、线性范围宽。  相似文献

本文应用Einstein-Boltzmann-Saha方程和Raoult-Clausius-Clapeyron方程,定量地考察了乙醇对电感耦合等离子体(ICP)中各种干扰因素的影响及各干扰因素对乙醇干扰效应(用干扰因子表示)的相对贡献。实验结果表明,Boltzman因子项和活度系数项的变化是乙醇增敏效应的主要来源。由实验结果分别提出了提升量、校正提升量变化后的干扰因子和活度系数项与乙醇浓度的关系方程。  相似文献

The use of hydride generation coupled with axial view inductively couple plasma atomic emission spectrometry was presented for the determination of selenium in plant samples. The chemical factors affecting potentially the hydride generation efficiency (hydrochloric acid, sodium borohydride and sodium hydroxide concentrations) were assessed through investigation of chemical interference, accuracy and repeatability. The accuracy of measurements was not affected by elements present in high concentration in the plant matrix (K, Ca, Mg, and P). No interference was also observed with transition metals. Using a real sample (maize) with standard additions, decreases of recoveries were sometimes observed for 0.1% (m/v) NaOH, and attained 13.8% in the most unfavourable case. The final accuracy of the method was verified by using two certified reference materials: CRM 402 (white clover) and CRM 279 (sea lettuce). No statistically significant differences were obtained between the measured concentrations and the certified values. The optimized method was found sensitive (detection limit 0.15 μg l−1), reliable and repeatable (R.S.D. between 1.3% and 4.0%).  相似文献

A comparative study of several digestion methods of anisette samples has been carried out. Two dry ashing (DA) treatments as well as four wet ashing (WA) procedures using different mixtures of acids were applied for the sample mineralisation before analysis. Once the anisette samples were mineralised, the contents of Zn, B, Fe, Mg, Ca, Na and Si were determined by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Each method has been studied statistically and also attending to their feasibility. After performing the optimisation of the different treatments tested, it was concluded that one wet ashing method employing a HNO3:H2O2 (10:1) mixture was the most suitable. This method was applied to the analysis of anisette samples. Na, Ca, Mg and Si were present in concentrations up to 215 mg l−1 for Na, 11.6 for Mg, 6.2 for Ca and 5.1 for Si. Fe and B concentrations were not higher than 0.12 mg l−1 and lower for Zn.  相似文献

In the present paper, a solid phase extraction system for separation and preconcentration of nickel (ng g−1) in saline matrices is proposed. It is based on the adsorption of nickel(II) ions onto an Amberlite XAD-2 resin loaded with 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol (PAN) reagent. Parameters such as the pH effect on the nickel extraction, the effect of flow rate and sample volume on the extraction, the sorption capacity of the loaded resin, the nickel desorption from the resin and the analytical characteristics of the procedure were studied. The results demonstrate that nickel(II) ions, in the concentration range 0.10–275 μg l−1, and pH 6.0–11.5, contained in a sample volume of 25–250 ml, can be extracted by using 1 g Amberlite XAD-2 resin loaded with PAN reagent. The adsorbed nickel was eluted from the resin by using 5 ml 1 M hydrochloric acid solution. The extractor system has a sorption capacity of 1.87 μmol nickel per g of Amberlite XAD-2 resin loaded with PAN. The precision of the method, evaluated as the R.S.D. obtained after analyzing a series of seven replicates, was 3.9% for nickel in a concentration of 0.20 μg ml−1. The proposed procedure was used for nickel determination in alkaline salts of analytical grade and table salt, using an inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy technique (ICP-AES). The standard addition technique was used and the recoveries obtained revealed that the proposed procedure shows good accuracy.  相似文献

In order to determine trace amounts of phosphorus in geological and cosmochemical rock samples, simple as well as reliable analytical schemes using an ICP-AES instrument were investigated. A (conventional) ICP-AES procedure could determine phosphorus contents at the level of several 100 μg g−1 with a reasonable reproducibility (<10% for 200 μg g−1; 1σ). An ICP-AES procedure coupled with matrix-separation using cation and anion exchange resins could lower the quantification level down to 1 μg g−1 or even lower under the present experimental conditions. The matrix-separation ICP-AES procedure developed in this study was applied to twenty-one geological reference samples issued by Geological Survey of Japan. Obtained values vary from 1250 μg g−1 for JB-3 (basalt) to 2.07 μg g−1 for JCt-1 (carbonate). Matrix-separation ICP-AES yielded reasonable reproducibility (less than 8.3%; 1σ) of three replicate analyses for all the samples analyzed. In comparison of our data with certificate values as well as literature or reported values, there appear to be an apparent (and large) discrepancy between our values and certificate/reported values regardless of phosphorus contents. Based on the reproducibility of our data and the analytical capability of the matrix-separation ICP-AES procedure developed in this study (in terms of quantification limit, recovery, selectivity of an analyte through pre-concentration process, etc.), it is concluded that certified values for several reference standard rocks should be reevaluated and revised accordingly. It may be further pointed that some phosphorus data reported in literatures should be critically evaluated when they are to be referred in later publications.  相似文献

An indirect fluoride determination method has been developed based on the ICP-AES determination of excess cerium(III) ion after precipitation. From four cations—Y(III), Sr(II), Ce(III), La(III)-cerium(III) proved to be the best precipitate forming cation in the 0-20 mg L−1 fluoride concentration range with the limit of detection of 1.4 mg L−1. The precision (RSD) of the proposed method is 0.71% at 8 mg L−1 fluoride. The role of sulphate ions in the formation of the fluoride precipitate was studied as well. The applicability of the technique for the study of solid hazardous wastes as well as for groundwater monitoring of a fluoride contaminated area is demonstrated.  相似文献

In this work, the original BCR extraction scheme was modified and applied to study the partitioning of metals in fly ashes. In the first step, the water-soluble fraction was investigated here. The next metal fractions were acid-soluble, reducible, and oxidisable. Two kinds of coal fly ash certified reference materials were analysed. Metal concentrations in the extracts were measured by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). The efficiency of the extraction process for each step was examined. The partitioning of metals between the individual fractions was investigated and is discussed.  相似文献
