The crystal structure of the title compound has been determined. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 5.9885(2) Å, b = 14.7345(4) Å, c = 12.3719(4) Å, β = 96.655(5)°, V = 1084.31(8) Å3, z = 4. An intramolecular N–H···N hydrogen bond forms a pseudo-six-membered ring with graph set S 1 1(6). The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular interactions of the type N–H···N and C–H···N. The packing motifs in accordance with Etter’s analysis are R 2 2(8) corresponding to N–H···N dimer and that generated by the chain is C(7).  相似文献

The title compound C19H16N2O crystallize as either triclinic or monoclinic polymorph depending on the solvent used. Polymorph [1] crystallizes from methanol in the space group P \( \mathop 1\limits^ - \) with unit cell dimensions: a = 8.723(2), b = 9.344(2), c = 10.544(2) Å, α = 71.54(2), ß = 78.74(2), γ = 74.15(2)°, and Z = 2. Polymorph [2] crystallizes from benzene with space group P21/n with unit cell dimensions: a = 10.230(3), b = 20.536(7), c = 14.563(4) Å, ß = 97.14(3)°, and Z = 8. The only similarity between molecules of [1] and two independent molecules of [2] can be found in almost co-planar phenyl moiety with chelate ring. Both structures are characterized with strong intramolecular O-H···N hydrogen bond. Whereas the molecular interconnections in [2] are based on van der Waals attractions between discrete molecules, molecules of [1] associate in dimers via intermolecular N-H···O hydrogen bonding by the operation of crystallographic centre of inversion.  相似文献

The title compound, [C4H7N4O+, C7H5O6S. H2O] contains one 2, 6-diamino-4-oxopyrimidinium cation, one sulfosalicylate anion and a water molecule. The crystal structure was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. This compound crystallized in the orthorhombic system; space group Pna21 with the unit cell parameters a = 13.402(3) Å, b = 16. 221(3) Å, c = 6.714(2) Å, V = 1459.6(6), Z = 4. The sulfonic acid group has protonated the aminopyrimidine moiety. The protonated N1 atom and N4 amino group are hydrogen bonded to the keto group (O1) of the neighbouring pyrimidine forming a six-membered ring with graph-set notation R2 1(6) and a supramolecular chain along the c-axis. This supramolecular chain is further strengthened by one of the sulfonate oxygen atoms (O3), bridging the pyrimidines via hydrogen bonded rings, R3 2(10) involving N(3)–H(3)···O(3) and N(2)–H(2B)···O(3) hydrogen bonds. The other two oxygen atoms of the sulfonate groups are bridged by water molecules via O-H···O hydrogen bonds constituting a supramolecular chain. The water molecule also acts as hydrogen bond acceptor with respect to the carboxyl group.  相似文献

Abstract  The title compound bis(3-chlorophenyl)-[5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl]-methanol 8 has been synthesized and established by H NMR, IR and MS spectra and X-ray diffraction crystallography. Compound 8, C23H29Cl2N3O, Mr = 424.31, crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c with unit cell parameters a = 14.5402(6) ?, b = 12.5888(5) ?, c = 11.6510(5) ?, α = 90o, β = 100.183o(2), γ = 90o, V = 2099.05(15) ?3, Dx = 1.343 mg m−3 and Z = 4. The final R was 0.0514. The molecular conformation and packing is stabilized by interactions of intermolecular O1–H1···N3′. Tert-butyl 2-((phenylthio)carbonyl)pyrrolidine-1-carboxylate, was synthesized by using iso-butoxycarbonyl chloride (i-BuOCOCl) via mixed anhydride method. The obtained product was characterized spectroscopically and finally confirmed by X-ray diffraction studies. The title compound C16 H21 N O3 S crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with the cell parameters a = 6.0250(7) Å, b = 8.2820(13) Å, c = 8.7700(14) Å, α = 102.352(4)°, β = 102.993(11)°, γ = 90.279(8)°, V = 415.89(10) Å3 and Z = 1. The proline ring in the structure is in a envelope conformation. The structure exhibits intermolecular hydrogen bonds of the type C–H...O.  相似文献

The crystal structure of 2,3H-2-methyl-4-(4-nitrophenyl)-5-oxobenzopyrano[3,4-e]dihydropyran-2-ol is investigated using X-ray diffraction. The unit cell contains an ethanol molecule that forms hydrogen bonds with O-H and C-O groups of two molecules of the main compound and acts as a proton donor and a proton acceptor in these hydrogen bonds. Owing to these interactions, infinite chains are formed in the crystal. The crystallographic data for the structure of C19H15NO6·C2H5OH (M = 399.39) are as follows: the crystals are triclinic, space group P1, a = 5.5340(3) Å, b = 8.0109(4) Å, c = 11.0112(5) Å, α = 88.773(2)°, β = 84.788(2)°, γ = 79.958(2)°, and Z = 1.  相似文献

The structures were refined toR=0.041 (1380 observed reflections) andR=0.043 (3243 observed reflections), respectively. The title compound (Ph2PO)2 is analyzed by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals are monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n with a = 9.5112(19) Å, b = 11.161(2) Å, c = 9.5487(19) Å, α = 90°, β = 91.65(3)°, γ = 90°, V = 1013.2(3) Å3, Z = 2, F(000) = 420, Dc = 1.319 g cm–3, μ = 0.232 mm?1, the final R = 0.0818, and wR = 0.2259. A total of 7954 reflections were collected, of which 1758 were independent (Rint = 0.0542). In the crystal packing diagram, intermolecular C—H···O hydrogen bonds stabilize the solid state of the title compound.  相似文献

The crystal structure and some physico-chemical properties of MnCl2·Pro·H2O (Pro=L-proline) were studied. This compound is stable up to approximately 313 K. Upon heating the complex loses a molecule of water and is transformed into the oxide in two steps. The IR spectrum was recorded. The compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic space groupP212121 witha=7.112(2) Å,b=10.196(2) Å,c=13.249(3) Å andZ=4. The manganese atoms in the polymeric chain are bridged by two chlorine atoms and oxygen atoms from the carboxylate group of L-proline. The Mn?Cl bond distances range from 2.535(1) Å to 2.581(1) Å, the Mn?O bond distances range from 2.135(2) Å to 2.153(2) Å and Mn?Mn bond distances are 3.556(1) Å. One molecule of water is hydrogen-bonded with a nitrogen atom of the L-proline ring.  相似文献

The synthesis, variable temperature NMR spectra, and crystal structures of two crystalline forms, 2a and 2b, of the enamine 1-(N,N-diethylamino)-2,2-bis(2-nitrophenylthio)ethene have been obtained. Both forms crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/a. The two phases have similar molecular structures but possess different intermolecular C–H······O hydrogen bonding interactions. Both forms exhibit disorder within the NEt2 fragment at 298 K: sufficient disorder persisted with 2a (orange needles) down to 100 K to make the geometric parameters pertaining to the enamine fragment unreliable. The disorder was effectively eliminated on cooling 2b down (red colored blocks) to 150 K. Cell dimensions for the 2a-phase are at 100 K: a = 11.1030(4) Å, b = 15.1325(7) Å, c = 12.4504(7) Å, β = 114.606(3)°, while for the 2b-phase at 150 K, a = 15.5206(4) Å, b = 7.6958(2) Å, c = 15.7137(3) Å, β = 92.580(7)°. The C–N bond length in the β-form at 150 K of 1.335(3) Å indicates considerable double bond character: the rotational barrier of the C–N bond in CDCl3 was calculated to be 52.4 kJ mol?1.  相似文献

The yellow complex Pt(bpm)(dmso)(SO4)·H2O does not stack in the solid state: the shortest Pt…Pt separation is 4.638(2) Å. The unit cell is alsoP-1, witha=8.060(3) A,b=9.560(3) A,c=9.7534(18) Å, α=90.62(2)o, β=99.43(3)o, γ=90.66(3)o, andZ=2. The organic carbonitrile namely methyl (6-amino-5-cyano-2-methyl-4-(2-nitrophenyl)-4H-pyran)- 3-carboxylate is synthesized via one-pot multi-component reaction at room temperature using commercially available urea as inexpensive and environmentally benign organo-catalyst and its crystal structure is determined by X-ray technique. The crystals are monoclinic, sp. gr. C2/c, a = 12.3069(8) Å, b = 9.7023(7) Å, c = 24.812(2) Å, β = 94.862(6)°, Z = 8. The dihedral angle between pyran and phenyl rings is 87.8(1)°; the pyran ring is almost planar The dihedral angle between the mean planes of phenyl ring and nitro group is 44.4(2)°. The crystal structure is stabilized by N?H···N and N?H···O hydrogen bonds. In addition, C?H···π interactions are also observed in the crystal structure.  相似文献

The title compound, bis[2-[N-(2-chlorophenyl)formimidayl]-1-naphtholato]-(6Cl) copper(II), [Cu(C17H11NOCl)2] (1) was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined. The Compound 1 is monoclinic, space group P2 1/c with a = 9.146(3) Å, b = 18.724(3) Å, c = 16.230(2) Å, β = 96.46(1)°, V = 2761.8(11) Å3, Z = 4, D c = 1.503 g cm?3, μ(Mo Kα) = 1.020 mm?1, R = 0.0606 for 2361 reflections [I > 2σ(I)]. In the title compound, the Cu atom is coordinated by an N2O2 donor set from the imine-phenol ligand in a slightly distorted square planar coordination geometry, with the two phenolate O atoms being deprotonated. The Cu–O bond lengths are 1.878(4) and 1.889(4) Å, the Cu–N bond lengths are 1.980(5) and 1.985(5) Å. The angles O1–Cu–N1 and O2–Cu–N2 are 90.96(19) and 90.72(19)°, respectively.  相似文献

The title compound, 3′-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2-phenyl-4′-(4-ethoxyphenyl)-1,2-dihydro-4H,4′H-spiro[isoquinoline-3,5′-isoxazol]-4-one was synthesized from the reaction of dipolarophile with p-methoxybenzadoxime in the presence of sodium hypochlorite in chloroform solution. The structure of the synthesized compound was determined by IR, 1H NMR, mass spectroscopic data, 13C NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis and X-ray crystallography. The structure was solved in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 21.941 (4), b = 17.233 (3), c = 15.404 (3) Å, β = 122.193 (2), V = 4928.9 (16) Å3, Z = 8 and with Rint = 0.154. The geometry of the title compound showed that the piperidine ring adopts a half-chair conformation. In the crystal structure, molecules are linked by C–H···O and C–H···N contacts. Weak C–H···π interactions plays an important role in stabilizing the supramolecular structure.  相似文献

The crystal structure of 9-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3,3-dimethyl-10-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10- decahydroacridin-1,8-dione is determined by X-ray diffraction at 153(2) K. The title compound 1, C22H21N5O6, is triclinic, space group P-1, a = 9.6382(15) ?, b = 11.5847(15) ?, c = 12.4722(11) ?, α = 66.075(9)°, β = 70.176(9)°, γ = 85.800(13)°, Z = 2, V = 1194.1(3) ?3. It is interesting that the central pyridine ring of the acridine moiety is slightly distorted and adopts a boat conformation. The outer six-membered ring with two methyl groups adopts half-chair conformation, while another outer partially saturated six-membered ring adopts distorted boat form. In addition, the un-classical hydrogen bonds of C–H···O link the molecules forming polymers in the crystals.  相似文献

The structures of two diastereomers ((1R,2R) and (1R,2S)) of the title compound have been determined. The molecular conformation of the (1R,2R) isomer is heavily influenced by strong intramolecular hydrogen bonding between the secondary and tertiary amine groups (N(1)…N(2) 2.629(8) Å; N(4)…N(5) 2.628(8) Å). In the (1R,2S) isomer no intramolecular interaction is observed, but somewhat weaker intermolecular hydrogen bonding does occur between the secondary amine and the carbonyl group of a neighboring molecule (N(1)…O(1) 2.960(6) Å) related by a 21 screw operation along thea-axis (x1/40). No close intermolecular contacts are observed for the (1R,2R) isomer. The crystal and molecular structure of (±)-5-benzylamino-endo-tricyclo[5.2.1.02.6]dec-4-en-3-one is described. The X-ray analysis revealed that the reduction of the norbornene double bond is an important process in the irradiation of the used enaminones. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by least squares methods toR 1=0.0468 for 2070 reflections (withI>2σ(I).
